    That’s all from us
Thank you for joining us for tonight’s coverage of Frankfurt versus Tottenham.
Despite a lack of goals, the game did maintain some entertainment value.
But the main takeaways from tonight are the lack of cutting edge Spurs are showing in front of goal and the important away point they have earned at the Europa League champions.
The reverse fixture is next week, and they will be hoping they can make a breakthrough with their home fans behind them.
Take care everyone and good night.

Each of the last three wins have come in different campaigns.
    More from Conte
Asked how Spurs can rectify their struggles in front of goal, he added: “For me the most important thing is to create chances.
“From there you know there are moments when you are more clinical in every chance.
“That moment like the game against Arsenal and today you create chances but sometimes you make a mistake in the last pass so arrive one second late.
“The game was good for us and we played with a good personality, and we will see next week when we have another game against them.”
    Antonio Conte reaction
Speaking to BT Sport, Conte said: “The match was a good match, we played with great intensity and we didn’t allow them to play their football.
“We pressed a lot in every area of the pitch but at the same time we need to be more clinical.
“We created many chances to score but instead at the end we are talking about a draw – a good draw because it’s not easy to play away with this atmosphere.
“I think my players coped with this situation very well.
“We played a good game but if you don’t score you don’t win.”

    More from Hojbjerg
“I thought we took the game well and tried to be dominant and find the spaces, I thought we did that okay but then we got to the 16-yard box and again the last pass or clear chance was not there and I wish we had that to put it in.”
Asked about the importance of a clean sheet he said: “Listen, if cannot win then you play to zero, you don’t lose the game, the team presented themselves very mature.
“We are here, we are competing, and we want to win every game but unfortunately we couldn’t do that tonight.”
    Hojbjerg not happy with result
Speaking to BT Sport after the game Hojbjerg said: “Not 100 per cent happy, i thought we prepared well and we found the spaces well. We got in between down the sides well.
“But I think the opportunities we had we didn’t make the most of them.
We missed an opportunity to get a clear chance, so it’s easy to say it’s disappointing but the last bite was needed a bit.”
    Mini stat attack
    Expected Goals: Frankfurt (0.90) 0-0 (1.36) Tottenham
No Tottenham player has scored in open play in their last four away games and no Tottenham player apart from Harry Kane has scored an away goal since mid-August.
    Full time: Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
A point apiece for the two sides tonight.
Both move onto four points but it is a valuable away point with Spurs playing two of their last three games at home in the Group stage.
They could have easily walked away with more.
However, the lack of a cutting edge really hurt Conte’s side.
Son in particular is the guilty party, with him having the majority of shots for the Londoners.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    90+3. Final minute now.
Frankfurt whip a ball into the area, but it goes wayward.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    90. Into injury time now and both teams are desperate for a breakthrough.
A draw would be a better result for Spurs than Frankfurt, but at the same time it will feel like a missed opportunity to get some breathing room.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    87. Frankfurt make another sub as Lindstrom makes way for Ebimbe.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    83. Ooooh things are getting spicy.
The referee allows a couple of challenges to go unpunished but then Kane gets a little heated and shoves a Frankfurt player he was tussling with to the ground.
He is consequently shown a yellow card.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    82. Another chance across the near post for Spurs.
Sessegnon is slipped in towards the byline and whips a low cross to the near post.
But just as Son gets there the ball is smothered by Trapp and two other Frankfurt defenders.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    80. Gil with a good first involvement, winning the ball back and setting Son away for a counter-attack.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    78. And just as we say that, Lenglet makes way for Ben Davies.
Bryan Gil also comes on for his first involvement of the season as Richarlison makes way.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    77. Lenglet is a lucky boy there.
The loanee has already been booked and he committed a big foul on the wing.
Thin ice to say the least.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    71. More subs for Frankfurt as Rode comes off for Pellegrini.
Sessegnon also comes on for Perisic.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    69. It has to be said that Son has not been at his best tonight.
In fact, it might be fair to say that if Kulusevski were fit, last season’s top scorer would likely find himself on the bench.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    60. Let off for Spurs.
Lloris plays the ball into Romero but he is immediately put under pressure.
He manages to get the ball out of his feet but Frankfurt’s press is relentless and they manage to force a turnover.
The ball is then played to the edge of the D where a Frankfurt attacker is running onto the ball, but his shot goes sailing over the bar after he leans back on his shot.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    59. Frankfurt dominating the ball on the edge of the Spurs box now.
But the defence manage to get their bodies on the line and Spurs relieve the danger by winning a free-kick.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    56. Frankfurt roll the dice and Borre comes onto the field for Kolo Muani.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    54. Son fires another shot high and wide.
Spurs find themselves with a 3v2 on the edge of the Frankfurt area following a brilliant line-breaking pass.
Richarlison attempts a layoff to the unmarked Son, but the pass is slightly too heavy and means Son has to take a touch.
He then manages to get a shot off but it goes far over the bar.
Tottenham are really lacking a cutting edge tonight.
    Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham
    52. Down the other end Spurs almost get their own breakthrough.
They work the ball well on the counter-attack and get the ball down the left flank to the byline.
A cross is whipped in but Frankfurt defenders are able to smother it as Kane darts to the near post.

To beat Rangers at home, you first have to silence the fans.
    All eyes on Ibrox
With Napoli winning 6-1 in Amsterdam this evening, Liverpool know that victory against Rangers in the reverse fixture would pretty much book their place in the knockout stages.
As it stands, The Reds find themselves in second place in the group, 3 points ahead of Ajax and 3 points behind leaders Napoli.
With a trip to Ajax on the cards in their remaining games, the importance of getting all three points in Glasgow has been underlined with tonight’s results.

The Rangers keeper made save after save to keep Liverpool at bay.

The corner comes in and the ball drops to Colak yards out but Alisson makes himself big and blocks the shot.
    Liverpool 2-0 Rangers
    84. It will no doubt be another unbelievable atmosphere at Ibrox next Wednesday.

Liverpool 2-0 Rangers – Diaz chance!
    74. Thiago does brilliantly to win the ball back with a sliding tackle.
Immediately to his feet he threads it through to Nunez.

    Bayern 9pts
    Inter 6pts
    Barcelona 3pts
    Plzn 0pts

    Messi to return
In the midst of tonight’s match, it has been reported that Lionel Messi could be on his way back to his boyhood club Barcelona, just a year and a half after parting ways for PSG.
His contract is soon up at the ligue 1 side and the Camp Nou is thought to be his first choice destination.
Some encouraging news on a dark night for Barca fans.
    Roberto angry at refereeing
Barcelona had a number of decisions go against them this evening, most notably a handball in the area that was dismissed by VAR.
Barcelona defender Sergi Roberto was left furious after the game, complaining abut the lack of consistency within refereeing.
I’m angry. Every year it changes. Neither the players nor they [referees] know what to blow for.Sergi Roberto
Barcelona players have reportedly been told that the reason VAR did not give the penalty was because the ball hit Ansu Fati’s hand, after Dumfries.
    A damning stat
    What’s your net worth, Inter?
Barcelona may want to buy it.
Goals were hard to come by for the visitors this evening.
Could we see Barcelona drop to the Europa League for the second straight season?

FULL TIME – Inter 1-0 Barcelona
    Inter have done it!
Calhanoglu’s late first-half strike is the difference on a night that belongs to Inter.
It was by no means a classic, but Inter stood firm and kept the Spanish giants out to take all three points in Milan.
More importantly, Inter go second in the group.
Barcelona will feel hard done by after having a goal chalked off for a handball in the build-up and then being denied a penalty by VAR late in the day.
You can understand their frustration, it looked to be a penalty on the replays. But the Catalan club never quite got out of first gear this evening.

Good opportunity for Dembele to find someone.

85, Calhanoglu makes way to standing ovation following his potentially match-winning goal.
    Asllani is on.
    Inter 1-0 Barcelona
