FLOAT like a social butterfly, sting like a bee. That’s not quite what Muhammad Ali said – but Jake Paul, 26, and Tommy Fury, 23, love sharing their glam lives on social media.

Fury likes to fly commercially, while Paul uses a private jet
From showing off their stunning Wags to their riches – cars, private jets and designer pooches on Instagram – these two have a life to envy.
So, before they get in the ring for their eagerly anticipated fight in Saudi Arabia on Sunday, SunSport pitted them against one another in 10 rounds on social media.
    Seconds out…
    Round 1: Planes
Paul has a net worth of around £25million, while Fury has an estimated worth of around £3million.

This allows the former to fly privately, while Tommy books business class.
    Paul edges this one, just.
    Scorecard: Paul 10-9 Fury
    Round 2: Fancy dress
Fair play to the pair, they love dressing up.

And at Halloween they showed they weren’t afraid to look a bit daft.
Paul and his ex-girlfriend Julia Rose channeled Avatar, and looked the part.
While Fury and his missus Molly Mae had a zombie boxer and ring girl look going on.
    Scorecard: Paul 10-10 Fury
Halloween gave the feuding pair the opportunity to play dress up
    Round 3: Famous brothers
Jake’s older brother Logan went into boxing, but wasn’t as successful as his younger sibling.
However, Logan teamed up with fellow YouTuber KSI to launch Prime energy drink – which is the flavour of the month, and has a career in the WWE.
Tommy’s older brother Tyson Fury needs no introduction.
Of course, the Gypsy King is the best boxer on the planet right now and the biggest celebrity out of them all.
    Scorecard: Paul 9-10 Fury
Tyson Fury is the most famous of the brothers
    Round 4: Novelty clobber
Paul loves to embrace fashion – and seemingly fell in love with Gucci’s Mickey Mouse range – wearing their £600 shirt and sporting their £1,000 bag.
Fury wasn’t afraid to reveal his favourite supermarket – once sporting a hoodie with Aldi emblazoned across it.
That sells on eBay for £20.
    Scorecard: Paul 10-9 Fury
Both Fury and Paul aren’t afraid to wear novelty clothing
    Round 5: Dogs
    Both boast K-9 friends.
Fury invested in a protection dog after burglars ransacked his former Manchester abode and nabbed £800,000 worth of jewellery and designer gear.
Paul has two dogs, a Newfoundland named Lil Moo and a golden retriever named Thor Puppy Paul.
    All are adorable.
    Scorecard: Paul 10-10 Fury
Dogs are these men’s best friends
    Round 6: Jewellery
Although Tommy and Molly had a lot of their jewellery nabbed by thieves, he still boasts a Rolex Submariner worth around £45,000.
Paul drapes himself in diamonds and loves wearing expensive items.
Quite brilliantly, he once had an £80,000 pendant made that featured a diamond-encrusted Conor McGregor in a sleepy pose following his defeat to Dustin Poirier.
Brilliantly, Paul sent it to Poirier as a present.
    Scorecard: Paul 10-9 Fury
Rolex-wearing Fury is trumped in the jewellery department by free-spending Paul
    Round 7: Romantic gestures
They might appear to have all the testosterone in the world flowing through them, and seemingly look lad-ish.
But romance doesn’t escape them, either.
On Valentine’s Day, Fury showered new mum Molly-Mae with gifts and treats.
Paul poked fun at his single status, showering his boxing gloves with roses and chocolates. True love wins this one.
    Scorecard: Paul 8-10 Fury
Fury showered Molly-Mae Hague with gifts on Valentine’s Day, while single Paul cosied up to his boxing gloves
    Round 8: Girlfriends
Fury met Molly-Mae on Love Island in 2019 and they have been inseparable ever since.
And she has gone from strength-to-strength in her career – becoming creative director of online fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing in 2021.
Paul has dated model Julia Rose on and off, but the couple are no more.
Since they got back together a few times, don’t put it past them rekindling their romance yet again.
    Scorecard: Paul 9-10 Fury
Molly-Mae Hague boasts a successful career in her own right, while Paul split with on/off girlfriend Julia Rose
Julia Rose and Paul recently split upCredit: Instagram
    Round 9: Six-packs
Fury and Paul take working out very seriously.
Seemingly, TNT is naturally ripped – although in 2020 Molly-Mae poked fun at him for growing a belly. A the same time, he revealed he didn’t care about having a six-pack.
Paul, on the other hand, has undergone a series of body transformations.
He goes to the gym daily and looks in perfect condition.
    Scorecard: Paul 10-10 Fury
Fury and Paul both take working out very seriously
    Round 10: Cars
Paul owns an insane car collection, including a £360,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom and a £165,000 Lamborghini Huracan.
He’s also been seen driving a Tesla Model X – worth around £80,000.
It’s fair to say Fury isn’t in that league, although he once had his own Rolls-Royce.
    Today, he drives a more family-friendly Mercedes G-Class – costing around £130,000.

Liverpool kid Stefan Bajcetic could have signed for Man Utd before starring for Reds, and is now set to play for Spain

LIVERPOOL fans were treated to a glimpse into the future as they saw their side brush aside Newcastle at St James’ Park.Bossing the game in the middle of the park was 18-year-old Stefan Bajcetic, a rising star and an important part of their midfield rebuild.
Liverpool have a new hero in Stefan BajceticCredit: Rex

The teenager showed delightful footwork on the half-turn, before striding up the pitch to kick-start a move for Cody Gakpo’s goal.
His brilliant display that drew comparisons with Sergio Busquets followed another commanding performance in the Merseyside derby.
Now, with Real Madrid up next, Bajcetic will get the opportunity to prove his worth against his fellow countrymen.
It is no wonder Spain are reportedly desperate to cap him at international level – to avoid losing the dual-nationality midfielder to Serbia.
    read more football news
However, if Manchester United would have moved quicker – Bajcetic could have been playing for the Red Devils.
    Missed opportunity
Born in Vigo, Bajcetic is the son of former Serbian footballer Srdan Bajcetic – who played for clubs including Celta Vigo and Red Star Belgrade.
Incredibly, Bajcetic Snr played alongside Brazil World Cup star Mazinho – who is better known now as Thiago Alcantara’s dad.
The son came through the ranks of Celta, where his dad enjoyed a spell between 1994-97, playing for the youth teams at centre-back.
    Most read in Football
That is where the English clubs circled – with Man Utd and Liverpool paying the most attention.
“Some scouts from Liverpool saw him and contacted us. But Stefan was still a child, not even 16 years old. He couldn’t go anywhere,” the Bajcetic’s father told Spanish outlet El Mundo.
“At first, Liverpool told us that they couldn’t do it and then United called us, [saying] that they could. Liverpool found out and contacted us again to sign him.
“Celta does not have the financial power to [offer] professional contracts at that age. Sometimes [the young players] leave.”
Liverpool academy director Alex Inglethorpe sat down with the player and his father – managing to convince them that his future belonged at Anfield.
And he signed on the dotted line for the Reds – with a fee of just £224,000 agreed with Celta.

    Beating Brexit
However, Liverpool had a race against time to acquire Bajcetic because of Brexit.
On December 31, 2020, the UK left the EU – and that meant new laws were put in place forbidding Premier League clubs to buy U18 players from overseas.
However, Jurgen Klopp’s side were able squeeze in a deal before that deadline.
But, it wasn’t the easiest settling in period for Bajcetic.
With the country in lockdown because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the boy was on his own on foreign shores.
“He was not playing…locked up,” the father said.
“I think all this made him mature before. He never said it was complicated or that he wanted to go back. Never. He was always very clear about it and he has been very professional.”

    Boy to man
This season, Bajcetic has been blooded into Klopp’s first team line-up.
Injuries in a creaking midfield to the likes of Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara meant Liverpool were reduced to bare bones. They had no choice but to give youngsters a chance.
He came on as a sub in the 9-0 win over Bournemouth, before a late sub appearance against Ajax in the Champions League meant he became Liverpool’s youngest ever player in the history of the competition.
His first start came against Derby in the EFL Cup win over Derby, and his first goal was away at Aston Villa on Boxing Day.
That sudden rise has seen German boss Klopp turn to Bajcetic more in recent weeks.
His team-mates, including Jordan Henderson have been wowed by his ability.
“I’m very impressed. He has been outstanding since he has come into the team,” Henderson told LFCTV after they beat Everton.
Jordan Henderson has praised Bajcetic’s performancesCredit: Getty
“Over the last few weeks, even though the performances haven’t been great, he has been the one that has probably stood out and performed to the levels he is capable of.
“The difference (against Everton) was everybody else stepped up, everybody else performed and when that happens good things can happen.”
    Spain next
La Roja manager Luis de la Fuente is well aware of Bajcetic, who is seen as the future of the Spain national team.
According to Diario AS, the youngster called “brilliant” by Jurgen Klopp is in contention to be picked for the next international squad.
The report adds that Spain are keen not to miss out on another young starlet who is eligible to play for another country.
Alejandro Garnacho (Argentina), Nico Paz (Uruguay) and Alvaro Rodriguez (Uruguay) all chose to play for South American countries, while Bajcetic could represent Serbia – his dad’s place of birth.

But, Bajcetic has represented Spain’s U21 side – so that may give an indication to where his future lies.
Either way, it will be at the heartbeat in the midfield for club and country. More

Inside David Beckham’s amazing transfer swoop to bring Lionel Messi to Inter Miami that’s taken FIVE years

DAVID Beckham may finally have landed his man.Reports in France claim PSG talisman Lionel Messi, 35, is seriously mulling over his future – with Inter Miami in pole position for his signature.
Lionel Messi could be Miami-bound in the summer
Inter Miami owner David Beckham has made it his mission to bring Messi to the MLS
The World Cup winner has yet to sign a new deal – with his current contract expiring in the summer.
England legend Becks, 47, has wanted to bring Messi to the MLS ever since he founded the club FIVE years ago.
Messi’s arrival in the US would be the biggest deal since Beckham moved from Real Madrid to LA Galaxy in 2012.
And it would be a massive boon to the Latin American community in the Magic City, who would have ‘one of their own’ to revere.
    read more football news
    The pledge
A year before Inter Miami made their MLS debut in 2020, Beckham refused to rule out the possibility of signing Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi.
“Everyone has their wish list, everyone does, but if you look at the way Leo and Cristiano are still playing, even at what you might think is the later stage of their careers, I don’t see it ending for them,” Beckham said.
“They’re playing at such a high level that it’s hard to see them leaving the clubs they are at, but we will see. You never know what can happen in football.”
Beckham cleverly planted the seed. Who wouldn’t want South Beach on their doorstep?
    Most read in Football
There was talk Messi would quit Barcelona and head straight to the States.
However, the Argentine superstar opted for Paris instead – with a view of a World Cup on the horizon and one last attempt at capturing his holy grail.
    Beckham was left waiting.

    In the meantime…
Messi had begun to build a property empire in Miami – with belief around him that he wanted to finish his career in the MLS.
A year before Inter Miami’s debut campaign, he splashed around £5.5million on a stunning apartment on Sunny Isles Beach.
It boasted access to six swimming pools, a luxury spa, fully-equipped gym, and a yoga studio.
Two years later he added to his incredible property portfolio by snapping up the entire 9th floor of the Regalia building – a structure designed by renowned architect Charles Allem.
Called the “mansion in the sky in the most unique building in South Florida,” the six bedroom abode cost him around £9million.
Reports claimed he sold the Sunny Isles penthouse for a whopping profit of around £17million.

While another suggested he had listed his second Miami property, although it was never confirmed if it was sold.
However, in November last year, Messi bought an apartment at the Porsche Design Tower for £9million- which boasts stunning views of the Miami coastline, as well a lift for one of his supercars.
Inter Miami ‘confident’ in signing Messi
With Messi achieving his career odyssey of winning the World Cup with his country – coupled with current disgruntlement at his French employers PSG – Inter Miami are reportedly confident of convincing Messi to join their revolution.
A move could happen as soon as the current European football season comes to a close.
In the past, the forward has revealed the prospect of strutting his stuff in the MLS would be a “dream”.
It would, no doubt, making the highest paid player in the league’s history.
While it would also ring true on Beckham’s promise to deliver a star to Inter Miami fans.
South Florida boasts a huge Latin American population – many mad football fans.
The move would certainly appease the locals, who will flock to the DRV PNK Stadium in their droves to catch a glimpse of the football superstar – just like Angelinos made the pilgrimage to Carson to see Beckham in action for the LA Galaxy 15 years ago.

What signing Messi would mean to the MLS
Cristiano Ronaldo’s big-money move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr has been viewed by football purists as the Portuguese legend looking for his retirement home.
Would Messi’s move to the MLS be seen as the same?
The USA’s ever-improving performances at the World Cup have shown that ‘soccer’ is well and truly a sport the country loves.
Also, with parents growingly concerned about the impact head injuries might have on their kids playing American football, many are choosing for their sons and daughters to play the beautiful game.
Before, it was cast-offs from the Premier League that went to the US for one final pay day.
Now, the likes of Tyler Adams, Christian Pulisic and Brendan Aaronsen are looking the part in our competitive league.
For the moment, the big push for the MLS is the importance of bringing in youth players, a model Inter Miami boss Phil Neville is keen to follow.
“MLS is a young person’s league. Some of the best young players are coming through the academies. We’re a club that wants to produce our own players,” Neville told the Guardian in 2021.

Still, the lure of bringing the world’s greatest player, even when he turns 36 in the summer, would be too much to turn down.
And just think how inspirational he could be to those young footballers desperate to make their name in the game. More

Inside boxing’s tackiest homes, from Ricky Hatton’s diamante door handles to Floyd Mayweather’s roll out sweet shop

THE world’s best boxers earn millions. From Floyd Mayweather, who claimed his net worth exceeded £1billion, to Tyson Fury – recipient of £20million from his last fight against Derek Chisora – those at the top generally coin it in.

However, despite their millions, boxers and their Wags – like Paris Fury – don’t always get the decor rightCredit: Instagram
Fury’s £1.7m home in Morecambe features a chandelier hanging in the kitchenCredit: Instagram @parisfury1
And that means they sometimes have more money than sense, when it comes to spending their dosh.
These legendary figures from the sport ploughed the cash into their homes, filling their amazing mansions with some items that could split opinion.
SunSport takes a tongue-in-cheek look at the worst offenders – starting with the Gypsy King.
    The Furys
Tyson Fury’s taste in suits he wears in the build-up to his fights might give you an idea of what the WBC champ is all about.

Back in 2020, he upgraded from a £550,000 abode to a stunning £1.7million home in Morecambe with wife Paris.
Of course, they couldn’t wait to show off some of the interiors on Instagram.
Bizarrely, one snap revealed a low-hanging chandelier in the kitchen.
Now, we’re no Laurence Llewelyn-Bowens – but that’s got to be a design first.
    Most read in Boxing
Second, in another picture – Tyson’s wife Paris stands proudly in front of what appear to be velvet curtains in nouveau-riche gold… on an outside door.
    Mike Tyson
Recent reports suggested ‘Iron Mike’ earned around £300million in his heyday, although by the late 1990s he was forced to sell off some of the amazing properties he bought on the way up.
One of them was an amazing five bedroom mansion in Ohio, which had cages to keep his tigers in.
Better still, just so you know who lived there, he rather amusingly had his name etched on the front gates.
Similarly, and like something out of a Rocky film, Tyson had a thing for huge statues yards from his front door.
A 52-room mansion, which he later sold to rapper 50 Cent for £3.3million in 2003, boasted a lion statue decorating its entrance.
    Roar, indeed.

    Ricky Hatton
Forever one of the joker’s in the pack, Mancunian favourite Hatton is as whacky as they come.
Last year, he gave viewers a glimpse into his mansion in a BBC Comic Relief special called ‘This is MY House’.
Diamante door handles were the pick of the most outrageous things in the home.
In fact, he really does have a thing for diamantes – with a crocodile and panther covered in stones.
However, the clincher for us was his dining room.
Clad in gold, Scarface’s Tony Montana wouldn’t have looked out of place sitting at the head of the table.
While in his cinema room, he has a picture of the cast of Sex and the City, which Hatton said he watched before a world title fight.

    Floyd Mayweather
Mayweather is the man that has everything. He wants everything too.
His car collection is insane, while his portfolio of mansions in Los Angeles, Miami and Las Vegas is even crazier.
But, unsurprisingly, what Mayweather loves most is himself.
Why else would he have artwork adorning his walls – showing off his chiselled chest in a huge canvas.

    Deontay Wilder
The Bronze Bomber is a hero in Alabama, where they have erected a huge statue in his honour.
Thankfully, he decided against having one in his £1.2million mansion on the picturesque Lake Tuscaloosa.
However, protective Wilder does have a panic room on the premises.
While we’re not slamming that, of course all sports stars need to protect themselves.
But, when the panic room door is styled like a door from Fort Know, then things start to look a little silly.

    Evander Holyfield
Holyfield used to own an enormous 54,000 square-foot mansion on 235 acres, which is still the largest single family home in the state of Georgia.
The 109-room home is as lavish as it gets, but it wasn’t entirely perfect.
After all, it’s huge banquet hall – with gold interior – was a bit much.
And the bowling alley a bit daft. Surely, there’s bowling alleys nearby?
But, the most bonkers addition was the fact it had a baseball pitch within its grounds – complete with floodlights and a scoreboard.

I help Premier League footballers move mansions and transport their car collections – some want me to stay and play FIFA

WHEN Cristiano Ronaldo moved out of his Cheshire home, Andrew Wells and his team were there to oversee everything. While as soon as Man Utd defender Diogo Dalot had ordered a £250,000 Ferrari, it was Wells, again, who was there to make sure it was delivered to him safely without any bother.
Andrew Wells, left, helped Erling Haaland move when he arrived at Man City
Wells’ company Premier Relocation also came to the aid of Phil Neville when he packed up for Miami
Premier Relocation are the go-to removal service for football’s elite
In 2011, the entrepreneur, 50, set up Premier Relocation after moving a few high-profile footballers and their expensive possessions into stunning mansions and luxury apartments.
Since then, his company has snowballed – becoming the go-to for the world’s best, including Bruno Fernandes, Martin Odegaard and Erling Haaland – who all feature on their Instagram as happy customers.

Offering more than just being a removal service, Wells and his team are on hand to relieve the stress many stars have of relocating, including helping them set up their bills.
While Andy and his team have had younger players ask them to stay and play PlayStation with them, to combat any fears of loneliness.

Premier Relocation count a host of Premier League clubs as clients, and have opened up offices in Barcelona and Madrid.
Their overseas operation even facilitated Phil Neville’s move to Miami.
Speaking to SunSport, Wells said: “I heard so many stories from players who were not happy with the services they were provided by other companies.
“So, listening to them, I worked out what they needed and we put a business together to serve their needs.

“When we set up, we went to several clubs and told them what we do, and now have many in the Premier League and in Europe as customers.
“Sports agents too, including Joshua Barnett, have also been great contacts for us to establish our name in the industry.
“It’s helped us grown into what it is today. Now we get calls from players, clubs their wives, or get recommendations from other concierge services that have relationships with Premier League stars.”
Footballers have expensive tastes, which leaves Wells the task of having to move their prized possessions.
This could include anything from a £300,000 Lamborghini to a PlayStation.
“All players are different,” Wells said.
“But many do have the trappings of a Premier League footballer.
“Designer clothing, expensive art work, their extensive car collection, trophy collection, international caps and even their pets have been trusted with us.
“I have personally driven a Lamborghini for a move – which was an amazing experience.
“On the other hand, we could move a 17-year-old who has been sent to another club on loan and all he takes is his suitcase, TV and games console.”
Martin Odegaard is another happy customer with Premier Relocations
Transporting cars is not a problem for Premier Relocation – who move footballer’s expensive motors
Working with youngsters, though, is very important to Wells for two reasons.
First, it’s an investment for the future. When that player potentially establishes himself, has a family and moves further along with his career – Premier Relocation will see that journey all the way through.
Second, they help footballers combat loneliness, especially when they travel to foreign countries, don’t know anyone, or speak the language.
“We want to be on speed dial for all the players,” Wells divulged.
“And we want to be with them all the way through their professional career.
“There are times when I’ve felt very sorry for young players who move abroad, and they don’t know anyone and don’t speak the language.
“Some of the guys have had younger players ask them to stay and play PlayStation with them.
“You just want to help them when they are feeling that vulnerable.
“Also, we can help them in setting up their bills – picking up the phone if they don’t speak the language.”
Player’s medals and international caps are carefully packed away
Philippe Coutinho enlisted Premier Relocation for his move back to the UK
The movers carefully pack up possessions
Premier Relocation have to work quick to meet the needs of the modern game – with footballers moving clubs on a regular basis, around the UK and overseas.
They collaborate with Samsung – the only moving company to have a partnership with an electronics giant – so they can offer products from the company and set them up before a footballer arrives at the home.
Wells revealed: “We can put TVs in every room, thanks to a deal we have with Samsung, and we’re happy to set that up for them.
“The moment they arrive, everything is in working order.”
On transfer deadline day, football fans are glued to social media and Sky Sports News to find out who moves where and when.
Incredibly, Wells is privy to that information before it’s even announced .
“More often than not we know about transfers before they’ve happened,” he explained.
“Obviously, we are very discreet about that – but it puts us in a very privileged position.”
Wells new brainchild, and a separate business, helps footballers integrate into their clubs when they don’t speak English.
“It’s a translation service for clubs and players – and we’ve already got a few players signed up,” he explained.
Expensive artwork is just one of the many things footballers collect
Bruno Fernandes was delighted with Premier Relocations and their work
“If you have a lad who comes to our country who can’t speak English, we put a translator on the training pitch with him so he can communicate easier with his coaches.
“That just allows them to settle much more quickly on our shores.”
Another idea Wells wants to offer are workshops for players – designed to help them build their credit and understand how to avoid debt.
    Read More on The Sun
“We want to make sure players are protected, some clubs do it in house, some don’t,” he said.
“All the players across the board deserve the same service. And that’s why we are here – to look after them.” More

Man Utd icon Wayne Rooney’s amazing property portfolio includes £20m ‘Morrisons’ mansion and secret luxury Barbados pad

THEY might be worth an estimated £115million, but Wayne and Coleen Rooney’s Cheshire mansion has been mocked for ‘looking like a Morrisons’.However, the six-bedroom palatial home – which cost £20m – isn’t the only property in the couple’s lavish portfolio, which also includes pads in Florida and the Caribbean.

Manchester United legend Rooney, 37, left Derby last summer to take over as DC United boss in the MLS and is currently in pre-season ahead of the 2023 campaign.
However, he has been linked with a sensational return to England with the Premier League’s bottom club Southampton, which could see him move back full-time into the family home.
Rooney grew up in a council house in Liverpool – but has shown off his real estate skills with his sprawling Barbados villa, which he rents out for £25,000 a week.
He also snapped up a £320,000 waterfront apartment in the Sunshine State of Florida in 2007 – and even splashed out £450,000 on a detached home in Liverpool for his parents to live in.
Today, he and Coleen, have properties across the globe.
Below, SunSport looks at the couple’s impressive property portfolio…

The Rooneys’ housing portfolio stretches to overseas – where they rent out a spectacular Barbados villa for more than £25,000 a week in the high season.
The five-bedroom property boasts an infinity pool, a media room and a shared golf course while inside the walls feature pictures of Hollywood icons Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe.

It cost the couple a cool £5 million – but is rented out for as much as £25,000 a week
The paradise pad sits on the island’s exclusive Jasmine Ridge estate, with celebrity neighbours including Ant and Dec and Roo’s old United team-mate Rio Ferdinand.
Boxer Joe Calzaghe, and motorcycle racer Carl Fogarty are also said to own homes there.
Over the years, the swish Bajan resort has become so popular with Manchester’s rich and famous that its residents have dubbed it the Northern Quarter.
The Rooneys bought the villa for £5million in 2010, but put it on the rental market as a holiday home several years ago, the Manchester Evening News reported.
The mansion has some famous neighbours – including Ant and Dec and Rio Ferdinand
Its outdoor dining area is perfect for entertaining family and friends
United fans who want to live like Wayne himself will need to cough up around £10,000 to stay at the Royal Westmoreland pad during low season.
And those staying at high season will have to fork out up to £25,410 a week.
Based on the Rooneys renting out the property from 2015, they could have netted more than £5m from wealthy guests by now.
It won’t be long until they’ve reached the price they paid for it a decade ago after renting was no doubt affected by the pandemic.

    £300k Florida apartment
Not all of Wayne and Coleen’s purchases have seemingly done as well as their Barbados one.
In 2007, the couple splashed out around £320,000 on a luxurious waterfront apartment at Harbor Pointe in Port Charlotte, Florida – but property prices later collapsed.
They bought the pad via Your Place Abroad – whose former clients also include footie star Michael Owen and former cricketer Andrew Flintoff, the Daily Mail reported.

The firm has since gone into liquidation.
Public records list Rooney as being the owner of a three-bedroom condo in the riverside resort, which has a balcony and more than 1,750 sq ft of living space.
It also boasts a master suite with a study and an ‘oversized walk-in closet’, with a fitness centre and in-ground heated pool available in the resort’s grounds.
It is thought the ‘spacious’ condo is currently being rented out.

In the years after the Rooneys snapped up their apartment, property prices in the area collapsed, with some homes dropping in price by more than £150,000.
    Waynesor Castle
The Rooneys lived happily in a £6m home in Prestbury, Cheshire, for more than a decade before they were the victims of an attempted burglary.
A former serviceman tried to break in while Wayne played in a testimonial match in August 2016,  leaving a worried Coleen fearing for her kids’ safety.
Dubbed ‘Waynesor Castle’ among other nicknames, the Rooneys’ home reportedly featured six en-suite bedrooms, a cinema, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool.
There have also been rumours of under-lawn heating and a hairdressing salon.

    ‘Beautiful’ Maryland home
In 2018, the Rooneys were rumoured to be set to move into a stunning £12m Washington DC mansion, after Wayne joined DC United – where he is now head coach.
The property, in Wesley Heights, boasted a wine cellar, a home gym, an outdoor swimming pool, a recreation room and even a massive cinema screen.
But it was since been reported that the family opted to live in Maryland instead. They were thought to be living around a 50-minute drive from the US capital.

One source close to Coleen told SunSport: “They live in Maryland, which is really quiet, so if they do go out it’s bowling or cinema with the kids.”
They added: “They have a massive house and it’s beautiful.”
    New £20m Cheshire mansion
Features: Man-made fishing lakes, an orangery and a football pitch
The Rooneys’ new pad sits on a 40-acre plot in Cheshire.
The £20m property, includes a number of buildings, stables, two man-made fishing lakes and an orangery.
But we reported how the luxurious new home has been compared to a Morrisons supermarket and even a Travelodge because of its exterior.

One person wrote online: “Looks like my local Morrisons supermarket. £20million for that?”
Another said: “Surely that is a new Tesco build…?’  while a third quipped: “More of a Morrisons I’d say”.
The mansion boasts a TV room, snooker room, bar, wine store, cinema, gym and swimming pool, as well as an underground tunnel to a six-car garage.
And there are believed to even be separate lifts – one for the family, the other for visitors.
It is thought that former England striker Wayne has also requested a panic bunker in the home over fears his family will be hit by another attempted burglary.
