Dybala ‘wants 11 TIMES Pirlo’s £1.6m-a-year wages’ to stay at Juventus and move him nearer to Ronaldo’s salary

PAULO DYBALA wants to earn around 11 times the salary of new boss Andrea Pirlo if he is to stay at Juventus, according to reports.
The Argentine has become a key man again in Turin this season, having nearly left the club last summer.

Manager Andrea Pirlo only pockets £1.6million-per-year after taking charge of the club
And the 26-year-old wants to be rewarded accordingly.
He is already the fifth-highest paid player at the club, with only Cristiano Ronaldo, Matthijs de Ligt, Gonzalo Higuain and the outgoing Miralem Pjanic earning bigger salaries.
But his current £6.5million annual wage is dwarfed by the eyewatering £28m forked out to Ronaldo.
And Dybala wants to narrow that gap.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Dybala’s representatives have now demanded an £18m annual salary for their client if he is to stay at the club – recognising his talent and contributions.
Dybala has just two years remaining on his current deal
Juventus would currently struggle to match this demand, although Ronaldo has been linked with a move away in recent days.

The proposed salary would dwarf that of manager and legendary ex-player Pirlo, who will pocket around £1.6m annually from his new job.

In fact, of Juve’s first-team squad, only veteran backup goalkeepers Carlo Pinsoglio and Gianluigi Buffon are paid less than Pirlo.

Dybala is believed to be “sick” of speculation surrounding his Juve future, which has led to him feeling undervalued and considering an exit.
He scored 11 goals and laid on a further 11 assists in 33 impressive Serie A appearances this term.
Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain were all heavily linked last summer, although none are currently believed to be in the frame.

Cristiano Ronaldo no longer ‘untouchable’ at Juventus and could leave for just £54m with PSG considering shock transfer

JUVENTUS reportedly no longer consider Cristiano Ronaldo ‘non-transferable’ and could decide to cash-in for £54million.
Sport claim Paris Saint-Germain are keeping an eye on developments and may make a move after the Champions League has finished.

Ronaldo’s super-agent Jorge Mendes has reportedly already been offering him out to Europe’s biggest clubs ever since Juventus’ European Cup exit.
Despite a record-breaking campaign in front of goal and another Serie A title, the Portugal superstar’s season ultimately ended in disappointment.
Defeats in the Suppercoppa Italiana and Coppa Italia final were compounded by crashing out of the Champions League.
In the wake of the fall to Lyon, Maurizio Sarri was sacked and replaced by inexperienced club legend Andrea Pirlo.

Ronaldo, who still has two years left on his Juve deal, had been offered the chance to conquer France alongside Neymar at PSG.
Spanish football expert Guillem Balague sensationally claimed a return to LaLiga with Barcelona is another option for Ronaldo.
Yet a representative for the 35-year-old slammed the reports as “completely false”.

Although Juventus suffered fresh Champions League disappointment this month, Ronaldo pulled another stunning feat.

His brace against Lyon helped him break Felice Borrel’s record for the number of goals by any Juve player in all competitions in one season.
Ronaldo’s tally stood at 37 goals in 46 games at the end of this term – one more than the 36 Borrel’s scored the 1933-34 season.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez jokes she has so much holiday laundry after countless bikini shots

GEORGINA RODRIGUEZ has poked fun of herself after she was caught doing the laundry on board her yacht with Cristiano Ronaldo.
The 26-year-old was snapped sorting out the washing as the Juventus striker jumped into the Med during the couple’s break in Saint-Tropez this week.

And the Spanish model has now uploaded the same photo of herself on her Instagram story to her 20.1 million followers.
Captioning the picture, Rodriguez said: “Even with a dryer, a lot of clothes to wash and dry.”
But she can only have herself to blame having posted pictures of herself in different outfits on social media daily.
Rodriguez caused a stir online over the weekend after she showed off her incredible figure in a black bikini.

And she delighted her followers last week after posting a busty image on Instagram.
Ronaldo and Rodriguez have had time to bask in the sunshine due to the Old Lady’s Champions League exit at the hands of Lyon.
The 35-year-old has been linked with a move away from Turin just two years after joining from Real Madrid.

Spanish football expert Guillem Balague sensationally claimed a return to LaLiga could be on the cards having been offered to Barcelona.

Meanwhile Paris Saint-Germain could look to bring Ronaldo to France in a £54million deal.
However, Spanish outlet AS have labelled all rumours as “completely false” after being contacted by Ronaldo’s representatives.

PSG favourites to seal shock Cristiano Ronaldo transfer amid Juventus quit rumours with Real Madrid return also touted

PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN are favourites to land Cristiano Ronaldo – with the Portuguese star reportedly “not untouchable” any more at Juventus.
The 35-year-old produced yet another stunning season in front of goal, netting 31 times in 33 Serie A matches.

Ronaldo could be on the move this summer
But in the wake of their disappointing Champions League exit at the hands of Lyon, Juve could seek to cash in on their star attraction for £54million.
And despite his advancing years, Ronaldo would not be short of willing suitors.
Agent Jorge Mendes is claimed to have already touted his client’s services around Europe’s elite clubs.
And, unsurprisingly, moneybags Paris Saint-Germain are favourites to land his signature, with CR7 priced at 15/8 with Ladbrokes to turn up at Parc des Princes this summer.

Should Ronaldo want to follow in another former Manchester United’s No7’s footsteps and make it stateside, he wouldn’t be short of opportunities.
He is 2/1 to sign for any MLS club.
A stunning return to Real Madrid isn’t ruled out, with 9/2 odds on the prospect.
And a romantic return to Old Trafford, one that would be welcomed by all fans that used to sing “Viva Ronaldo” on the Stretford End, can be punted on at 11/2.

Bayern Munich looked every inch a European powerhouse on Friday night against Barcelona, and perhaps Ronaldo would fancy adding a Bundesliga title or two to his Serie A, LaLiga and Premier League medals?
He’s 10/1 to wind up at the Allianz Arena.
Also at that price can be found another of his former clubs, in the shape of boyhood side Sporting Lisbon.
Could he make a fairytale return as a superstar? Or perhaps he could become the catalyst for the Chinese Super League to reach a new, more global, audience at the same price.
A Fifa 21 clip featuring CR7 in a Manchester City shirt got some Sky Blues fans dreaming, but he’s out at 20/1 to arrive at the Etihad.

Moving to Liverpool would really rankle with United fans, so an Anfield transfer is back at 33/1.
Analyst Guillem Balague recently talked up the prospect of a stunning transfer to Barcelona.
But the club have since distanced themselves from such a move, and accordingly are an outside bet at 50/1.

Lazio chief says he has ‘no respect for David Silva as a man’ as he breaks silence on shock Real Sociedad transfer

LAZIO chief Igli Tare has revealed that he does not “respect” David Silva “as a man” after the Spaniard snubbed his side for Real Sociedad.
The Manchester City legend was due to travel to Rome to undergo a medical with the Serie A side after agreeing a three-year deal.

But having blanked Lazio’s calls last week, Silva found himself the subject of strong interest from Real Sociedad.
The LaLiga outfit sensationally hijacked the deal, agreeing a two-year contract with the 34-year-old.
And Tare, 47, gave a furious, albeit brief response to the situation via Lazio’s official website:
He wrote: “I learn about David Silva’s transfer to Real Sociedad. I have great respect for the player, but not for the man.”

With Silva having been due to give Lazio his final word last Monday, the Italians were still left waiting by the weekend.
And on Sunday they gave him an ultimatum… before his move to Sociedad was officially announced a day later.
While he’s not the most popular man in Rome at the moment, Silva will eternally be remembered at Man City for his exceptional service in sky blue.

Pep Guardiola’s side have announced that they will erect a statue in his honour outside the Etihad Stadium.

In addition to this, a pitch at their training facility will also be named in his honour.
Having signed from Valencia in 2010, Silva made 436 appearances and helped City win 14 trophies.

And upon announcing his statue, chairman Khaldoon Al-Mubarak said: “David has put his stamp on the team, on this club, it’s history and even the Premier League as a whole.
“In doing so he has been instrumental to the beautiful football philosophy you see today. He was the start of it. He has inspired everyone around him.
“David’s statue will act as a lasting reminder of the wonderful moments that he gave us, not only as an incredible footballer but as an inspiring ambassador who represented this club with great dignity.”

Dybala could be offered to Man Utd AGAIN in swap transfer for Pogba as Juventus prioritise Cristiano Ronaldo

PAULO DYBALA could be offered to Manchester United again this summer, according to reports.
The Juventus forward, 26, may be used as part of a swap deal to take Paul Pogba back to Serie A.

    2

According to Tuttosport, new Juventus manager Andrea Pirlo will prioritise keeping Cristiano Ronaldo happy.
The Portugal star has been tipped with a stunning Paris Saint-Germain transfer but ensuring he is the centre forward next season could see Dybala pushed out.
Reports earlier this week suggested Dybala was considering his future anyway because he is thought to be sick of being transfer listed.
He still has two years left to run on his current deal at the Allianz Stadium but it is thought negotiations have stalled over an extension.

Dybala reportedly wants £260,000 per week but Juve are only willing to go up to around £175,000 for a player they deem as important but certainly below Ronaldo in the pecking order.
He was heavily linked with a transfer last summer.
Paris Saint-Germain, Tottenham and Manchester United were all interested – even though Dybala was not interested in joining either Premier League side.
The Red Devils were the most likely option with a swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku on the cards.

This year, though, it could be a deal that sees Pogba head in the opposite direction instead.
The Frenchman, 27, spent one season alongside Dybala at Juve before his £89million return to Old Trafford in 2016.
He said last year he was ready for a new challenge but after an injury-hit season seems finally to be enjoying himself and performing consistently in a United shirt – helped by the arrival of Bruno Fernandes in January.
Pirlo, though, is thought to be a big fan of his former team-mate.
However, Manchester City and Real Madrid have both been tipped to make summer swoops for Dybala, too.

Dybala – currently on holiday with some of his team-mates – scored 17 goals in 46 appearances across all competitions last season as Juventus won the Serie A title for the ninth year in a row.
But there was heartbreak in the Coppa Italia final and Champions League last 16 with defeats to Napoli and Lyon.
However, on a personal note, the season ended in happy fashion for the popular Argentina international – who spent 46 days in isolation due to coronavirus – because he was named Serie A’s MVP.

Newcastle dealt transfer blow with ‘Borussia Monchengladbach on the brink of signing Inter Milan star Valentino Lazaro’

NEWCASTLE have been dealt a huge blow in their quest to turn Valentino Lazaro’s loan spell from Inter Milan into a permanent stay.
The 24-year-old is reportedly closing in on a return to the Bundesliga with Borussia Monchengladbach set to confirm his signing.

SunSport exclusively revealed in May how the Magpies were looking to complete the permanent signing of Lazaro.

But the move depended on whether their Saudi-backed takeover be approved by the Premier League.
And after the consortium pulled out of the £300million deal, Lazaro is now primed for another loan move away from the San Siro.
According to Rheinische Post, Monchengladbach are set to announce the signing of Lazaro on a season-long loan in the coming days.

They state that the German outfit will have the option of being able to turn the deal permanent for £18m.
Monchengladbach are believed to have beaten Bayer Leverkusen to the signature of the ex-Hertha Berlin forward.
Lazaro scored twice in 15 games in all competitions for Newcastle, though he was mainly used as an impact player of the bench.

According to The Chronicle, Lazaro is desperate for regular game time as he looks to be involved in next summers European Championship.

His representatives are said to not have had contact with the Magpies about extending his stay at St James’ Park.
And they state that it is now too late for Newcastle to strike a deal with Lazaro as he edges closer to joining Monchengladbach.

Barcelona rebel Arthur ‘charged with drink driving after crashing Ferrari into street lamp’ ahead of Juventus transfer

BARCELONA midfielder Arthur Melo has reportedly been charged with drink driving after crashing his Ferrari.
According to Diari de Girona, the Brazilian mounted the kerb at 4am on Monday morning and drove into a street lamp – but escaped unharmed.

The incident is said to have happened in the city of Palafrugell, 90 minutes north-west of Barcelona.
While driving down Carrer del Suro into the city centre, the footballer crashed and was spotted by a passing police car.
A standard breathalyser test was carried out and, according to reports, gave an alcohol measurement of 0.55 mg/litre. The legal limit in Spain is 0.5mg/litre.
No one in the car was described as hurt with the Ferrari only experiencing minor damage.

    AWOL ARTHUR
Arthur has been in open rebellion against his club, Barcelona, ahead of his exit to Juventus.
The 21-year-old is expected to head to Turin for the start of pre-season training on Monday having agreed a £65million transfer back in June.
After the exit, effectively a swap deal for Miralem Pjanic, was signed off, tensions between the Blaugrana and Arthur reached boiling point.
Sport reported last month that he had refused to turn up for training, telling Barcelona that he would not play for the team again.

The AWOL playmaker is set to be slapped with legal action for allegedly breaching his contract having demanded his stay in Catalonia be ended early.
Furious at being forced out of the Camp Nou, Arthur was not selected for any of Barcelona’s final six LaLiga games or their short Champions League campaign – which ended in an ignominious 8-2 defeat to Bayern Munich.
During a shock loss to Osasuna in July, the player even appeared to fall asleep in the stands with his saga just one of many engulfing the Spanish giants this summer.
