Andre Silva ‘wants LaLiga transfer over Man Utd move’ with Real Madrid to offer Jovic plus cash to Eintracht Frankfurt

REAL MADRID could be about to move ahead of Manchester United in the race for Andre Silva.Reports in Germany indicate the LaLiga giants are willing to allow Luka Jovic to sign for Eintracht Frankfurt permanently in a player-plus-cash deal.

Silva, 25, has smashed 26 goals for the Bundesliga club this season after signing from AC Milan.
Long tipped to become one of Europe’s top forwards, he has earned the attention of several prospective buyers.
United are said to be among them along with Borussia Dortmund, who could become particularly keen if Erling Haaland leaves.
SunSport revealed in February that the Red Devils are pondering a £30m offer if Edinson Cavani leaves for free.
But Madrid have entered the race with a unique offer, according to Bild, and are the preferred destination for Silva.
Serbian striker Jovic, 23, made his name with Eintracht before a £52m move to Real in 2019.

After a poor season which saw him net just two goals, the player was loaned back to Frankfurt and could remain with the club as part of this deal.
It is said Madrid are willing to pay around £17m plus Jovic to land Silva’s signature.
The transfer may require the Serb to take a large pay cut from his rumoured £170,000-a-week wage.
And Eintracht may yet seek a bigger fee for Silva if the side, currently fourth in the table, qualify for the Champions League.

It has been mooted that the Portugal international is available through a release clause for just £26m, something the player’s camp has denied.
Agent Hendrik Schauerte told Bild last week: “Of course, at the current time of the season, the speculation will not decrease, we are not guided by that.
“Andre is totally focused and wants to secure the Champions League places with Eintracht.”

Man Utd and Chelsea joined by Real Madrid in Jules Kounde transfer as they consider offering Sevilla £52m PLUS a player

REAL MADRID are reportedly looking to fend off competition from Manchester United and Chelsea in the race to sign Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde. The 22-year-old has been heavily linked with a move in the summer after two impressive years in Spain since joining from Bordeaux in 2019.

Thomas Tuchel’s side have been credited with an interest, where it has been claimed that the Blues would be willing to offer Sevilla Hakim Ziyech in any deal.
The Red Devils are also known to be admires of the France youth international, who helped the Andalusian outfit win the Europa League last term.
SunSport exclusively revealed last month that Manchester United were weighing up a move for Kounde to pair him alongside Harry Maguire.
But according to AS, Madrid are looking to keep Kounde in Spain as Zinedine Zidane eyes up a summer swoop.
With Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane facing an uncertain future in Madrid, Real are desperate to bolster their backline.
The news outlet states that Los Blancos are also keen on Villarreal’s Pau Torres, however Kounde is their No1 target after agreeing to sign David Alaba.
Like United and Chelsea, Real are unwilling to activate his £78million release clause.
Though it has been reported that Real would be open to forking out £52million plus a player in order to secure Kounde’s services.

Kounde has been ever-present for Julen Lopetegui’s side this campaign – featuring in 44 games in all competitions.
He was heavily linked with a switch to Manchester City last year with the Citizens having a £46million offer rejected, leading them to sign Ruben Dias from Benfica.
Speaking at the time, Sevilla chief Monchi said: “An offer from English football has arrived, we have assessed it and rejected it.
“Although it is more than double the investment we made 12 months ago, we consider it to be insufficient. If more offers arrive, we will assess it and decide, as we always do.
“We are not afraid to sell, because that is what we have done over the last two decades and that is what has allowed us to grow.
“It is our model, selling in order to grow. But we want to sell for a significant amount so that we can reinvest those amounts in new players who in turn improve the squad.”

Real Madrid plot transfer swoop for Raheem Sterling after England star loses Man City place to Phil Foden

REAL MADRID are said to be interested in a move for Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling this summer, according to reports. The 26-year-old has been out of favour with Pep Guardiola in recent weeks as the Spanish manager has opted instead to go with fellow Englishman Phil Foden.
Sterling has been left on the bench in some of Man City’s biggest games recentlyCredit: AP
Sterling did not start the first or second leg of Man City’s Champions League quarter-final against Borussia Dortmund as he was given just the final few minutes off the bench in Germany on Wednesday night.
And The Star now believe that decision from Guardiola has reignited an interest in the forward from Real Madrid.
However, Man City remain in a strong position to ask for a substantial transfer fee as Sterling still has two years left on his current contract.
The England international signed for the Sky Blues from Liverpool in 2015 for £44million.
As a result, it is thought City will not let him go at the end of the season for anything less than £80m.
But despite talk of a move away, Sterling is still happy at the Etihad irrespective of his recent spell out of the side.
He is expected to continue discussions over a new deal after Euro 2020 this summer.
Sterling has netted 13 times in 42 appearances so far this season.

But the emergence of Foden has presented a problem for Sterling as he has found himself playing second fiddle to his 20-year-old teammate.
Both Foden and Sterling are often used by Guardiola on the left of a front three which means one of the two is usually on the bench.
So while Sterling missed out on a starting place against Dortmund, he played ahead of Foden in Man City’s FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea on Saturday.

Man Utd plot Raphael Varane transfer bid in summer with Real Madrid wanting £60m for defender

MANCHESTER UNITED are back on the trail of Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane. The Red Devils looked into signing the French centre-back three years ago but were told it would cost more than £100million.
Raphael Varane could be available for £60million this summerCredit: Rex
Now, though, the 27-year-old has just over a year left on his contract and could be available for a much lower figure.
Madrid value him in the £60m bracket. But that figure is still likely to be viewed as high,  particularly with the impact of coronavirus on the transfer market.
If United do make a move, they could face competition from Paris Saint-Germain.
Varane was one of the centre-backs identified by Jose Mourinho during his last summer in charge at Old Trafford in 2018.
United were willing to spend big but the figures being quoted by Madrid put them off.

A year later they spent £80m on Harry Maguire and now boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants a new partner for the England man.
Former United defender Gary Neville said recently he felt Varane, who misses tonight’s game at  Liverpool with coronavirus, would be perfect for the club.
Sevilla’s Jules Kounde and Pau Torres, of Villarreal, are other targets.

Man Utd ‘will launch Raphael Varane transfer bid in summer’ with Real Madrid ready to offload stars for huge rebuild

MANCHESTER UNITED are reportedly ready to take advantage of Real Madrid’s squad rebuild and bid for Raphael Varane.A new centre-back is thought to be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s priority for the coming transfer window.
Raphael Varane could be available for £60million this summerCredit: Rex
The Red Devils’ defence has been guilty of lapses in concentration since the Norwegian took over, leading to a hunt for a fresh partner for Harry Maguire.
A whole host of top stars have been linked with the club, including Jules Kounde, Sergio Ramos, Nikola Milenkovic and Pau Torres.
According to the Mail, World Cup winner Varane is the first player United will attempt to sign.
Real may be ready to agree a fee of around £60million to call time on his decade at the club, before his contract expires in 2022.
The Frenchman, 27, is said to be ready for a fresh challenge with boyhood club Paris Saint-Germain also a potential option.
Solskjaer has been urged by former team-mates Paul Scholes and Gary Neville to land a new centre-back.
CASINO SIGN UP OFFER: CLAIM UP TO £800 IN CASINO BONUS CASH

Ex-defender Neville recently named Varane as his ideal capture with Scholes calling for a new ‘dominant’ star to play alongside Maguire.
United reportedly want to negotiate down the £60m fee but will struggle to find a more decorated alternative than the quadruple Champions League winner.
Playing into their hands could be Madrid’s summer overhaul, which is being formulated by Florentino Perez.
The club president was handed a fresh four-year mandate on Tuesday and is set to end his period of relative quiet in the market.

Real famously decided not to sign anybody in the past two windows and reportedly have big things in mind for the end of the season.
Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland are named as two top targets along with soon-to-be free agent David Alaba.
The huge Estadio Bernabeu redevelopment also continues apace despite pandemic financial troubles, leading to the high chance of player sales to fund the overhaul.

Real Madrid on verge of snapping up wonderkid Victor Munoz, 17, from under Barcelona’s nose in transfer swoop

REAL MADRID are closing in on beating rivals Barcelona to the signing of teenage star Victor Munoz, according to reports. The 17-year-old has been on the radar of both Spanish giants as they chase him for a deal in the coming months.
Munoz is an extremely highly-rated talent
And while he has been strongly linked to the Nou Camp, AS believe he is on his way to Madrid to become a Real player.
Munoz has previous with Barcelona as he was at their La Masia academy before leaving because he did not feel satisfied there.
The winger now plays for CF Damm, a team based in the Catalonia region of Spain which is dedicated to bringing through young players.
Barca’s financial offer to Munoz is said to be more lucrative than Real’s proposition.
However, Madrid’s promise to enroll him in La Fábrica de Valdebebas – the youth academy at Real’s training complex – is thought to have turned his head.
If he does sign for the 13-time European champions, he would begin playing for the Juvenil A team in the Honor Division.
Munoz has largely featured for Damm on the right wing but is also able to play on the left-hand side.
Both Levante and Espanyol are also said to be monitoring the teenager, but the likelihood of him turning down Barca and Real is slim.

As well as Munoz, Barca are also keeping their eye on a number of other young talents as they continue to try and overhaul their squad.
Among those names are the pair of Nicolas Siri and Gonzalo Sosa.
Real are currently two points behind Barcelona in La Liga and three off table toppers Atletico Madrid with nine games remaining.

Neville says Raphael Varane should be Man Utd’s No1 transfer target and admits he is ‘baffled’ by Van de Beek treatment

MANCHESTER UNITED legend Gary Neville said Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane should be the club’s No1 transfer target this summer. The Sky Sports pundit and Salford City co-owner revealed his choice during a Twitter Q&A.

Neville was asked: “If you could bring one player from a rival this summer to Manchester United, who would it be?”
    And the 46-year-old replied: “Varane.”
The Red Devils have made no secret of their desire to sign another centre-back as they look to find a long-term partner for skipper Harry Maguire.
Varane has been linked with a change of scene and a move to the Premier League with his Los Blancos contract up at the end of next season.
The 27-year-old is thought to be No1 on United’s wishlist but the likes of Sevilla’s Jules Kounde and Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly have also been mentioned.
Neville revealed centre-back should be the club’s first port of call before looking at a striker and right winger.
Neville also attacked the club’s treatment of summer signing Donny van de Beek.
The Dutchman has had just 319 minutes of Premier League action since a £40million move from Ajax.

Former right-back Neville was asked: “What do you think of the mis-use of Donny VDB?
And the one-club man replied: “I’m baffled by what’s happening with him. He must be really low.”
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer appeared to end the transfer speculation swirling around the 23-year-old after insisting his future lay at Old Trafford.
After the midfielder rediscovered some form with a goal for Holland during the international break, the Norwegian revealed he was banging them in during training and would hopefully impress in the last weeks of the season.
Neville also revealed another player he believes should be given more time is Manchester City’s Ferran Torres.
Asked for his thoughts on the Spanish youngster, Neville replied: “City / Pep have a habit of making players better beyond year 1 – B . Silva , Mahrez etc.”

Neville also urged United to move the ball quicker and up the tempo when trying to break down a ‘low block’.
He said: “Sometimes they pass it too slowly across the pitch and don’t play forward.
“Last night (against Granada) perfect case and then as soon as Lindelof plays a forward pass / Rashford run we score.
“Play higher tempo and into strikers in first part of games.”
The out-spoken pundit also called for Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers to replace Gareth Southgate as England manager when the time is right.
Neville was asked who should succeed the current Three Lions boss and said: “Brendan Rodgers when Gareth wants to leave.”

Jose Maria Ramos, Sergio’s father, and mother Paqui Garcia spoke to Spanish TV show El Chiringuito in the week.
Both were effusive on the 35-year-old’s chances of staying in Madrid, stating that he ‘absolutely’ is excited to sign a new deal.
Jose said: “He is not worried at all, he is calm as always.
“He is totally sure that he will continue.
“The family decides little, but there is time for everything.”
Paqui added that Ramos is looking ‘great’ before stating: “Let him stay at Real Madrid.”
Manchester United have been linked with a move for the Spaniard in their pursuit of a new star defender.
Madrid are said to have offered reduced terms as part of a one-year extension offer to the club captain.

The coronavirus pandemic has hit the club’s finances hard but big-money moves for Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe are still rumoured to be in the works.
Ramos will miss Real’s Champions League quarter-final with Liverpool this month after feeling pain in his calf on Spain duty.
Saturday’s win over Eibar was the 19th game he has missed this season due to injury.
The veteran wrote on Instagram after news of the problem broke: “To be honest it’s been a tough few weeks for me.
