Keane, 51, and wife Theresa Doyle at Christmas agreed a deal for a property in the scheme, according to the Irish Times.
It is claimed to have 215 apartments ranging in price from £722,000 to £5.7m.
Keane is based in Cheshire, where he and his family live in a 9,500sq ft mansion in Hale, but regularly visits Rathpeacon, in Co Cork, where his mum Marie lives.
The Irishman has been married to his wife since 1997 and have five kids and two grandchildren together.

But Keane – who rarely opens up on his personal life – admitted their first date went horribly wrong.
He said on The Tommy Tiernan Show: “It went very badly. We met, I picked her up at the City Ground at Forest and we went for a spin.

“I said to her, ‘Do you fancy going to the pictures?’ Because at least at the pictures you can just watch the movie, you don’t have to chat too much, and she said no!
“She said, ‘No, I went last night with my friends.’ And I said, ‘Well, there are other movies on’.

“I said do you want to go for a drink and she said no… I literally drove back to the car, this was all within 10, 15 minutes and she said, ‘What are you doing?’
“I said, ‘Well you don’t want to go for a drink, you don’t want to go to the pictures, what else can we do?’
“And she got out [of the car], I said, ‘I might see you next week?’
She said, ‘I don’t think so’ and slammed the door. That was our first date and we’re still married!”
Fortunately, the couple rekindled and have been happily together ever since.

It was a bold but successful move by Ten Hag as United won both games and Shaw kept Premier League top scorer Erling Haaland quiet.
Ten Hag felt Shaw’s physicality, tactical astuteness and technical skills made him a good match to combat the threat of Haaland and his team-mate Kevin De Bruyne.
The Red Devils boss said of the selection: “It was a big decision but when you analyse the profile of Haaland and the combination with De Bruyne it was right because Luke has the physical power to compete, the tactical view to make the right decision and technical skills.
“It matched really well but in other games he can contribute even more in wide positions, it’s a tactical choice.

“We can see from game to game. We have more players in our squad who have capacity to be multi-functional and we can use that as a weapon.”
Ten Hag is a huge fan of Shaw and also praised his leadership and hard working attitude, describing the England star as a “top player”.
He also lauded Shaw’s mentality and hopes he rubs off on his team-mates.
Ten Hag added: “From the first day in training at pre-season he was working really hard and you can see when he has the right approach he’s a top player.

“I don’t mean only as a team player; he’s a leader. He’s shown a lot of leadership capacities – he’s the example at this moment – and with his skills and his physical power he brings a lot.
“Now, also with his mentality. He’s an example of how to win big games. I’m really happy with his development. It’s been huge either at centre-half or left full-back. He’s a great player and a great personality for the dressing room.” More

And United want to reward the 18-year-old with a new deal that will include a significantly higher salary than his current one, which reportedly pays him £7,000 per week.
According to the Telegraph, the Red Devils are in “advanced talks” with the winger’s representatives.
And the Manchester giants are confident the Argentine will put pen to paper soon.

Erik ten Hag’s side want to make sure there will not be another situation similar to the one of Adnan Januzaj.
Januzaj was considered the club’s brightest young prospect when he signed a lucrative five-year contract in 2013 while he was the same age as Garnacho.
But the Belgian, who also plays as a winger, never lived up to expectations and was shipped out on loan to Borussia Dortmund in 2015 and Sunderland in 2016.
The now 27-year-old never managed to reach the desired level and left for Real Sociedad in 2017 before his move to Sevilla last August.

Garnacho’s stock, however, continues to rise, especially after helping United come from behind against rivals Manchester City on Saturday.
The Argentina Under-20 international came from the bench in the second half and set up Marcus Rashford’s winner that led Ten Hag’s team to a dramatic 2-1 win.
The teenager’s impressive performances this season have also caught the eye of Real Madrid and Juventus. More
