The swanky property has an infinity pool, tennis court and even its own mini five-hole golf course in the grounds.
The luxurious 35-acre hot-spot has previously been valued at around £3million but Estate agent PLM Sales has asked for a price on application.
United legend Neville converted a barn into the plush mansion back in 1999 – the same year the Red Devils won the treble.
Part of the house is known as the Beckham Suite, as former team-mate David, 45, lived there for a year when his wife Victoria, 46, was away.
Neville has since revealed that while Becks was staying with him, the former England captain would do all the cooking.
He told the Guardian in 2014: “He’d make food for me all the time.
“Stir-fries with noodles and vegetables and pasta dishes with sauces – a lot of pasta.”

Neville moved out of the house in Bolton back in 2003, but still owns land nearby where he infamously tried to build his Teletubby style eco house.
Yet prospective buyers are still reminded of the famous former owner as two wooden carved lions on the stairway bearing the United and England crests remain.
The 9,900 square foot mansion has an integrated sound and music system, and residents can talk to anyone in a different room via an intercom.
It also boasts a fully decked out entertainment room, which includes a £60,000 bar, disco strobe lighting and a 6ft projector screen.
The swanky infinity pool fits up to eight and all of the windows are bulletproof with a remotely-monitored CCTV system.

Chelsea’s academy stars panicking over huge January transfer spending as German clubs look to swoop

CHELSEA’S academy stars are worried by the club’s huge transfer spending and being eyed eagerly by German teams.Mykhailo Mudryk’s £88million arrival took the Blues’ spending in the summer and January windows close to £500m.

But The Telegraph say Chelsea’s teenage products fear their own progress will now be dented – sparking activity from their agents.
It’s reportedly left German clubs wondering if they can nick some bargains – like Bayern Munich did when they signed Jamal Musiala in 2019.
The Stuttgart-born attacking midfielder, 19, played for England up to the U-21s but switched allegiance to Germany, winning 20 senior caps already.
Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly insists he is backing under-fire manager Graham Potter for the long haul despite slipping to tenth in the Prem.

And that means more big signings are expected this month.
PSV’s £27m-rated wideman Noni Madueke, 20, is still on the Blues radar.
It’s thought Chelsea contacted the Dutch giants in December about the England U-21 ace, a Londoner who was with Crystal Palace and Tottenham as a kid.
Mudyryk was the 14th signing since Boehly and Clearlake Capital took over the club in May after previous owner Roman Abramovich was ousted.

Apart from the Shakhtar Donetsk winger, Chelsea have also bought Molde’s Ivory Coast striker David Datro Fofana, Monaco defender Benoit Badiashile and Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos this month.
And Joao Felix’s half-season loan from Atletico Madrid cost a fee close to £10m.
But one teenager whose Stamford Bridge future should be safe is England hopeful Levi Colwill.
Chelsea are tipped to offer the centre-back, 19, a new long-term contract amid fine form on loan for Premier League rivals Brighton. More

Van Gaal, 71, was sacked just two days after he led Man Utd to FA Cup glory over Crystal Palace in 2016.
Reports had suggested he got told he was going to be fired hours after the final whistle at Wembley and the club had supposedly been having secret talks with Jose Mourinho.
His wife Truus has said in an Amazon Prime documentary about his life that the ex-Netherlands boss was left heartbroken by the decision although she knew it was coming.
Truus, 69, said: “I knew Louis would be fired by Manchester United. I felt it.

“I said, ‘Louis, you’re going to be fired. Get wise to it.’ And I slammed the door of the apartment shut.

“He got so angry. ‘Why did you have to spoil my party? Stop all this aggressive nonsense.'”
When his wife returned to see him in person, Van Gaal was distraught.
She adds: “His voice sounded broken. When I came home, I could see he’d been crying. I hugged him. I had tears in my eyes too.”
This is not the first time revelations have been made about his sacking by the Red Devils.
Van Gaal previously said: “The way Man Utd treated me was terrible. They have been mean and low.”
He has also shared that the club had to pay him his full severance pay if he didn’t take a job for a year after his dismissal.
Therefore, Van Gaal deliberately rejected management offers so United had to pay him the full amount as he cited “revenge”.
Ex-Man Utd captain Wayne Rooney speaks in the documentary, expressing his disappointment that Van Gaal left.
The now DC United gaffer said: “I was very disappointed because I felt that everything was moving in the right direction.

Tottenham’s transfer plans for January revealed with under-fire Antonio Conte wanting three positions filled

TOTTENHAM are in the market for three players this January – but the future of Antonio Conte could potentially complicate any deals, reports say. Only two weeks remain before the window slams shut and Spurs are one of seven Premier League teams yet to make a signing.

A clamour for new faces appears to be growing among fans amid a sticky run of form.
The Times reports that there are still three positions the club are eager to fill.
A left-sided attacking player, a right-wingback and a central midfielder are believed to be top of Conte’s wish-list.
Spurs spent over £170m during the summer recruiting big stars like Richarlison and Christian Romero.

But Conte has grumbled previously about Tottenham’s lack of spending power compared to their Premier League rivals.
The contract of the situation of the head coach has further complicated transfer plans, the Times adds.
The Italian’s deal runs out at the end of the season and the Spurs hierarchy fear bringing in new players who are then not fancied by Conte’s potential successor.
Despite the lack of incomings, the North London club have been linked to a number of players in this window.

Defender Pedro Porro is believed to one of the targets but Sporting Lisbon are reluctant to let him go this window.
They are reportedly insisting that Spurs cough up almost £40m.
Meanwhile, Jordan Pickford is another high-profile star who who has caught Spurs’ interest, according to reports.
Conte expressed frustration with the “crazy” expectations on Spurs following their New Year’s Day defeat to Aston Villa.
He ranted: “I remember very well in the summer people talked about Tottenham as title contenders but it was a bit crazy to see this.
“To become title contenders, to become a team ready to fight to win something, you need to have a solid foundation, which means to have 14 or 15 strong players, with quality, and the other young players to develop.
“Every season, you can add two players – but two players priced £50m, £60m, £70m.
“In this way, it means you are signing important players who can improve the quality and the level of your team. But this is a process, guys.”

Mykhailo Mudryk’s starting Dream Team price revealed – will Chelsea’s new star hit the ground running?

IF the Premier League was a school then Todd Boehly would be the pupil who asks all his classmates if he can copy their homework. In a short space of time, Chelsea’ co-owner has developed a reputation for signing players heavily linked to rival clubs.
The latest and most dramatic example of this strategy comes in the form of Mykhailo Mudryk’s acquisition as the 22-year-old seemed destined for Arsenal before the Blues swooped in.
In total, the deal is reported to be worth £88.7m, making it one of the most expensive transfers in history.
Very much not an Arsenal playerCredit: getty
The move has raised eyebrows not just because of how the club edged out their London foes, but because the player in question has scored just 12 goals in professional football.
That’s not to say to say Mudryk isn’t a talented footballer but his relative inexperience, plus the fact he’s never played outside Ukraine, means the transfer comes with inherent risks.
Ten of his career goals have come in Shakhtar Donetsk colours this season, seven in the league and three in the Champions League, and he’s also provided eight assists in all competitions this term.
Those numbers boil down to a goal involvement every 79.6 minutes – undeniably impressive.
Previous players to wear Chelsea’s No15 include: Mohamed Salah and Kevin De BruyneCredit: getty
Mudryk has predominantly played as a left winger to date although he has occasionally switched to the opposite flank and has some minutes under his belt at centre-forward.
It will be interesting to see how Graham Potter uses the new arrival given the plethora of assets at his disposal who operate in similar areas.

Mason Mount (£4m), Raheem Sterling (£4.2m), Christian Pulisic (£2.4m), Hakim Ziyech (£2.3m), Kai Havertz (£3.5m) and Joao Felix (£3.8m) all prefer to play either out wide or behind a proper striker.
Christopher Nkunku will be added to that list soon.
Competition for places is a good way to motivate the squad and drive up standards but this juggling act can also cause headaches for a head coach.
And from a Dream Team perspective, gaffers will be wary of rotation at Stamford Bridge – generally it’s best to back attack-minded midfielders who are guaranteed starters when fit.
Mudryk may well fit that description but his place in the pecking order remains to be seen.
Certainly he has the form to hit the ground in English football but history is littered with players who have required a bedding-in period upon switching leagues – Chelsea supporters know this better than most.
It remains to be seen how well Mudryk translates to the Premier LeagueCredit: getty
And now for the big reveal… the Ukraine international has been added to Dream Team with a starting price of £3.5million.
Couple that with the fact he’s categorised as a midfielder, rather than a forward, and it’s a tempting prospect but of course we recommend waiting for a proper look at Mudryk in action before doing anything rash.
    Read More on The Sun
Rather ominously, current Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi, previously of Shakhtar Donetsk, has said: “I think Mudryk can win the Ballon d’Or in the future.”

‘Come and be loved’ – Piers Morgan begs Declan Rice to make Arsenal transfer as they line up £80m move

Rice have been linked with a summer move to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal are believed to have made signing the Hammers captain their top priority in order to bolster their midfield options.
The club are also keen on the deal as it would be a blow to rivals Chelsea, of which Rice is a long-term target.
The Blues hijacked Arsenal’s deal for Mykhailo Mudryk, and this could be a way for the North London side to get their own back.
    READ MORE ON ARSENAL
Morgan, however, believes that Rice would be perfect for Mikel Arteta’s squad alongside Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey.
He told talkSPORT breakfast: “I love Declan Rice. I’ve had this conversation with him on Twitter where I’ve begged him to come before. I think he’s exactly what we need.
“I think that when Arsenal have our first eleven starting, including Xhaka and Partey, we look really strong, but if one of those two gets injured, I think we need another big midfield enforcer who can also play a role in attack too.”
“Rice can do everything and he’s got that right mentality, the right attitude, I think he’s very much an Arteta-style player and I think he would fit absolutely perfectly into our squad.”

The vocal Gunner also suggested that Rice would “be loved” should he move to the Emirates Stadium.
He added: “So Declan, come on, I know you’re listening, Declan – come, come to the Emirates. Come and be loved.”
The England international has made it clear that he wants to be challenging for trophies in his career.
This is something that does not seem likely at 18th-placed West Ham.
But a move to Arsenal will not come cheap as the East London club are set to demand a premium price for their star player.
Rice’s contract runs until 2024, with the option for a further year. More
