    MORE FROM MOURINHO
Mourinho added: “I am very happy with the result and the performance but of course I want the team in the second half to play in a different way.
“In reality, you don’t always do what you want to do because your opponent forces you in a different direction.
“You are winning 2-0, why would you expose your defensive block if you don’t have to? It was a very difficult game.
“I can imagine tomorrow the headlines will about them not being in a good position in the table but I believe with these players and Mikel it will be Arsenal v Tottenham again.”

    JOSE SPEAKS
Speaking on Sky Sports, Jose Mourinho says: “It was a big game in every sense, not just because it was Tottenham-Arsenal.
“I want to give words, congratulations to Mikel Arteta because he gave us a very difficult game.

“They have a good tactical courage and incredible spirt. They are a good team and he is a good coach.”

    ROLE REVERSAL
Speaking of his role today where he had more touches in his defensive box, Kane says: “This is a season where we are all pulling in the right direction, everyone is willing to defend, attack, whatever it takes to win the game.

“I’m happy to do it and happy to win games.”

    HASHTAG DERBY DAY
Arsenal have taken a trip down memory lane ahead of this afternoon’s north London derby…

    SPURS ARRIVE HOME
Tottenham are in town and Jose looks thrilled….

    INJURY WOES
Harry Kane sat out Tottenham’s mid-week draw but is likely to be back in the fold for this afternoon’s north London derby.
Spurs host Arsenal and are currently eight points ahead of their fierce rivals having started this season far more brightly.
But Tottenham’s goalless draw against Chelsea last weekend, and their mid-week Europa League fixture, didn’t exactly provide fans with entertaining football.
Kane and Toby Alderweireld’s inclusion is positive news for Tottenham, there are question marks over Hugo Lloris’s fitness which could mean Joe Hart starts between the sticks.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have their own injury concerns as Thomas Partey has been nursing a thigh injury, while David Luiz suffered a head injury after colliding with Wolves striker Raul Jimenez.
Nicolas Pepe is banned after his headbutting saga while Gabriel Martinelli is still out with a knee injury.

    IT’S DERBY DAY!
TOTTENHAM take on Arsenal today in the first North London derby of the season.
And there will be 2,000 fans in attendance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium watching on.
The Gunners go into the game in poor form sitting down in 15th place in the Premier League.
Spurs, on the other hand, can go top above Chelsea with all three points today.
Jose Mourinho said this week about the significance of the derby: “It means more when we are not in the position we are now.
“Because we are in such a good position, it is a little bit different.
“It happened when we      played Arsenal in the last part of the season.
“It was just about winning against them to give us something, to have a good feeling.
“But in this moment we also look at the table and we are in a good position, fighting in the top part of the league.
“But of course we never forget there are historical rivalries — and what it means for supporters.”
Gunners boss Arteta has revealed he has watched Spurs: All Or Nothing Amazon documentary for managerial tips from Mourinho.
Arteta said: “There are some important moments in that documentary when you can pick some relevant things of why he is getting the success that he is getting.”

F1 Sakhir Grand Prix LIVE RESULTS: Bottas on pole ahead of Russell, Grosjean to miss Abu Dhabi GP confirmed

THE SAKHIR GRAND PRIX is taking place this weekend – but there’s no Lewis Hamilton.
The reigning champion has tested positive for coronavirus and been replaced by fellow Brit George Russell for Mercedes.
    Race time: Sunday, 5.15pm

Follow ALL of the latest updates below…

    MISSING LEW
Despite George Russell’s good performance yesterday, Max Verstappen thinks Lewis Hamilton will be a big miss for today’s race.
The seven-time champion is sitting out this weekends race as he battles coronavirus.
Verstappen said: “Of course you do, because he will make the difference in the most crucial moments.
“That’s why he’s a seven time world champion.”

    FATHER LIKE SON
Mick Schumacher is well on his way to following in his father’s footsteps after being crowned F2 world champion.
The son of legendary seven-time world champion Michael, the 21-year-old clinched the title in Bahrain, despite his 18th place finish.
An error on the opening lap meant he dropped down the positions but British rival Callum Ilott failed to take advantage with a 10th place finish.
It meant Mick won the title by 14-points with Ilott needing to finish in the top two places.
It was his last race in F2 before he moves to Formula One with team Haas next season.

    F2 UNDERWAY
F2 is underway and Mick Schumacher has a number of scenarios to be crowned champion.

    MIRACLE
Romain Grosjean cheated death in Bahrain when he walked away from his F1 car split in half and engulfed in flames.
It was an absolute miracle to see him make it out in one piece and we’re glad he did.
It has now been confirmed that he will miss his final ever race in F1 next week in Abu Dhabi.

    THE END
Romain Grosjean will miss out on his “final race” in Abu Dhabi next week as he flies home to Switzerland to continue his recovery.
In Haas’ statement, Grosjean said: “It is with great sadness that I will not be able to do my final race in Abu Dhabi and be with the team there.
“We’ve tried as much as we could with the doctor to recover and to repair my hand, but the risk of racing is too big for my recovery and my health.
“So, the decision was made that I’m not going to race. It’s one of the hardest decisions of my life, but it’s obviously one of the wisest.
“I will miss the team, but I will be supporting them as ever.”

    GROSJEAN FLIES HOME
Romain Grosjean is flying back to Switzerland, he released a statement on twitter.

    CHARLES CHUFFED
Ferrari have a car on fourth tomorrow and Charles Leclerc is delighted with his performance talking to Sky Sports.
Having just one set of Softs for Q3, he wanted to go early in case traffic was a ‘mess’ and to ‘get out on track and do the job’.
He says he ‘couldn’t have done anything better’ – and he’s probably right.

    ROMAIN RETURNS
An aside from qualy – here is Romain Grosjean getting reacquainted with his Haas.

George Russell saying he hasn’t started a race without any drivers in front of him off the grid ‘for a long long time’.

    RUSSELL STILL LEARNING

But he is ‘very pleased’ to get so close to Valtteri Bottas.

    ‘NOT MY BEST’
Valtteri Bottas a tad disappointed with is run – which he calls ‘not his best’ qualifying.

    REST OF THE PACK
An intriguing grid will line up with Sergio Perez fifth and another man soon to be out of F1, Daniil Kvyat, sixth.
Daniel Ricciardo is seventh before Carlos Sainz, Pierre Gasly and Lance Stroll.

    Q3 COMPLETE
Valtteri Bottas muted in his celebrations as he exits the car, knowing he will have two very talented young drivers on his backside tomorrow evening.
George Russell with a great performance in second and Max Verstappen wondering what might have been in third.
Charles Leclerc arguably the driver of the day as he clocks fourth.

    BOTTAS P1
    That was mighty, mighty close!
Just 0.056 seconds from first to third, where Max Verstappen will start.
‘Nice to be on pole’ says a droll Valtteri Bottas over radio.

    Q3: RUSSELL SECOND, BOTTAS POLE!
George Russell is 0.026 seconds off Valtteri Bottas who takes pole!

    Q3: TIME’S UP

Q3: NOT GREAT FROM THE MERCS
Neither man can improve their Sector 1 times…

    Q3: 1 MIN TO GO
The Mercs are again first out so we will get their times first in just over a minute.
Valtteri Bottas could give George Russell a tow, with Max Verstappen on the Brit’s tail.

Spence on the front foot early, Garcia will look to counter punch.

    HERE COMES THE CHAMP
Spence makes his way to the ring – along with his WBC and IBF belts.
His first fight since beating Porter in September 2019.
But more importantly, his first fight since his horror car crash in October last year.

    HERE COMES THE CHALLENGER
Danny Garcia makes his way to the ring with his trademark mask on.
A loss for Garcia would see him beaten against Spence as well as Keith Thurman and Shawn Porter.

    PADDED OUT
Danny Garcia hits the pads with his trainer and father Angel.
He challenges for the Errol Spence Jr’s WBC and IBF welterweight titles NEXT.

    NOT DAN AND OUT
Following such a devastating collision, Errol Spence Jr could have been excused for wanting an easier route back to the ring.
But instead, the defiant southpaw – feeling he has something to prove – wanted only to face the best.
So now his fight against Danny Garcia – which was set for January until the crash – will be his first since escaping death.
And it was a request he specifically asked his advisor Al Haymon at PBC to approve.
Spence told SunSport: “Fighting a lesser opponent that I know I can beat, I don’t think it would have me 100 per cent focussed like Danny Garcia has got me.
“I basically told my manager Al Haymon, ‘I’m a shark, don’t put me in the pool with tuna’s and seabass. Put me in the tank with other sharks’.
“I want to be in there with a shark, so we chose Danny Garcia.”

    WRAPPING IT UP

But Yarde needs one big shot to save his career.

    ROUND ELEVEN
Yarde launches a huge looping haymaker but Arthur expects them and strolls away.

Yarde starts fast and Arthur has to backtrack.
Arthur oparries a couple of Yarde power shots and scores back with another jab.

    ROUND FIVE
Yarde throws a few right hands that get past Arthur’s guard but barely graze his shaved head.

Yarde throws a left hook but it’s another razor ftighht stanza.

    ROUND FOUR
Yarde finally lands a right hand that gets his people inside the room excited.
But Arthur’s jab remains a pest of a weapon every time it finds Yarde’s nose.
Both men end the session smiling as Yarde deflects an Arthur right hand with his shoulder.

    ROUND THREE
Arthur scores a hat-trick with a double jab that Yarde failed to defend.
And the rocks the Londoner’s head back with the stiffest one of the night.
Yarde is looking for power shots because he left arm is too short to land jabs.

    ROUND TWO
Arthur scored with another jab and the right hand Yarde threw was caught on the Manchester man’s arms.
Arthur dodged another left hook and then scored with another jab.
Arthur’s friends and family were in the crowd making it very awkward for Yarde.

    ROUND ONE
Arthur earned the super-cautious opener with a handful of jabs.
Flyweight Sunny Edwards was up in the balcony guiding Arthur through every moment and even taunting Yarde.

    KING ARTHUR ARRIVES
Lyndon keeps Yarde waiting with a long and slow ringwalk.
If Arthur can survive the first few rounds, when Yarde is explosive and hungry, he could take control down the back.
Will Yarde be able to take away his height and reach advantages?

    STANDINGS
Defeat sees Leeds United fall to 13th place in the league, but the Whites more than matched Chelsea in the first half and should have more than enough to secure survival this season.

    FRANK’S THOUGHTS
These are the full time thoughts of Chelsea boss Frank Lampard:
“Well we started brilliantly, and in the first few minutes, in the first passes or little passage of the game they score.
“So there’s the test straight away against a team of their quality, but I think over the period of the game we created so many opportunities, real clear cut ones, good opportunities.
“We stayed positive against a team that stresses you and strains you in how they move and the energy in their team.
“You have to defend well, you have to accept they’re probably going to get chances because of the amount of numbers they got forward at different times, but we dominated the game in terms of the action in the boxes.”
“And [we] fully deserved the win, I just wanted it to be more comfortable and it was [for] probably about the last thirty seconds.”

    COOPER SPEAKS
This is what Leeds United captain Liam Cooper has to say at full time:
“Difficult, a fair result in the end I’d say.
“Second half we weren’t at our best, we’ll go away and analyse that and we’ll look to improve in the next game.
“Chelsea are a good team, they’ll be up there at the end of the season, and yeah disappointed.
“I don’t think we got into the game as much as we should of and as much as we have, and yeah that’s disappointing.
“But as a group we’ll stick together and like I said look to improve [in the] next game.”

    SITTING PRETTY
Chelsea fans will be loving the look of the Premier League table overnight.
Tottenham and Liverpool could leapfrog the Blues tomorrow, but Chelsea have certainly made their case that they will be up there at the end of the season.

    OLIVIER’S THOUGHTS
Chelsea goalscorer Olivier Giroud has this to say at half time:
“Honestly it’s one of the best teams I’ve faced for a few months physically.
“They run everywhere it was so hard, maybe it’s because I didn’t play for two months and I’ve played two games, but, well it’s a great feeling to win tonight.”

    FULL TIME STATS
The visitors shaded the possession of the game, but had 8 shots compared to Chelsea’s 23.
Leeds managed just 3 efforts on target, whereas Chelsea had 8 efforts on goal.

    SEALER

West Ham 1 Man Utd 3 LIVE REACTION: Pogba, Greenwood and Rashford spark stunning United comeback result

MANCHESTER UNITED were slow, sluggish and hesitant for an hour – before coming from 1-0 down to win 3-1 at London Stadium.
Tomas Soucek had tapped West Ham ahead before Paul Pogba scored a controversial equaliser and then Mason Greenwood bagged a brilliant strike to put the Red Devils ahead.

Marcus Rashford’s wonderful dink then sealed it.
Follow ALL of the latest updates below…

    GOODBYE
Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes are the two names on the lips of Manchester United fans this evening, but it may as well be Jekyll and Hyde such was the difference in their first and second half displays at the London Stadium.
After an appalling opening 45 minutes, Ole Gunnar Solkskjaer turned to his two stars on the bench, and they repaid his faith with scintillating showings that inspired the Old Trafford club to a ninth consecutive away win.
Behind to Tomas Soucek’s close range finish, United could have been even further adrift if Sebastian Haller, Pablo Fornals and Jarrod Bowen had taken their clear-cut chances.
Yet United are making a habit of comebacks, and did so for the fifth consecutive away game.
A Paul Pogba stunner brought United level before Mason Greenwood and Rashford added exquisite finishes of their own to turn the contest on its head in the blink of an eye.
A muscle injury to Anthony Martial was the one black mark against United’s second half performance, and the Frenchman is now a doubt for Tuesday’s crucial Champions League clash at RB Leipzig.
Perhaps more concern for that contest is which United turn up in Germany.
There’s much more Premier League football to come this weekend, starting at Stamford Bridge where Leeds have taken an early lead against Chelsea.
In the meantime, thanks for being with us at the London Stadium and goodnight.

    READ ALL ABOUT IT
There’s five minutes before Chelsea against Leeds kicks-off at Stamford Bridge so why not use it to check out Anthony Chapman’s match report from the London Stadium.

    OLE’S REACTION
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been expressing his delight at the continued impressive away form of his side, and has emphasised the character his players possess.

Last week we were 2-0 down at Southampton so this was a step forward, only 1-0 down at half-time.

🗣 “I’m very, very happy with our away form, how we’re performing. We’re getting more consistent.”Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reflects on Manchester United’s win at West Ham. pic.twitter.com/H9GjUWiyCH
    — Sky Sports Premier League (@SkySportsPL) December 5, 2020

    RED DEVILS RATED
See how we scored the Manchester United players after a game of two undeniably different halves at the London Stadium.

    COMEBACK KINGS
Manchester United picked up another three points from a losing position to make it 15 such points for the season, and with it moved to the top of the Premier League’s all-time table.

MORE AWAY DAY JOY FOR UNITED
The club record run of victories away from home moves on to nine.

    RASHFORD RALLIES UNITED
Along with Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford also came off the bench at half-time and had a big say in Manchester United’s latest second half comeback. The forward has been discussing his side’s knack of recovering after falling behind.

We need to stop doing that! If we keep more clean sheets, we’ll definitely win more games.
It’s good that we show spirit to come back when we concede a goal, but ideally we don’t want to be conceding.
They have some dangerous players, and you could see it in the first half. On the counter-attack, they had some big threats.
We managed to get through it at 1-0, and once you get to half-time it’s an opportunity to regroup and we came out for the second half with renewed focus.
It’s not about what [the manager] says, but what we can see on the pitch. It was clear in the first half that we didn’t get in behind them enough.
I think in the second half, the team knew what we had to do it and it was just a case of going out, working hard and doing it.
    Marcus Rashford

    BRUNO’S IMPACT
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer turned to Bruno Fernandes at half-time with his side struggling, and the Portuguese maestro once again inspired United to a second half comeback.

FT: WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
Another second half comeback brings up a ninth consecutive away win for Manchester United, and takes the visitors up above West Ham and into fourth place in the Premier League. Goals from Paul Pogba, Mason Greenwood and substitute Marcus Rashford cancelled out Tomas Soucek’s first half opener.

    PEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!THE FINAL WHISTLE BLOWS!

    WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
90+4. Gary Neville lauded Mason Greenwood as the best finisher at the club following his goal, but this effort from the young forward is nothing short of dreadful.
The teenager takes a bouncing ball on first time for no reason when clean through, and subsequently scuffs a feeble shot well wide.

    WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
90+2. Greenwood is back in defence to help out, and picks up the loose ball when the latest West Ham attack breaks down.
There’s been no route through for the Hammers in this final half-hour, and United are heading for fourth spot.

    WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
    90. Another Cresswell set-piece, this time a cross, troubles United but a header from Lindelof and then a hoof from Mata get the ball clear.
Five minutes of added time are signalled by the fourth official.

    WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
    88. Benrahma picks up the ball and weaves his way past two defenders.
Confronted by another three, the former Brentford man goes down easily and appears in vain for the free-kick.
Fans of Championship clubs will be no stranger to that sight.

    WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
    87. McTominay is caught in possession by Haller, and it sets up the space for Rice to shoot from far out.
The ball catches a deflection off a defender and could go anywhere. Fortunately for United, it thumps straight into the midriff of Henderson.
    It’s been United’s second half.

    WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
    84. And the Spanish goalkeeper will appreciate this fine save from his stand-in.
Henderson flings himself to his left to tip Cresswell’s curling 30-yard free-kick around the post.

    DELIGHTED DE GEA
The injured Manchester United goalkeeper is certainly enjoying this second half from his home.

    WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
    80. Benrahma nearly sets up a grandstand final ten minutes with a spectacular effort.
The Algerian keeps a corner alive after Lindelof’s half-clearance, and attempts an audacious chip over Henderson from wide on the right.
    Just over.

    WEST HAM 1-3 MAN UTD
    78. Three goals in 13 second half minutes and Manchester United are heading for another away win!
Juan Mata’s instinctive first time pass over the West Ham defence sends Marcus Rashford clear, and this time the forward keeps his cool to beat Lukasz Fabianski.
The substitute’s dinked finish over the home goalkeeper is perfectly timed, and that should be game over.

    GOOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLL!!MARCUS RASHFORD MAKES IT THREE!!

    UNITED’S YOUNG GUN
Mason Greenwood brings up goal number 20.

    WEST HAM 1-2 MAN UTD
    75. A double change for West Ham with Said Benrahma and Manuel Lanzini on in place of Jarrod Bowen and Pablo Fornals.
Meanwhile, Rashford appears okay to continue.

    WEST HAM 1-2 MAN UTD
    74. This isn’t quite so promising for United with Rashford down and appearing hurt.
The forward collided with Ogbonna after being dispossessed by Rice.

    WEST HAM 1-2 MAN UTD
    72. Marcus Rashford nearly makes it three, but fires his one-on-one against the post.
    Where has this come from?!

    WEST HAM 1-2 MAN UTD
It’s another away turnaround for Manchester United! And it’s another brilliant goal!
Bruno Fernandes flicks a pass out to Alex Telles on the left wing, and the Brazilians delivers into the middle.
The ball arrives to Greenwood at pace, but the youngster takes a beautiful first touch to bring it down and turn before firing past Lukasz Fabianski.
    Superb!
