L’Equipe also revealed the France hero, 24, can scoop a £90MILLION loyalty bonus if PSG miss out on European glory and he decides to stay anyway.
It’s up to Mbappe at the end of this season if he activates that lucrative clause.
Real have long regarded Mbappe as their dream signing.
And at one stage it’s thought only a U-turn from the pacy ace averted a huge transfer to Spain, while it was claimed last October he had again agreed to join.

Now reports in France suggest, whatever happens, PSG are confident of keeping the man who hit a hat-trick in the World Cup final last December but still saw Argentina pick up the trophy.
That would be another blow to Real, who trail LaLiga leaders Barcelona by nine points.
Speculation is rising in Spain that manager Carlo Ancelotti is under pressure from president Sergio Perez.
And Arsenal chief Mikel Arteta is rated a potential candidate should Perez lose patience with ex-Bayern Munich and PSG chief Ancelotti.

The attacking midfielder was offered a new deal a few months ago but it is still yet to be signed, according to Marca.
The report suggests that the proposed deal is a long way off what he is demanding.
Marca claims that he has been offered a deal worth £3.56million per year, while he is aiming for a wage increase to £5.34m per year.
It is also said that his agent – Jorge Mendes – is being “inflexible in this type of negotiation”.

Madrid are believed to want Asensio to sign a contract running till 2026, but will not pay over the odds for him.
Especially as he is not a guaranteed starter for the LaLiga side following the cruciate ligament injury he suffered in 2019.
This could open the door as Mikel Arteta is keen to boost his squad with experienced, quality players.
And the Gunners have already held talks with Asensio’s people over a move to England.

AC Milan have also made contact with Mendes, who became Asensio’s agent last year.
But it’s claimed the player harbours a secret wish to join Real’s rivals Barcelona.
Xavi Hernandez is said to be a big fan of Asensio.
And the player himself would have no issue making the infamous switch.
Talking about Asensio’s Real Madrid future, boss Carlo Ancelotti said last month: “He looks good to me, I don’t know if he will stay or not.
“He may or may not stay, I don’t know, I don’t care much.
“We have a very important challenge this season. The important thing is that he is contributing like last year.
“Let him continue like this and the club will make the most appropriate decision.” More

Madrid pledged to pay the Blues a similar fee for Hazard that they paid for Bale, with potential add-ons possibly taking the fee as high as £142m.
Due to his underwhelming time at Santiago Bernabeu he has not hit all of the clauses.
But as he intends to stay until the end of his contract, The Athletic revealed that his fee has comfortably surpassed the £86m paid for Bale.
Hazard has not played for Carlo Ancelotti’s side in over two months.

Hazard wants to stay in Madrid, despite being upset by the club’s repeated attempts to sell him dating back two years.
It’s claimed that he is a popular dressing room figure, although many of his team-mates don’t believe that he can contribute much on the pitch any longer – having been dogged by injuries in recent seasons.
He has largely been available this term, but shunned by boss Ancelotti – with whom his relationship is believed to be strained.
Hazard has been an unused substitute 18 times in LaLiga this term.
His most recent appearance came on January 3, when he played 67 minutes against fourth-tier Cacereno in the Copa del Rey.
He last played in LaLiga on September 11 in a 4-1 win over RCD Mallorca.
In total he has made seven appearances this season, scoring once – in a Champions League victory over Celtic.
He has played just 73 times in nearly four years since leaving Chelsea, scoring only seven times.

The former Birmingham ace is back on these shores today for the second-leg of the Champions League last-16 clash with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City have all been linked with the ex-Birmingham City academy player.
We reported last month how Newcastle had now joined the transfer chase, while Real Madrid have also held a heavy interest in signing the teenage sensation.
Los Blancos have been trying to work on a deal for some time with their chief scout Juni Calafat already “taking care of relations” with Bellingham’s father, Mark, who manages his son’s career.

But there was a growing feeling that they “are becoming resigned to the fact that the financial muscle of the Premier League is almost unbeatable”.
However, a fresh report has now claimed that talks are happening TODAY between the two camps.
Foot Mercato say: “According to our information, a meeting is indeed underway between the father of the England international and Juni Calafat, director of international football for Real Madrid, and responsible for recruiting young players on a global scale.”

But his dream move unravelled in spectacular fashion and Hazard has been dogged by regular injury issues, inconsistency and question marks hanging over his fitness.
