His property is said to be just a 30-minute drive away from Miami, with records showing proof of the Chilean international’s purchase at the Ritz-Carlton Residences.
It has also been stated that the 32-year-old would be given access to a private club on the 33rd floor of the 52-storey tower, which includes a beachfront restaurant, pool deck and full-service spa, as well as a fitness centre and wellness centre.
An official website for the apartment block describes it as a “sumptuous urban oasis” of 212 condominium homes including four penthouses.
The 649ft residential tower provides sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.
According to The Real Deal, the Ritz-Carlton had declined to comment on the alleged purchase from Sanchez.

Media in Chile say he splashed the cash during a two-week trip back in his home country.
Sanchez put himself in lockdown outside the Chilean capital Santiago back in 2020.
Italian media have seized on the reported purchase as evidence that his future could lie in the US and David Beckham’s Inter Miami.
He was first linked to Miami in 2019 after admitting he’d love to play in the MLS at some point, but insisted he still had “five or six years” left at a good level in Europe.

Cristiano Ronaldo will stay at Juventus and not seek transfer away, says club legend and vice president Pavel Nedved

CRISTIANO RONALDO has been tipped to stay at Juventus by vice president Pavel Nedved, ending any transfer speculation.Ronaldo has just one year left on his contract with the Italians and having not extended it, question marks over his future were raised.

PSG and former clubs Manchester United and Real Madrid have both been linked with the superstar forward.
But Juve legend and now club chief Nedved have told them to forget about it, as Ronaldo is staying put.
He told Sky Sport: “Ronaldo has been called up for July 26, he’ll be back on Monday and will stay with us.”
Ronaldo, 36, is currently on holiday in Mallorca, having led Portugal to the last 16 of the European Championships in the summer.
According to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, he is expected to arrive in Turin very shortly to discuss his future with Juve.
He signed for the Serie A giant in 2018 for £99million from Real Madrid and won the league in his first two seasons.
But under Andrea Pirlo, 42, last term it was a disaster for the club, who only just finished fourth and missed out on the title for the first time in ten years.
Pirlo has since been replaced by Massimiliano Allegri – who left the club in 2019 – but it has not yet convinced Ronaldo to commit his future.

PSG is seen as realistic destination, although it is believed they will NOT make a move unless Kylian Mbappe leaves.
Frenchman Mbappe, 22, has been a long-time transfer target of Real Madrid.
But as was the case with Nedved, 48, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi promised the forward will not be going anywhere.
He told L’Equipe: “I will be clear. Mbappe is going to stay in Paris.
“We will never sell him and he will never leave on a free. Mbappe has everything he needs in Paris.”

AC Milan ‘pushing to sign Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech on loan transfer’ as cheaper alternative to Coutinho and Isco

AC MILAN have turned up the heat in their pursuit of Hakim Ziyech following their successful swoop for ex-Blues frontman Olivier Giroud. The Serie A side are eyeing a temporary deal for the Chelsea forward as a less pricey option than their other targets, according to Calciomercato.

Ziyech, 28, has been heavily linked with a Milan move with reports in Italy claiming the Blues star is a dream target for Stefano Pioli’s side.
The attacking midfielder, who sealed a £36.7million move to Stamford Bridge from Ajax in July 2020, is thought to have fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea.
With Christian Pulisic, Kai Havertz, Mason Mount and Timo Werner thought to be ahead of the forward, reports claim opportunities for him could be limited next season.
COMPETITION: SPOT THE BALL TO WIN A CAR AND CASH
Chelsea are thought to have warm relations with Milan following the two giants reaching an agreement over Olivier Giroud’s £2million move to the San Siro from Stamford Bridge.
Italian football outlet Calciomercato claims the Serie A side hope to seal a loan move for Ziyech, who netted six goals in 39 appearances across all competitions for the Blues last term.
And it is thought Barcelona’s Coutinho and Real Madrid winger Isco are also on the San Siro’s giants transfer giant’s wish list.
Reports claim the LaLiga duo have been deemed surplus to requirements at their respective clubs with the Spanish rivals looking to shift the players off their wage bills.
However, officials at Milan are thought to have been put off by the pricey wages and price tags for the forwards.

Barcelona are reportedly looking to flog Coutinho for at least £20million.
Should a move for the Brazil star come to fruition it would see the Catalan side take an 86 per cent loss on his £142million transfer from Liverpool to the Nou Camp in 2018.
Meanwhile, Madrid are thought to be after around £17million for Isco.

Tottenham ‘launch £42m Cristian Romero transfer bid after agreeing personal terms with Atalanta defender’

TOTTENHAM are working on a £42million bid for Atalanta defender Cristian Romero, reports say. Spurs, under new boss Nuno Espirito Santo, are desperate to bolster their backline and have turned to Argentine Romero.

According to TyC Sports, they have offered Atalanta £34m with a further £8m in bonuses.
And it comes after Tottenham already agreed personal terms with the defender over a five-year deal, Sky Sport Italia say.
Atalanta signed the centre-back on a two-year loan from Juventus in September 2020 and have a £13m option to buy at the end of the season.
The Italians are believed to rate Romero at £47m and have no pressure to sell him, as he will become their player by the end of next season.
Barcelona are also among the clubs linked with the 23-year-old defender, who helped Atalanta qualify for the Champions League.
Romero was also part of the Argentina squad that won the Copa America earlier this month alongside football legend Lionel Messi, 33.
Spurs have already agreed a loan deal for Atalanta goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini, 26, who will provide competition for Spurs skipper Hugo Lloris, 34.
They also had a £13m bid turned down by Bologna for centre-back Takehiro Tomiyasu earlier this month.

Tottenham could be about to fall into a £160m windfall after SunSport revealed star striker Harry Kane has been given the green light to join Manchester City.
It would see the England captain sign a record £400,000-a-week deal, with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy accepting the move.
The Premier League champions were last month reported to have already bid £100m for the forward who turns 28 next week.

Incoming Tottenham signing Pierluigi Gollini ‘so happy’ as Atalanta keeper travels to airport to complete transfer

PIERLUIGI GOLLINI couldn’t contain his excitement after completing his season-long loan deal to Tottenham.Atalanta and Spurs agreed terms for the 26-year-old yesterday in a deal that will see him at White Hart Lane until the end of next season.
Gollini revealed he’s so happy to be joining SpursCredit: Getty
The North London side will have the option to make his transfer permanent for £13million once the initial loan period is complete.
The last thing needed to seal the deal is for Gollini to complete his medical before he makes his way to the English capital.
And when Sky Sports caught up with him in Milan following his transfer he was all smiles.
They asked him how he was feeling and he said “I’m so happy,” reported Fabrizio Romano.
It’s the Italian’s second stab at life in the Premier League after a previous stint with Aston Villa.
Gollini joined them for £4.1m back in 2016.
But his tenure there was short-lived and he managed just 20 appearances before heading to Atalanta in 2018.
While in Italy, Gollini helped steer Atalanta to a third-placed finish last season, with ten clean sheets in 25 starts.
It’s thought that he’ll replace Hugo Lloris’ former No2 Paulo Gazzaniga at Spurs.
He left Tottenham after first three seasons when his place in the squad was taken by Joe Hart last summer.
Gollini will become one of the first signings of new Spurs boss Nuno Espirito Santo.
The Portuguese coach beat his old club Wolves to Gollini’s signature as it was reported they were also interested in the goalie.
It’s also been reported that Spurs are still in talks with Atalanta to sign Cristian Romero.

Romano claims the defender hasn’t turned a move to White Hart Lane but Spurs and Atalanta are yet to agree on a price for him.
The Serie A side are said to want around £55m for Romero and Spurs defender Davinson Sanchez could be thrown into the mix.
But he’s not been included in any transaction negotiations so far, according to Romano.

Leicester playmaker Dennis Praet tells Brendan Rodgers ‘play me or lose me’ as £18m Belgian eyes Italy transfer return

DENNIS PRAET has told Leicester City he is not prepared to sit on the bench again next season. And a return to Italy could be on the cards for the Belgian international this summer.
Leicester and Belgium midfielder Dennis Praet could be on his way out of the King Power this summerCredit: Getty
The 27-year-old cost the Foxes £18million when he signed from Sampdoria in August 2019.
Heading back to Serie A would suit the experienced midfielder who only made three appearances after returning from injury in March.
Praet failed to shift fellow Belgian Youri Tielemans and Wilfred Ndidi and his prospects for regular game time have lessened with the arrival of Boubakary Soumare from French champions Lille.
Brendan Rodgers is prepared to listen to offers for the unsettled Belgian, who has made it clear his future lies away from the King Power if he can’t get game-time for the Foxes.
Meanwhile, Leicester’s interest in Schalke’s Turkish international defender Ozan Kabak has cooled.
Reports suggesting the former Liverpool loanee was set for a medical ahead of a cut-price £8m move to the King Power are wide of the mark.
Kabak currently earns £80,000 a week and the canny Foxes are not prepared to pay that sort of money for a player who would effectively be a back-up to Jonny Evans, Wesley Fofana and Caglar Soyuncu.
