The deal is reportedly worth £9million, and a further £9million will have to be added to make the deal permanent, with £13million agreed as add-ons.
Speaking on the deal, Milan’s technical director Paolo Maldini said: “We are excited to welcome Sandro to the Rossoneri family.
“As a talented, young midfielder he will not only embrace the values of AC Milan but also make a significant contribution to the future success of the Club.”
They beat off stiff competition from Man United, who were keen on bringing the youngster to Old Trafford.

United had previously held talks with Brescia about signing Tonali, but he ultimately chose to go to Milan.
Tonali, 20, is said to have turned down a move to United as he is in “in love” with AC Milan.
He supported Milan since he was a child and has described the move as a “dream come true.”
Speaking to Sky Sports Italia, Tonali said: “These are strong, wonderful feelings. I am so happy.

“Playing with the Milan shirt was a dream of mine.”
The midfielder is one of Europe’s hottest talents and has been described as the next Andrea Pirlo.
He played a key role for Brescia last season, making 35 appearances, scoring one goal and providing seven assists. More

According to CalcioMercato, Carlo Ancelotti’s side are preparing a bid in the coming hours.
The Toffees boss was busy unveiling James Rodriguez to the media on Thursday afternoon after the Colombian’s move from Real Madrid.
Everton have splashed around £55m on signings this summer with Ancelotti praising the club’s “fantastic job” in the transfer department.
Abdoulaye Doucoure, young left-back Niels Nkounkou and Napoli midfielder Allan have also arrived.

And Goodison Park bosses are set to get back on the phone to Italy to thrash out a deal for Lozano.
Despite a return of just five goals and two assists in his debut year at Napoli, the 25-year-old is still highly rated.

Lozano is apparently seen as a potentially key marketing asset in North America, as well as a solid member of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s attack.

Agent Mino Raiola will be key to formulating the player’s future, with Lozano said to have desired an Old Trafford switch before the move to Naples.

Eleven incredible records Cristiano Ronaldo smashed this season aged 35 as Juventus star continues dominance

CRISTIANO RONALDO continues to prove that age is just a number as he carries on breaking records for both club and country.
The 35-year-old brought up 100 international goals for Portugal this week when he scored twice in the Nations League win against Sweden.

And he enjoyed another fine season for Juventus as he helped them win their ninth consecutive Serie A title.
After the disappointing Champions League exit at the hands of Lyon, Ronaldo was in high spirits after his double against Sweden.
Planet Football has compiled a list of 11 incredible records and stats of Ronaldo during the 2019/20 season, along with contributions for Portugal.
Here SunSport runs you down the list.

    1. NATIONAL PRIDE
Cristiano Ronaldo brought up his 100th and 101st international goals for Portugal in the victory against Sweden.
In doing so, he became the first European player to reach a ton of goals for their national team.
    2. THAT’LL BE THE DAEI
Ronaldo is just nine goals away from becoming the all-time top international scorer in history.
That accolade currently belongs to Iran’s Ali Daei – who fired in 109 goals in 149 games.

    3. DOUBLE DUTCH
Incredibly, Ronaldo now has the same amount of international goals as the leading scorers for the French and Dutch national side.
Thierry Henry has 51 goals to his name for Les Blues, while his former Arsenal team-mate Robin van Persie notched in 50 goals for Holland.
    4. THAT’S MY ‘GAL
Ronaldo also boasts 13 more goals than Portugal’s second and third highest goalscorers combined.
Pauleta scored 47 goals in 88 matches for the Navigators, with the legendary Eusebio banging in 41 times in 64 outings.
    5. JUST A NUMBER
In a further stat proving that age means nothing, 49 of Ronaldo’s goals for Portugal have come in his last 47 games.
He has scored a whopping 24 braces on the international stage, meaning he has more braces than any other current Portugal player has goals.
    6. CR700
Ronaldo also moved past 700 career goals in October.
Others that have hit that milestone include Pele, Romario, Gerd Muller, Josef Bican, Ferenc Puskas, and most recently Lionel Messi.

Ronaldo is just eight goals away from becoming the all-time top scorer on the international stage
    7. JU BEAUTY
The ex-Manchester United star broke a 94-year old record for Juve last month when he scored twice against Lyon.
His two strikes brought up 37 goals for the season – more than any other player had registered in a single campaign for the Old Lady.
The previous record holder was Ferenc Hirzer – who found the back of the net on 35 occasions during the 1925-26 season.
    8. OLD SPICE
Ronaldo also broke a 72-year record when he became the oldest player at the age of 35 years and 166 days to score more than 30 goals in one of the top five European leagues.
Former Arsenal striker Ronnie Rooke banged in 33 league goals during the 1947-48 campaign.
    9. A GAME
No other player has reached 50 Serie A goals quicker than Ronaldo, who achieved the feat in just his 61st outing.
He created history in seven games fewer than what it took Andriy Shevchenko to do for AC Milan.

    10. BULLSEYE
Ronaldo has also become the first player to hit 50 league goals in the top-flight in England, Spain and Italy.
The former Sporting Lisbon star has scored 84 times in the Premier League, 311 times in LaLiga and 52 times in Serie A.
    11. SWEET 16?
The Euro 2016 winner has hit double figures for 15 consecutive campaigns, something no other player has managed in Europe’s top five leagues.
The run started from from the 2005-06 season in which he managed 12 goals for the Red Devils.

Chris Smalling nears £18m Roma transfer after missing Man Utd pre-season to finalise deal following stunning loan spell

ROMA are reportedly on the verge of signing Manchester United defender Chris Smalling on a permanent basis.
The centre-back, 30, has been absent from the Red Devils’ pre-season training this week while he finalises the move.

According to the Telegraph, a deal is now close and expected to be worth in the region of £18million.
Smalling has appeared at Carrington this month but is said to have not taken part in first-team sessions.
Speculation over his future has persisted all summer, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer talking up the player’s “value” to United.
Despite over 300 games for United and a tally of 31 caps for England, he was largely considered a spent force at the top-level when sent on loan to Roma a year ago.

In 37 appearances for the Serie A side, Smalling showed he still has plenty left in the tank and became affectionately known as ‘Smaldini’ in Italy.
A permanent stay in Rome has long been described as his preferred option.
However, the Giallorossi are hardly flushed with cash and have been hard at work negotiating down United’s valuation.
Aleksandar Kolarov was allowed to leave for Inter Milan this week and Alessandro Florenzi is nearing a loan-to-buy move to Paris-Saint Germain.

It had appeared that Smalling had a future in Manchester after Solskjaer spoke of his encouragement at the defender’s loan spell.
The manager stated: “I think Chris has shown over his Manchester United career how valuable he is at Manchester United.
“This season was about him being a regular and going to Roma and showing how good a centre-back he is, I wanted to give Harry [Maguire], Victor [Lindelof] and maybe Axel [Tuanzebe] a chance.
“It was best for him to go and play for a year in Roma and he has shown he will be valuable, I’ve been speaking to Chris throughout. I’ve been delighted with his season.”

Juventus putting finishing touches to Luis Suarez contract and in advanced talks with Barcelona over discount transfer

JUVENTUS are reportedly putting the finishing touches on a lucrative contract for Luis Suarez.
Spanish outlet AS claims the striker, 33, is closing in on a move to Turin after being axed by new Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman.

The Catalan club have just about managed to hold on to Lionel Messi.
But a number of big names are being shown the door, with Arturo Vidal heading to Inter Milan and fellow midfielder Ivan Rakitic already sold to Sevilla.
Suarez will be the next to leave the Nou Camp despite scoring 198 goals in just 283 games.

And Juventus are said to be finalising a two-year deal worth £6million a season.
But that could rise to a whopping £9m if certain bonuses are met.
However, Juve are still in talks with Barca over a small transfer fee.
And the LaLiga giants also have to settle Suarez’s final year of his Nou Camp contract.

The Uruguay international must also take a ‘B1’ language exam in order to gain an Italian passport, which he is eligible for due to his wife being a citizen of the country.

It’s believed Suarez will sit the exam on either the 16th or 23rd of September.
If he gains an Italian passport, Suarez will arrive at Juventus as a replacement for Inter Miami-bound Gonzalo Higuain.
Relations are good between Juve and Barca following the Arthur-Miralem Pjanic swap deal in June, and Suarez’s move is expected to go through smoothly.

Ex-Man City star Aleksandar Kolarov joins Inter Milan in £1.35m transfer from Roma on deal until 2021

FORMER Manchester City defender Aleksander Kolarov has joined Inter Milan from Roma in a deal worth £1.35 million.
The 35-year-old left-back has left the Stadio Olympico after a three-year stay.

He has signed a one-year contract with Antonio Conte’s side as they look to bounce back from defeat in the Europa League Final last month.
There is the option of another season in the deal that has been tied up by his agent Alessandro Lucci.
Kolarov enjoyed seven years at the Etihad, scoring 21 times in 247 games, before he was shipped abroad as part of Pep Guardiola defensive revamp.

He featured regularly in his three years at Roma and will hope to get many minutes at his new club, who will be looking to challenge Juventus for the Serie A title next season.
Inter praised his “motivation and discipline” in a statement announcing his arrival.
It is the latest signing in what has been a busy summer for the Italian giants.

Alexis Sanchez has joined on a free from Manchester United following a hit-and-miss season-long loan under former Chelsea gaffer Conte.

The 31-year-old follows defender Achraf Hakimi who signed from Real Madrid in a five-year-deal worth £36million.
They have also splashed the cash for Stefano Sensi after triggering an option to buy clause they put into place last summer.

Chelsea struggling to offload flop Tiemoue Bakayoko with Blues’ £31.7m transfer valuation putting off AC Milan

CHELSEA’S attempts to bring in cash to offset their summer spending spree are being hampered by AC Milan refusing to meet their asking price for Tiemoue Bakayoko.
The Blues have splashed out in excess of £230million on signings ahead of the new season and are looking to recoup some cash by offloading their unwanted stars.

    1

Tiemoue Bakayoko enjoyed a season-long loan spell at the San Siro for the 2018/19 campaignCredit: AFP or licensors
Bakayoko, 26, is one they are desperate to flog with Milan willing buyers – but the club are stalling over meeting their £31.6m valuation.
Chelsea want a £4.5m loan fee to cover this season with an option to buy next summer inserted for a further £27m.
But Milan are working to a tight budget following the Covid-19 pandemic and say they will only go to £22.6m as the option price, bringing the total value of the deal just over £27m.
French club Lyon had been interested but it is believed Bakayoko prefers a return to Milan, where he spent the 2018/19 season on loan.

Chelsea believe they can reach an agreement with Milan over the coming weeks but the deadlock is delaying their plans to start bringing in money with player sales.
Having wrapped up the signings of Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Ben Chilwell and Kai Havertz, Frank Lampard still has his eyes on two more players before the window closes.
The club is close to reaching an agreement with Rennes for the £18m capture of Rennes goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.
That would see him rival Kepa Arrizabalaga for the position as first choice with the Blues so far unable to find anyone prepared to pay up to £50m for the Spanish stopper.

West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is another in Lampard’s sights but Chelsea may need to sell more stars to finance a deal with their London rivals valuing the England star at £80m.
