And Italian magazine Chi revealed the lucky man is actor Can Yaman – 2019’s GQ Men of the Year Best Rising Actor.
Yaman, 31, and Leotta, 29, were snapped by paparazzi in Rome and are understood to have enjoyed a romantic break together in the Italian capital where the Turkish film star was filming.
Chi wrote on January 13: “Diletta Leotta and the Turkish actor Can Yaman, the new sex symbol of TV and social media, are in love.
“They have spent five days of passion in a large hotel in the centre of Rome.

“They exchanged kisses and effusions and the days just passed saw the birth of a new, overwhelming love.”
However, they had to go their separate ways last Sunday when Yaman flew back to Turkey and Leotta headed to cover Roma-Lazio match.
But the news of their relationship left many of her adoring supporters gutted.
On the Chi post, one commented: “What a disappointment if that were true.”

She used to date Italian boxer Daniele Scardina but called time on their relationship.
And then last year there were wild claims in the Italian press that she was seeing married AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
They first met during lockdown when they filmed an ad for running app BuddyFit and were later spotted at a restaurant in Sardinia together where Leotta was celebrating her 29th birthday on the island.
But the suggestions of any romance were strongly denied by Leotta’s representatives, who said there was ‘no relationship’ between the pair.

Chelsea star Fikayo Tomori’s AC Milan loan transfer ‘very close’, confirms sporting director Paolo Maldini

FIKAYO TOMORI’S loan move to AC Milan is ‘very close’ to being agreed, sporting director Paolo Maldini confirmed.
The Serie A giants are closing in on a temporary deal to sign Tomori till the end of the season, with an option to make the transfer permanent for £27million.

Milan club legend Maldini revealed a deal is near completion but warned one miss step could scupper plans entirely.
He said: “It’s very close, we’re in between confirming his signing and not signing him at all, it could all break down with just one detail.
“We saw in him the quality to throw him into the mix with our current defenders, so that’s why we want him.”

Initially Milan, who are current league leaders in Italy, targeted Strasbourg defender Mohamed Simakan.
⚽ Read our Chelsea live blog for the very latest news from the Bridge
But with Simakan sidelined for around two months as he requires surgery, Tomori emerged as a priority alternative.
The 23-year-old centre-back is a product of Chelsea’s famous academy and has made 27 appearances in total since his debut in 2016.

He made a name for himself on loan at Derby in Frank Lampard’s first season as manager, winning their player of the year in 2019.
But when the boss and player moved back to Chelsea, it has been a more inconsistent period for Tomori.

He played 22 times last season, but since the arrival of Brazilian Thiago Silva, 36, last summer, the youngster has just four games under his belt this term.
Kurt Zouma, 26, Antonio Rudiger, 27, and Andreas Christensen, 24, have all been preferred to Tomori this season.
And Lampard admitted having five centre-backs has proved too much to handle.
He said: Fikayo is a developing player. In the squad we had four centre-backs last year.
“I can’t play four in one game and you try and find consistency at different times. At one point Fikayo was in that and later on not so much.
“This year we have five centre-backs. So the predicament is difficult for the ones not playing regularly and that is why he might go out on loan, for his development.
“He is a young player. His development has been a huge rise in the last two or so seasons since I have been working with him.
“That will continue and we will find the best path for that.”

And it did not take the 39-year-old long to make his mark with a seventh-minute penalty that he won himself.
Milan went close to a second when Davide Calabria’s snapshot hit the inside of the post.
The points were secured when the full-back lofted a ball over the top for Ibrahimovic to chase down.
The veteran showed impressive pace to latch onto the pass before shrugging off a defender and lashing the ball home.

A VAR check for offside only revealed the perfect timing of his run, thanks in part to Charalampos Lykogiannis’ slow reaction.
In his seven Serie A starts this campaign, Ibrahimovic has a stunning tally of 12 goals.

INTER MILAN are reportedly set to undergo a name change to celebrate their 113th anniversary.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claim the Serie A giants will switch from Football Club Internazionale Milano to simply Inter Milano.

Inter Milan are set to change their club name and badge

The report adds that the move is designed to modernise the club as well as reflect a closer connection with Italy’s capital.
The change is said to be planned for March 9 – exactly 113 years after the club came into existence back in 1908.
A new crest is also set to be unveiled – the design coming after Juventus made waves when they opted to change their badge in 2017.
The aim will be to emulate their long-time rivals Juve and a have minimalistic but stylish logo to attract new global sponsors.

The change of name comes at a time they are in dispute with David Beckham’s Inter Miami.
The clubs are in a legal dispute with Inter Milan suing the American league for trademark infringement.
The Italian side have claimed the term ‘Inter’ is synonymous with just them.
    MONEY PROBLEMS
SunSport previously reported that Inter are in dire need of new investment after being badly affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

The San Siro outfit financial woes are leading to speculation over the club being sold by owners Suning Group.
Inter were also knocked out of Europe earlier this season after finishing bottom of their Champions League group.
However, the Nerazzurri remain in contention to win their first Serie A title for 11 years after a 2-0 win over Juventus.

Cristiano Ronaldo expresses himself more than Messi and gets on with everyone, says Juventus star Arthur in GOAT U-turn

CRISTIANO RONALDO expresses himself more than Lionel Messi and gets on with team-mates better, claims Arthur Melo.

But now playing alongside Ronaldo at Juventus, Arthur opened up on how the Portugal icon differs on a personal level to his great rival.
He told Desimpedidos: “Cristiano Ronaldo expresses himself more than Messi and he gets on with everyone in the dressing room.
“He’s very active in the dressing room. He talks to everyone and has a good relationship with everyone.
“Maybe the fact we speak the same language makes it easier.

“Each person has their own way of demonstrating leadership. Messi does it with actions, as much as it seems he doesn’t.
“He demonstrates it when he receives the ball, with his will to win the game and all his team-mates notice this.”
The debate has long raged over who is the Greatest of All Time between Messi, 33, and Ronaldo, 35.
And despite initially picking Messi as football’s best ever, 24-year-old Arthur looks to have made a U-turn when asked which superstar he prefers.

He said: “I’d go with Cristiano, we’re playing together!
“I’m not that close to Cristiano that I go round his house for coffee, but we have a good relationship.
“Cristiano never backs down if there’s a team-mate in need of something and he always gets to it with a fierce determination.
“He trains like an animal, he doesn’t know when to rest and he encourages you to give your all.

Inter Milan 2 Juventus 0: Arturo Vidal ‘kisses Juve badge’ before scoring for Inter in Derby d’Italia win

JUVENTUS’ hopes of a tenth consecutive Scudetto took a huge hit as they lost 2-0 to rivals Inter Milan on Sunday.
Former Bianconeri boss Antonio Conte, who started Juventus’ revival a decade ago with three title wins, taught his old side a lesson to leave them seven points off the summit while putting Inter level with leaders AC Milan.

Ex-Juventus icon Arturo Vidal, a key man in Conte’s Turin side, opened the scoring at the San Siro in the 12th minute with a powerful header.
It was an especially controversial moment as the Chilean, signed from Barcelona last summer, was filmed KISSING the Juventus badge while chatting with former team-mate Giorgio Chiellini before kick-off.
Despite losing out in possession, Inter had plenty of more attempts on goal than their fierce rivals as Romelu Lukaku outshone Cristiano Ronaldo.
And Inter gave themselves a commanding advantage in the 52nd minute when Nicolo Barella hit the target for 2-0.

Juventus, who also gave starts to ex-Premier League players including Aaron Ramsey, Alvaro Morata and Danilo, looked short on ideas as they searched in vain for a consolation goal.
And after coming up short, the pressure is mounting on new gaffer Andrea Pirlo – another key player from Conte’s famous Juve side.
He was brought in to replace Maurizio Sarri, who was cruelly axed in August despite guiding Juventus to a ninth consecutive title.
However, inexperienced Pirlo is now in danger of missing out completely on a trophy that has become synonymous with the Old Lady in recent memory.

As for Inter, they now have a chance to correct last season’s poor run-in which allowed Sarri’s Juve to capture the title late on.
Conte’s men are level on points with city rivals AC, who still have a game in hand.
The Rossoneri have the chance to go three points clear of Inter on Monday when they visit struggling relegation candidates Cagliari.
Milan have been inspired to the top by 39-year-old veteran Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who led them to their last title in 2010.
And the Swede is now set to be joined in attack by 34-year-old ex-Juve man Mario Mandzukic, who has agreed a free transfer until the end of the season.

Ex-Man Utd transfer target Mario Mandzukic set for AC Milan medical after leaving Qatari side Al-Duhail

MARIO MANDZUKIC is expected to undergo a medical at AC Milan on Monday.
The Croatian striker has been a free agent since leaving Qatari side Al-Duhail in July.

Mandzukic, 34, will put pen to paper on an initial six-month contract at the San Siro, with the option of a further year.
Milan manager Stefano Pioli has been keen to add to his attacking options this month, after injury saw Zlatan Ibrahimovic miss eight league matches between November and January.
The Rossoneri sit three points clear at the top of Serie A after 17 games.
FANCY A PUNT? TODAY’S BEST ODDS BOOSTS FROM THE UK’S LEADING BOOKIES

Mandzukic last played in Europe for Milan’s Serie A rivals Juventus, scoring 44 goals in 162 appearances for the Old Lady before leaving the club acrimoniously in December 2019.
The former Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid man has been linked with a move to Manchester United in the past.
And he was linked with a return to Spain with Celta Vigo in November but a deal failed to materialise.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports the veteran frontman also rejected offers from Turkey before agreeing to join AC Milan.

Milan have already been busy in the January transfer window.

Last week, they completed the loan signing of Torino midfielder Soualiho Meite, while Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori is also expected to join on loan in the next few days.
The deal to take Tomori to Milan will reportedly also include a £27m option for the Rossoneri to buy the 23-year-old outright.
The Calgary-born defender has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge this season, mustering only four appearances in all competitions as Thiago Silva and Kurt Zouma have been preferred by Frank Lampard at the heart of Chelsea’s defence.

Man City plot shock transfer swoop for ex-Man Utd striker Romelu Lukaku as Pep Guardiola ‘lines up £200m overhaul’

MANCHESTER CITY are reportedly plotting a shock transfer swoop for ex-United striker Romelu Lukaku as Pep Guardiola eyes a ‘£200m squad overhaul’.
Sergio Aguero’s contract expires at the end of this season while Gabriel Jesus has scored just once in his last ten appearances.

And according to The Telegraph, City want Lukaku as a long-term successor to record-goalscorer Aguero, who has struggled for injuries in recent months.
It is a deal that would send shock waves through Manchester.
The Belgian star, 27, is enjoying life at Inter Milan since his £73m transfer from Old Trafford in 2019.
He has scored an impressive 51 goals in just 73 appearances under Antonio Conte, leading Inter to the Europa League final last term and in Serie A contention this time around.

And his Premier League experience could be crucial when City do look to bring in a replacement for Aguero.
Lukaku – who has played for Chelsea, West Brom, Everton and Manchester United in England’s top flight – boasts a record of 113 goals in 252 games.
The report also adds Erling Haaland is on the shortlist – although Barcelona, Real Madrid and neighbours United are keen.
The Borussia Dortmund sensation, 20, burst on to the scene last season and has continued his red-hot form this term with 19 in 17 across all competitions.

Benfica’s 21-year-old striker Darwin Nunez may also be considered.
City spent £130m on Nathan Ake, Ruben Dias and Ferran Torres last summer to bolster the defence and replace Leroy Sane.
But they are likely to go in for a holding midfielder as Fernandinho looks on course to depart while they also look set to dip into the transfer market for a left-back.
