CRISTIANO RONALDO has again taken to Instagram to show off his remarkable abs as he “recharges” following defeat to AC Milan.
The Juventus superstar appears to have shaken off his disappointment from the 4-2 defeat, showing off a toothy grin as he relaxed in the sunshine.

He captioned the image, which appeared to be taken by girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, simply: “Recharge”.
Piers Morgan, who has long been a fan of the 35-year-old, took to the comments section to admire CR7’s incredibly physique.
He wrote: “Good abdominals.”
The 55-year-old broadcaster once again used the image as an opportunity to dredge up a clip from his interview with Ronaldo, in which the former Manchester United star claimed he had “good abdominals”… before bursting into laughter.

Still looking in the shape of his life in his mid-thirties, Ronaldo has many methods of staying in pristine condition.
He even managed to keep in perfect shape during lockdown, regularly training with Georgina.
His partner, 26, recently opened up to Women’s Health Portugal on what it’s like to work out alongside the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
She said: “Initially I was ashamed about working out with Cristiano.

“Imagine having to train in the same space as Cristiano.
“I was used to working out at home when he went to train at his club so we could spend more time together when he returned.
“But afterwards that feeling went and now I love exercising with him.
“He’s become my greatest motivation and inspiration.”

But I have the best teacher at home and every day I learn something new with him.

She then added: “Cristiano trains in the morning and again in the afternoon.
“He’s an elite athlete. It’s incredible how he focuses and devotes himself to his passion for football.
“There’s no doubt he trains more and better than me. There’s just no comparison. He’s a professional athlete.
“But I have the best teacher at home and every day I learn something new with him.
“When it comes to fitness, Cristiano beats me by a stack of goals.”

Despite his amazing physical shape, and having even put his team 2-0 up, CR7 couldn’t prevent his team from slipping to a 4-2 defeat at San Siro on Tuesday night.
Inspired by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, AC Milan fired back to complete an amazing comeback.
But it shouldn’t matter too much, with Lazio’s surprise 2-1 defeat at Lecce keeping Juve seven points clear at the top with just seven games left.

And the legendary striker, 38, told Diletta to stop “slacking off”, with tongue very much in cheek you suspect.
The super-fit DAZN presenter can most regularly be seen on the channel’s coverage of Serie A.
In this role, she has become well-known to players and fans alike, boasting 6.8million Instagram followers.
She captioned her latest snap: “And this training is also gone, let’s enjoy this sunset and a little relaxation … but get ready because it’s up to you soon!”

And Zlatan jokingly fired back in the comments: “What are you doing on the rooftop, Diletta?
“Don’t slack off!”

But if Diletta’s Instagram feed is anything to go by, slacking off has been the last thing on her agenda.
The popular host, 28, has regularly posted work-outs snaps and videos and she stayed in shape during the lockdown.

But then still banging in goals, including against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus, as he approaches 40 – Zlatan’s standards appear to be off the charts.

AC MILAN have joined forces with Jay Z’s Roc Nation following the success of their ‘From Milan With Love’ event.
The Italian giants teamed up with the £75million management agency to honour and pay tribute to key workers in Italy.

All of the money raised at the event – which was hosted by DJ Khaled – was donated to charity.
The star-studded line-up included the likes of Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland and Robin Thicke.
It has now been confirmed that AC Milan and Roc Nation have formed a partnership – which has promised to “excite and surprise” the Italian club’s fans.
