Jose Mourinho wants Aleksandar Mitrovic to join Roma revolution with new boss a big fan of the unhappy Fulham striker

ALEKSANDAR MITROVIC wants to leave Fulham this summer with Italian giants Roma keen to sign him.Serbia’s record goalscorer, 26, was out of the squad for the 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Tuesday night due to a glute injury.

He has been frustrated under Fulham chief Scott Parker, after starting just 13 league games this term despite hitting 26 Championship goals last season.
New Roma boss Jose Mourinho is a big fan of the ex-Newcastle hitman, having kept tabs on him last year as Spurs chief.
West Ham head coach David Moyes also admires last season’s Championship Golden Boot winner.
Mitrovic would prefer another London club, having settled with his family in the capital since 2018.
He has been largely overlooked this campaign by Parker, who has often preferred to use winger, Ivan Cavaleiro, as a lone striker.
Mourinho is believed to be stepping up plans to re-vamp Roma’s squad, who are currently struggling in seventh place.
But SunSport revealed the Portuguese icon has been told by Spurs to forget about trying to sign Eric Dier and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg this summer.
Reports in Italy claim Mourinho has told his new Roma bosses at the Stadio Olimpico to go to his old club to sign England defender Dier and Danish midfield anchorman Hojbjerg.
But Spurs insist the duo are definitely not for sale.

Dier, 27, joined the North Londoners from Sporting Lisbon for a bargain £4million in 2014.

He is now on loan at Genoa from Sassuolo.
Italian newspaper Il Messaggero is reporting that Scamacca’s father ‘destroyed some of the cars’ that were parked up.
The man, named as Emiliano Scamacca by Gazetta, was apparently wearing a Sassuolo sweatshirt.
Reports add that he entered the sports centre and headed straight for the car park.
He then allegedly destroyed the windows ‘of four or five cars’ – one of them belonging to Roma’s sporting director Tiago Pinto.
Scamacca Sr then went over to a pitch where youth players were training, with coaches and the footballers sent into a panic.
Police attended the incident minutes later and arrested the footballer’s father.
Italian newspapers Tuttosport and Corriere dello Sport claim that the man was not identified by security at the Roma’s training centre.

Scamacca Jr, who plays a striker, has featured 28 times for Genoa this season.
He has netted eight times in all competitions.
The 22-year-old is on his fourth loan club from Sassuolo, following spells at Ascoli, PEC Zwolle and Cremonese.

Matthijs de Ligt, Weston McKennie and Paulo Dybala – another player whose future is in doubt – were among the stars shown modelling the black-and-white stripes, along with Ronaldo.
Speculation has been mounting around the winger’s future despite his Juve contract running for another 12 months.
The Old Lady will reportedly struggle to pay his hefty wages if they fail to qualify for next season’s Champions League, a race which will be decided on the upcoming final weekend of the season.
Tension is also said to be growing in the dressing room amid claims that team-mates are tired of Ronaldo’s privileges.
The 36-year-old was allowed to skip training last week to purchase a new Ferrari supercar and was seen loading his fleet onto a lorry overnight, fuelling gossip over his future.
Sporting CP had been tipped to try and bring Ronaldo back to Lisbon but his agent, Jorge Mendes, has quashed the rumours.

He said: “Cristiano is proud of the title won by Sporting, as he has publicly demonstrated.
“But at the moment his career plans do not go through Portugal.”
Real Madrid have ruled themselves out of the running with Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United also linked.
However, Andrea Pirlo has insisted that Ronaldo is happy with life in Turin.

Having substituted the attacker late on in the weekend win over Inter Milan, the coach praised his star’s reaction.
Pirlo told Sky Italia: “I think it was the first time he was happy to be subbed off.
“We were one man down, and he’d have been chasing shadows. He was happy and smiling in the dressing room.”

Chelsea ‘planning Ruslan Malinovskyi transfer raid this summer with Atalanta midfielder high on Thomas Tuchel’s list’

CHELSEA are planning a summer raid for Atalanta midfield magician Ruslan Malinovskyi, according to reports. The £20million-rated Ukraine international playmaker has had an outstanding season for his unfancied Italian club.
Rumours suggest Chelsea are after midfielder Ruslan MalinovskyiCredit: Rex
Malinovskyi has scored nine goals in 41 games, and set up a dozen more, to inspire Atalanta to second in Serie A.
The Bergamo outfit have also reached the Coppa Italia final, where they will face Juventus on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old’s heroics come despite having tested positive for Covid-19 last November.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel will seek to put his own stamp on the Blues’ squad during the close season.
The German has impressively guided the West Londoners to a Champions League final showdown with Manchester City.
But he will be aware there is still work to be done in the transfer market following Saturday’s disappointing FA Cup final defeat to Leicester.

Malinovskyi is also understood to be a target for newly-crowned Serie A champions Inter Milan as well as Paris Saint-Germain.
However Chelsea’s Russian ownership would offer the 33-cap Ukraine ace extra temptation to move to Stamford Bridge.
The former Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder spent two seasons with Genk, winning the Belgian title in 2019, before a £12million move to Atalanta that year.
He is under contract until 2023.
But reports in Ukraine and Belgium now claim Chelsea will test Atalanta’s resolve to keep him with a substantial post-season bid.

Cristiano Ronaldo fuels Juventus transfer exit speculation after having £17m fleet of supercars loaded onto lorry

CRISTIANO RONALDO has fuelled speculation he is leaving Juventus by loading his £17 million car collection into a trailer. The ex-Manchester United star joined the Italian giants in 2018 and still has another year on his £540,000-a-week contract but is cutting a lonely figure in the dressing room.

Ronaldo, 36, has been linked with a return to first club Sporting Lisbon and is said to be getting cold shouldered by team mates who are fed up at how he is given preferential treatment by club directors.
Last week the entire squad were brought in for an extra day’s training while the Portugese international was treated to a day trip around the Ferrari HQ in Maranello near Bologna.
Now video has emerged of his car collection – which includes a Bugatti, a Mercedes jeep and a Maseratti – being loaded into a trailer overnight by a team of mechanics from a Lisbon-based company.
Footage of the night time operation was posted on an Italian football website called Per Sempre Calcio and it was filmed from a balcony overlooking the garage in Turin where the cars are stored.
The firm moving the cars – Rodo Cargo – is based in the Portugese capital Lisbon and specialises in moving luxury cars belonging to footballers all over the world.
Now an alleged neighbour of Ronaldo’s, named Luciano Saroglia, has called a football talk show to describe what he saw.
Speaking on Radio Punto Nuovo, Luciano said: “Being a proper Turin resident born and bred in the city the only team I support is Torino, the one and only side in the city.
“Three years ago when Ronaldo arrived two trucks turned up and all his cars were off loaded onto the street and they went into the garage.

Manager Andrea Pirlo only pockets £1.6million-per-year after taking charge of the club

“Yesterday evening around 11.30, I looked out the window and saw the same truck that had arrived three years ago, outside on the street with the cars being loaded in.
“It was definitely not a council tow away truck – you could tell. This had two decks for all the cars and was a trailer.”
He continued: “There were a couple of guys there loading the cars and then all of a sudden I saw Ronaldo on the street supervising it all.
“I can’t see them being moved to another part of the city, if you ask me he is off.
“I could hear him talking with the driver and the other guys but it was in Portugese so I didn’t understand it.

The truck was filmed loading his cars onto it late on Sunday evening
“To be fair to him, the whole time he has been here he has been an ideal neighbour, not one party, no noise and we have never had any reason to complain.
“The benefit for the neighbourhood is that since he moved in the amount of police patrols have increased so if he goes I’m sure that will change.”
Ronaldo’s mother Dolores Aveiro already said she will ‘try to convince’ her son to return to Lisbon, but agent Jorge Mendes denied the Portugal icon will head back to his homeland.
Rumours are rife he may move back to United or even Paris Saint-German as fifth-placed Juve face the prospect of missing out on Champions League football next season.
They are away to second placed Atalanta on Wednesday before facing Bologna in their last game of the season and must win both to have any chance of making Europe’s premier cup competition.

Cristiano Ronaldo ‘happy and smiling’ in changing room despite being subbed off against Inter, reveals boss Andrea Pirlo

CRISTIANO RONALDO was ‘happy to be subbed’ for the first time ever, according to Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo. The Portuguese superstar was replaced by Alvaro Morata with 20 minutes left of Juve’s dramatic 3-2 win over Inter Milan on Saturday but apparently remained ‘happy and smiling’ in the dressing room.

Ronnie gave his side a 24th minute lead – scoring the rebound from his own missed penalty – to set them on the way to a huge three points in their race for the top four in Serie A.
Former Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku pulled one back for the Italian champions from the spot before ex-Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado put Juve back in front on the stroke of half-time.
But it looked like Juve’s best laid plans were going to be derailed when midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur saw red for two yellow cards with 35 minutes left.
Pirlo was forced into a reshuffle as his team went down to 10 and Ronnie was hauled off and replaced by Morata.
But despite his previous angry reactions when being subbed, one of the greatest players of all time was not too fussed this time around.
Pirlo told Sky Italia: “I think it was the first time he was happy to be subbed off.
“We were one man down, and he’d have been chasing shadows. He was happy and smiling in the dressing room.”
Inter’s extra man looked to have paid off when Giorgio Chiellini turned into his own net to make it 2-2 with seven minutes to go.

Manager Andrea Pirlo only pockets £1.6million-per-year after taking charge of the club

Chiellini claimed he was being tugged by Lukaku.
But after video replays, the equaliser stood and it was Chiellini who was booked for holding the Belgium striker.
Five minutes later, though, former Man Utd target Ivan Perisic was ruled to have impeded Cuadrado inside the box.
And the Colombia wideman got up to slam home the decisive penalty.
Marcelo Brozovic then summed up a rare afternoon to forget for Inter in their otherwise superb Serie A campaign.
The Croatia anchorman was dismissed for his second booking, following a late tackle on Cuadrado in the 92nd minute.
Pirlo is under pressure with his side fifth going into the last game of the season.
But the Italian said he is not feeling the heat.
He added: “I haven’t thought about the future. I was only focused on today’s game. We’ll talk about the future later on.”

Pepe Reina, 38, is currently Lazio’s No 1 but they are said to be looking for a longer term solution.
The ex-Liverpool keeper is on loan from AC Milan and his deal expires at the end of the season.
Current No 2 Thomas Strakosha is not viewed as a viable permanent solution and Lazio are monitoring Kepa’s situation, according to Lazio News.
Strakosha is reportedly likely to be sold this summer as he has just a year left to run on his deal.
Chelsea are keen to get Kepa’s £150,000-a-week wages off the books.
But Lazio will face competition from Atletico Madrid if Jan Oblak leaves, according to Todo Fichajes.
The 26-year-old’s former club Athletic Bilbao are also said to be keen on bringing him back to Basque country.
Kepa started Chelsea’s 1-0 FA Cup final defeat to Leicester on Saturday.

But now Dragusin could be available on a season’s loan and Palace may swoop to boost their backline.
Juve could be willing to offload the teenager as they look for him to get regular first-team football.
The Romania youth international has appeared in just one Serie A game this term.
His only top-flight appearance came in the 3-1 win against Genoa in December where he came on in second-half stoppage time.
Though he has featured twice in the Coppa Italia this campaign, as well as making a substitute outing in the 3-0 Champions League group stage victory against Dynamo Kiev.
Dragusin sits behind the likes of Matthijs De Ligt, Giorgio Chiellini, Leonardo Bonucci and Merih Demiral in the pecking order in Turin.
The youngster, likened to Virgil van Dijk in terms of style of play, joined Juve from Regal Sport Bucuresti in 2018.

Florin Manea told TMW: “Radu impressed everyone. Other teams were interested too but Juventus really wanted him.

“From there he got his head down. Work, sweat, nutrition, he’s a real professional.
