That’s all from the Emirates Stadium
Man City leapfrog Arsenal to top the Premier League table following a 3-1 win in this huge title clash.
But, all is not lost for the Gunners as they are still level on points with a game in hand.
There’s a long way to go until this title race is over, and there are plenty of twists and turns still to come.
Thank you for reading, and goodnight!
    Mikel Arteta reacts
When speaking to BBC Match of the Day, the Arsenal boss said: “Huge battle – a battle that, especially until we conceded second goal, we had them – we had the feeling we could beat them but we gave them three goals and the game at the end.
“With certain errors at this level you can’t make. The team put the level very high at the same time.
“They were playing long balls and we suffered to get out of those zones and didn’t read the situation well enough, they punished us.”
On the title race, he said: “I have more belief than I had before the game, with the performance and the level the team put in against City.
“They wanted to play a different game than the one we played and with the crowd we have we can do it.
“They still have it [belief], I can sense it. They feel they can do it.
“The difference was in the boxes, they had three chances and they put them away. We had chances and we didn’t put them away.”
    Credit: Reuters
    Martin Odegaard reacts
When speaking to Amazon Prime, Odegaard said:
“The game is decided in the boxes and we were not sharp enough, in front of the goal and in our own as well.
“They were better. Apart from that, we played a good game, did many good things and had many good periods, but we have to be better in the boxes.
“It is football. Sometimes chances go in, sometimes not. But that is where we need to improve and be more clinical and defend our box. That is not just about one player, but the whole team.
“As we have said all season, work hard and take it game by game. It is the same now. It is one game we have lost here today and now we look to the next one. A new game on Saturday and we must come back and win.
“It was an unbelievable atmosphere and we are so grateful to everyone who came here today and made the game special. We will work hard to give them something to make them happy about.”
    Credit: Getty
    Erling Haaland reacts
When speaking to Amazon Prime, Haaland said:
“City, we not me, all the boys are the champions.
“(We made) small adjustments at half-time from Pep and in the end we have good quality players and have to get it out of every player and do it today.
“I don’t remember (what Guardiola said at half-time), I am so happy, I don’t remember.
“For me we have to play more like this at times. I am so proud today of every guy here and am so happy to be here.
“Arsenal have been the best team all season and to come away against them and play is not easy but we played an amazing game and got the three really important points.
“I mean (scoring goals) is my life and already has gone 20 minutes since i last scored so am in it again and have to keep scoring.
“I’ll do my best (to beat Aguero’s goal record).
“It was so positive and happy celebrations right after now and I am so happy. I won against Arsenal and am so happy. We needed this one and now have to go on a run because that’s what Man City do.
“I’ll do my best and make sure everyone does their best.”

    Tough night at the office
Lionel Messi will feel he could have done more to help his PSG side this evening against Bayern.
Despite having a lot of touches in the game, he failed to link play up or create much in the way of chances.
It wasn’t until Kylian Mbappe came on that the French side looked to have options to cause problems for Julian Nagelsmann’s side.

Kingsley comes back to haunt PSG
Bayern’s Kingsley Coman was the player who was to grab the goal that was the difference between the two sides.
He put in a stellar performance, embarrassing Donnarumma with the goal that won the game.

    Die Bayern punish lacklustre PSG
For the majority of the game, Bayern controlled the game as PSG struggled to string more than three passes together.
They deserved their goal and win but almost paid the price for not putting the game to bed.
They have Sommer to thank in their goal along with Pavard for tonight’s victory.
The French defender made a number of vital blocks before being sent-off after receiving a second yellow card late on.
    FT: PSG 0-1 Bayern
Despite finally waking up in the final twenty minutes of the game, PSG could not find a way back into the game.
Kylian Mbappe thought he had done just that but VAR was to chalk the goal off as Mendes is shown to be offside.
Kingsley Coman is the difference between the sides with the only goal of the game.

    FT: PSG 0-1 Bayern
The referee brings the game to a close.
It is a great result for the travelling German fans who are in full voice.
They finish the game with ten men but take a one-goal lead with them back to Munich.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
90+2. Pavard is shown a second yellow card for a lunging challenge.
    He narrowly missed the ball.
The French fans cheer his dismissal.
    Credit: AP
Red card – Benjamin Pavard (Bayern)
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    90. Sane comes off for Stanisic.
That’s the first time I’ve seen Sane tonight.
Another anonymous performance from the ex-Man City man.
Four additional minutes are to be added.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    88. Bayern are looking to shut up shop now.
They have been rattled a few times by the hosts in the last few minutes.
Julian Nagelsmann knows the importance of this victory and wants to hold on to what they have now.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    86. PSG are ramping up the pressure.
This time the ball breaks to Vitinho who hits the ball on the half volley but Sommer saves.
Neymar is booked for a foul on Kimmich.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    84. That was a big let off for the Germans.
PSG are causing all sorts of problems with Mendes.
His cross finds Messi in the box with his shot looking like a sure goal.
Pavard gets a block with the ball ricocheting over the bar.
    Credit: EPA
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    82. Nuno Mendes was marginally offside when the ball was played to him on the left.
He did so well down the left, crossing for the run of Mbappe who could not miss.
However, VAR was to wipe the smile off his face.
    VAR is checking the goal
    Goal – Kylian Mbappe (PSG)
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    80. PSG have started to look a little livelier in the last 15 minutes or so.
Mendes finds a way through on the left and drives a cross into the box.
The ever reliable Pavard reads it well and manages to clear.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    78. As things stand, Bayern will no doubt take this.
With PSG having to come forward more, the German side could really hit them with a sucker punch before full time.
Muller is trying to stretch Galtier’s side with some intelligent runs.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    76. That was the best chance we have seen for PSG tonight.
Coman comes off, seemingly injured with Gnabry replacing the ex-PSG man.
    Vitinha comes on for PSG.
Choupo-Moting comes off for Thomas Muller.
    Credit: EPA
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    74. For all their confidence every Champions League campaign and the bookies tipping PSG, they constantly fail to deliver.
Mbappe breaks free but Sommer makes a great save.
Neymar follows up, blocked by Pavard.
The ball is in the back of the net courtesy of the boot of Mbappe but he is well offside.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    72. Ramos is penalised for a foul on Musiala.
The home fans have someone on a microphone trying to get the fans going.
He’d be better off doing a raffle amongst the fans, this has been a lacklustre display by PSG.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    70. PSG come forward for a rare attack.
Fabian Ruiz has offered a little more since his introduction.
Kimpembe is shown a yellow-card for a challenge on Koman.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    68. Bayern are probing once again.
There is no argument the better side is leading this game.
For PSG fans, they can feel concerned at how blunt their side has been this evening.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    66. The game is opening up more now.
Bayern are finding it all too easy to open PSG up.
Mbappe does not look as mobile as he usually does, it does not look like he is 100% fit.
    Credit: EPA
PSG 0-1 Bayern – Donnarumma save
    64. Musiala does brilliantly down the right and finds Choupo-Moting who gets a shot away.
His effort is saved by a fingertip touch from Donnarumma, tipping it onto the post.
    Another warning for PSG.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    62. Bayern are still looking in full control here.
Coman’s cross finds Choupo-Moting whose acrobatic effort is this time saved by Donnarumma.
PSG go up the other end but Neymar is dispossessed just before he can unleash a shot.
    PSG 0-1 Bayern
    60. Coman is the scourge of PSG, despite having played for them in a former life.
He scored the winning goal that broke French hearts when they reached the final during the pandemic.
Fabian Ruiz is now on for PSG.

    That’s all from Milan
AC Milan defeated Tottenham 1-0 at the San Siro after a disappointing performance from Antonio Conte’s side .
Milan broke the deadlock after just seven minutes with Brahim Diaz’s goal.
Theo Hernandez beat Cristian Romero in the air down the left and delivered a low cross that found Diaz waiting at the far post.
The attacking midfielder delivered a speedy and powerful shot that Fraser Forster denied with a wonderful save.
But the Spaniard followed up and headed it to the back of the net.

    Milan finally beat Spurs
AC Milan have beaten Tottenham for the first time ever across all competitions.
Heading to tonight’s Champions League encounter, the two sides had faced off four times.
Spurs won twice and drew the other two matches across all competitions.
But Milan have finally ended their long-running hoodoo
    Credit: Getty
    Brahim Diaz milestone
AC Milan ace Brahim Diaz made Champions League history with his goal against Tottenham.
Diaz is now Milan’s second youngest ever goalscorer in the competition behind Kaka.
The playmaker found the back of the net at 23 years and 195 days old.
The legendary Brazilian, on the other hand, broke the record on March 2004 with a brace against Deportivo de La Coruna in the quarter-finals at 21 years and 336 days old
    Credit: AP
    How do Tottenham go through?
Tottenham are on the back foot after losing 1-0 to AC Milan at the San Siro.
That means Spurs have to win in the return fixture on March 8 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
If the North Londoners win by a goal difference then the match will go to extra-time and possibly penalties if nothing changes.
But a win with at least a two-goal difference would see Antonio Conte’s men going through to the Champions League quarter-finals
    Credit: Getty
    AC Milan vs Tottenham stats
Tottenham lost even though they dominated 53 per cent of possession.
Spurs produced a total of 12 shots but only a fourth was on target.
AC Milan, on the other hand, managed nine shots – four of which were on target.
    More below:

    Peep!
    That’s full-time in Milan!!!
    90+3 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
Tottenham are dominating possession in the last few minutes.
But – just as it has been throughout the entire game – they are struggling to produce anything with it
    90 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
Six more minutes of added time to go until full-time.
Can Tottenham produce some magic in they dying minutes…?
    88 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
Tottenham are running out of time and Milan look compact.
The home fans are loving what they’re seeing
    85 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
    Substitution
Another change for Milan boss Pioli as Pobega replaces Tonalli, who put together a top performance
    84 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
    Chance
Tottenham ace Davies tries an overconfident shot from distance but completely misses the target
    83 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
There’s urgency at Tottenham for the much-needed equaliser but there’s also a fatigue.
Milan are holding up very well as we approach full-time
    81 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
    Substitution
A double change by Tottenham boss Conte as Danjuma and Davies come on for Son and Lenglet
    80 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
Just 10 more minutes left for Tottenham to equalise.
The game has opened up but Spurs are still lacking a major opportunity to score
    80 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
    Yellow card
Milan pick up their first booking with Tonalli penalised for a foul on Kane
    79 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
    What a chance!
Milan come just a whisker from a second!
Hernandez delivers wonderful cross from the left and Thiaw gets the header from close range but just misses the bottom right corner.
Forster should have done better there as he didn’t come off his line to pick the cross
    77 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
    Substitution
Milan boss Pioli makes his first changes of the match.
De Ketelaere and Messias come on for Diaz and Saelemaekers respectively
    75 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
The game lacks some serious entertainment.
That is basically down to Tottenham’s incompetence to attack and Milan preferring to hold on to the ball and keep the opposition at bay
    73 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
Milan have done very well defending their lead against Tottenham
Very good performance from the back three, with the help of Tonali and Krunic from midfield
    70 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
    Substitution
Tottenham manager Conte makes the first change of the match with Richarlison replacing Kulusevski
    68 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
Tottenham stars Kulusevski and Son are having their back against the play every time they’re in a position for the ball.
That really slows the visitors’ attacks down, especially when they can get on the counter
    65 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
Tottenham are increasing the pressure now that they know Milan’s keeper is injured.
Pioli is taking quite a risk…
    63 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
    Yellow card
Another booking for Tottenham, and quite a harsh one, with Dier bringing Giroud down to the ground with a soft challenge.
Nevertheless, the versatile defender will miss the second leg at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
    62 AC Milan 1-0 Tottenham
Milan keeper Tatarusanu is obviously in pain, he jumps in the air to pick up Tottenham’s loose corner-kick and his expression shows he is not well.
The hosts may have to make a switch promptly

    Right time, right place
Remarkably, that was Liverpool’s first win of 2023.
For Jurgen Klopp and his players, it couldn’t have come at a better time with the fixtures that lay in front of them.
One win doesn’t make a season but if The Reds can use it as a springboard to bigger and better things.

Gakpo gets duck off his back
Cody Gakpo’s goal this evening will silence some of his critics who have cited the new man’s lack of goals and creativity since his January move.
After his goal, his game seemed to go up a gear or two as he started to brim with confidence.
Jurgen Klopp will be hoping that the Dutch youngster will use tonight’s performance as a catalyst for bigger and better things now.

    Tenacious youngster gets plaudits
Stefan Bajcetic was awarded the man of the match award this evening with a stellar display.
In his debut season in the first team, playing alongside Fabinho and Jordan Henderson the Spaniard had a great game.
This will give the youngster some confidence in his fledgling Liverpool career.

    FT: Liverpool 2-0 Everton
