Mourinho was sent off for storming onto the pitch in the 1-0 defeat to Atalanta last time out, meaning he had to serve a touchline ban for Saturday’s game.
That meant the former Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham boss had no choice but to put his feet up and watch the action unfold from the team bus.
And, in true Mourinho style, the 59-year-old kept fans updated on Roma’s 2-1 comeback win with a selection of hilarious posts.
Federico Dimarco put the home side ahead, but goals from Paulo Dybala and ex-Manchester United man Chris Smalling have Mourinho and Co a valuable three points.

The manager uploaded a video of himself exhaling in frustration at having to watch on from the car park.
Clearly being trapped on the coach was too much for him, as Mourinho hilariously said in a later video: “I’m going to die here.”
At one point he ventured outside to pester staff and show fans his surroundings – with loads of kit laid out on the side of the road next to the bus.
Despite being unable to bark instructions from the side of the pitch, he made sure to show his appreciation for his team.

Although it appears the Roma gaffer did manage to sneak his way into the dressing room to join in the celebrations.
Roma goal scorer Dybala posted a picture on Instagram from inside the away changing room after the game – with Mourinho cheekily featuring in the snap.

Man Utd joined by Juventus in Antoine Griezmann transfer chase as move from Barcelona to Atletico Madrid stalls

MANCHESTER UNITED have been joined in their pursuit of Antoine Griezmann by Juventus, according to reports. Griezmann, 31, is free to leave Barcelona after flopping at the club and is currently on loan at rivals Atletico Madrid.

There is an clause in his loan deal which could see him sign permanently for Atletico for a cut-price fee of £35million, although recent reports suggest it could be as low as £22m.
However, the clause inserted into the deal means the full transfer is only triggered if the Frenchman plays a certain amount of games.
And to avoid triggering the buy option Atletico have only played Griezmann for less than 30 minutes per match – which is under the threshold to be counted as a game in the terms.
If Atletico continue to do this, he won’t automatically become their player, which would allow interested parties such as United and Juventus to sign him.

Barcelona have threatened legal action against Atletico regarding their seeming exploitation of this loophole, and unless a deal is hashed out before January to sort it Griezmann may be recalled.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are keeping an eye on the situation and are alert to any changes ahead of a potential transfer.
Massimiliano Allegri’s side have struggled in Serie A this season and are way off the pace of getting close to winning a Scudetto.
Consequently, they are already looking at reinforcements in January and next summer.

The likes of Marco Asensio and Christian Pulisic are among their targets who are at a reduced price, with Griezmann the latest addition to the list.
Man Utd’s interest dates back to the summer, but the 2018 World Cup winner was not entertaining moves away from Madrid and snubbed a potential move.
However, the current situation is leaving all parties frustrated and could end with United making an approach in January. More

Arsenal transfer blow as Gunners ‘have NO chance’ of signing Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in January swoop

JUVENTUS striker Dusan Vlahovic will NOT be joining Arsenal in January after rumours of a reported swoop. That is the view of transfer guru Fabrizio Romano who has had his say on the Gunners’ interest in the 22-year-old.
Arsenal have been told they have NO chance of signing Juventus striker Dusan VlahovicCredit: AFP
Mikel Arteta was desperate to bring the Serbian star to the Emirates in last season’s winter window, but the player opted to join the Old Lady instead.
And Vlahovic then opened up on snubbing the North London outfit where he insisted he never entertained the thought of signing for Arsenal.
Vlahovic banged in nine goals for Juve in the second half of the 2021-22 campaign, but he has struggled for form this term with Massimilano Allegri’s men eighth in Serie A.
This has led to speculation that Arsenal could reignite their interest in the centre-forward in a double raid with his team-mate Fabio Miretti also on their radar.
    READ MORE ON ARSENAL
But Italian reporter Romano has poured cold water over any potential deal for Vlahovic, insisting there hasn’t been any contact between the two clubs.
Speaking in his column for CaughtOffside, he said: “At the moment there’s absolutely nothing between Dusan Vlahovic and Arsenal.
“We can’t predict the future but as of now there’s not even a direct contact.
“Vlahovic is key player for Juventus and they invested €75m [£67m] plus add-ons for him, so it’s extremely unlikely.

“He was great last season with Juventus, this year all the players are not performing.
“So I don’t think it’s Vlahovic’s fault that he’s not yet performed at his very best.”
In eight games so far this season, the ex-Partizan Belgrace ace has banged in four goals.
But he hasn’t got on the score sheet in his last four matches in all competitions. More
