Jason Tindall appeared to be snubbed by the Spaniard
Moments after the final whistle was blown at Villa Park, a disappointed Emery trudged over to shake Howe’s hand.
The Spaniard immediately turned around after the handshake, despite Tindall trailing Howe and clearly expecting one too.
After the apparent snub, the No2 wore a wry smile.
Noticing the incident, one fan joked: “Jason Tindall definitely fuming that Unai Emery turned his back on him hahah.”

Ollie Watkins pulled one back for the home side on 71 minutes, but it was too little, too late.
After his side’s 3-1 defeat, a disappointed Emery told the BBC: “It is a little frustrating. The first 60 minutes, they were better.
“We couldn’t take chances to draw but we have to accept and remind the players everything we did here was not perfect. We then have to correct what we did here.
“We have to be demanding that we can improve. We have to react tactically.”
Newcastle fans love Tindall and recently took to chanting his name to the tune of Wham’s Last Christmas.
Tindall, 46, last month made some fans wince as he winked while saying “hopefully it’s not your last Christmas” while standing in a children’s hospital.
While his comment was a nod towards his chant, many fans couldn’t help but feel that it came across as cringey.
SunSport columnist Troy Deeney even claimed that Tindall loves himself so much that he’d “eat himself” – but the former Watford man enjoys his antics.

It also attracted Forest, who remain unconvinced by their current ‘keeper’s USA international Matt Turner and Greek international Odysseas Vlachodimos.

A brace from Fabian Schar and an Alex Moreno goal helped the Magpies claim all three points against Aston Villa.
However, Murphy had believed he was the scorer of Newcastle’s third and was only informed otherwise during the interview.

The ball deflected over the line off Moreno, though, after Murphy had stabbed the ball towards goal.

But despite the victory, there appeared to be an angry altercation between them at full-time.
It is understood the rowing team-mates clashed over the late goal the Gunners conceded at the City Ground as Taiwo Awoniyi found the net on 89 minutes to set up a tense finale.
Zinchenko was beaten in the air on the edge of the penalty area and Forest striker Awoniyi turned Gabriel before firing past David Raya.
Arsenal did eventually see out injury time to hold on to the crucial three points.

A smiling Arteta told TNT Sports: “That’s pushing each other and being not happy conceding.

“Sometimes after the game, it’s emotional and heated but I love that the players are pushing each other and demanding excellence.
“Today we conceded a goal that was not at the level that we want.”
Arsenal moved within two points of leaders Liverpool with the win thanks to goals from Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka – but the Reds do have a game in hand.
So the Gunners fans were delighted to see their side take another step in their hunt for a first Premier League crown since 2004.
And most supporters were united in their stance over the scenes at full-time.
One said: “Stupid last five. White had a proper go at Zinchenko at FT, had to be kept apart. Love the passion, how it should be.”
Another wrote: “Ben White and Zinchenko fighting over conceding a goal, that’s the standard Mikel Arteta has set and I love it.”
A third added: “Zinchenko caught out again. White making sure he knows he was at fault. Good.”

After an agonising first half for Mikel Arteta, Gabriel Jesus opened the scoring in the 65th minute from close range.
Bukayo Saka then finished off an excellent counter attack to double the advantage.
Taiwo Awoniyi gave the visitors a fright late in the game, but Arsenal managed to see it through.
Here’s how SunSport’s Emillia Hawkins rated the performance.

    David Raya – 7
Barely touched the ball during the first half and had very little to do in the second.
Couldn’t have done much to prevent Forest’s goal.
    Ben White – 7
Brilliant down the right, especially when linking up with Saka in attack.
    William Saliba – 6
Didn’t have too much to do from defence in the first half, but made some important interceptions to break down Forest’s counter attack attempts.

    Gabriel Magalhaes -7
Like Saliba, didn’t have too much to do in the first half but stepped up when needed in defence.
    Oleksandr Zinchenko – 7
His movement gave Smith Rowe more freedom to push forward while Arsenal were on the attack.
Perhaps spent a bit too much time on the ball on some occasions, but recovered well.
His quick thinking while taking a throw-in on the left led to Jesus’ opening goal.
    Declan Rice – 7
It wasn’t his best performance, but still a positive display from a player that was a potential doubt for this game due to injury.
    Emile Smith Rowe – 7
Looked very lively in his first Premier League start since October.

    Martin Odegaard – 7
Played a crucial role in the build-up to Arsenal’s second goal.
Once again pulled the strings and dominated the midfield.
    Bukayo Saka – 8
Missed a few chances during the first half but stepped up when needed to seal the three points for Arsenal.
    Gabriel Jesus – 8
After missing two fantastic chances to put the Gunners ahead early in the second half, Jesus popped up in the 65th minute with the decisive goal.
It arguably should’ve been saved by ex-Gooner Matt Turner, but Arsenal fans won’t care.
    Gabriel Martinelli – 7
Had a habit of slowing down the play by cutting back while on the attack at times.
    Arsenal dominated possession
    Substitutes
Kai Havertz (for Smith Rowe, 71) – 7
Made an instant impact after coming on when his clearance kicked off Arsenal’s second goal.
    Leandro Trossard (for Martinelli, 78) – 7
