According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Milan are already “on the move” looking for Leao’s replacement.
The Portuguese forward wants to stay in Milan, but there has been no progress in negotiations for a new contract.
With the 23-year-old’s deal expiring in 2024, Milan could be forced into a sale – boosting Chelsea’s transfer hopes.
Consequently, the Rossoneri have identified potential replacements.

Saint-Maximin is joined on the list by Club Brugge’s Noa Lang.
Milan enquired about Saint-Maximin last summer, with the Frenchman revealing his frustrations over exit talk in an interview last month.
A hamstring injury at the end of August stunted a promising start to the season where he had scored once and assisted twice.
Since returning to fitness the 25-year-old has found starting opportunities limited, partly due to Eddie Howe using Joelinton at left wing.

However, he did start the Carabao Cup final and impressed against Manchester United’s Diogo Dalot.
But the half-time introduction of Aaron Wan-Bissaka changed the complexion of the duel and kept the Frenchman more muzzled.
Saint-Maximin joined the Magpies from Nice in 2019.
He has scored 13 times and added 19 assists in 115 games, and was recently named as one of the Premier League’s best dribblers. More

According to Football London, Pablo Mari, who is currently on loan at Monza, poses as a highly likely candidate to depart from the Emirates.
And the Gunners appear set for a £5.9million windfall from a possible deal involving Mari.

However, Raffaele Palladino’s side appear safe as they are currently 10th with 14 points separating them from the relegation zone.

Therefore, Mari is among the Arsenal loanees that could command a transfer fee in the summer along with Nicolas Pepe, Folarin Balogun and Nuno Tavares, who currently play at Lille, Reims and Marseille respectively.
The Spaniard was Arteta’s first ever signing back in January 2020 when he arrived on loan from Flamengo.
The centre-back signed a permanent deal six months later but failed to break into the Spanish tactician’s line-up and was shipped out on loan at Udinese in January 2022.
The 29-year-old stayed at the Stadio Friuli for six months and was then loaned out to Monza where he has since been going from strength to strength.

Mari hit the ground running upon his arrival at the Stadio Brianteo in August.
The defender’s momentum was cut short in October when he fell victim to a deadly knife attack in a supermarket near Milan that left one dead and five others injured.
The ex-Manchester City player underwent surgery and had two muscles repaired.
But Mari returned to action less than two months later after the incident and has since continued to impress in Palladino’s backline. More

Man Utd ‘want Tammy Abraham to solve striking woes but transfer could be scuppered due to £71m Chelsea clause’

MANCHESTER UNITED are interested in Roma star Tammy Abraham but the transfer could be scuppered due to a Chelsea clause, according to reports. The Red Devils are expected to be in the market for a striker this summer and they have been tracking the man with seven goals this season.

Claims from The Athletic suggest that Man Utd scouts have been in regular attendance at the Stadio Olimpico.
However, Chelsea also have an interest in bringing their former striker back to the club.
When Abraham was initially sold to Roma for £34million, then Blues director of football Marina Granovskaia negotiated a £71million buy-back clause.
Chelsea also have to be told if another club comes in for the English striker, meaning they have first refusal on him.

Any decision could be influenced by what they decide to do with Romelu Lukaku, who is currently on loan at Inter Milan.
Roma are battling financial fair play rules after breaching regulations in the 2020/21 campaign.
They supposedly “may have to consider sacrifices” but don’t have to sell Abraham, with an agreement not possible for under £70million.
That means he will still be a cheaper option for United than Napoli ace Victor Osimhen, who is valued at over £100million.

The centre-forward enjoyed a fine first season in Italy, netting 27 goals in 53 appearances to help his team win the Conference League.
But the 25-year-old, who became a father for the first time last week, has seen his goals dry up this term.
He since missed out on earning a place in England’s World Cup squad. More

Mancini’s marvellous moment from 25 yards then provided the only goal of the game.

The Portuguese was sent off for the third time this season on Tuesday night as his side lost to Cremonese.
And Italian newspaper Il Messaggero via Corriere della Sera report he was causing further problems two days earlier at Sunday’s youth Rome derby, which he watched with fellow coaches and some first-team players.
It is alleged Mourinho booed Lazio kid Alexandru Milou from behind the benches as he stepped up to take a penalty.
He also reportedly ordered the Roma academy talents to dive and pretend they are hurt or cramping in an attempt to waste time while leading 2-1 in the closing stages.

A Lazio news site, VoceLAzio, added that Mourinho and senior Roma squad players “assumed an attitude that goes against the lines of respect and sportsmanship” and accused them of “shameful gestures”.
Lazio are said to be furious with Mourinho’s behaviour and coach Tobia Assumma apparently confronted the ex-Chelsea and Manchester United boss to tell him: “No mister, this is not done.”
The first-team manager then posed for photos in the dressing room with the victorious Roma rising stars.
Within 48 hours, Mourinho was in hot water again as he saw red.

Cremonese won their first Serie A match in 27 years against Roma, who missed out on the chance to move into the top four and Champions League places.
And the fiery Special One blew his top at the officials before being sent to the stands after the minnows’ 17th-minute opener.
However, Mourinho is now considering legal action against fourth official Marco Serra, who is alleged to have told the Roma boss to “mind your own f***ing business” and “go home” during the explosive touchline bust-up.
Mourinho said: “I am emotional, but not crazy. In order to react the way I did, something had to happen first.
“I need to understand if I can take any legal action. [Referee Marco] Piccinini gave me a red card, because unfortunately the fourth official does not have the capacity to understand what he said to me.
“I want to find out if there is an audio recording. I don’t want to get into the fact that Serra is from Turin and on Sunday we are playing against Juventus.”
Mourinho continued: “For the first time in my career, a fourth official spoke to me in the most incredible way. It was unjustifiable.
“At the end of the game, I went to speak to them. Piccinini, who was the fourth official in the last game when I was sent off, told me to apologise to Serra.
