Whether he stays at Old Trafford or re-signs for Juventus, who are believed to have offered the playmaker a three year deal worth £6.3million-per-year deal, Pimenta will be at the centre of all negotiations.
In truth, she may just be the most powerful woman in football.

Their paths first crossed in around 1998 at launch event for a small Sao Paulo club called Guaratinguetà, which she helped set up with Brazilian legends Rivaldo and Cesar Sampaio.
At the time, she was also a university professor of international law when she was lured into the world of football.
While before that, Pimenta worked for an antitrust team set up by Brazilian President Fernando Henrique Cardoso.
But the chance meeting between Pimenta and Raiola was the beginning of a fruitful relationship – and they would go on to work for 18 years together, before his untimely death at the age of 54.

To be closer to Raiola, the businesswoman moved to Monte Carlo and operated from his office in the principality.
Only a handful of people work at the One headquarters in Monaco.
One of those is Mino’s cousin Vincenzo Raiola, who mainly takes care of the Italian players.
But it’s Pimenta who is the power player.

Raiola didn’t trust many people. But he had full faith in Pimenta.
Intriguingly, she is the only person who he offered shares to at One.
And it wasn’t just Raiola who benefitted from her expertise – with their client list enjoying her company too.
In-demand Pogba learned a thing or two from Pimenta about languages, and she taught the Red Devils star a few words in Portuguese.
She was also a regular in the stands with Raiola at PSG – making connections at the Parc des Princes.
So she was primed to take over when the time came. And this will be the busiest of summers.

Raiola’s death
At the turn of the year, Raiola was suffering with ill health and his workload was eased.
Then, for two weeks he was hospitalised and lay in critical condition in Milan’s San Raffaele Hospital bed until he died.
Italian reports suggested he suffered with lung disease, but an official cause of death wasn’t disclosed.
“In infinite sorrow, we share the passing of the most caring and amazing Football Agent that ever was,” his family wrote in a statement released on Raiola’s official Twitter account.
“Mino fought until the end with the same strength he put on negotiation tables to defend our players. As usual, Mino made us proud and never realised it.
“Mino touched so many lives through his work and wrote a new chapter in the history of modern football. His presence will forever be missed.
“Mino’s mission of making football a better place for players will continue with the same passion.
“We thank everybody for the huge amount of support received during these difficult times and ask for respect for the privacy of family and friends in this moment of grief. The Raiola Family.”

Moving on
Raiola’s death came at a time when negotiations for the jewel of his roster were being finalised.
Erling Haaland’s blockbuster transfer to Man City was completed just two weeks later.
A total deal, including agents’ fees and the signing-on fee was reportedly worth £85.5million for the business.
It’s not known how much Raiola contributed, but you can bet Pimenta was heavily involved.
Next, she will turn her attentions to Pogba – who faces an anxious month or so with his contract soon expiring at Old Trafford.

“He’s iconic because everyone copies his hairstyle,” Alsanawi told SunSport EXCLUSIVELY.
“Even my son comes to me and says he wants to grow his hair like Jack’s.
“He’s a positive influence, which is why Gucci signed him up, so it’s a pleasure to style him.”
Alsanawi got into barbering because he was unhappy with haircuts he was getting from his own stylist.

He began learning his craft by cutting his own hair, then his family’s, before getting a job in a barber shop.
“I was a bit lost and didn’t really know what I wanted to do.
“I had a diploma in art, so I had an eye for it. But when I was getting dodgy haircuts from barbers, it made me decide to chop my own hair.
“From there, I started cutting family members, and worked in a shop for a couple of years.
“My wife and I opened up A Star Barbers in 2013, and it’s about ten minutes from Chelsea’s training ground.
“Organically, all the youngsters – Reece James, Dominic Solanke, and a few others came through the door at first.
“Then John Terry hit me up one day and asked me to come to the training ground.
“I did Chelsea’s stars for three years, cutting Eden Hazard, Diego Costa, and even Jose Mourinho.
“I actually cut Mourinho’s hair on the day he got sacked! He wanted to go short, so I took all his hair off!”
Social media had a hand in helping A Star Barbers’ rise. Today, their Instagram account has around 718,000 followers, and it’s been through footballers sharing Alsanawi’s haircuts that even more clients have hit him up.

“It was a sort of snowball effect, really,” Alsanawi continued.
“Footballers began sharing photos on social media of the haircuts I gave them, and it blew up for me.”
Within five years of launching his own barber shop, Alsanawi was invited to Russia during World Cup 2018 by fashionista Pogba and Real Madrid star Hazard to cut their hair before the semi-final.
“Paul and Eden called me up before they were playing against each other, so I had to go to both teams’ camps to do their hair,” Alsanawi said.
“Before that semi-final I must have done around 30 or 40 haircuts the day and night before that match. I was so busy.”
France eventually went on to win the World Cup – defeating Croatia in the final.
It gave Alsanawi great satisfaction, as well as a thanks from Pogba for helping him achieve his dream.
“I was on holiday when France won the final, and them winning it made me feel like I contributed to it.
“And then Paul gave A Star a dedication in a live video when they were celebrating afterwards, which was just amazing.”
Alsanawi’s growing company now has its own coffee line, A Star Coffee, they do tattoos with A Star Tattoos , and he is launching his own hair products soon.
With 2022 being a World Cup year, he is also already prepping for the tournament in Qatar.
“Nothing’s certain, because they might find another barber, but I think I’m going to Qatar with England, France and Belgium.

“A couple of players from the Qatar national team have reached out to me too, which would be amazing.
“I’m from the Middle-East, so that would be a privilege to give them haircuts.”
But he won’t be passing on any tips to any rivals.
“When I have a footballer in my seat, we don’t talk about the game,” Alsanawi revealed.

The France midfielder won two league titles with Chelsea before leaving the club in 2008.
It appeared he had run his race in the Premier League, but at new club PSG he found a new lease of life.

Salomon Kalou
Super-sub Kalou was often the unlikely hero at Chelsea.
But, wanting regular first team football, he was released in 2012 and soon joined French side Lille.
In Ligue 1 he was a hit, scoring 34 goals across two full seasons.
The Ivory Coast star finished his career at Hertha Berlin – where he played 172 games and scored 53 goals.
Interestingly, he never won anything after leaving our shores.

“Darren Fletcher has been a big help for me. He’s a really nice guy and he makes a point of always talking to me,” he said.
“He’s always asking me if there is anything I need or any help he can give me.
“Just before I left to come out to Israel with Scotland he pulled me aside and had a quick chat and wished me all the best. He said he would be watching us.
“He had an amazing career with Manchester United and with Scotland. Any advice he can give me is a big help. He’s a man I look up to and he’s a great role model for the younger players like me.”
Victorious night
Jackson’s confidence in the Scotland squad will be sky-high after he helped United’s U16 beat Forest in the FA Youth Cup final – with the club recording their first win in the competition since 2011.

Speaking about the occasion, the defender revealed he was blown away by the record-breaking crowd – an amazing 67,492 cheered the home team on to victory.
Jackson said: “The Youth Cup win was a magical night. It was massive for the whole of the Manchester United Academy and I can’t thank the fans enough for the support they gave us.
“It’s hard to put to words how incredible it was. For me, it was the stuff of dreams.
“To play in front of 70,000 shows just how big the Academy is at the club.”
Impress the new boss
Now, Jackson will be hoping to impress new manager Erik ten Hag, who left Ajax’s title celebrations behind to fly Manchester and bed in to his new job.

The youngsters knows he’s at a club that is prepared to give youth a chance.
“It’s in the Manchester United DNA for kids to come through here,” he said.
“I’m a lifelong Manchester United fan. I’ve had a season ticket since I was five years old and walking out to a crowd like that was just incredible. It shows how much the Academy means to the club.
“I made my debut for the Under 23s when I was 15 last pre-season. These experiences are just so good for your career.

Over the weekend, the ex-Liverpool star bid an emotional farewell to the Wanda Metropolitano, after it was revealed he will be leaving Atletico Madrid.
Subbed off in the 66th minute, Suarez waved goodbye to his adoring fans, sunk to the bench, and put his shirt over his face as he sobbed uncontrollably.
And that’s not the only time the temperamental South American has blubbed.

But that night, Suarez was visibly upset – covering his face with his shirt as Steven Gerrard consoled him.
“That hurt. That hurt so much. We were so desperate to win it. I knew we had a unique opportunity and we were playing so well,” he later said.
“It was that desire to get more goals against Crystal Palace that let them back into it and killed us. I knew when we drew that game the league was lost. Everyone was sick.”

Tears of joy
Months later, Suarez was crying tears of joy after his country defeated England in the 2014 World Cup in the group stages.
The forward netted twice in a 2-1 win for his country, and after the game in his post-match interview he was clearly moved.
“Yes… yes.. I dreamt it and I am enjoying this moment together with my team,” he told a South American reporter as he fought back tears.
“For all the moments I’ve lived and the criticisms we’ve received… well, there you have it.”

Injury hell
Atletico faced off against Porto in a crucial Champions League tie this season, needing a result.
But their chances were hindered when Suarez was forced off with an injury after just 13 minutes.
And he didn’t take it well either.
Again, he put his shirt over his face and cried himself a river.
Thankfully, Atletico ran out 3-1 winners in the end, so that must have cheered him up.

As Lionel Messi proved last summer, leaving Barcelona can be a wretch and make the immortal a teary mess.
Suarez was also affected by his exit in 2020, when he left the club’s training ground for the final time following his Atletico Madrid transfer.
Incoming boss Ronald Koeman believed he was surplus to requirements, so off went.

Tyson, 55, slammed 45-year-old’s Mayweather’s view that there are too many belts in the sport and that “everybody’s a champion”.
‘Iron Mike’ believes that because there’s more belts on offer, the fighters have a better opportunity at making larger sums of cash.
“Boxing never has too many belts because every time it’s a championship fight, it’s more money for the fighter,” Tyson is reported to have said by Essentially Sports.

It was sensationally alleged that Mayweather was upset with Tyson seeing the girl in question, and he told her to go to the police and make the unsubstantiated claims.
The cops then descended upon Tyson’s pad, which ended the friendship there and then.
Tyson has even spoken about the incident to Boxing Junkie in the past saying, “Some serious people said it.”
However, he has never been able to find evidence that suggests Mayweather was behind it.
“I’m good with it now… You can forgive, but you have to remember,” he added.
‘I’M THE GREATEST’

With an undefeated record, it’s hard to argue the case.
But Tyson wasn’t having it – and didn’t mince his words when he heard Mayweather’s boast about himself.
“He’s very delusional,” Tyson explained.
“Listen, if he was anywhere near that realm of great as Muhammad Ali, he’d be able to take his kids to school by himself.
“Ok, he can’t take his kids to school by himself, and he’s talking about he’s great?
“Greatness is not guarding yourself from the people. It’s being accepted by the people.
“He can’t take his kids alone to school by himself. He’s a little scared man. He’s a very small, scared man.”
TYSON BACKS HIMSELF
Despite Mayweather’s bold statement, Tyson believes he could batter Floyd.

Mike was unequivocal with his response. “[I would] kick Floyd’s a***… there wouldn’t even be no match.”
And in an interview with ShoBox, the same question was asked – this time the setting being a ring. But Tyson admitted he’d have to fight dirty.
“We can never fight, of course, because of the weight difference, but I wouldn’t fight him the way they fought him,” he said.
“I would be mean, I would be dirty. Because you’d have to do everything to fight him because he’s just so good.
“It’s impossible to fight him clean. It’s almost impossible to fight him clean. You can’t fight him clean. You can’t fight this guy clean.”

How Chelsea can beat Liverpool in FA Cup Final if Mount exploits Fabinho absence and James targets tired Reds defence

LIVERPOOL face Chelsea in the FA Cup final looking to secure the next part in what could still be an historic quadruple. While Manchester City have taken the lead in the title race in recent weeks, the Premier League is only one of the four trophies the Anfield club are chasing.

They have already secured the Carabao Cup and now they will face Chelsea in the FA Cup before going to Paris to face Real Madrid, in the Champions League final.
How can the Reds pick up their second trophy? And how can Chelsea pull off a win?
Who is fresher? Chelsea, of course
Despite being one of the fittest teams in European football the sheer volume of fixtures will be taking their toll on the legs of the Liverpool players.

Chelsea have not been involved in the latter stages of the Champions League and as a result, they come into this match with a fresher squad.
Under the German coach Thomas Tuchel we have seen Chelsea develop a reputation as one of the most tactically flexible and interesting sides in European football and they will be a match for Liverpool in this match.
Liverpool must be wary of Reece James
The list of top-level English right-backs at the moment feels as though it is almost never-ending.
But you can make a real argument at this stage of the season that the Chelsea right-back Reece James has now eclipsed them all.
As Chelsea attack you can see the two banks of three. James pushes high but comes into the channel and gives the player in possession a diagonal pass which is more effective when progressing the ball forward
James has put in a series of top tier performances in recent weeks.
His ability to control the entire right flank of the pitch allows Tuchel to use his central players in slightly different ways.
In the attacking phase, James will push high and is a threat to stay wide or come into the channels to receive the ball.
From these areas, his crossing and creative passing are a real threat.
A large part of the threat that Liverpool pose comes from the freedom that their fullbacks tend to have to get into higher positions and the movement of their front three in coming narrow.

This does, of course, go both ways and the Liverpool front three will look to attack any space that James leaves them.
Tuchel, however, has a ready-made answer to this threat given that he will play with a back three system with Barcelona-linked Cesar Azpilicueta in the right-sided centre back position.
The Spaniard is of course also capable of playing as a right-back and as such he doesn’t mind being isolated against quick forwards as much as a more established central defender would.
How much will Liverpool miss Fabinho?
The Brazilian international midfielder Fabinho had to limp off in Liverpool’s midweek match against Aston Villa with a muscle injury.
While the early noises coming out of Anfield are positive in terms of him being back in time for the Champions League final it is extremely unlikely that he will play any part in this match.
As Aston Villa attack in transition several Liverpool players are caught high and having to chase back. Fabinho, however, is already positioned perfectly to break up the attack
There are some people who believe that the signing of Fabinho at the start of the 2018/19 season was the final part in terms of Liverpool building a team capable of winning the title.
The Brazilian international holds his position in the centre of the field and is consistently excellent in terms of being positioned in the right place to break up opposition attacks.
The absence of Fabinho in the ‘6’ position for Liverpool in this match is likely to mean that Jordan Henderson will fill that role.
Henderson, however, is more of a pressing player and one that will drift forward and out of the kind of positions that Fabinho tends to retain.
This movement from Henderson will create opportunities for Chelsea if they can take advantage of it.
Expect to see Mason Mount make these kind of movements to take possession in the channels to the side of Henderson
Mason Mount likes to drift into pockets of space to exploit defensive gaps
The English international Mason Mount will likely be key for Chelsea in taking advantage of Fabinho’s absence.
Mount is excellent when it comes to drifting into pockets of space and he will occupy pockets in the channels to allow his midfield to get the ball forward.
Is Sadio Mane the new Roberto Firmino?
For a long time, the Brazilian international Roberto Firmino was the first choice centre forward at Liverpool and for almost as long he was extremely underrated.
Critics would point to a goals per game rate that was (relatively) low for a top-level centre forward.
What those people sometimes missed though was that Firmino was one of the keys to getting the best out of the prolific duo of Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.
Firmino would regularly drop out of the middle towards the midfield and Salah and Mane would attack diagonally into the space that he had left behind.
Now, as Firmino loses minutes in the first team we have increasingly seen Jurgen Klopp turn to the Senegalese international Sadio Mane to fill that role.

With Luis Diaz in possession wide on the left we see Sadio Mane drop into a pocket off the front line. This movement attracts the attention of the Aston Villa defender and Diaz is able to play the ball behind the defensive line for Jota to attack
Fabinho was pushed back very deep against Villarreal
Mane is comfortable coming deep to get the ball and his ability to receive the ball and look to get turned to face goal makes him difficult to defend against.
He still, however, retains the threat to run off the shoulder of the defender and to attack space.
We have already discussed that the right-sided centre back is going to be important for Chelsea in terms of defending against the threat of Liverpool when Reece James is caught out of position.
But now the central defender in the back three is going to have to try to deal with the movement of Sadio Mane.
When the forward drops off we will see whether Jorginho and N’Golo Kante can cover his positioning and block the ball from getting through to him.
With Liverpool in comfortable possession we see that Luis Diaz has come inside to position himself beside Sadio Mane
The movement of the likes of Salah and whoever starts out of either Diaz or Jota will be key as they will move centrally and try to attack the Chelsea central defenders who move in to cover the movement from Mane in the final third.
How will this play out?
If Chelsea are going to end all talk of a quadruple, they’ll want to get Reece James on the ball as often as possible allowing Tuchel to position the central players in the spaces that will no longer be protected by Fabinho.
The Blues have nothing to lose – if Tuchel’s clear-the-air talks have indeed cleared the air they could be dangerous at Wembley.
