      ‘Silent Stan’ also owns properties in Colorado and Montana, as well as an £11m penthouse inside the five-star Montage hotel in Beverly Hills.
      But his most high-profile purchase came in 1998, when the 74-year-old splashed around £8m on this incredible home in Malibu.
      The beach side property was originally owned by Dodi Fayed, and was set to be home for the movie producer and Princess Diana before their tragic deaths in a car accident.
      WHAT £20M GETS YOU
      Found on the Pacific Coast Highway, the property sits above the beautiful Paradise Cove.
      While the vast five-acre piece of land it sits on stretches from the road all the way through to the sand and sea.
      The home, also previously owned by Julie Andrews, includes a contemporary mansion, as well as a Mediterranean-style residence which acts as a guest home.
      The main house features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, has a stunning swimming pool and boasts a tennis court.
      There are three reception rooms, while the kitchen opens into a pool deck, and the living room has a limestone fireplace and pine beams.
      An incredible glass domed dining room with views on all sides can also be found on the ground floor.

      Before Kroenke bought the compound, Princess Diana had her heart set on living there.
      Dodi, the son of the former Harrods owner Mohamed Al-Fayed, bought the home for around £7m – just months before he and Lady Di were tragically killed in Paris.
      And Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell revealed that it was set to be the pair’s secluded pad.

      HE’S estimated to be worth £38million, so it’s no surprise footie ace John Terry and his family are accustomed to living in one of Surrey’s most sought-after areas.And the former England and Chelsea defender obviously has time on his hands since retiring from his £170,000-a-week playing career in 2018, turning his hand to coaching and property development.

      The real estate tycoon has already made almost £20m in property deals, and was granted planning permission to bulldoze one of his mansions and replace it with two new luxury abodes – a move that could make him another £20m.

      Terry has been a fan of the Surrey area of Oxshott – a ten-minute drive from Chelsea’s Cobham training ground – for more than a decade.
      He bought Tandem House, his third property in the area for £4.5m and won planning permission to demolish it.

      The 41-year-old star plans to build two luxury houses in its place – one six-bed, and one four-bed.

      Terry and wife Toni’s former six-bed family home in Oxshott went back on the market for £5.5m, however he was forced to slash the price because of coronavirus.
      Dad-of-two Terry reportedly bought the property for £2.2m in 2003 and sold it for £5m in 2013.

      Situated on a private road on the prestigious Crown Estate, the home boasts one of Surrey’s most exclusive addresses.
      The property was renovated by interior designer Louise Bradley, and has four huge bedrooms in the main house, with two additional rooms and a shower in the guest wing above the triple garage.

      Clearly a fan of the location, Terry bought his second mansion a stone’s throw from his former home for £1.8m in 2007, and spent £4m renovating the nine-bed property.
      The white house dwarfed Terry’s neighbouring pile, and when building work began in 2011, it was believed to involve putting in a 33 x 40ft indoor pool, a steam room, sauna and a fishing lake.
      The house was perfect for the footballer as it was only visible to the public from the air and boasted a separate wing for staff, and a visitor annexe in the opposite building.
      He had planned to move his family into the property but when the Sultan of Oman made him “an offer he couldn’t refuse” in 2014, he sold it.

      In 2014 Terry bought the £4.35m former mansion owned by golfer Colin Montgomerie, downsizing from his ‘dream home’.
      It was here that in 2017 the star was left shaken after robbers broke into the home, stealing £4m of loot. 
      The property is just down the road from Terry’s previous two properties and boasts a two-bed staff annex.
      While smaller than his last place, the seven-bed property is still situated on a half-acre of land, and features six bathrooms and four reception rooms.
      He reportedly spent £150k replacing the lawn with Astro turf, and the property’s value is thought to have risen to £5m.
      Based on his track record of snapping up houses in the area, Terry’s neighbours will be keeping a very beady eye on his next move – waiting for the bulldozers to move in. More

      Scoring goals for fun, Haaland made his transfer to the Bundesliga giants in the winter transfer window of 2020.
      And in an interview with VG back in October 2020, the Norwegian sensation could only think of seven centre-forwards in world football better than him at the time – and it was some list.
      The seven was made up of five-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo and Robert Lewandowski from rivals Bayern Munich.
      Three of the remaining five strikers also ply their trade in the Premier League with Tottenham hero Harry Kane, Roberto Firmino of Liverpool and Chelsea man Timo Werner – who has struggled to replicate his form from Germany at Stamford Bridge.
      New Barcelona ace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is on the list, as is the man he replaced at the Nou Camp, Sergio Aguero, who was forced to retire last year.
      But despite the hundreds of goals between the seven, Haaland emphasised he had the self-confidence to choose himself to lead the line in a huge match.

      Boasting 52 rooms, including 21 bedrooms, as well as its own nightclub the property is as lavish as Tyson has ever owned.
      But it was needs must for the heavyweight boxing legend and in came rapper 50 Cent who bought it from him for £3.3m the same year it was revealed he blew his fortune.

      The eco-warrior is level with Michael Schumacher on seven world titles and missed out on a record-breaking eighth in the heartbreaking Abu Dhabi 2021 finale.
      But away from the track, Hamilton, 37, has an equally impressive fleet of cars worth around – wait for it – £13MILLION.
      Of course, being a driver, he’s a car fanatic and collects everything from supercars to vintage classics that he divides between two garages – one in Monaco and another in LA.

      Every car aficionado worth their weight in salt owns this £1m Ferrari – another collector’s item that rises in value as the years go by.
      Capable of reaching a top speed of 217 mph, the LaFerrari can hit 0-62 mph in just 2.4 seconds, meaning it’s the fastest car Hamilton owns.
      Footballers including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Son Heung-min also drive this frighteningly fast motor that must be just like handling a racing car.

      Lewis got his hands on a Project One last year, even though it is even supposed to be out until later in 2022.
      He was heavily involved in the production of the plug-in hybrid sports car that’s capable of hitting a top speed of 217 mph.
      Only 275 are going to be released at a cost of around £2m.
      Make that 274 now, since Hamilton has one.

      Powered by a 6.2-litre V8 engine that produces 622bhp – the SLS can reach a top speed of 196 mph.
      It also hits 0-60 in just 3 seconds – making it the ideal car for Hamilton to get his thrills off the track with. For a price tag of £230k, it’s just what you’d expect really.

      MCLAREN P1
      Despite splitting with McLaren’s racing team, Hamilton can’t have felt too aggrieved with his former employers because in 2015 he added a £2m P1 to his extensive list of rides.
      The P1 has a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, which is twinned with an electric motor that means the supercar has a total power and torque output of 903 bhp and 980 Nm of torque.
      In real talk that means it’s fast and powerful, can hit a top of 217 mph and 0-60 mph in under 2.7 seconds.

      The second classic car that’s part of his fleet, fans of the Hollywood movie Gone In 60 Seconds might recognise this motor as looking to similar to one of the Eleanor models from the film.
      Hamilton had his customised by Oklahoma shop Classic Recreations for additional cost.
      At auctions, these can fetch up to £750k, and you can bet Hamilton’s is in tip-top condition. That said, we doubt he’ll ever sell it.
      BEST OF THE REST
      When the Mercedes-Maybach 6 came out in 2016, Hamilton made sure he got his hands on the concept car.
      The 2×2 coupe is completely electric, and can run up to 200 miles before it’ll need recharging.
      Hamilton also has another Mercedes – the Maybach S600, which is a luxurious chauffeur’s car with a partition separating the front seats from the back.
      Both those motors have a combined worth of around £800k.
      And Hamilton doesn’t mind swapping four wheels for two – sometimes taking his £6,500 Honda CRF450RX Motocross Bike around the dirt tracks of California.

      Having only just signed from semi-professional football in Ireland, the teenage midfielder was getting used to reserve football when the iconic Brian Clough gave him the call-up in 1990.
      Speaking on Monday Night Football back in 2019, Keane recalled: “I went over pre-season and was obviously doing a lot of training with the reserves.
      “Forest had played their first league game at home on the Saturday against QPR and I went to watch it, and I was on the bench for the reserves on the Monday night.
      “I got on for the last ten minutes and the first team were playing Liverpool on the Tuesday night.
      “Went out that night with the players, as you do after a reserve match, I didn’t drink too much – maybe six, seven pints after the game. Came in on the Tuesday and was told ‘get dressed up’.”
      Keane would go on to enjoy an excellent three years at the City Ground, reaching the FA Cup and League Cup finals before signing for United.

      But his ascendancy was turbocharged by Clough’s willingness to give youth a chance and the player-turned-pundit, 50, revealed a key piece of advice handed down to him by his boss ahead of the 2-0 defeat.
      Keane continued: “What Brian Clough did a lot of the time, for the younger players, bring you with the first-team just as an experience. Carry the skips, help the kitman, so I went up [and] met some of the players in the hotel.
      “[I] was putting the gear out with the kitman and Brian Clough says ‘what are you doing’ and I said I was putting the gear out – he says ‘no no, put that top on’.
      “He gave me a bit of advice before the game which I’ve basically made a career out of. He said: ‘I’ve seen your pre-season, you can control the ball, you can pass it and you can move’.
      “I said I can do those three things and he just told me to do that tonight. And that was my career in a nutshell: control, pass it and move.
      “And people always nod their head when I say that, because as a professional footballer you should be able to do those three things. But believe it or not, a lot of players can’t.”
