      In another, the beauty is surrounded by family in her kitchen – sipping a coffee and laughing.
      Behind her, red-topped marble decorates the surfaces. And there’s also a silver chandelier, fit for a queen, hanging from the ceiling.
      In the hallway, Paris – wearing a patterned blouse – leans on a gold radiator that’s clearly a statement piece. Next to her is an outstanding floor to ceiling mirror.
      For the musical, underneath the wood staircase is a grand black piano that sits on marble flooring.
      Height of luxury
      The Furys don’t skimp when it comes to high-end luxury.
      Tyson practically lives in a set of £390 Versace gowns, while Paris is a huge fan of the Italian fashion brand.
      Paris told us her favourite part of the house was her walk-in wardrobe.

      “Having this walk-in wardrobe was a big dream of mine. I got it and I do appreciate it,” she said.
      Incredibly, it houses her mega shoe collection that’s worth an estimated £50,000.
      And they are certainly proud of their digs – keeping on top of housekeeping in-between looking after their six children.
      Paris once described Tyson as ‘a bit of a clean freak’, so you can bet you won’t find a spec of dust anywhere.
      Plot twist
      According to land registry records, Fury bought the property for £1.695million in December 2020.
      It was paid for by their firm Tyson Fury Ltd, and is mortage-free.

      The Furys have six children
      They used to live in a £550,000 house that overlooked Morecambe Bay, before moving to a new plot that was once home to a static caravan-style.
      However, the previous owner had it demolished and replaced it with a stone-clad palace – complete with a water fountain on the driveway.
      In terms of security, the property has a castellated front wall, and a wrought-iron black and gold fence. Of course, that boasts its own lavish decor – with lion motifs and four eagle sculptures on the gate posts.
      Unwanted burglars are warned off by signs that reveal the home is guarded by CCTV.
      Tyson Fury has previously boasted about having an expensive property portfolio.
      He once revealed he had bought a mansion in Marbella for £6million, although that was never confirmed.
      While last year, he claimed to have splashed the cash on a home in Las Vegas, which again was never substantiated.
      But Fury’s love affair with Morecambe knows no bounds.
      He recently agreed to sponsor League One side Morecambe FC. And he appeared at the nearby Sultan of Lancaster Experience restaurant where he cut the red ribbon to open the establishment.

      THIS year, Oleksandr Usyk prepared for the biggest fight of his life… but it wasn’t in the ring.Despite a scheduled money-spinning Anthony Joshua rematch, which finally takes place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia, the Ukrainian put his career on hold for a battle closer to home.

      The fighter was born in in the Crimean city of Simferopol but is now based in Kyiv with his family.
      And Usyk put on his army fatigues and joined the Ukrainian Territorial Defence Forces in Kyiv back in February.
      In doing so, he was defending his country and seeking revenge for the Russians annexing his hometown of Simferopol in 2014.
      He wears the Ukrainian flags’ colours with pride in the ring.

      He also travelled to the front lines in eastern Ukraine to teach Ukrainian army soldiers how to box.
      It was, perhaps, a mystery where his loyalties lay – until just a few months ago.
      Ready for battle
      Clutching a machine gun, Usyk posed alongside his comrades, including Andrii Nebytov, the head of the Kyiv Police and revealed he had joined the army.
      The married father-of-three then took to social media to stand up to Putin.
      “Good morning to everybody. My name is Oleksandr Usyk. I’d like to speak to the people of Russia. 
      “If we consider ourselves as brothers, Orthodox ones, do not send your children to our country, do not fight with us. 
      “Also I’m addressing this to the President, Vladimir Putin. You can stop this war.

      “Please just sit down and negotiate it with us without claims. 
      “Our kids, wives, grannies are hiding in the basements. We are here in our own country, we cannot do it any other way.
      “We are defending. Stop this war, stop it. No War.”
      He was joined by boxing heroes the Klitschko brothers and Vasiliy Lomachenko in the battle.
      Reportedly, an infuriated Putin put a bounty on their heads.
      That meant the planned rematch with Joshua was delayed. But AJ supported Usyk’s decision, and championed the boxers sticking up for their country.
      “I have learned that sport and politics go hand-in-hand,” Joshua said.
      “They have powerful voices and it is good that they are speaking up.
      “They are not pushing for war, they are calling for peace. Good luck to them.”
      But that didn’t sit well with Chairman of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov, who stripped him of his honours with Crimea.

      As reported by RIA, he said: “These are [people] who arranged and welcomed the water and energy blockade of Crimea, who question the fairness and legitimacy of our return to Russia, who stained themselves with Russophobia.
      “Such people are not worthy of a good memory.”
      Not only did returning home come at a price with his Crimea roots – it also affected his appearance.
      Usyk’s wife Yekaterina shared: “Oleksandr lost 10 kilograms in a week of the war. He was so horrified, in such shock, he was so torn apart…
      “He saw what I was doing. I said, ‘Sasha, please, people are asking, we must speak, somehow support.’
      “But it’s very difficult for him. But he still goes on the air, he says something. His position is clear. He has always been for Ukraine, he has always glorified it and will glorify it, as long as his health and strength last.”
      Back to training
      In March, Usyk was given permission to leave Kyiv and start training again for his rematch with Joshua.
      The pair will go head-to-head in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with the WBA, WBO and IBF championship belts on the line.
      But, despite everything he’s seen and knows, he won’t use the war in Ukraine as motivation for the blockbuster bout.
      “My friends and people close to me, they have died in the war. When so many people are suffering I don’t have any idea how it can influence anything positively,” Usyk said in a press conference last month.
      “I was there for one month and I saw with my own eyes what happened there… the rockets flying and fighter jets flying. It’s horrible.”
      He also chillingly spoke about death.
      “Every day I was there, I was praying and asking: ‘Please, God, don’t let anybody try to kill me.
      “Please don’t let anybody shoot me. And please don’t make me shoot any other person.”
      As he’s been away, Russian soldiers have ransacked his Vorzel home after using it as their living quarters.

      Add to that the return from loan of William Saliba and Arsenal look like a more complete side.
      Here are three reasons as to why the Arsenal fans should be slightly more positive than normal.
      Tactical versatility
      Last season saw Arteta generally look to set his side up in a 4-2-3-1 system although the ‘10’ role was generally reserved for Martin Odegaard.
      The Norwegian international was extremely versatile in the way that he would drop off and into the channels to receive the ball.

      A look at the back three from Arteta with a flexible back three and a deep ‘6’ sitting in front
      So far this pre-season we have seen a tendency for Arteta to look for more of a 4-3-3 shape, with Odegaard still playing an important role as one of the ‘8’s in the midfield.
      But there has also been evidence of a Plan B of sorts with Arteta switching to a back three for periods of two of the matches so far.
      Having the option to switch into a back three makes sense from a tactical point of view as it allows Arteta to change the structure of a game when things are not working.
      It also solves a problem in that a back three system will allow Arsenal to use Gabriel, Ben White and William Saliba all in the team at the same time.
      White, in particular, is very versatile in that he has also spent time at right-back and as the deepest sitting midfielder throughout his career. 
      Versatility feels like a key term when we are considering the chances of Arsenal going forward.

      White is capable of playing various positions but as are Takehiro Tomiyasu and Kieran Tierney in the defensive unit.
      The signings of Zinchenko, who can play at left-back or in the midfield, Jesus, who can play as a ‘9’ or wide attacker, and Vieria who can play in almost any midfield role, also adds versatility throughout the squad.
      The important thing for a coach like Arteta is that his side are capable of switching their formations or systems during a match but they will keep the concepts behind the way that they play.
      Expect to see Arsenal continue to build through the back, whether they are playing with a back four or a back three, and they will continue to play aggressive football in terms of moving the ball into the final third and pushing forward. 
      Narrow fullbacks
      When Arteta was first appointed as coach of Arsenal there was an assumption that his tactical style and model of play would closely mirror that of Pep Guardiola.
      Arteta, after all, was the assistant to his fellow Spaniard at Manchester City before making the move to become the head coach in his own right.
      In the end, there were some similarities in terms of style to play but we certainly did not see Arsenal play in a way that was an exact replica of the style that Guardiola uses at City. 
      A good angle to see the full Arsenal structure as they set up in a 4-3-3. On the far side Zinchenko holds the width as the LB but on the near side White moves narrow to position himself closer to the central defenders
      When the Japanese international Tomiyasu was signed from the Serie A side Bologna, however, we did see the implementation of one of Guardiola’s key concepts in the use of narrow or inverted fullbacks as Tomiyasu played more narrowly as a RB than Tierney did on the opposite side as a LB.
      In pre-season, we have seen White used at RB and when he plays in that slot he is far more inclined to stay narrow and tight as opposed to getting around the outside and offering width on the outside of the structure.
      Arsenal are in something of a difficult position in this position with Tomiyasu still out with an injury.
      While Cedric Soares is an important voice within the squad he is now in his 30s, Hector Bellerin is also still around the squad but he seems intent on getting a permanent move back to Spain.
      This has meant that White may start the season in that position.
      In attack White positions himself inside as Bukayo Saka stays wide. In these positions White will receive the ball and be able to link the play

      We may also see the same, of course, on the other side when Zinchenko plays as a fullback.
      At Manchester City, he played very much as an extra midfielder when played in that position.
      Gabriel Jesus
      Arsenal’s performance in the transfer market this summer feels really smart.
      Having lost the goal threat of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who left for Barcelona last season, and Alexandre Lacazette, who returned to boyhood club Lyon at the end of the season, the club have moved to sign a player in Gabriel Jesus who has not only proven that he can play at this level but is well positioned to play in the manner required by Arteta.
      Jesus pulls wide initially but then combines with Odegaard and attacks the central space. This type of movement is very difficult to defend against with Jesus moving and pulling defenders out of position
      While he was at Manchester City Jesus was, of course, often played as a wide attacker despite profiling very much as a central attacking player.
      We expect to see Jesus very much used as a traditional ‘9’, at least in terms of positioning, but his movement and ability to drop off or move wide to receive the ball will bring an extra dimension to the Arsenal attack.
      This is especially the case when Arsenal line up in their 4-3-3 where we can expect to see Jesus drop off from the front line and create space for the likes of Odegaard, Saka and others to attack into.
      Jesus drops off of the front line and comes deep to receive the ball. He receives in space and is able to get turned to run aggressively at the opposition defensive line
      Jesus has a modern skillset in that he can play in the penalty area and receive with his back to goal but he also has the game intelligence and movement to drag defenders around and find pockets of space to receive the ball.
      Going on the basis of what we have seen so far in preseason we expect the addition of the Brazilian to the Arsenal squad to be hugely impactful going forward.
      What does all this mean?
      Going into the summer, Arsenal needed to make some good early signings and clear out some more of the perceived dead wood.
      They’ve managed that and what we’ve seen on the pitch so far does suggest a team with a clear plan.
      Will that be enough for them to get into the top four this season?
      You’d expect them to be better this season with the work they’ve done but then you look at their North London neighbours and they’ve also had a decent window. 
      Could both Arsenal and Spurs finish above Chelsea and Manchester United – this has to be their best chance in a long time…

      PROMISING talent Ben Greenhalgh had the world at his feet.After seeing off 2,000 players to win Sky One reality TV show Football’s Next Star, the-then 17-year-old secured a six-month contract with Jose Mourinho’s Inter Milan.

      The left-winger, who bares an uncanny resemblance to Cristiano Ronaldo, also worked as the Portugal legend’s body double in adverts – and was offered a two-year contract at Tottenham, thanks to mentor Jamie Redknapp.
      Today, aged 30, Greenhalgh turns out for non-league Margate – a far cry from the dizzy heights of the San Siro.
      But, he looks back fondly at his experience.
      TV darling
      Football’s Next Star saw nine footballers whittled down from around 2,000 hopefuls trying to impress Inter youth coach Marco Monti.
      “We were chucked in a mansion, cameras everywhere, a bunch of boys who’d never met each other before. Realistically we were living the dream,” he told the Daily Mail.

      The show’s climax, in true X-Factor style, featured a segment called the ‘danger zone’ where the contestants would find out their fate.
      Greenhalgh explained: “The danger-zone was three minutes of footage, but it took about two hours to film.
      “You did a different angle, you stood up, sat back down again and by that point you knew you were in the danger-zone.
      “It was definitely nerve-racking. Sometimes when I watch these shows now, people play up to the cameras but we didn’t do that.

      “Early on, we were watching the first-team train when they needed another body. I got the call over, and I remember receiving the ball from [Ricardo] Quaresma.
      “I started running at Lucio and my legs turned to jelly. I looked up and realised who I was trying to dribble past.”
      Inter you
      After winning Football’s Next Star, Greenhalgh trained with Inter’s first team stars in 2009-10.
      It was a successful team that won the treble, including the Champions League to record the most successful season in Italian football history.
      Greenhalgh even received a Champions League medal.
      “To this day, those memories you can’t compete with,” he remembered.
      “I was quite level-headed when training with the first-team, I knew where I was and where they were. Everyone was so respectful of Mourinho. Those he didn’t like, he’d freeze out.”

      The modest teenager couldn’t make the breakthrough at Inter, but did enjoy a successful loan at third division Como, where he could have signed permanently if it not for match-fixing and the club then falling in to financial ruin.
      He returned to his hometown in Kent after his Italian adventure. Intriguingly, if he hadn’t won the show he could have been offered a deal with Spurs, as per his mentor Jamie Redknapp who hosted Football’s Next Star.
      “Jamie said if I hadn’t won, I could’ve had a two-year deal at Tottenham. I never look back on it. Football can take you on so many different journeys,” Greenhalgh revealed.
      Doubling for Ronaldo
      Before his Inter Milan experience, Greenhalgh used his good looks and playing style to be a body-double for Cristiano Ronaldo.
      He worked as a model for Select Sports Artists and met CR7 on a shoot.
      “I did a couple of adverts when I was 16 for my coach Mike Delaney, who was a football choreographer,” he revealed.
      “As I was growing up, I moved more like Ronaldo. I was a winger, who liked to do skills. Admittedly I based myself on him and ended up looking a little bit like him!
      “Back then at Manchester United, he was probably more willing than he is now. He hung about for three hours, did keepy-ups with me, showing skills, that’s what he was like.”
      Amusingly, Greenhalgh also worked as a body double for Diego Costa, who he shared a funny tale about.

      He said: “They got me to double for Diego Costa which I wasn’t too happy about! Anyway, as they tried to film he kept slide tackling the camera!
      “I’ve never seen anything like it, he was like a little kid in a man’s body. I think that’s why Chelsea got rid of him simply because [Antonio] Conte couldn’t handle him!”
      Sliding doors
      Greenhalgh bounced around the clubs – with spells at Ebbsfleet United, Maidstone United, Concord Rangers, and Inverness Caledonian Thistle, where he was coached by England legend Terry Butcher, and Tonbridge Angels in Dartford.
      “If anyone asks me what my best time in football was, I’d say it was Inverness,” he said.
      “We were in the middle of nowhere, we saw each other every day and the best thing was Terry Butcher bought into the culture of the changing room.

      The Manchester United manager go on to become a father-figure to the Portuguese superstar.
      He played a  key role in helping Ronaldo return to the club that made him nearly 20 years later, in 2021.
      And now Sir Alex, 89,  is being be called in to plead with CR7 to stay at the club after one turbulent season.Ronaldo has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid and Sporting Lisbon, after reportedly growing disillusioned at the club.
      Until today, he skipped training – but has now reported to Carrington to talk about his future along with his agent Jorge Mendes.

      “A lot of people played their part (in bringing Ronaldo back) and I contributed knowing that really Cristiano wanted to come here and that was important,” he told Viaplay before the ex-Real Madrid star made his return to Manchester United.
      Ronaldo, himself, acknowledged the manager’s contribution. “PS — Sir Alex, this one is for you…” he wrote in a social media post celebrating his move from Juventus.
      Now, the fiery Scot has said Ronaldo deserves a sixth Ballon d’Or title, after his goalscoring exploits for club and country.
      Through the years, Fergie has been credited with making him the player he is today.
      Sparing him the infamous hairdryer treatment, Fergie filled Ronaldo’s head with confidence – giving him the freedom that allowed him to become a five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
      The “Boss”, as Ronaldo affectionately calls him, was even there for his protege’s most famous moment for his country – winning Euro 2016 – giving him a hug from the stands as he collected his winners’ medal.
      Their father/son relationship has blossomed through the years, so much so it was recently revealed that Ronaldo was set for a sensational return to Old Trafford until Fergie’s retirement in 2013 halted a deal.

      FAN BOY
      After Sir Alex retired, he enjoyed going to live events – from the Oscars to various European finals.
      At Euro 2016, Fergie was in the stands to watch Portugal defeat France 1-0 after extra-time.
      As the Portuguese players walked down the steps after receiving their medals, a proud Ferguson embraced Ronaldo and gave him a huge hug.
      Then, a year later he was a special guest at the 2017 Champions League final, in which Ronaldo won man of the match and scored twice in a 4-1 rout of Juventus.
      Of course, it was Fergie that give him his award that night.

      FAMILY COMES FIRST
      Back in 2005, as Ronaldo was beginning to establish himself at Old Trafford, his father Jose Dinis Aveiro fell ill in hospital after years of alcohol abuse.
      Immediately, Fergie ordered him to take compassionate leave – even though it meant his star player would miss key games during the season.
      “When my daddy was sick in London, and he was in hospital very bad in a coma,” Ronaldo revealed Sir Alex Ferguson: Secrets of Success’ in 2015.
      “I had a conversation with him [Ferguson] and I said: ‘Boss, I don’t feel good.’
      “We are in a key moment in the Champions League, and I said I don’t feel good and I wanna see my dad. He said: ‘Cristiano – you wanna go one day, two days, one week? You can go. I’m going to miss you here because you are important, but your daddy is the [priority].’
      “When he told me that, I feel like this guy is unbelievable. He is the father of football for me.”

      RED HERRING
      Fergie knew Ronaldo’s dream was to play for Real Madrid, and he wasn’t going to stop him from joining the La Liga giants.
      That said, he did try to pull a fast one when it was reported that Los Blancos were deep in talks with CR7.
      “You don’t think we’d get into a contract with that mob, do you?,” Sir Alex said back in 2008.
      “Jesus Christ. I wouldn’t sell them a virus. So that’s a no — there is no agreement between the clubs.”
      Six months later, Ronaldo moved to Spain – with Fergie in agreement all along.

      A FITTING TRIBUTE
      In 2012, at the unveiling of a statue of Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford, Ronaldo made an appearance by video link to pay tribute to his former boss.
      He began by apologising for not being there in person because of his hectic schedule.
      “I think you 100 per cent deserve it for what we did with you,” Ronaldo continued in the clip.
      He even joked, “I hope to see you soon, because I need to practice my English, not my Scottish!”

      SPORTS PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR
      In 2013, Sir Alex Ferguson was the special recipient of the BBC Sports Personality Diamond Award for the show’s 60th edition.
      Again, Ronaldo took to video link to heap praise on Sir Alex.

      In 2020, Ronaldo won the Portuguese Player of the Year award for a record 10th time.
      It was Fergie’s time to record a moving video message for his former student.

      Six years earlier, he had signed on as a trainee and established himself in the ‘Class of ’92’ U18 side – winning the FA Youth Cup.
      He would play 394 times for the club and score 85 goals – including plenty of trademark free-kicks that saw a film called ‘Bend it like Beckham’ highlight his prowess from a set-piece.
      An infamous fallout with Fergie over his superstar status boiled over in a dressing room bust-up, and he left the club for Real Madrid.

      The fifth Beatle, Best was the first footballer of his type where fame and good looks complimented his playing style.
      A natural talent, he showboated and swaggered on the pitch from the very first game he set foot on the Old Trafford turf aged just 17 against West Brom in 1963.
      He famously joined United aged 15 after he was discovered by chief scout Bob Bishop who sent a telegram to Sir Matt Busby declaring “I think I’ve found you a genius.”
      Four years later he announced himself with two goals in a European Cup quarter-final match at Benfica – outshining Portuguese golden boy Eusebio in Lisbon.
      But the party boy lifestyle and an addiction to alcohol would catch up with him. He quit Old Trafford days before his 28th birthday and never really regained the heights he climbed as a teenager.

      Paul Pogba
      France World Cup winner was plucked from La Havre’s academy in 2009 when he was 16.
      He would play just seven times in his first spell before leaving controversially for Juventus in 2012, with Fergie calling the move “disappointing” and slamming his agent Mino Raiola.
      Pogba would return in 2016 for a word record fee of £90million, and show glimpses of his incredible talent that on his day puts him as one of the best in the world.
      But this summer he walked away from Old Trafford for free to return to Turin – leaving United fans seething.

      Duncan Edwards
      Nobody knows what Edwards could have achieved – with his life cut so tragically short aged just 21 in the Munich air disaster in 1958.
      By that time he had already played 18 times for England, and 177 times for Manchester United.
      In a career that lasted no more than five years, he won two league titles and led the club to two European Cup semi-finals, after signing as a 15-year-old.
      Bobby Charlton once said of Edwards he was “the only player that made me feel inferior”.

      Paul Scholes
      Scholesy was another member of the ‘Class of ’92’ who played for United during a golden period of their history.
      He signed on as a 14-year-old trainee after leaving school and made his debut in 1994 – scoring twice in a League Cup tie against Port Vale.
      The midfielder would go on to receive universal praise from his peers – with Barcelona legend Xavi calling him “the best central midfielder” he had seen in the past 15-20 years.
      While Thierry Henry would also say, “If he was playing with me, I would have scored so many more.”
      Scholes would spend his entire career at Old Trafford – winning 11 Premier League titles, as well as two Champions Leagues.

      Gary Neville
      Perhaps the best right back of his generation, Gary Neville was captain of that youth side that won the 1992 FA Youth Cup – an accolade he achieved just a year after joining the club.
      That same year he seized upon his opportunity in the first team when first choice defender Paul Parker got injured, and he stayed there for 20 years.
      The one-club man would go on to make 602 appearances for the club, as well as appear 85 times for the Three Lions.
      Retiring in 2011 following a match against West Brom, where he admitted he sat down on the toilet at half-time and knew it was going to be his last game, Neville has enjoyed several different roles after football.
      His most famous is as a pundit on Sky Sports, while he had an unsuccessful stint as Valencia manager and is also a property developer.

      Sir Bobby Charlton
      United’s greatest ever servant – Charlton is still revered is an ambassador to the club for life.
      Sir Bobby’s love affair with the club began in 1953, when he was spotted playing for East Northumberland schools by Manchester United chief scout Joe Armstrong and snapped up at 15.
      His debut came in 1956 – and he would go on to become Man Utd’s all-time leading scorer with 249 goals before Wayne Rooney broke his record.
      And he was equally prolific for England – finding the net 49 times for his country, which was also a record until Rooney came along.

      Mark Hughes
      It’s easy to forget Hughes started his youth career with United as a promising talent in 1980, having been spotted by the team’s North Wales talent scout Hugh Roberts.
      He would have to wait three years for his debut – scoring against Oxford United in the League Cup.
      Barcelona bought him in 1986 for £2million – with manager Terry Venables partnering the Welsh forward with Gary Lineker.
      But Hughes was a flop, and was equally as unimpressive in a loan spell at Bayern Munich.
      However, a return home to the Red Devils with Sir Alex Ferguson came in 1988 – and he would go on to score 116 times for the club across seven seasons.

      Marcus Rashford
      One of the more recent graduates of the actual academy as it exists today, Rashford exploded on the scene in 2015 – first scoring twice in United’s UEFA Europa League round of 32 against Danish club Midtjylland on his professional debut.
      He then followed that up with two goals and an assist on his Premier League debut against rivals Arsenal to secure a 3-2 win.

      Ex-Man Utd boss Louis Van Gaal revealed how Thomas Muller’s wife Lisa got in the way of a proposed £84million move to Old Trafford back in 2015.
      The anecdote, that German outlet Bild learned from a new book called Bayern Insider, even explains that a £16million-per-year pay packet wasn’t enough to sway the professional equestrian’s decision.
      “In 2015 it would have been possible if his wife had been a little more open to a transfer abroad,” Van Gaal said.
