      Chelsea transfer target Alex Sandro available for just £36m this summer with Juventus boss Pirlo ready to sell

      JUVENTUS are set to listen to offers for Alex Sandro – and could have Chelsea knocking on the door.
      The Blues have long been admirers of the Brazilian left-back, having gone all out to sign him during Antonio Conte’s tenure.

      More recently, Chelsea had hoped to get Sandro in a package deal for Emerson Palmieri.
      And the news that he could now be available at a cut-price £36m could spark new interest.
      The 29-year-old remains a key player in Turin, having appeared 41 times this season.
      But according to Corriere dello Sport, club chiefs are hoping to raise around £180m in player sales to fund new boss Andrea Pirlo’s summer transfer budget – with Sandro one of the players set to receive the axe.

      Miralem Pjanic’s departure for Barcelona was agreed back in June, while Blaise Matuidi is on his way to Inter Miami.
      Gonzalo Higuain and Sami Khedira are other players the wrong side of 30 that they hope to flog, with the pair earning around £12.5m annually between them.
      Club chiefs also feel that they can get around £35m for Douglas Costa, and £27m for Federico Bernadeschi.
      Daniele Rugani and former Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey are others that could potentially find themselves on the scrap heap.

      As for Chelsea, left-back has become an area of priority for Frank Lampard.
      With Emerson having not impressed, and Marcos Alonso seemingly only deemed good enough as a wing-back rather than full-back, the Blues appear to be in the market for a replacement.
      As well as Sandro, Ben Chilwell and Sergio Reguilon have recently been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge – as well as Everton full-back Lucas Digne.

      Unsurprisingly, Pirlo plans to keep top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo leading the line for Juve.
      Paulo Dybala, who has attracted interest from Madrid, will also keep his spot up top.

      But the pair are expected to be joined by a new face up front for the 2020/21 campaign.
      Wolves star Raul Jimenez has emerged as Pirlo’s top target after scoring 17 Prem goals this season.
      But Nuno Espirito Santo’s side will not let him go cheap and are set to demand £90million for him.
      Juventus are still said to be keeping an eye on Fiorentina forward Federico Chiesa and Roma ace Nicolo Zaniolo.

      Atalanta forward Duvan Zapata is also on Pirlo’s radar, as well as Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik.

      Juventus have already secured the £66million signing of Arthur Melo from Barcelona.
      The 23-year-old is expected to cement his spot in the heart of midfield.
      Pirlo also plans to get the best out of Ronaldo by reuniting him with Real Madrid playmaker Isco.
      Madrid are reportedly prepared to offer Isco or Toni Kroos in a swap deal for Dybala.
      Should they fail to land Isco, Juve could turn to AC Milan’s Manuel Locatelli or Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali.
      That all spells the end for Aaron Ramsey, whose Juve career looks doomed just a year after he moved to Turin.
      Defenders
      Pirlo looks set to get rid of Alex Sandro, Mattia De Sciglio and Alex Sandro this summer.

      In place of Sandro, the new Old Lady boss wants to lure Emerson Palmieri away from Chelsea.
      Emerson could leave the Blues after making just 15 appearances in the league this term.
      Cagliari left-back Luca Pellegrini is another option for the Serie A giants.

      The 35-year-old megastar was being linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain over the weekend.

      It emerged last week he reportedly “wanted to quit Juve” to play with Kylian Mbappe and Neymar at PSG.
      But after Maurizio Sarri was sacked by Juve and replaced with Andrea Pirlo it appears the Portuguese icon is going nowhere just yet.

      According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ibrahimovic will sign a contract at the club that will last until the end of the 2020/21 campaign.
      It has been claimed that Ibrahimovic’s signature is all that is needed for the announcement to become official.

      After weeks of negotiations, it is believed that news of his stay will be confirmed later this week.

      This would mean that the ex-Manchester United star would be 40 by the time his second spell ends in Milan.

      According to Fabrizio Romano, a deal between the two clubs was reached allowing Matuidi to undergo a medical in the French capital.
      Juve have been heavily hit following the coronavirus crisis with Aaron Ramsey and Gonzalo Higuain also facing uncertain futures.
      World Cup winner Matuidi,33, was one of three Juventus stars to be hit by the deadly bug during the pandemic.
      He tested positive for Covid-19, alongside Daniele Rugani and Paulo Dybala, and thankfully made a full recovery.

      Speaking to YouTube channel Bros Stories, he said: “Honestly, it’s tough.
      “When I tested positive, I couldn’t even go out shopping. It made me psychotic.”
      Matuidi spent a year with former England captain Beckham with PSG in 2013.
