โ€˜Look at me when Iโ€™m talking to youโ€™ โ€“ Jamie Redknapp and Gary Neville in FURIOUS Sky Sports bust-up over Man Utd loss

And Neville and Redknapp allowed the heat to get to them as things quickly turned red-hot after the game as the pair clashed live on air.
Neville, a former United captain, asked for the Glazers to take responsibility at the club and showcase their plan for United, but as Redknapp interjected to argue the blame should be on the players, he bit back.
Neville said on Sky Sports: “No no, you had a go at the players before the break though Jamie,” though his fellow pundit continued to talk over him.
Redknapp said “When you’re a player, and we didn’t win the league for 30 years at Liverpool right – just look at me when I’m talking to you – we didn’t win the league for 30 years but we went through it.”

When the pair finally calmed down, they were able to more eloquently express their thoughts.
Neville said: “These players have proven with three different managers now that they donโ€™t work as hard as the opposition.
โ€œThey donโ€™t work hard enough, they donโ€™t run fast enough and they are drained of confidence.
โ€œThey need something. Thatโ€™s got to come from above. Today was a new low.

โ€œContinually it seems United can surpass their previous low and things get lower and lower. This is really, really bad.โ€
Redknapp then added: “If I were in that dressing room, Iโ€™d be embarrassed.
โ€œYouโ€™ve got to run around and win 50/50 challenges.
โ€œI donโ€™t think I’ve ever seen a more abject performance from a club so highly respected.
โ€œYouโ€™ve got to show you care and I donโ€™t think they did today.โ€
Today’s result was a day of many firsts for United.
It is the first time United have been bottom of the Premier League since 1992, when they lost three games at the start of that season under Sir Alex Ferguson.

It is the first time since 1936 United have lost seven consecutive away games and the first time 1979 United have lost four games on the bounce.

He has revealed a daily oxygen chamber is required as part of his recovery.

“I have microcurrents going through my body for seven hours. Everyone wants a quick fix, but it has to be done slowly.”
