Jake Paul vs Nate Robinson fight LIVE RESULT: Paul WINS with brutal knockout – latest reaction and updates

MIKE TYSON and Roy Jones Jr weaved and jabbed their way to a DRAW in their LA exhibition bout.
The veteran pair performed admirably despite having a combined age of 105, before they both vowed to step into the ring AGAIN after judges tied the fight.

Follow all the reaction to the draw with SunSport’s live blog below…

    TYME TO FIGHT AGAIN
UFC president Dana White was also asked if he thinks Mike Tyson should fight again.
He added: “He looked good. He’s a grown ass man and will do whatever he wants anyway, but good for him. It was actually a good fight.
“It was an entertaining fight to watch, and I thought he looked really good.”

    WHITE NOISE
UFC president Dana White has revealed he was impressed by the performances of both Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr.
Speaking at the UFC Vegas 15 post-fight press conference (via BloodyElbow), he said: “Fighting is a young man’s game.
“All that being said, (Mike Tyson) looked f—king awesome tonight! I was blown away with how good he looked.
“I was worried about Roy. Roy was 51 years old, but Roy’s been a lot more active than Tyson has been. Roy actually got more tired than Mike tonight, which was shocking. I’m happy for them. I hope they both made a f—king zillion dollars. It exceeded my expectations.”

    ICYMI
Roy Jones Jr was hurting after facing Mike Tyson and was adamant Iron Mike still has his famous power.
He said: “When he hits you, to the head, punches to the body shots, everything hurts.
“I’m cool with a draw, just might have to do it again.
“Body shots definitely took a toll the body shots are what make you exhausted.”

    MIK DROP
Mike Tyson has paid respect to Roy Jones Jr after battling to an eight-round draw in their fight.
He said: “I hit you with some good shots, and you took it.
    “I respect that.”

    JACK IT IN
Badou Jack gave Blake McKernan a boxing lesson and severely swollen face over eight one-sided rounds.
And it proved to be every bit of a mismatch that former two-weight champion Jack promised.

    OH BROTHER
KSI has already reacted to Jake Paul’s second-round KO win over Nate Robinson.
The Brit, who beat older brother Logan Paul on his professional, boxing debut last year, was called out by the Problem Child after the fight.
But KSI was less than impressed, tweeting: “I saw nothing special from Jake lol. Soon come.”

    RING IT IN
Mike Tyson says he will ‘absolutely’ have more boxing fights after he drew his comeback against Roy Jones Jr.
Speaking after the 16-minute scrap Tyson, 54 said: “I’m just happy I got this under my belt.
“I’m continuing to go further and do more. Absolutely [I’ll do this again].”

    PAUL TALK
Jake Paul has claimed he has taken up boxing for the long haul after moving to 2-0.
He said: “For me, my whole life has been a fight.
“So fighting — it’s something that I’m great at. Being from Ohio, a small town and making my way to Los Angeles to fame and success and just fighting for it.
“People never believing in me, people hating me — being one of the most hated people in the world. I have to fight through that, it’s not easy.
“So this is the perfect sport. I’ve found my lane.”

    PAUL TO PLAY FOR
Jake Paul has called out everyone from Conor McGregor to his own BROTHER Logan after his knocking out Nate Robinson.
Speaking in his post-fight interview, the YouTube star said: “I’ve been training my ass off for the past year. I’m taking this seriously.
“There’s a long list of opponents that I want — Conor McGregor, Dillon Danis. I’m going to knock them both out.
“There’s my brother, KSI on the line, Austin McBroom. I want to be in this sport for a long time. I’m in love with it so why not?”

    REMINDER
Mike Tyson is set to make £7.5million from his mouthwatering comeback fight against Roy Jones Jr.
In the UK, it has cost fight fans £19.95 to watch the pair, with a combined age of 105, go to war.
In the US it has blasted a much bigger hole in fans’ wallets.
The price to see the legends trade leather was $49.99, around £38.
The fight, which went all eight rounds, has meant that Tyson could walk away with £7.5m.
That equates to £937,500 per round, £468,500 per minute and £7,812 per second.

    DOGGY STYLE
Snoop Dogg trolled Mike Tyson’s comeback fight against Roy Jones Jr by claiming the bout was more “like two of my uncles fighting at the BBQ”.
The legendary pair boxed to a DRAW over eight rounds in what ultimately provided more clinching than punching.
The mainly uneventful pay-per-view spectacle had little highlights, meaning the veteran duo avoided any risks to their health.

    DRAW LOTS
Mike Tyson drew in his big boxing comeback against Roy Jones Jr in a messy affair in Los Angeles.
Jones Jr did the perfect job of stifling Tyson throughout the entire fight by clinching at any opportunity he could.
You could almost tell it was going to be scored a draw half-way through – as nothing much was happening.

    ROY’S SPECIAL GLOVES
The pair were fighting at the Staples Center after all.
So that gave Roy Jones Jr the idea of wearing special gloves in tribute to the late great Kobe Bryant, who tragically died in a helicopter crash last year.
The NBA legend was hugely revered and loved in California.

“I’ll go talk to my family, see how they feel about it and if they want to do it again, we’ll do it again.”

    CAPTAIN HOOK’S HOOKED
Roy Jones Jr said: “Dude is so strong man… when he hits you, to the head, punches to the body shots, everything hurts.
I’m cool with a draw, just might have to do it again.
“Body shots definitely took a toll the body shots are what make you exhausted.”

    MORE IRON MIKE
Tyson adds: “I’m used to doing it for three minutes, sometimes like two minutes or three minutes.
“I hope to go further, absolutely, and he can be on the car as well
“I was very happy to be here, despite what everyone says I was happy to go to eight rounds.
“Nobody thought I could go eight rounds, but you’ve got to go the distance, that’s boxing.”

    Alex TerrellToday, 05:30

    IRON MIKE SPEAKS
Mike Tyson says: “I’m good with that.
“Yeah but I’m good with a draw, because I entertained the crowd, the crowed was happy with it.”

    Alex TerrellToday, 05:30

    JUDGES CALL A DRAW!
IT’S A TIE BETWEEN MIKE TYSON AND ROY JONES JR!!

    Alex TerrellToday, 05:26

    LEGENDS EMBRACE
They look pretty wiped after that eight-round bout.

    ROUND EIGHT
The old legends touch gloves out of mutual respect as the final session starts.
Jones celebrates and showboats after a shimmy gets him out of a Tyson assault.
Tyson closes down the distance before another clinch is broken up.
Another hug, and another. And the bell.
    Mercy

    ROUND SEVEN
Jones threatens some southpaw work but is then tied up in a clinch.
The Florida man drops his hands to tempt Tyson.
Iron Mike cannot do anything to get it won.

    ROUND SEVEN
Tyson’s team tell him he is doing “f****** great” in the interval.
Jones is advised to throw a straight left hand out of a southpaw stance.
There’s another clinch and then Jones lands a quick combination of three punches.
Tyson barrells at Jones and pins him in a corner but nothing comes of it.

    Alex TerrellToday, 05:18

    TIME FOR A BREATHER
Mike Tyson gets a drink in his corner, two rounds to go.

    ROUND SIX
The ref has to break them up after six seconds and Tyson is warned for a low blow.
Jones tries a left to the body and a stiff jab but neither make a dent.
Jones ducks a malicious Tyson hook.
Then it’s cuddle o’clock again. Yawn

Dubois vs Joyce LIVE RESULTS: Main event UNDERWAY latest round updates – stream FREE, TV channel, ring walks

DANIEL DUBOIS is facing Joe Joyce NOW in a contest which many are tipping to be one of the heavyweight fights of the year.
‘Dynamite’ Dubois was supposed to face Joyce back on April 11, before the coronavirus pandemic put a halt to those spring plans.

Follow ALL of the latest updates below…

    DUBOIS VS JOYCE
    Round 5
That was a big round four from Joyce but Dubois comes forward again in the fifth with a nice right hand.
He finds his range here and there Dubois, while Joyce has been so consistent with his jab. There’s making all over the face of Dubois.
But DDD does land a nice jab of his own to score himself. Dubois then pops in a nice one-two but Joyce takes it again.
Really great fight so far – it’s on a knife-edge and could still go either way.

    DUBOIS VS JOYCE
    Round 4
Dubois gets on his jab again to begin the round but it’s much less of the frantic pace he set in the previous two rounds.
Joyce coming forward and getting himself in there more than Dubois would like.
Dubois lands a body shot but Joyce takes it and continues to come forward.
Juggernaut utilising his jab again in the fourth, plenty of accuracy from the Putney man. Close round again. 2-2 or 3-1 Joyce?

    DUBOIS VS JOYCE
    Round 3
Dubois opens up with another nice jab and gets on it straight away with power shots!
He’s been fantastic since the end of the first round but he needs to be careful he doesn’t tire at this rate, because Joyce can go on like this all night.
Excellent fight thus far. Joyce continues with his jab and Dubois’ nose begins to redden.
Dubois is looking a tad tired as the round comes to an end. He felt the pace of that one. More excitement from both fighters there, though.

    DUBOIS VS JOYCE
    Round 2
Dubois comes out swinging in the second round! Good start to the second for the British champion after losing the first.
He looks like he’s shaken off a few nerves and he’s responded well to his corner’s instructions.
Joyce weathers the storm, though, and gets back to his boxing. Dubois lands a nice jab and then a strong right but Joyce hangs in there again!
    Great second round!

    DUBOIS VS JOYCE
    Round 1
Joyce coming forward to kick things off but Dubois working nicely with the early job before landing a right hand.
Interesting opening minute to the round as both fighters take a look of what’s in front of them.
Joyce enjoying himself on the front foot but he has to be careful because Dubois could land at any moment.
Juggernaut doing okay in those early stages, though. 1-0 Juggernaut.

    DUBOIS VS JOYCE
Here we go! We’ve waited for most of 2020 for this one. Enjoy it while it lasts.

DANIEL DUBOIS VS JOE JOYCE IS NEXT!

    RING WALKS

Dubois def. Ricardo Snijders TKO 2 (Aug 2020)
Dubois def. Kyotaro Fujimoto KO 2 (Dec 2019)
Dubois def. Ebenezer Tetteh TKO 1 (Sept 2019)
Dubois def. Nathan Gorman KO 5 (July 2019)
Dubois def. Richard Lartey KO 4 (April 2019)

    NEARLY TIME!
Both fighters are nearly ready in their dressing rooms.

    ANTHONY JOSHUA PREDICTION
“Joyce can outwork him, if Dubois don’t stop Joyce early. If it’s an early fight I’d go Dubois because he’s a puncher,” the two-time world champ said.
“If Joyce outworks him I think it’ll be a late rounds stoppage or he’ll win on points because Joyce has really got a good engine.
“They’re just different styles. Dubois hasn’t got the engine Joyce has, and Joyce ain’t got the power Dubois has.
“But Joyce is more experienced, he’s basically an Olympic champion. A WSB fighter, he’s done a lot.”

    SHEERAZ BEATS PITTO
    Good win for Sheeraz.
Although he looked pedestrian at times, he finally got the stoppage in the 10th.
That’s six stoppages in a row for Sheeraz. 12 wins out of 12.

    SHEERAZ BEATS PITTO!!!
    Round 10
Sheeraz manages to get the finish out of nowhere!
He stumbles Pitto backward and once he gets his opponent on the ropes it’s all over from there.
Sheeraz slams in multiple punches and the referee steps in after seeing Pitto’s head snap back.
Good way to finish a neat performance!

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 9
Sheeraz lands a nice left-uppercut that snaps Pitto’s head back before using his right hand as a measuring stick and whacking in a right hand.
A stoppage here would be the icing on the cake for this otherwise neat performance.
Sheeraz has been so impressive in previous performances that more will have been expected of him tonight.
Pitto still in there with one round to go.

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 8
Sheeraz is in total control but should really look to be closing this out now.
Pitto is obviously there for the taking. And at this point, all we’re doing is delaying the main event we’re all waiting for.
The commentators even sound bored now.
    Ah well, onto the ninth.

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 7
Some quality shots going in from Sheeraz, who continues to take onslaughts from Pitto. But the Argentine just hasn’t got the power to trouble the home fighter.
The eye-catching work is coming from Sheeraz, but Pitto probably working a little bit harder at this point.
Sheeraz lands a cracking jab to close the round and it’s another round in the bag.
Pitto is tough, but it’s pretty pedestrian this fight now.

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 6
Good start to the round for Sheeraz, who pings off a few nice combinations after his corner tells him to become more aggressive.
Pitto has done well to make it this far – he’s really looked there for the taking at times, particularly in the first round.
Sheeraz manages to throw him off balance midway through the round before connecting with a left hand, however.
Pitto looking a little tired toward the end of the round.

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 5
Sheeraz can really look to put this one away if he puts his foot on the gas with real venom soon.
Pitto is there for the taking and hasn’t shown that he can hurt Sheeraz, so why not go for the finish?
Perhaps he really wants the rounds in the bag. He moves in and out of punching range, trying to get stinging shots in between Pitto’s guard.
But onto the sixth we go!

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 4
Sheeraz putting his foot on the gas to begin proceedings in round four. He pushes forwar with some pumping right hands but Pitto has his guard tight.
Pitto ventures forward but not much gets through Sheeraz’s own tight guard.
Sheeraz moves southpaw for the final stages of the round and shows more of his quality in another dominant stanza.
    4-0 to Sheeraz.

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 3
Pitto buzzed in this third round after staying in the pocket just that little bit too long.
Sheeraz lands a brilliant right hand that looked like it really hurt Pitto but once again he decides to hold back.
The home fighter then pops in a nice left uppercut before getting off a nice combination.
He looks really comfortable in there now – and he’s hitting Pitto at will. Big round for Sheeraz.

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 2
Nice, long, straight right hand into the face of Pitto from Sheeraz, who almost looks like he’s trying to get a few rounds in on purpose here.
He actually had Pitto hurt in the first round but decided to hold off on looking for the finish.
Pitto trying to work different angles in order to get some shots in but he’s finding it tough as Sheeraz has such a big frame.
Sheeraz looking much the stronger fighter in there tonight.

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
    Round 1
Sheeraz much the bigger man in there tonight. He’s 6ft 3in, which is absolutely huge for a super-welterweight fighter.
The UK fighter has never been past the sixth round and this one is a 10-rounder, so he could step on the gas pretty soon.
He’s throwing out some nice jabs to begin the round while it looks like there’s nothing Pitto can do to really trouble him.
Pitto looks nervous and tentative while Sheeraz reins body shots down on him.

    SHEERAZ VS PITTO
Here we go! Looking forward to this one. Sheeraz is a special talent.

HAMZAH SHEERAZ VS GUIDO PITTO UP NEXT!

Alvaro Morata put the visitors in front with a beautiful finish following a brilliant assist by Federico Chiesa.
But Gaetano Letizia equalised with a wonderful finish just before half-time.

Benevento manager Filippo Inzaghi is pleased with the result as well as his players’ performance against his former club.
Inzaghi even believes his team deserved more and would be worthy winners against Juventus.
He said: “In a year and a half they have given me things that I have no more words for.
“Today I put [Riccardo] Improta, a striker, as a full-back. This tells you the spirit, the desire.
” I think that even if we were better at restarting we could have won it. . It’s a business, I’m happy for them.
“They deserve to live these evenings “.

    FT: BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
Juventus have picked their fifth Serie A draw of the season and dropped to fifth place behind AC Milan, Inter Milan, Sassulo and Roma.
A marvellous result for Filippo Inzaghi’s Benevento, which put together a spirited performance against a depleted Juve.

    FT: BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
A depleted Juventus drop some important points at Benevento with a 1-1 draw.
Juve opened the scoring with Alvaro Morata following a marvellous cross by Federico Chiesa after 21 minutes.
But a vibrant Benevento managed to equalise just before half-time with Gaetano Letizia.
Juventus failed to inspire dominance in the second half and saw Morata getting sent off at the end.
One must wonder whether Andrea Pirlo is willing to rest Cristiano Ronaldo against Dynamo Kiev next week

    FULL TIME
And the referee blows for full-time!

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
90+7. And it’s a red card for Alvaro Morata at the closing stages of the match!

Tensions are running high, will Juventus or Benevento manage to score the winner?

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
90+5. Gianluca Frabotta comes close for Juventus shortly after Dejan Kulusevski.
Frabotta gets the ball in the centre of the box but his shot is once against saved by Lorenzo Montipo.

90+2. Dejan Kulusevski’s shot is saved by Lorenzo Montipo as we come close to full time.
Kulusevski fires the ball from outside the box in what seems like an easy save for Montipo.

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    90. Referee gives six minutes of stoppage time following seven substitutions.
Plenty of time for Juventus to pick up a late winner, just like they did against Ferencvaros.
But plenty of time for Benevento to steal one…

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    89. Juventus are besting Benevento in every way possible on the pitch.
Juve dominate possession, shots, passes, accuracy and aerial duels.
But the visitors have been unable to produce enough, Cristiano Ronaldo’s absence is very evident.
Will Andrea Pirlo also rest him against Dynamo Kiev after today’s performance?

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    86. Benevento’s Federico Barba is the next to see a yellow card following a bad foul.
The hosts continue to press and find spaces to shock Juventus and pick up a famous point.

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    86. So close for Juventus!
Juve find themselves just a whisker away from scoring the winner with Paulo Dybala.
Federico Bernardeschi runs from the left and produces a beautiful pass that finds Dybala.
The Argentine’s shot is then barely saved by Lorenzo Montipo who keeps Benevento alive

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    84. Benevento miss another chance!

    82. Pasqualle Schiattarella follows suit following Juan Cuadrado’s booking.
Schiattarella also sees yellow after a hard challenge on Paulo Dybala with his elbow.
Dybala claims his opponent’s elbow was too high when he hit him in the face.
Referee shows him a yellow card and the midfielder is set to miss the next game.

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    80. Juan Cuadrado is booked with a yellow card following a small altercation with Gaetano Letizia.
Frustrations are starting to run high as both teams are looking for an opening to win the game.
    10 minutes to go

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    78. Juventus are struggling to find their footing on the pitch.
Even Wojciech Szczesny challenges his luck with a clumsy dribble at the back that almost saw him losing the ball.
Juve haven’t managed to be creative enough on the pitch and are making it easy for Benevento, who would be happy with a draw

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    74. Juventus have had 12 shots, three on target, throughout today’s outing.
However, Juve haven’t been able to be clinical enough against Benevento, whose primary goal is to avoid relegation this season.
Can we see something different as we approach full-time?

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    72. Benevento manager Filippo Inzaghi shakes things up with a triple substitution.
Andres Tello replaces Artur Ionita because of an injury he suffered earlier on.
Alessandro Tuia takes Gianluca Caprari’s place and Marco Sau replaces Gianluca Lapadula

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    69. Juventus manager Andrea Pirlo opts for another substitution as he brings Federico Bernardeschi into the fold.
Bernardeschi replaces the impressive Federico Chiesa, whose incredible cross led to the visitors’ first goal.
    Can Bernardeschi make the difference?

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    66. Juventus barely hold on to possession but there are gaps within the lines which allow Benevento to push forward.
That is why Andrea Pirlo opted for Arthur and Aaron Ramsey to come off but Juve will still have to do better.
As time goes by Benevento’s confidence rises.

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    62. Andrea Pirlo makes a double substitution for Juventus, who are pushing for a second goal.
Rodrigo Bentancur replaces Arthur and Dejan Kulusevski takes Aaron Ramsey’s place.
Arthur and Ramsey haven’t managed to leave their mark throughout the match.

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    61. Alvaro Morata comes close to a second goal but his right-footed shot doesn’t hit the mark.
Morata picked up a pass by Aaron Ramsey just outside the box but his shot goes out for a goal kick

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    58. Benevento’s Christian Maggio picks up the first yellow card of the match following a poor challenge on Alvaro Morata.
Maggio then is immediately substituted for Roberto Insigne.
Reminding that Maggio came in during the first half to replace the injured captain Luca Caldirola

    BENEVENTO 1-1 JUVENTUS
    54. A sense of urgency emerges from the Juventus camp as the fans need a second goal in the second half to climb up the Serie A table.
Juve have struggled to dominate much of the game without their star man Cristiano Ronaldo, who is being rested.
The Italian champions are also missing key defenders and thus Benevento are able to create chances.

Bench: Pinsoglio, Garofani, Alex Sandro, Bonucci, Dragusin, McKennie, Bentancur, Portanova, Bernardeschi, Kulusevski.

    JUVE STATS
Juventus are fourth in the Serie A table with four wins and four draws in eight league matches – Pirlo’s men have yet to lose.
Juve have beaten Sampdoria, Napoli, Spezia as well as Cagliari and drew with Roma, Crotone, Verona and Lazio.
The Turin outfit will hope to return to winning ways today at Benevento where they have just arrived.

    HEAD-TO-HEAD
The two sides have faced off twice in the past with Juventus winning both Serie A fixtures in the 2017-2018 season.
Juve defeated the Gli Stregoni 2-1 three years ago thanks to goals by Gonzalo Higuain and Juan Cuadrado whereas Amato Ciciretti netted the opener.
A few months later the Italian giants prevailed again with a score of 4-2 in Campania.
Cheikh Diabate scored a brace for the hosts but the visitors stood tall with a hat-trick by Paulo Dybala and a goal by Douglas Costa.

    GOOD AFTERNOON FROM BENEVENTO
Welcome to our live coverage of the Serie A clash between Juventus and Benevento at the Ciro Vigorito stadium.
It’s been four days since Juve sealed Champions League qualification to the last 16 when Alvaro Morata’s late strike marked a 2-1 victory over Ferencvaros at the Juventus Stadium.
The Italian champions are now set to battle Barcelona for first place, which would lead to a smoother draw for the knockout stages.
But Barca will have to wait as the Bianconeri will look to catch up to table toppers AC Milan who lead by four points in the Serie A.
Juventus are undefeated in the league but their four draws in eight matches have sunk them to fourth place behind Milan, Sassuolo and Roma.
But today’s encounter won’t be a walk in the park as Pirlo is facing a defensive crisis with Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini and Merih Demiral all likely to be unavailable.
That means Matthijs de Ligt may be the only recognised centre-back available on the pitch against Benevento, who are not without problems as Bryan Dabo has tested positive for coronavirus.
Benevento manager, and Juventus legend, Filippo Inzaghi will also be without the injured Gaetano Letizia, Massimo Volta and Alessandrio Tuia whereas Iago Falque and Daam Foulon are facing a late fitness test.

Brighton 1 Liverpool 1 LIVE REACTION: Pascal Gross nets dramatic stoppage-time penalty as VAR debate rages at Amex

PASCAL GROSS kept his cool from the spot in stoppage time to give Brighton a deserved draw against Liverpool.
    Final score: Brighton 1-1 Liverpool
Follow ALL the latest with our blog below…

    THAT’S ALL FOLKS
    Where to start?
Liverpool dominated early possession as they usually do but the Seagulls eventually grew into the game and had the first good opportunity through Aaron Connolly.
He missed a one on one and the squandered chances didn’t stop there. Brighton was awarded a penalty after a clumsy challenge from Neco Williams on Connolly but Maupay blasted it wide.
Mo Salah then saw his cheeky chip disallowed by VAR for being marginally offside 15 minutes later.
The breakthrough came on the 60th minute by Diogo Jota who continues his incredible goal scoring form and the Reds thought they had the points wrapped up when Mane came on to put his header in the back of the net, however, that too was ruled out for offside.
Then came the late stoppage time drama. Robertson kicked Danny Welbeck in the box which was an incident initially missed by the referee but revisited thanks to the help of VAR.
The penalty was given and this time, Gross stepped up and made no mistake enabling Brighton to get out of there with a point and that was that.
Thanks for tuning in with me this afternoon but the coverage is far from over so stay locked in, here on SunSport.
    Enjoy your weekend family!

    MATCH REPORT
What a fantastic way to kick off the weekend. The Premier League never seems to disappoint.
Even the the post match analysis from Klopp was entertaining.
CLICK HERE FOR THE MATCH REPORT

    KLOPP SEES RED
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was not pleased today. He had some interesting words for Des Kelly in his post match analysis on the penalty and kick off times.
Klopp said “Look, you tried to create again, on my cost, they do, a headline. That’s how it is. I say now it was not but the ref whistled it.
Don’t look like this, you try it always, all the time. Today I say it was not a penalty and you are not happy with that answer so what do you want to hear?
    Give your answers to yourself.”
The German added: “I don’t know how often I have to say it, YOU picked the 12:30. You. Not you personally but you did it.
I just say it how it is. After Wednesday, Saturday 12:30 is really dangerous for the players. You don’t do that often.
If you play at three o’clock or five o’clock, it’s exactly the same, it’s a Saturday.
What I want to say is, I only go for the broadcasters for the Wednesday and 12:30. Only seven managers have the similar problem and they all agree.”
He also said: “Chris Wilder or whoever constantly says that I am selfish. I think all the things he said showed that he is selfish but that’s not important.”

    THE STANDINGS
Despite Liverpool dropping points, they go top and Brighton stay in 16th.

    POINTS DROPPED
Liverpool have dropped more points this season from winning positions already than the whole of last season.

    WELBECK’S VIEWS
The Brighton forward discussed their game plan and the penalty decision.
“We knew that we could maybe create some opportunities and disrupt their backline with a few runs in behind and in the end we got a soft penalty but, it’s one that we’ll take. We got the point now so we’ll move onto next week.
I’ve touched the ball before him. Obviously I wanted to nick it and then get round him but he’s kicked me and then kicked the ball.”
He then added: “The referee’s been over to the screen and seen it and he’s given his decision.”
“We wanted to go into this game with fire power of our own. We wanted to cause some problems and today we did that.
We stuck in right to the end and we got the point.”

    BRIGHTON’D UP THEIR DAY
Late penalty drama helped the Seagulls steal a point at the amex.

    STAT ATTACK
    The breakdown from todays game.

    PEEEEEEEEEEEP!
    THAT’S IT!
    GREAT GAME!
    FT BRIGHTON 1-1 LIVERPOOL

    BRIGHTON 1-1 LIVERPOOL
    90+6. Chance wasted.
Header from Webster goes over the bar and that should be it.

    BRIGHTON 1-1 LIVERPOOL
90+6. Could be more late drama here as the Seagulls have a late corner.
Everyone on the edge of their seats!

So after seeing the incident in slow motion, the referee decided to award Brighton a penalty after the kick from Robertson on Danny Welbeck.
It was harsh but we have seen them given in the past.
Gross made no mistake and smashed it straight down the middle.
    BRIGHTON 1-1 LIVERPOOL

    GOAAAAAAAAAAAAL!
    NO MAUPAY, NO PROBLEM!

PASCAL GROSS PICKS UP THE BALL!
    NO PRESSURE!

    THE PENALTY HAS BEEN GIVEN!

    ANOTHER VAR CHECK
Robertson kicked Welbeck in the box which wasn’t clear and obvious but we have seen them given so Liverpool could be in trouble here.

    BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL
    88. AHHH TROSSARD!
He had the ball in a very good position on the left wing, shaped up to put in a brilliant cross but completely miss kicked the ball.
    We’ve all been there.

    BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL
    85. Brighton are really throwing the kitchen sink at the Liverpool defence.
They are playing some good football but just can’t make a breakthrough so far.

    BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL
    VAR RULES IT OUT AGAIN!
This time it was a clear offside so no complaints there.
Brighton can breathe a sigh of relief but time is running out for the Seagulls.

    GOAAAAAAAAAAAAL!
    AND THEY HAVE BEEN ROBBED!
    MANE WITH THE HEADER!

    BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL
    81. White put in a fantastic challenge on Jota about 25 yards out but the referee has awarded Liverpool the freekick.
If this goes in, Brighton have been robbed.

    BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL
    78. The Seagulls having a good spell of the ball now.
March whipped in a dangerous ball which hit Robertson and fortunately for the Liverpool left back, flew over the bar for a corner.
He didn’t know much about it at all.

    BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL
    75. Good freekick by Solly March but Alisson is in the right place to catch it.

    BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL
    72. Injuries all around the field.
After 8 minutes, Lallana has had to leave the field for Jahanbakhsh.
Milner is being replaced by Jones after picking up another muscle injury.
Danny Welbeck still being treated but is slowly getting back to his feet.
Questions will be asked again about the 5 subs rule by managers I’m sure of it.

    BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL
    70. The Seagulls have a freekick in a dangerous position.
Phillips had his eyes on the ball to be fair to him but headered the back of Danny Welbeck’s head who is currently down being treated.

Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr weigh-in LIVE REACTION: Tyson says he will ‘come running’ at Jones Jr as pair hit scales

MIKE TYSON and Roy Jones Jr are ready to go to war with the big heavyweight fight just a day away..
But before that first bell goes though the veteran pair have to face-off at the weigh-in, along with undercard stars Badou Jack and Jake Paul.
    [embedded content]

    Follow all the reaction below…

BIT OF A QUIET ONE THAT
Well, not much to report from the weigh-ins there from the US.
Tyson and Jones Jr were separated by a screen. There wasn’t any trash-talking.
Jones Jr insisted he wasn’t ‘making a mistake’, while Tyson said the outcome of the fight would be down to Jones Jr.
    Which in itself was strange.
He did confirm what many of us already thought – that he would ‘come running’ at Jones Jr.

    NOW TYSON SPEAKS
“I’m pitching punches, everything else is up to Roy.
“If I am running anywhere, I am running right at him.”

    JONES SPEAKS FIRST
“It’s going to turn out right trust me.”

TYSON AND JONES SEPARATED BY A SCREEN!
Probably a good job. Tyson was the first to turn away.
The pair flex for the camera.

    IRON MIKE STRIPS OFF
The 54-year-old was the youngest ever heavyweight champ.
He is on the scales at 220.4lbs.

    AND HERE IS TYSON!!

JONES JR IS HERE ON THE SCALES
Last fought in 2018, he was the P4P king for many years.
Jones Jr hits the scales at 210.

HERE WE GO! JONES IS SET TO COME OUT!!

    JAKE PAUL SPEAKS
“I love the sport, I am made for this.
“It is an opportunity to prove people wrong.
“I am ready to take the world by storm.
“Nate’s kids, if you are watching, don’t watch the fight, it’s going to be bad. It’s going to be bloody.”

    ROBINSON SPEAKS
“I just want to prove I am one of the greatest athletes that’s ever lived.”
    Wow.

PAUL VS ROBINSON – FACE TO FACE
Trash talking ensures, mostly by Paul.
He calls Robinson a b***h, with the former basketball star replies ‘see you tomorrow’.
They were separated by a screen.

JAKE PAUL vs NATE ROBINSON NEXT!
Robinson hits the scales at 181lbs, that’s the former basketball star ahead of his pro bxing debut.
Jake Paul, wearing a strange heairpiece and a mask, weighs in at 189.
He had to take the heairpiece off to make weight seemingly!

    WEIGH IN IS NOW!
On the scales comes Badou Jack and Blake McKernan.
McKernon is undefeated and is adamant that will continue and he will move to 14-0.
McKernan hits the scales at 186.8lbs.
    Jack weighs in at 188.9lbs.
The announcer says that it is ‘one of the most anticipated bouts on the cards’ and that the pair ‘have something to prove.
McKernand goes face-to-face showing the American flag in the face of Swede Jack.

    MIXED BAG ON THE UNDERCARD
So two legends are topping the bill as we know.
Hasim Rahman Jr is also there, he is of course the son of the boxer who beat Lennox Lewis.
Badou Jack also fights, so they are both decent level boxers.
Then…… there is Jake Paul fighting a basketball star.
    Erm…

    TYSON’S TURNAROUND
Mike Tyson admitted excesses out of the ring imapcted his health after retiring.
So he did something about it – and underwent a stunning body transformation.
Jones Jr is not long retired and still has some decent tools in his locker – but he will clearly lack the power that his fearsome opponent has.

    TYSON WANTS EARLY KO
Iron Mike adamant that he will go out and ‘get on top’ of Roy Jones Jr from the off.
He will come flying out, the question will be how long he can keep it going for.
Haye says: “Roy Jones has to use his speed, one thing he has always had is exceptional speed.
“He can get out of range, come in range let shots go and get out of range.
“If he tries to mix it with Tyson, they say the last thing you lose is your power. Jones has to be cautious.”

Richie Woodhall on Roy Jones Jr
“His speed and athelticism was incredible”.
Woodhall highlights Jones Jr’s win against James Toney as one of his best ever.
It was some performance stepping up in weight.

    David Haye on BT Sport
“Mike Tyson was a wrecking machine, he would walk in and get you out of there.
“On his day when he was fired up, motivated, young and fresh, he looked about as invincible as you would get at heavyweight.
“If he has 10 per cent what he had back then he can cause a lot of problems for people.”

    HERE WE GO!!
We start with a preview of BOTH the huge fights BT Sport are showing this weekend.
Daniel Dubois faces Brit heavyweight rival Joe Joyce in London in what could be a thrilling affair.
Then later over in the US, Mike Tyson squares off against fellow Hall of Famer Roy Jones Jr.
    Some night of boxing!!

    WE ARE ALMOST READY!
Just a matter of SECONDS now until fight fans get the chance to see two legends weigh-in.
There are lots of questions people still have for the Tyson vs Jones Jr fight… all will be answered come Saturday night in the US.
The latest to come out of the camps is that a cut will stop the fight – but the severity will surely be at the referee’s discretion.

    SUNSPORT SNAPPER DOES A TYSON!
Award-winning photographer Dickie Pelham decided to follow Mike Tyson’s gruelling fitness regime to get fit.
The 57-year-old saw his running halted when he had to have an op on his foot – so decided to get into boxing and circuits.
Tyson has undergone a stunning body transformation – and Dickie doesn’t look too bad himself!
    Read all about it here!

    20 MINUTE COUNTDOWN
Not long to go until we see Mike Tyson and Roy Jones stripped down and on the scales for their mouthwatering exhibition this weekend.
There have been some rumours that Tyson will weigh LESS than Jones, such as been his stunning body transformation.
Jones has been looking lean himself in training and looks to have shifted some of the retirement poundage himself.
Will we get the traditional stare-down? Will Tyson be in that raging zone where he pretty much won his fights at the weigh-in?
All will be revealed for what promises to be an intriguing scrap!

F1 Bahrain Grand Prix LIVE: Hamilton takes first place in both practice sessions – latest updates, results

THE Formula One season is back after a fortnight break – and ready for an adrenaline-filled weekend in the desert.
Bahrain plays host as title winner Lewis Hamilton looks to claim a fourth career victory at the Sakhir Circuit, where he won last year.
    Practice 1 time: 11am GMT
    Practice 2 time: 3pm GMT
    Practice 3 time: 11am – Saturday Nov 28
    Qualifying time: 2pm – Saturday Nov 28
Bahrain Grand Prix: 2.10pm – Sunday Nov 29

Follow all the action with our live blog below…

    FP2 IS DONE
Hamilton tops the session just as he did in FP1.
Verstappen in P2 and Bottas in P3.
Other story was Alex Albon’s huge crash and the session being stopped by a stray dog.
Good day from Perez, who again shows good pace but concerns for the two Ferraris and McLaren are also off the pace.

    AND THIS IS THE RESULT
    Hamilton in P1

A new name at the top of the time sheet ⏱️
    Lewis Hamilton puts in a 1:28.971 to go quickest 🚀bahraingp 🇧🇭 f1 pic.twitter.com/PQIC9fKTq8
    — Formula 1 (@F1) November 27, 2020

    15 MINUTES TO GO
Hamilton is now starting his quick runs. Let’s see what he’s got.

    Q2 IS GO AGAIN…
The dog has gone and the session has restarted again.

We had a Green Light – briefly
And then this guy turned up 👀🐶🙂
    So another red flag for now…bahraingp 🇧🇭 f1 pic.twitter.com/MR0fdWoKod
    — Formula 1 (@F1) November 27, 2020

    VETTEL IS SINGING
    “Who let the dogs out?”
That is two races in a row where a dog has stopped play.

FP2 IS GO AGAIN…OR IS IT?
The wreckage has been cleared up and the light goes green.
There is now a dog on the track, so the session has been stopped.

    ALBON IS OK
But he will be checked by the medics given the severity of the impact.
He is a tough cookie but his smash is going to dent his confidence. Not to mention Red Bull’s coffers. That damage is going to cost a fair amount to rectify.

    RED FLAG
Session is halted after Alex Albon hits the barriers hard 💥
    Albon reports on team radio that he’s ok 🎧bahraingp 🇧🇭 f1 pic.twitter.com/oGRYbb3uy3
    — Formula 1 (@F1) November 27, 2020

WOAH BIG SMASH FOR ALBON – RED FLAG
His Red Bull is smashed to bits.
He lost control at the final corner and the car flips back and slams him into the wall.
That was a poor mistake for the under fire driver. His confidence has been hammered and this is yet another blow.
Will he stay at Red Bull?

    VERSTAPPEN LEADS THE WAY
After some difficulties in Q1, Verstappen is going well here in P1.
Perez again looking strong and Ricciardo too, so almost a repeat of Q1.
The only difference is the two Mercs are bottom but they have yet to do their fast laps.

    A RARE MOMENT THIS SEASON
As Mercedes cars are placed in P19 and P20
Told you it was an experimental session.

    CLOSE SHAVE FOR VERSTAPPEN
The Dutchman is nearly taken out by one of the Racing points. He is lucky to get away with that.
Meanwhile Gasly is also losing his rag with Bottas, who is hogging the racing line, despite being slow and bogged down with a heavy fuel load.

    FP2 IS GO
And again, the 2021 tyres will again make some appearances during this session. So plenty of development runs.

    Alex Terrell27th Nov 2020, 14:58

    HAMILTON IN ACTION
The world champion was back in his groove earlier on. Can he repeat it in the second practice session?

    END OF Q1
Hamilton means business. He is quickest in F1 following up his success in Turkey in excellent fashion.
Bottas again in P2 and Perez in third.
Good stuff from Sainz, Red Bull’s Verstappen and Albon, plus the Renault duo who are in the top 10.

    SOLID START FOR PEREZ
Incredible to think that the Mexican is without a seat in F1 next season. Was on the podium last time out in Turkey. Now inside the top three.
Great driver, but has been shown the door by Racing Point. He must be on Red Bull’s list and says he is only interesting in joining one team on the grid.

    NEAT ROUND UP

    RED BULL GIVES YOU SPINS

Verstappen is the latest to suffer a spin, he loses it at the final corner and pits to replace his flat-spotted tyres 👀bahraingp 🇧🇭 f1 pic.twitter.com/HtLWEv7miJ
    — Formula 1 (@F1) November 27, 2020

    BAH-RAIN?
More rain on the way. This could shake things up again. Hamilton and Bottas still P1 and P2.
Good stuff so far from Gasly and Perez who are in the top four.

    SPINS FOR LECLERC AND GROSJEAN
Mistakes from both drivers but they avoid contact with the barriers and are back on their way.
Both cars very down on pace. Leclerc in P15 and Grosjean in P17

    VERSTAPPEN NOW ON TRACK
The Red Bull man blew his chances of winning in Turkey after spinning off when he tried to overtake Sergio Perez.
He would love to finish the season strongly as he has already secured the title of best of the rest behind the Mercedes duo.

BOTTAS WRECKS A SET OF TYRES
Remember, the Finn had a shocker in Turkey. He had six spins.
And now he is flatspotting his tyres here, struggling to hit the brakes in time to make the corner and causing the front wheels to lock up.
Not been a great season for him. Bad luck and unable to match his teammate.

    FP1 IS GO
Already busy on track, The early rain has gone away and it is your champion, Lewis Hamilton at the top of the time charts.
Bottas in P2, Sainz in P3.
    Early days yet…

    FP1 IS ALMOST GO
And this week it will feature the new Pirelli tyres made for the 2021 season. Now, you might think that tyres are tyres.
But you’d be wrong. The different compounds (of which there are 5) react in different ways. Some are harder and last longer, some a softer and while they result in faster laps, as they are grippier, they don’t last as long.
Tyres are a big part of F1. There are one of the four main variables (driver, car, track and tyres) that can influence the race.
They are the only part of the car that comes in contact with the surface, and, at the moment, the teams have limited information about the 2021 tyres.
So, this FP1 session will feature lots of data gathering for the teams, who will study all the information they receive from a selection of new 2021-spec tyres.

BOTH TITLES ARE DONE…BUT THERE IS STILL LOTS TO PLAY FOR
Ok, so it is a bit difficult to get excited about the runner’s up runner up…but in the constructors’ championship it means millions in prize money.
Racing Point, McLaren and Renault are all vying for that third place behind Red Bull, who occupy second place behind champions Mercedes.

    LEW’S PAIN
Lewis Hamilton recalled the racial abuse he suffered as a young driver as he was honoured with the game changer prize at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards.
The racing driver, who won a record-equalling seventh Formula One world championship earlier this month, appeared during the online ceremony in a pre-recorded segment.
The Stevenage-born star, 35, described his early years in karting and spoke of how he had been affected by the death of George Floyd in the US.
He said: “At the end of the day, every single one of us, we bleed the same colour blood.
“It started when I was five, my first experience of racism, and it continued through school, walking through parks and being jumped, having things thrown at you, and then later through karting, constantly racial slurs.
“Once I even turned professional, I received racial abuse and no-one said anything. My dad would always just say, ‘Do your talking on the track’.
“For me, it was watching George being held down for those eight minutes and 30 seconds.
“It brought up a lot of emotions that I hadn’t even realised I had suppressed. Enough is enough. Now is not the time to be silent.”
Hamilton, who has shown his support for the Black Lives Matter movement throughout the 2020 F1 season, also looked back at his first race of the calendar where he took the knee.
“I remember feeling heat because I knew it was going to spark some sort of reaction,” he said.
“People still to this day don’t fully understand what that gesture means. This is not a political statement. This is a human rights issue.
“It’s not just about doing the symbolism thing, like taking the knee or changing the car to black,” he added, referring to his F1 team Mercedes’ decision to use a black racing livery this year.
“It’s then what can we do to really make change.”
Star Wars actor John Boyega, actress Michaela Coel and England footballer Marcus Rashford were also among the stars honoured at the awards.
