He has also caught the eye of Chelsea with his performances for Gladbach this season, scoring ten goals in 15 Bundesliga games.
And the Blues could land the striker for as little as £9million, according to transfer guru Christian Falk via Caught Offside.
Thuram has just six months remaining on his contract and Gladbach are reportedly looking to cash in while they still can.
Chelsea are yet to submit an offer for Thuram but Graham Potter could be keen with new loan signing Joao Felix suspended for three games.

Manchester United have also been keeping tabs on Thuram with a view to snapping him up on a free transfer in the summer.
He is free to talk hold talks with foreign clubs as he has less than six months remaining on his current deal.
Thuram, who can play up front or out wide, has also attracted the attention of Newcastle, Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham.
Chelsea are also looking to strengthen their defence with a move for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.

3 in-form Dream Team players who could pick up plenty of points in Game Week 18

GAME WEEK 18 promises to be another intriguing one in the Dream Team calendar.Seven teams are set to pull double duty which creates the possibilities of some imbalances that smart gaffers could harness in their favour.
We’ve identified three players with every chance of producing plentiful points in the coming days.
    Mohamed Salah (£8.8m)
    Business as usual
Okay, so this suggestion is about as mainstream as it gets but with so many viable forward options right now it’s worth serious consideration.
Liverpool’s No11 hasn’t been the subject of as many headlines as usual this season, partly because the Reds’ form as a whole has been inconsistent, but you’d be a fool to underestimate him.
His goal against Wolves in Game Week 17 was his 16th of the campaign in all competitions and runaway leader Erling Haaland (£8.8m) is the only player in his position with more points – the Egyptian has 149 to his name.
This coming Game Week, Salah faces Brighton, who are just one point behind Jurgen Klopp’s side, and while the Seagulls are no mugs they’ve kept just two clean sheets in their last 15 games, one of which was against Charlton in the Carabao Cup.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side give up their fair share of chances and so if Salah has his shooting boots on then he could be in for an enjoyable afternoon on Saturday – these two sides played out a 3-3 at Anfield.
The 30-year-old should also feature against Julen Lopetegui’s side in the FA Cup replay on Tuesday – given their league position, the competition looks to be Liverpool’s best chance of a trophy this season and so Klopp is expected to name a strong XI.

It’s probably best to stay clear of Liverpool defenders right now but Salah remains a strong option.
    Rodrigo (£4m)
One of five players into double figures for Premier League goals this seasonCredit: getty
A niche recommendation here as the Spaniard currently features in just 1.8% of teams.
Having previously been a Dream Team asset to ignore, the Leeds forward has forced himself into contention with 11 goals in 16 outings this season.
The Whites travel to Villa Park this evening before hosting Cardiff for an FA Cup replay on Wednesday night.
It’s entirely possible Jesse Marsch will rotate his squad in midweek but Rodrigo had to come off the bench to help force a draw in Wales so he may be deployed to guard against an embarrassing upset.
The ex-Valencia man averages more points-per-game than Gabriel Martinelli (£3.6m) and Darwin Nunez (£5.5m) this term and he will feel confident of extending his good form in the coming weeks given Leeds’ relatively favourable fixtures.
A goal and a Star Man award in a few hours’ time would propel him up to seventh in the Dream Team rankings among forwards.
    Marcus Rashford (£5.4m)
Ready for the Manchester derbyCredit: getty
Dream Team’s most in-form player also pulls double duty in Game Week 18.
Granted, a meeting with Man City Saturday lunchtime represents a testing match-up but Erik ten Hag’s side are in better shape to face their local rivals now than when they lost 6-3 at the Etihad at the start of October.
Plus, Pep Guardiola has promised to do something weird tactically which should encourage the Red Devils’ No10.
Rashford averages a goal involvement every 169.4 minutes against City which is a decent record given how strong the Citizens have been in recent years.
The England international has added a whopping 61 points to his total since returning from the World Cup, scoring in six consecutive matches.

Then in midweek, Rashford will be unleashed upon Crystal Palace, who have lost three of their four games since the restart.
Bruno Fernandes (£5.3m) may also be worth whirl, he’s quietly accumulated 36 points over the last five Game Weeks. More

The 32-year-old’s family is still living up in the Manchester area and he commutes to the Hammers training ground Rush Green on a regular basis.
In the summer he attracted interest from northern clubs, but the Hammers convinced him to stay.
Now, Wolves have made a bid to sign him, but it has been turned down, as confirmed by manager David Moyes.
He said: “We’ve had an offer from Wolves, we’ve not accepted it and that’s as much as I can tell you.”

It is unlikely, West Ham will accept a deal until a replacement has been found, especially as Wolves are currently relegation rivals.
After an injury crisis earlier in the season, the Hammers do have some more depth in defence with Thilo Kehrer, Nayef Aguerd and Angelo Ogbonna.
Kurt Zouma has also offered a timely boost as he has returned to training after undergoing minor knee surgery.
Dawson starred for the Hammers last season as he helped them reach the Europa League semi-finals.

ERIK TEN HAG SAYS his Manchester United side have learned their lesson from a derby drubbing and are now ready to face their neighbours again. The Red Devils were 4-0 down at half-time at The Etihad back on October 2nd before going on to lose 6-3 and are now seeking revenge when the pair meet again in the Saturday lunchtime kick off at Old Trafford.

Ten Hag said: “After the game I expressed honestly that it was a lesson and we took that lesson and from that point on we have made huge progress so we have to continue the progress.
“That game was a setback, we can all find reasons why but always you have to act, to deliver, as a manager, a coach you have to take certain steps, you need a clear philosophy, a clear point where you want to go, direction.
“Then it is about development and that is what we did but like many things in life particularly football there is never an end point.
“Tomorrow we have to do better. We know what we have to work on. There was a process in the last months and now we have to face it against the better teams and it is about the mental approach and attitude so we have to be brave, act with belief and play our game.”

While United are on an eight-game winning run, City suffered a midweek setback when they were knocked out the Carabao Cup 2-0 by Southampton.

How Arsenal lined up last time they won at Tottenham with Arteta and Rosicky in midfield and Adebayor playing for Spurs

ARSENAL are hoping to win away at Tottenham in the Premier League for the first time in nine years on Sunday. The Gunners go into the crunch North London derby 11 points clear of their arch-rivals and top of the table.

But they have a wretched record away at Spurs in the league, drawing two and losing six of their last trips down the Seven Sisters Road.
However, in March 2014, the Gunners recorded a 1-0 win at White Hart Lane which kept their title dreams alive.
Tomas Rosicky’s excellent second-minute finish proved the difference for Arsene Wenger’s side.
Rosicky started in the base of midfield with now-manager Mikel Arteta.

In front of them was an attacking trio of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Santi Cazorla and Lukas Podolski, with the Ox setting up the Czech ace’s winner.
Olivier Giroud led the line while at the other end of the pitch, Wojciech Szczesny kept a clean sheet in goal for Arsenal.
The Poland stopper was protected by a back four of Bacary Sagna, captain Per Mertesacker, Laurent Koscielny and Kieran Gibbs.
Thomas Vermaelen, Nacho Monreal and Mathieu Flamini all came on in the second half to help see out the win with Mesut Ozil, Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey all ruled out.

Lukasz Fabianski, Carl Jenkinson, Serge Gnabry and Yaya Sanogo were unused subs.
Tim Sherwood, meanwhile, opted to Arsenal hero-turn-villain Emmanuel Adebayor as Tottenham’s lone striker.
The Togo forward was supported by Andros Townsend, Nabil Bentaleb, Sandro, Christian Eriksen and Nacer Chadli in midfield.
Kyle Naughton and Danny Rose were the Tottenham full-backs either side of Jan Vertonghen and Younes Kaboul.
Hugo Lloris is the only surviving starter of the 22 to still be with their club nine years on.
Although unused sub Harry Kane was snubbed as Sherwood turned to Roberto Soldado, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Paulinho in the hope of finding an equaliser.

Brad Friedel, Aaron Lennon and Kyle Walker remained on the bench with Kane throughout.
But there is no chance Kane will be left to watch from the sidelines on Sunday as Spurs desperately seek a win to bolster their own top-four hopes – and dent Arsenal’s Premier League title ambitions.
The England captain has 14 goals in 16 Prem North London derbies, including six in his first five and three in his last two.
Kane can equal Jimmy Greaves’ club record of 266 goals if he finds the net this weekend – and a second strike would take his tally to 200 in the Premier League.
Chris Sutton, though, reckons he will come up short against the Gunners.
He said: “I know Harry Kane loves playing against Arsenal.
“I also know he can break Greaves’ record this weekend, but he won’t.

“He won’t score, and Tottenham won’t score.
“Arsenal are going to wipe the floor with them.”

Newcastle to blow Arsenal out the water in Milinkovic-Savic chase with £53m transfer offer and huge £10M signing bonus

NEWCASTLE look set to steal Sergej Milinkovic-Savic right from the hands of Arsenal. The Gunners have been chasing the Lazio midfielder over the last week and had looked to strike up a deal with the Italian side.

It seemed as though Mikel Arteta’s side would sign the Serbian on loan until the end of the season before paying out £44million for a permanent deal.
However it has been reported through Il Messaggero that Newcastle will make a last minute move to lure Milinkovic-Savic up to the North East.
The Magpies will offer Lazio £53million as well as a staggering £10million signing bonus for the midfield maestro.
The investment for Newcastle comes as they look to push on for the potential of Champions League football next season as well as their first major domestic trophy for 68 years as they remain in the final four of the Carabao Cup.

The 27-year-old could give Newcastle the final boost they need with Milinkovic-Savic becoming one of the most reliable players in Serie A since joining Lazio in 2015.
The season alone has seen him net five times as well as assist seven more in just 22 games.
Adding this on to his tally as a whole at Lazio, the midfielder has been involved in 121 goals during his 316 appearances for the club.
If Eddie Howe’s side are able to acquire the services of Milinkovic-Savic, he will be added to the growing list of big names signed by Newcastle since being taken over by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund.

Marcus Rashford’s dream 6-a-side team includes only Man Utd legends, but he doesn’t put himself in it

MARCUS RASHFORD left himself out when he named his all-time Manchester United six-a-side team. But the England striker showed just how great Cristiano Ronaldo was in his first Old Trafford spell by including Al Nassr’s new mega-money signing.
In-form Marcus Rashford refused to put himself in the all-time dream team
Rashford, 24, was asked to pick his dream side in a Q&A session on Instagram Live.
He said: “Right, I’m going to go with most players from the teams that I watched when I was growing up.
“I’d probably have [David] De Gea, but it was a close one between him and [Edwin] Van der Sar.
“When I was a kid Van der Sar was one of the best keepers and obviously playing with David has been great, so I’d have to put David in there.”
Focusing on the outfield players, Rashford said: “At the back I’d have Rio Ferdinand.
“I’m all out attack there. I’d have [Paul] Scholesy in front of Rio, [Ryan] Giggs on the right, [Cristiano] Ronaldo on the left and [Wayne] Rooney up front.
“I’m not putting myself in. Not yet.”

    David de Gea
The Spanish goalkeeper has played with Rashford since 2016, but it was a close call between him and Edwin Van der Sar.
De Gea is United’s longest-serving player and is in talks over extending his contract under Erik ten Hag.
Before being replaced by De Gea, Van der Sar managed to keep 135 sheets in just 266 appearances – but arguably had a much better defence in front of him.
    Rio Ferdinand
Without hesitation, the long-serving centre-back was the first name that Rashford picked to be in his dream team.
Ferdinand achieved legendary status at Old Trafford after making 455 appearances and winning multiple trophies over 12 years.
    Paul Scholes
Scholes was the next player mentioned – even though he has previously questioned whether Rashford is good enough for the Red Devils.
He scored 155 goals in 718 appearances for United, won 11 Premier League titles, four FA Cups, two League Cups and two Champions League trophies.
    Ryan Giggs
Rashford credited Giggs and Rooney as the two players that he had learnt the most from throughout his career.
He said: “Rooney. Or maybe Giggs when I first came in and he was coaching under [Louis] van Gaal. He [Giggs] helped me a lot with what he used to say to me.”
Giggs made a whopping 963 appearances for United and scored 168 goals over his 24-year spell.
    Cristiano Ronaldo
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer claimed in December 2019 that Rashford can follow in the footsteps of the Portuguese legend.
Ronaldo scored an incredible 118 goals in 292 appearances for the club before he left for Real Madrid in 2009.
And although his troubled second spell ended with his contract being terminated last November, the 37-year-old’s legacy was long ago assured.
    Wayne Rooney
Last but not least, Rashford picked United’s all-time leading scorer Rooney to lead the line for his dream 6-a-side team.
Speaking about the ex-England star and current DC United boss, he said: “Him and Ronaldo were my two favourite players growing up, so to get an opportunity to play with him was an unbelievable experience.”
    LATEST MAN UTD NEWS
Rashford named Rooney, Lionel Messi and Diego Maradona when he was asked to name his top three players of all time.
The striker also had another wish come true when Jadon Sancho arrived at Old Trafford back in 2021, having been desperate to play alongside the former Borussia Dortmund winger. More
