Inside F1 champion Max Verstappen’s £12m private jet that Red Bull star bought from Virgin tycoon Richard Branson

THIS Red Bull driver really does have wings.Max Verstappen, 24, showed he was king of the circuit in December as he controversially claimed the F1 championship in a dramatic final lap battle with Lewis Hamilton.

And motor racing isn’t the only thing Verstappen is flying high in.
For he is the proud owner of his own private jet, that he splashed the cash on in 2020.
Max paid around £12million for the Falcon-900EX, that used to have a famous owner.
It was previously in the hands of Virgin boss and British business magnate, Sir Richard Branson, according to reports.
Verstappen already leads a life of luxury, and is said to have a £45million fortune.
He lives in a stunning apartment in Monaco, like most F1 heroes, worth millions.

Mad Max also has an incredible car collection, owning various Aston Martins through the years. And he’s awaiting their £2million Valkyrie, which he has on order and is due for delivery next year.
But in the meantime, he has another toy to play with – and like his team’s drink’s motto, it gives him wings.
Last year, Verstappen bought himself a Falcon-900EX private jet worth about £12m to travel in style with.
Better still, you can bet it was very well looked after by its previous owner.
That’s because it was said to be owned by Virgin Atlantic billionaire Sir Richard Branson.
Dutch star Verstappen paid around £12m for his own plane
Inside the cockpit of Verstappen’s stunning plane
Verstappen pays around £1m-per-year in up-keep of the Falcon-900EX
Incredibly, the Falcon-900EX costs about £1million-per-year to keep.
But that won’t dent Verstappen’s bank balance, who is happy to fly in style and sometimes give mates like Daniel Ricciardo a lift to a Grand Prix.
Made in 2008, it was given a significant upgrade before it was handed over to F1’s youngest ever Grand Prix winner.
Now powered by three Honeywell TFE731-60 engines, it’s capable of a maximum range of 8,750 kilometres before it requires refuelling, can hit a top speed of 892 km/h, and cruising speed of 850 km/h.
As for the interiors, it’s just as luxurious.
Capable of seating up to 12 passengers, two seats can be reclined to make a full-size bed.

There’s tables fitted to enjoy a meal and a drink.
There’s even a bar to celebrate, in case you want to pop open some champagne after victory.
You can bet Max’s flight home from Mexico last weekend was a fun one. More

Brook has enjoyed a remarkable rise from his humble beginnings in a council house in Sheffield.
And the man nicknamed Special K has overcome TWO stabbings to keep his boxing dream alive.
In 2014, he earned his crowning glory – defeating Shawn Porter to win the IBF welterweight title.
Outside the ring he has had the loving support of his glamorous wife Lindsey who is always ringside cheering on his beau.
    Background
Brook began boxing when he was just nine at the Ingle Gym in Steel City.
His father took him in an effort to help his lad channel his energy more positively.
The gym, steeped in history thanks to household names Jonny Nelson and Prince Naseem Hamed coming through its doors, proved to be Brook’s safehaven.

He impressed his trainers with his potential and began his amateur career aged just 12.
In 2003, he fought for England at the Four Nations Junior Tournament – winning gold. Days later, aged just 18, he turned pro.
    Big dreams
Brook steadily moved through the gears early on in his boxing career, winning belts and earning recognition.

In 2008, he knocked out Barrie Jones and won the vacant British welterweight title.
Then, almost two years later, he swiftly dispatched of Pole Krzysztof Bienias in six rounds.
Brook added to his titles by defeating Matthew Hatton, younger brother of Ricky, by unanimous decision in 2012.
But, away from the ring he was involved in scrapes that could have cut short his sporting achievements.
    Stabbings
Before becoming British champ, Brook suffered a nasty stabbing to his buttocks after an incident in his hometown.
However, worst was to come in 2012 when he was away on holiday in Tenerife.
After befriending punters in a bar, he ended up in an apartment with another man.
Things turned ugly in the early hours after they were drinking – with Brook claiming he was the victim of an unprovoked attack.
The man slashed Brook’s thigh with what was described as a machete three times.
He told the Daily Mail: “This guy was stood over me, shouting and swearing. I am trying to scramble away.
“I was thinking about my daughter, that I need to get away. I was covered in blood, panicking, feeling so drained and weak from the loss of blood. I feared for my life.”

Brook managed to get away, and was found on the street passed out before being rushed to hospital.
His injuries required 32 metal staples, but in truth it could’ve been far worse.
    Crowing glory
Two years after his horror in Spain, Brook would achieve his greatest success.
Fighting at the StubHub Center in Carson, California he became the IBF World Welterweight champion with a majority decision over former champion Shawn Porter – the clear favourite.
Landing 158 of his 441 thrown punches, he outboxed the American to claim the title.
Afterwards, he hilariously revealed he didn’t sleep for three days just to make sure he wasn’t dreaming.
He told The BBC: “I think I’d have to say [the highlight would be] winning the world title.
“Obviously, going to Carson, California, into America – his back garden – and winning the world title.
“I didn’t sleep for three days because I was scared that if I went to sleep I would wake up and it would be a dream. I swear I was walking on air.”

    Hasn’t all been plain-sailing
With 39 wins from 42 fights, Brook has already sealed his legacy in British boxing.
There has been some disappointment along the way, though.
Last time out, he lost out to Terence Crawford for the WBO Welterweight title at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas – who unforgivingly delivered a killer blow to knock his rival out.
Intriguingly, the judges had scored Brook as leading the fight before the TKO.
Gennady Golovkin and Errol Spence Jr are the other two fighters who have managed to get the better of Brook in the ring, with his first loss against Triple G.

But he was praised for showing courage to step up two weight divisions to make the fight.
Still, he needed surgery to fix a broken eye circuit.
    Mrs Brook
Brook is often joined in the ring after fights by his other half, Lindsey.
Although, she prefers to keep her private life away from prying eyes and not much is known about her personally.
Pretty Lindsey, also 35, is mother to Brook’s three children.

Nevaeh was born in 2012 and Estelle was welcomed three years later, months before Brook’s machete attack.
Their third daughter, Vienna born in 2019 is now three.
Should Kell be successful against Khan, you can bet they will all have something to celebrate. More

F1 star George Russell’s amazing lifestyle, driving a £140k car and enjoying Caribbean holidays with stunning girlfriend

THIS season, rising British F1 racer George Russell will be driving for Mercedes. The 24-year-old has teamed up with Lewis Hamilton, and could pose a serious threat for the World Championship.

Russell, pictured next to Lewis Hamilton in 2010, will be the seven-time F1 champ’s team-mate this season at Mercedes
The move to the reigning F1 constructors champions has seen Russell’s £1million Williams salary bumped up to £5MILLION.
That will help the talented Brit continue to fund his enviable lifestyle… even though he’s still some way short of new team-mate Hamilton’s mega £40m pay-grade.
Russell currently rents a flat in an affluent area of London, but he has plans to join many F1 colleagues in millionaires’ playground Monaco.
Away from the racing circuit, the Norfolk-born star drives a £140,000 car – fittingly a Mercedes AMG GT.
He also manages to enjoy luxurious breaks away to stunning destinations like St Barts and Santorini, and is joined by glam girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt.
Russell already leads a playboy lifestyle, despite his tender years.

    KING’S LYNN TO A KING’S RANSOM
Rising star Russell was born in King’s Lynn to father Steve and mother Alison.
The youngest of three children, he has a sister, Cara and older brother, Benjy.
He caught the racing bug when he started go karting at the age of seven alongside Benjy, who was involved in competitive karting.
But by 18, he moved to Milton Keynes to be closer to British Formula 3 Championship racing team, Hitech.

In early 2017, he joined Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport as a part of their junior driver programme.
A year later, Williams announced that Russell had signed a multi-year deal to drive for their team.

As soon as he was thrust into the spotlight, Russell’s love life was placed under the microscope.
He met stunning Seychelle de Vries, who was once linked to Max Verstappen, when he raced in Formula 2 in 2017.
They reportedly dated for three years, before calling it quits.
Most recently, Russell has been seen with stunning Carmen Montero Mundt.
Back in February, the pair were spotted on holiday in St Barts together kissing on a sunlounger and frolicking in the sea.
While in August, Russell was spotted enjoying a break in Santorini.

    COMPANY CAR
Call it fate, but Russell has always had a penchant for Mercedes.
On top of his current swanky Mercedes AMG GT, he has always favoured the car manufacturer as his ride.
He’s been spotted with TWO AMG C 63 motors that cost in the region of £80,000.
Russell proudly displays his cars on social media to over two million followers.
About the AMG GT, that’s capable of reaching 0-60mph in just three seconds, he wrote on Instagram: “Love my little rocket!”

HE’S A STUDENT OF THE SPORT
One of Russell’s many heroes is the late, great Niki Lauda.
In 2017, the up-and-comer got the opportunity to meet his hero in Baku after a race.
Lauda even took the student to a Black Eyed Peas concert, after meeting him at a hotel.
Russell became friends with the three-time F1 champ, and would often lean on him for advice.
During lockdown last year, Russell shared a picture of himself reading Lauda’s autobiography.
While he was stuck at home when the coronavirus pandemic was at its height, he made sure he continued to workout and stay in shape.
He also fitted an F1 simulator to polish up on his driving skills in his bedroom.

    HEALTHY LIVING
Crucial to Russell’s is his diet plan.
Regularly, he shares snaps on social media of what he eats – and it’s never unhealthy.
From poke bowls to fresh salads, the athlete makes sure he’s putting the right food in his body.
Coupled with going to the gym, it’s what keeps Russell in peak condition and lean for a race car.
Aside from driving, and working out seven days a week, Russell also likes to play squash and get out on his mountain bike.
    LOVES SPORT
Playing and competing in sport just isn’t enough for Russell.
When he has some downtime, he’s happy to sit in front of the TV and watch a live event.
During the Euros, he shared an image online cheering on England. The football fan is a devoted Wolves supporter, like his dad.
While last year, he encouraged his followers to comment who they felt would win the Indy 500, which he was tuned into.

Khan, who is believed to have amassed a £30million fortune, enjoys the high-life with a plush holiday home in Dubai.
Through the years, he’s splashed the cash on fancy cars, including his dream motor – a £160,000 Porsche 911 Turbo.
Watch collector Khan also ensured his son Muhammad followed his lead in expensive jewellery by gifting him his first Rolex worth £30,000 for his first birthday.
And it’s Khan’s wife Faryal Makhdoom who keeps the Bolton-born brawler on his toes.

    The holiday home
Last year, Khan downsized his living arrangements in the UK.
He sold his £1.2million Bolton mansion for a more modest bungalow, which Faryal reportedly spent £250,000 revamping.
But clearly their biggest spend went on a luxury Dubai pad they bought in 2021.

He captioned the pic, “Work hard & enjoy the rest of your life.”
The new motor boasts 640 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque from its 3.8-liter twin-turbo boxer-six engine.
Over the years, Khan has built a fleet to envy.
The Meet the Khans: Big in Bolton star has his own special luxury collection of supercars, including a £271,000 Lamborghini Aventador, £233,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom and a £65,000 Range Rover.

    Watch this
In 2020, Khan was happy to share an extravagant purchase on social media.
And no doubt he would’ve wowed his 1.4 million followers on Instagram with an astonishing timepiece.
He revealed a snap of his wrist modelling a Richard Mille RM 032 dive watch that can cost anywhere from £95,000 to £111,000.
“Not everyday I treat myself. Just picked up my @richardmille #RM32 #watches #RM,” he captioned the snap.
A year later, Khan’s kindness extended to his son, Muhammad when he bought him his first watch.
He was handed a £30,000 Rolex, and on an Instagram stories clip he shared a photo of the pricey gift.
“Got my little boy his first birthday present, his watch collection needs to [be] on [point],” he wrote alongside the picture.

F1 icon Lewis Hamilton has an incredible £13MILLION car collection, including £4m Shelby and £1.6m Pagani Zonda 760 LH

TO be Lewis Hamilton for a day.The F1 ace has amassed a £300million fortune that allows him to indulge in the best boys’ toys around.

Hamilton’s wealth means he can afford life’s greatest luxuries and has a £13m car collectionCredit: Instagram @LewisHamilton
And boy does the racing legend know how to spend it – splashing his cash on the best cars that could earn him the title of ultimate celebrity petrol head.
The eco-warrior is level with Michael Schumacher on seven world titles and missed out on a record-breaking eighth in the heartbreaking Abu Dhabi 2021 finale.
But away from the track, Hamilton, 37, has an equally impressive fleet of cars worth around – wait for it – £13MILLION.
Of course, being a driver, he’s a car fanatic and collects everything from supercars to vintage classics that he divides between two garages – one in Monaco and another in LA.
He said previously: “I don’t know anything about wine. I don’t know a huge amount about art. But what I do know is cars, and I’m very particular about them.”
Amusingly, so they keep their value, when Hamilton doesn’t want to drive them back home – he reportedly has a tow-truck that comes to pick them up from whatever restaurant or club he’s at. Here we take a look at just some of his extravagant collection:

    PAGANI ZONDA 760 LH
The rarest motor in Hamilton’s possession is a £1.6m Pagani Zonda that was made entirely for him.
The exterior and interiors are purple, and at the request of the sports star he opted for a manual gearbox instead of the usual sequential one.
His reasons? Because he hated getting behind the wheel of it initially.
He once said: “The Zonda is terrible to drive!
    “It’s the best-sounding car I own, but handling-wise it’s the worst.”
That could be why in 2015 Hamilton got in an accident that caused some significant damage to the cherished motor.

    1966 SHELBY 427 COBRA
The highest valued car in Hamilton’s collection is this stunning classic.
Believed to be worth around £4m, it’s a rare sight – unless you’ve seen the racer cruising along the Pacific Coast Highway in LA.
Hamilton was often spied taking his ex-missus Nicole Scherzinger for a spin in this beauty, which would have him standing out from the crowd.

    LAFERRARI
Every car aficionado worth their weight in salt owns this £1m Ferrari – another collector’s item that rises in value as the years go by.
Capable of reaching a top speed of 217 mph, the LaFerrari can hit 0-62 mph in just 2.4 seconds, meaning it’s the fastest car Hamilton owns.
Footballers including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Son Heung-min also drive this frighteningly fast motor that must be just like handling a racing car.

    MERCEDES-AMG PROJECT ONE
Lewis got his hands on a Project One last year, even though it is even supposed to be out until later in 2022.
He was heavily involved in the production of the plug-in hybrid sports car that’s capable of hitting a top speed of 217 mph.
Only 275 are going to be released at a cost of around £2m.
Make that 274 now, since Hamilton has one.

    MERCEDES-AMG SLS BLACK
He already owned a SL Black Series, so why not add the SLS, right?
Hamilton, who clearly has a need for speed, added this supercar to his garage probably because it’s the fastest Mercedes in production.
Powered by a 6.2-litre V8 engine that produces 622bhp – the SLS can reach a top speed of 196 mph.
It also hits 0-60 in just 3 seconds – making it the ideal car for Hamilton to get his thrills off the track with. For a price tag of £230k, it’s just what you’d expect really.

    MCLAREN P1
Despite splitting with McLaren’s racing team, Hamilton can’t have felt too aggrieved with his former employers because in 2015 he added a £2m P1 to his extensive list of rides.
The P1 has a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, which is twinned with an electric motor that means the supercar has a total power and torque output of 903 bhp and 980 Nm of torque.
In real talk that means it’s fast and powerful, can hit a top of 217 mph and 0-60 mph in under 2.7 seconds.

    1967 FORD MUSTANG SHELBY GT500
The second classic car that’s part of his fleet, fans of the Hollywood movie Gone In 60 Seconds might recognise this motor as looking to similar to one of the Eleanor models from the film.
Hamilton had his customised by Oklahoma shop Classic Recreations for additional cost.
At auctions, these can fetch up to £750k, and you can bet Hamilton’s is in tip-top condition. That said, we doubt he’ll ever sell it.
    BEST OF THE REST
When the Mercedes-Maybach 6 came out in 2016, Hamilton made sure he got his hands on the concept car.
The 2×2 coupe is completely electric, and can run up to 200 miles before it’ll need recharging.
Hamilton also has another Mercedes – the Maybach S600, which is a luxurious chauffeur’s car with a partition separating the front seats from the back.
Both those motors have a combined worth of around £800k.
And Hamilton doesn’t mind swapping four wheels for two – sometimes taking his £6,500 Honda CRF450RX Motocross Bike around the dirt tracks of California.
Then there’s also his Maverick X3 dune buggy that would’ve set him back around £20k, that’s also electric in theme with his eco-warrior status.

Tyson Fury’s endorsements, from fashion to sports water drinks to joking about selling masturbation lotion

But the 33-year-old boxer’s bank balance has been beefed up by sponsors and business ventures outside of sport.
His Furocity label has landed in frozen supermarket chain Iceland, launching with an energy drink and will also feature food and beer.
Fury also sells his own merch, has fashion collaborations, and regular fight sponsors.
However, despite joking about releasing a masturbation lotion, he hasn’t delved into the world of self-pleasure.
SunSport takes a look at some of his deals away from boxing.

Because of his sporting prowess, Fury was heavily courted by ESPN and landed a blockbuster deal with the US sports channel in 2019 for his next five fights worth a reported £80million.
He also signed an advisory deal with MTK Global – a boxing management company which was founded by controversial Irish businessman Daniel Kinahan.
Fury’s success and fame have helped him grow his own brand.
His official online merchandise store sells T-shirts, polo shirts, gym vests, kids wear and signed memorabilia including replica belts.
While clothes are reasonably priced, costing between £15 for T-shirts and up to £35 for hoodies a signed WBC belt will set punters back £999.99.
Ahead of his fights, Fury has also been known to wear garish bespoke suits – often with his image on them.
Designed by Italian company Claudio Lugli, who also kit out Amir Khan and Conor McGregor, the fashion brand has teamed up with the two-time world heavyweight star for a collaboration.

The Tyson Fury: The Gypsy King Collection features some of those suits, as well as a variety of satin cotton shirts priced from £70.
It is believed Fury gets a cut of sales, but a percentage isn’t known.

When Fury is in the ring, he’ll often wear his sponsors on his shorts.
Over the years, he has inked contracts with the likes of American company Fashion Nova and partnered up with Wow Hydrate – a sports water drink.
Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne and England international Harry Maguire are also ambassadors for Wow Hydrate.
Back in 2018, Marbella retail company Lund Group began a partnership with Fury as his official fight camp sponsor.
The Morecambe-based fighter gave them an honourable mention on Twitter.
He wrote, “Massive shoutout @lund new camp sponsors.”

    The one that got away…
Before Fury v Wilder II in 2020, Tyson made the astonishing claim he was masturbating seven times a day in preparation for the fight.
He said: “I’m masturbating seven times a day to keep my testosterone pumping.”
Soon after, he shared a brilliant clip of his press conference spliced with a scene from the Wolf of Wall Street on his Instagram to suggest he could be doing EVEN MORE.
Amid the build up to their fight, Wilder weighed in and suggested Fury should use “thick lotion” if he plans to keep the daily rate up.
Fury then amusingly claimed he was going to start selling ‘Tyson’s W**k Lotion’.
Officially, it never happened. But Fury did share an image of a bottle with an ‘Easy Stroke Masturbation Lotion’ label on the front.

The mock-up bottle also had Fury’s signature while the Instagram post included a caption.
“Easy stroke by Gypsyking. For best results use up to 7 times a day,” it read.
Sadly, the bottle never made it to the shops. More
