FLOYD MAYWEATHER is well-known to enjoy the lavish lifestyle – but he is not shy of sharing his wealth. The boxing legend, whose final victory over Conor McGregor cemented his legacy at 50-0 in 2017, returns to the ring for his latest exhibition on Saturday against Deji, brother of social media sensation KSI.

Mayweather, 45, amassed a huge fortune during his iconic career and is allegedly worth £510million.
But a story previously emerged showing the usual trash-talking fighter’s much kinder side after he secretly tipped a waitress $10,000 to undergo a procedure to help her exercise a decade ago.
John Shahidi runs his own company which manages YouTube stars, and it was him who shared the tale on the Impaulsive podcast after meeting Mayweather in LA.
After discussing how they can work together over a bite to eat, the former five-weight world champion asked the waitress what she would do if she had all the money in the world to improve her life.

She declared she would get rid of her credit card but also undergo a procedure to enable her to exercise better.
Shahidi says Mayweather asked how much it would cost, to which she said between six and seven grand, leading to “Money” placing a $10k tip at the bottom of the bill.
The YouTube expert claims he told Mayweather to contact the media over his gesture.
He also explained that the world should know that Mayweather often does this sort of thing.

But the undefeated icon replied: “No! You are not to ever do that.
“No-one can ever know that I ever do that. That’s for me, you and her to know.”
Mayweather has recently revealed talks to fight in the UK in February after his exhibition with British YouTube boxing star Deji.
He has already had four exhibition bout since officially retiring in 2017 which have taken him to the Far East, America and now Middle East – but the UK could be next.

Gary Neville reveals four clubs he would have played for if he was sold by Man Utd, like Arsenal and Bayern Munich

GARY NEVILLE previously admitted that he would have played for arch-rivals Arsenal if Manchester United decided to sell him.The former defender, 47, spent his entire career at Old Trafford after coming through the academy as part of the Class of ’92 before making 602 first-team appearances.

He won 16 major trophies under Sir Alex Ferguson’s guidance in a career that spanned 19 years and saw him earn 85 England caps.
But speaking to Sky Sports’ Off Script, the pundit revealed there were four teams he willingly could have joined should he have been let go – and three he would never, ever  have signed for.
The Manchester United legend said: “For myself, leaving never once entered my head. My longest contract negotiation was three meetings – they were normally done inside one or two meetings, and they were always long contracts.
“I’d made the decision quite early in my 30s that if Sir Alex had come and told me my time was up, I wouldn’t have played for anyone else. I was fortunate in that sense.
“However, if he’d come to me at say the age of 28, and told me my time was up, of course I would have played for another Premier League club.
“Who would I have played for? You can rule out three: I’d have never have played for [Man] City, Liverpool or Leeds. Not in a million years.

“I don’t feel anything bad towards the players who did that, but me personally, I couldn’t have done it. The rivalry is just too much.
“If you’d said to me, in a perfect world, in my years of playing, which clubs in the Premier League have the tradition, a proper club? Arsenal would be No 1.
“The tradition of Highbury, I felt they did things the right way. Also in the Premier League, I like Aston Villa and Newcastle.
“In Europe I admired Juventus and Bayern Munich. I respected them as football clubs. Bayern were meticulous in their preparation, so internationally, it would be them.”
Neville played a huge role in the rivalry at the turn of the century with Arsenal, along with Roy Keane as a key protagonist.
His first clash with the Gunners came way back in November 1994 with a 0-0 draw at Highbury.
Across the 30 matches, Neville’s United won ten – including the Battle of the Buffet clash in 2004 to end Arsenal’s 49-match unbeaten run – drew eight and lost 12.
Against Bayern Munich, meanwhile, the right-back managed just one win in eight matches.
However, crucially, that one win was the 1999 Champions League final, arguably the greatest night in Manchester United’s history, as subs Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer scored in injury time to complete a stunning turnaround and seal the Treble.
After hanging up his boots in 2011, Neville went into coaching as Roy Hodgson’s assistant for England before an ill-fated spell at Valencia.
Since then, he has switched to focusing on his media work with Sky and various business ventures with his Class of ’92 team-mates – including joint-ownership of Salford City and two hotels in Manchester. More

Eddie Hall floors YouTube star Nile Wilson after he volunteers to take punch from the former World’s Strongest Man

EDDIE HALL decked Nile Wilson in devastating fashion after the YouTuber volunteered to take a punch from the former World’s Strongest Man. Hall made his boxing debut earlier this year against strongman rival Hafthor Bjornsson.

And Wilson – a retired Olympic gymnast – was on hand to feel the full force of the Brit’s power.
    Hall, who stands 6ft 3in and 25 STONE, completely dwarfed the 5ft 6in, 9st 4lb, ex-athlete.
Wilson attempted a punch of his own but it has no effect whatsoever on the super-heavyweight.
Hall, 34, said: “The thing is, mate, I train – with my training, I’ll hang on a bar and my training partner will smash me in the gut.

“Obviously, as you can see, I’ve also got a massive wall of thick muscle there.”
Later on, Hall lands a single jab to Wilson, who is wearing a body belt – but it still sent him flying in the brilliant 2021 clip.
Wilson, 26, said:  “My brain hit the back of my head.”
Hall then joked: “I think I might have actually knocked him out…”

But Wilson rather unconvincing replied: “I’m alright, yeah.”
Hall and ‘Thor’ Bjornsson squared off in a fight billed the ‘heaviest boxing match in history’.
Game of Thrones star Bjornsson, 33, dominated the contest and ran out a clear winner.
Both giants have dramatically transformed their bodies as they swap weight lifting for tireless punching.
And now Hall is unrecognisable with a major change of look for Movember.

Gerard Pique’s amazing business empire turned him into a jet-setter and will be his fallback plan when he retires

GERARD PIQUE is building a burgeoning business empire that includes esports, sunglasses and even organic hamburgers. The Barcelona defender is retiring from the game and has travelled more on work matters than anyone in the Nou Camp side since has in Europe.

During two international breaks back in 2018, World Cup winner Pique travelled a total of 20,545 miles.
The Spain team in that same time period clocked just 6,900 miles.
Pique’s many commitments mean he racked up more miles than anyone else at the club – despite no international fixtures typically meaning a less hectic schedule.
That is not the case with Pique, with his £2.3billion plan to revamp tennis’ Davis Cup taking priority.

Pique’s Kosmos investment group have got the go-ahead for a £2.3billion revamp of the Davis Cup

Davis Cup revamp overhaul led by Barcelona’s Gerard Pique and his Kosmos investment group is approved by International Tennis Federation
During that same international break, Pique, now 35, hopped on a plane to China for the 12,200-mile round trip to the Shanghai Masters.
After that came a 745-mile round trip to Madrid to tell people during a presentation that Rafa Nadal will play in his reformatted tennis event, which is being financially backed by Kosmos, the investment group he founded.
The first flight was a 7,600-mile round trip to New York for the US Open final – but it is all just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Pique’s portfolio.
He started the Kypers sunglasses brand and models their shades for his 16.7 million Instagram followers.

They make an affordable line – the most expensive of their Pique ‘premium’ range on their website comes in at £70 while the cheapest are just under £22.
In 2013, Pique got together with leading meat company Noel Alimentaria to start producing organic hamburgers under the name Natrus.
They achieved sales just shy of £1m in their first year and Pique set up the Yours restaurant – where he was pictured taking ex-wife Shakira for a slap-up meal – but the businesses closed in October 2017.
One project Pique seems particularly proud of is his 426 Miles sports drink.
He hatched the plan with former Nou Camp team-mate Carles Puyol in 2016.
The pair came up with the brand name after hearing of a female polar bear that had to swim that distance over the course of nine straight days to reach dry land due to melting ice.
Described as the “first 100 per cent natural isotonic drink”, a slick video on their official website shows Pique going for a run and Puyol playing tennis with the hashtag ‘natural instinct’.
The beverage comes in ‘Aurora’ flavour – strawberries, watermelon and pineapple – and ‘Polaris’ – orange, lemon, papaya and apple – and costs around £2.60 in shops.
Pique was also involved in video game company, Kerad Games, together making Golden Manager in 2013 – a Football Manager-type game.

PSG and Brazil star Neymar plays poker with Gerard Pique on his return trip to Barcelona
Just 26 when he launched what then was his first venture as an entrepreneur, the game challenged players to run a club not just as head coach but also manage finance issues much in the way a president would do.
It did not prove successful, however, and with reported losses of £2m closed in July, 2018.
Not that that has put him off though, with Pique founding eFootball.Pro in 2016.
And also in 2018, Barcelona signed an agreement with Pique to join its virtual league.
The three-time Champions League winner’s business acumen is such that it has even led to him giving a talk at Harvard.
The world’s most prestigious university enlisted Pique to lecture students on Barcelona as part of its ‘entertainment, media and sports industry’ masterclass last September.
His speech to 180 students came just after the man himself attended a business course at the American university.

And the links to Harvard do not stop there, with Pique having lunch with former student and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in February 2016.
Posting a snap of the two of them along with billionaire Zuckerberg’s wife Priscilla, Pique wrote: “Happy to see you again Priscilla and @zuck. Hope you have had a great time in Barcelona.”
But Pique’s off-field activities have also created awkward situations with his employer.

The centre-back was behind the production company that made a documentary following Antoine Griezmann through his decision-making process on whether to stay at Atletico Madrid or accept an offer to join Barcelona
Griezmann, much to Barcelona’s chagrin, stayed put. However, he did get his move eventually.
Nor has he shied from taking part in the incredibly tense debate in Spain about Catalonia’s secessionist movement, saying that while he doesn’t want the wealthy northeastern region to break away, he does support efforts to hold a referendum on independence.
Whatever happens when his football career ends this weekend, Pique will have his fingers in plenty of pies. More

Security measures footballers use, from spending £50k on panic rooms to splashing up to £40k on guard dogs

FOOTBALLERS can afford the ultimate luxuries in life, like sprawling homes, cars and expensive jewellery thanks to their hefty salaries. But unfortunately that makes them easy prey for opportunist thieves – who’ll target anything of value to steal.

Manchester City ace Kyle Walker beefed up his security detail – buying a doberman for £40,000 from guard dog specialists Chaperone K9.
Dele Alli was a victim of a robbery, where two burglars broke into his North London home, assaulted him before taking off with expensive watches, including a £150,000 Richard Mille 11-03, a £150,000 Patek Philippe 5980 Nautilus and a £50,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak chrono.
Then in 2019, ex-Arsenal stars Mesut Ozil and Sead Kolasinac were chased by a moped gang, who tried to car-jack the German playmaker’s Mercedes G-Wagon, as the pair drove along a North London road.
Liverpool forward Sadio Mane was burgled when he was on Champions League duty with the Reds, who were playing away against Bayern Munich.
While the Senegalese forward was tormenting the Bavarians, his mansion was being ransacked by burglars, who nicked items including mobile phones, car keys and designer watches.
But what security measures do footballers take to keep themselves safe from harm?
    IN THE CASE OF DELE
Since having his timepieces nicked, Dele tried to make them too hot to handle and circulated their makes and models.
And his football pals told him they would pass on the details to their watchmakers in the hope they could catch the thieves.
A source told The Sun at the time: “These robbers might think they have hit the jackpot stealing these watches, but they are going to face real problems cashing them in.
“Footballers use a handful of dealers and none will touch a stolen watch because they know it could cause serious problems down the line.

“It’s not unusual for cops in Dubai and Italy to demand to see papers for watches when passengers pass through security.
“Can you imagine if a watch stolen in a violent robbery ends up on a wrist of a player who then gets arrested?
“Dele is well connected through the England squad and knows players in Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool and London where all the main dealers are.
“These dealers know if they accidentally bought any watch that turned out to be one of Dele’s, then they would never sell to a footballer again.”
    PANIC ROOMS
One of the big trends in the last few years has seen footballers installing bulletproof panic rooms inside their lavish properties.
Costing anywhere from between £40k to £1m, they provide a secure hiding spot for families at home during a burglary.
David Beckham recently installed one in his family’s Kensington abode, along with a 24-hour, 60-camera CCTV system.
Paul Weldon, managing director of The Panic Room, fits them for high-profile clients around Europe.
He told us: “A panic room is a room that’s self-contained, that if the house becomes under some form of aggravated break-in, the family can get into that room, be safe and secure and have some independent communication to call for help.

Panic rooms are normally installed within an existing room in a propertyCredit: The Panic Room Company
“In a residential home, we try to locate somewhere on the first bedroom floor where there’s a closet of two metres by two metres that can double up as a fully-blown panic room.
“Generally, our rooms are installed inside an existing room and they have the capability to withstand bullets from a handgun and a shotgun.
“They range from about £40,000 to £1m in price – and clients don’t just use them to protect themselves, they’ll store specialist wines, art work, and put their safes in there too.
“But you have to remember, a panic room is a last resort. With a big, detached property you’ve got to incorporate other systems.
“It may be at night you set perimeter alarms, or a ground floor alarm. So at least you’ve got some warning that someone is knocking around.
“If the alarm activates outside, you can get your family inside a panic room and call the police. But it’s got to be used with other security features of a property.”
    SPECIALLY-TRAINED GUARD DOGS
Marcus Rashford, Jack Grealish, Mark Noble, Phil Jones, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Jesse Lingard all swear by Chaperone K9 – a Leicestershire-based company that provides specially trained guard dogs to protect Premier League footballers’ families.
The majority of dogs they provide are German Shepherds or Belgian Malinois, and each pooch has been put through a rigorous 12-month plus training programme.
According to Chaperone K9’s website, the dogs are able to recognise and deal with a number of different threats, including home invasion, road rage, personal attacks on the person and their family and robbery.

Once given a command, they will spring into action with an apparent initial display of aggression to ward a potential assailant off simply by barking.
If there is more than one attacker, they are taught to position themselves between you and the potential threat, continuously barking to keep the assailants at bay.
And should the assailant continue to pose you a danger, a Chaperone K9 has learned, on command, to bite and hold the attacker until you tell the dog to release them.
Since the Alli incident, more footballers have said to have invested in the ferocious guard dogs – also using rival firm Elite Protection, like Hugo Lloris.
    PERSONAL BODYGUARDS
When you’re as famous as someone like the Beckhams, surrounding yourself and your children with burly security guards is a necessity.
On the school run in LA, former members of the SAS would flank the family’s brood before they went to class.
And when Brazil captain Dani Alves was at PSG, Titan Security were asked to look after his safety during a meet and greet.
“When Dani launched his new clothing line in Paris, we supplied security staff for him,” Matthew Watson, director for Titan Security Europe explained.
“Measures were taken in store where Dani was signing autographs and posing for photos with fans.

“Crowd control and proximity of general public in this setting had to be considered due to the nature of it being a high-profile footballer, as well as two-way earpiece radio support to bodyguards on site.”
Watson believes in the wake of the recent incidents more footballers will seek personal security.
“In light of recent events, anticipation is for this market to continue to grow,” he said.
“Affluent footballers are often a target due to lack of security around them, and they are very much in the public eye.
“While brazen attempts to rob these individuals is becoming more frequent, with salary’s being posted and shared on social media.
“That means footballers today are at risk more than ever.”

    RAISING AN ALARM
Shield Security provide alarms and systems for footballers in the Yorkshire and Humber region, as well as the North of England.
When Southampton forward Shane Long was plying his trade at Hull City, he enlisted their services.
“During my time with Premier League football club Hull City, my family were fortunate enough to benefit from the services of Shield Security,” he revealed.
“As a professional footballer, I often spend a great deal of time away from home, and with that in mind, my wife and I wanted the best security protection for our family.”
Not only does Shield offer state-of-the-art alarms that can detect the most cunning intruder, they also offer security staff that stay at the home overnight, which is something Long invested in ahead of Hull’s ill-fated Europa League campaign in 2014.
“We can offer guards to patrol the premises for footballers when they’re away, which is a decent visual deterrent,” Shield Security manager Alex Lee told us.
“While some of the clients will request patrol cars visit four or five times a night to have a look around the premises.
“But it’s mostly going technology-wise now. What happens with these burglaries is the robbers tend to know when a footballer is going away, so it’s pretty hard to prevent against.”
Lee revealed that footballers are spending up to £20k to ensure their mansions are covered by alarms, cameras and barrier fences.

CCTV cameras are installed around footballers’ homes, with video and alerts sent straight to their phones if an alarm is triggeredCredit: Getty – Contributor
“A lot of footballers tend to live in houses that have gated houses.
“So the first port of call is a gated intercom. They have a video camera pointing at the entrance and that goes direct to an app on their mobile phones.
“There could also be cameras right around the site, with some players even doing internal cameras by their back doors, as well as intruder alarms.
“We install perimeter fences too that have a laser going from pillar to pillar, so any movement over that and an alarm will be triggered.

“It’s not too different to what your average Joe is getting really, but the only difference is it’s on a larger scale because of the size of their houses.
“Most footballers’ homes are five bedroom homes, so they’re spending anywhere from £5,000 to £20,000.
“But if that’s the price of keeping them and their family safe, they will happily pay that.”

How Andy Carroll could have been playing in the Champions League knockouts THIS season – but failed a medical

ANDY CARROLL could have played in the Champions League knockout rounds THIS season – but failed a medical. The striker, 33, was a free agent when his short-term contract with West Brom expired in the summer.

Club Brugge were willing to offer him a deal, but they pulled out when they were unconvinced by his “insufficient” medical test results.
That blew Carroll’s chances of making his Champions League debut.
Now the Belgian giants are heading into the knockout stages of the tournament for the first time since its rebrand in 1992.
Brugge finished second in Group B behind Porto but ahead of Bayer Leverkusen and Atletico Madrid, who surprisingly ended up with the wooden spoon.

Carl Hoefkens’ side won their first three matches this season without conceding a goal – including 4-0 away at Porto – and added two further 0-0 draws to qualify.
They did it all with two-goal hero Ferran Jutgla up front – instead of the former £35million Liverpool flop Carroll.
When the Brugge deal fell through, Carroll rejoined Championship side Reading in September on a four-month contract – taking the No2 shirt.
He has scored twice in eight appearances in the second tier – rather than competing at Europe’s top table.

Carroll has struggled with various injury issues throughout his career which have had a significant impact on his fitness levels.
He has not made more than 20 league appearances in a season since 2015-16, when he was playing for West Ham.
The former England international left his honeymoon in Mexico to hold talks with Brugge, but then had to resume his search for a new club.
Carroll married reality TV star Billi Mucklow earlier this year before jetting across the world.
However, just weeks before the pair were due to tie the knot he was pictured in bed with two women after a night of drinking on his stag do in Dubai.

The Sun revealed how Billi was left devastated, telling pals she was in “no mood” to get married.
But the pair reconciled before the big ceremony in Hampshire.
