And now Liverpool-based dentist, Dr Robbie Hughes, has detailed exactly how Firmino asked for them to be done.
He told The Athletic: “He was introduced to me by Lucas Leiva, alongside Philippe Coutinho.
“Bobby was seeking a smile makeover and we chose to do some porcelain veneers for him.
“He wanted them very white, beyond (grade) one on the chart, so we created a super-white colour for him.”

Dr Hughes then went on to claim many people have asked for the Firmino-inspired look since he first showed them off.

De Gea, 32, kept his 17th clean sheet of the season in United’s 1-0 win at Bournemouth on Saturday.
The Spaniard’s closest competition had come from Alisson.
But the Brazilian shipped a goal in Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Aston Villa.
And it means he can only keep 14 clean sheets with just one game remaining.

United currently boast the joint-third best defence this term, only conceding 41 times in the Premier League.
But De Gea’s prize comes as a surprise for some after a number of high-profile errors, with the veteran tipped to leave when his deal expires this summer.
His latest came in this month’s defeat at West Ham, with the stopper’s horror blunder handing the Hammers victory.
De Gea was also in between the sticks for some heavy defeats, including a 4-0 loss at Brentford and a 7-0 hammering to Liverpool.

Indeed, some fans reckon the Golden Glove award should have instead been awarded to two of De Gea’s teammates – neither of whom play in goal.
Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez have both been rocks at the back for United this term.
Supporters reckon they are actually the reason for De Gea keeping so many clean sheets this season.
One said: “De Gea’s Golden Glove is thanks to Martinez and Varane, not his shot-stopping ability.”
Another declared: “If you think Martinez and Varane are bad defenders, you haven’t got a clue.
“De Gea has the Golden Glove because of those two and Casemiro not because he’s the best keeper in the league.”
One added: “At home our defensive record is one of the best and it’s the reason De Gea has won the Golden Glove.
“Don’t tell me Varane hasn’t improved the team because he 100 per cent has.”
Indeed, it appears De Gea agrees with the sentiments of fans.

But on Saturday afternoon he proved one last time that he still has the talent to dig Jurgen Klopp’s men out of the mire.
Replacing Luis Diaz in the 72nd minute, Liverpool were trailing Aston Villa 1-0 – knowing a defeat would end their outside chance of a top four spot.
But Firmino popped up to equalise for the hosts in the 89th minute and keep alive their slim Champions League hopes.
It means Man Utd will now have to take a point from one of their final two matches to guarantee they finish above Liverpool.

Bournemouth 0 Man Utd 1: Acrobatic Casemiro goal all-but secures Champions League spot as De Gea seals Golden Glove

TEN years after Sir Alex Ferguson made his Manchester United exit, things finally feel like they’re heading in the right direction.Victory at Bournemouth – over the weekend which marked ten year’s since Fergie’s final game – all-but sealed their place back at Europe’s top table next season in the Champions League, while there is already one trophy in the bag and the potential of a second in a fortnight’s time.

After false dawns and brief peaks under Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho, Erik ten Hag finally seems to fit the bill and understand what is needed to get this club back to the big time.
Ten Hag has bought well, as evidenced by Casemiro’s domination and decisive finish, set up by Christian Eriksen, on the South Coast here.
The Dutchman has also got existing players, such as Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, playing at their peak, while stamping out shoddy attitudes throughout the squad.
It’s taken a decade, but there are some standards back at Old Trafford once more.
    READ MORE ON MAN UTD
Ten Hag’s confidence of finishing in the Champions League places has been absolute, though their poor away record heaps the pressure on trips like these.
So an early goal, after just nine minutes, more than eased the nerves and was delivered by one of Man Utd’s most reliable men.
Casemiro has been a revelation in midfield for Ten Hag this season, the former Real Madrid man being comfortably their most important and influential signing.
The Brazilian dominates and dictates like few others, and has now added bicycle kicks to his repertoire.

Renowned for being a monster in the middle, Casemiro showed sharp reactions and light feet to work his acrobatic effort home.
Eriksen lifted a cute ball over the Bournemouth back line, Marcos Senesi’s slight touch lifted it to the perfect height for Casemiro.
Bournemouth took a while to work their way back, though David De Gea did well to stop a low, deflected strike from Dominic Solanke.
De Gea’s clean sheet here was his 17th of the season in the Premier League, securing the Spaniard – who is yet to agree a fresh deal at Old Trafford – the Golden Glove award for the second time in his career.
The chance had got Bournemouth’s tails up.
David Brooks, making his first start in 598 days having battled a cancer diagnosis, started working his way into the game, cutting back for Ryan Christie whose effort was blocked.
The Wales international came close to a first goal since his return too, though saw his effort tipped over by De Gea shortly after the restart.
Bournemouth were pushing, playing with the freedom safety brings.
The Cherries had taunted their critics ahead of kick off with a video clipping up pundits and social media stars, including Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher, tipping them for an immediate return to the Championship.
The doubters have been defied and, with new American ownership, even brighter times await at the Vitality.
But while Gary O’Neil’s side were looking to get back in, United were still in control – though there were clear signs of what is needed over the summer.
Whether it is the Glazers, still heartily protested against by the travelling United fans, or new owners holding the purse strings in the summer – they must be loosened.
With Marcus Rashford ill, Ten Hag had to start with Anthony Martial through the middle before Wout Weghorst was sent on early in the second half looking to seal the three points.
Ten Hag is crying out for a striker to kick this side on – and has made it mightily clear.
He, his coaches and the recruiters need clarity on what there is to spend, ensuring they avoid any embarrassing scrambles for players.
The midfield can chip in with goals – it took a flying save from Neto to deny a dipping Bruno Fernandes effort with 15 minutes to go – but more needs to come from the man up top.
Whether it is Harry Kane or another target, a reliable striker must be found for Ten Hag to continue his work at Old Trafford.
Investment is needed in the middle to ensure, as was the case here, things do not just rest on Casemiro as they have done at times this season.
The Brazilian gives his all and lifts others, pumping his fists to boost De Gea after his fine late save to deny Kieffer Moore, who was sent through one-on-one by Dango Outtara but met by the Spaniard rushing out to him.
But Casemiro must have similar support to that which he dishes out, the Brazilian almost equally responsible for United’s upturn in fortunes as his manager.

Ten Hag has imposed himself on Manchester United, pulled the squad with him and jettisoned those who disrupted – so much so that Cristiano Ronaldo’s dramatic exit is merely a footnote in the story of this first season.
It was never guaranteed either, the former Ajax boss could easily have been swept away in the hysteria following their shocking start with defeats to Brighton and Brentford – but he kept on course and must now be supported to drive forwards through the summer.

Man Utd player ratings: Casemiro and Christian Eriksen boss midfield but Antony and Aaron-Wan Bissaka struggle on right

And they had Casemiro to thank as he netted the only goal at the Vitality.
The Red Devils can now relax as far as the league’s concerned, with a huge FA Cup final against Man City on the horizon.
But who was United’s best player on the day?
And did anyone have a game to forget?

Here, SunSport’s Anthony Chapman delivers his Man Utd player ratings…
    DAVID DE GEA – 7
Spaniard will be relieved that it was a fairly quiet day considering his recent costly blunders.
Bournemouth barely had a sniff as De Gea remained an imposing presence between the sticks while making a few good saves when needed.

    AARON WAN-BISSAKA – 5
Has had his best season in ages but struggled to find rhythm today.
Lack of support from Antony saw him penned back and even then his defending left something to be desired.
    RAPHAEL VARANE – 6
Cool and composed as usual, the Frenchman tended to have a grasp on the game.
But he lacked total control of his back line as Wan-Bissaka struggled alongside him.
    VICTOR LINDELOF – 7
Might not have a future past the summer but that didn’t stop Swede from turning in a good performance.
Made good distance with his passes and was also strong in the tackle.
    LUKE SHAW – 7
Reliable in defence and in attack as he dominated his flank.
Looked to be buzzing off the back of his new long-term contract.
Casemiro was Man Utd’s best player on the dayCredit: Getty
    CASEMIRO – 8
Opened the scoring with an outrageous volley to continue his fine debut season.
Was a powerful presence and always looked hungry to score more.
    CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN – 7
Cheeky little chip found Casemiro and saw United draw first blood.
Dictated play well in possibly his best performance since returning from injury.
    ANTONY – 4
A lot of style but not a lot of substance today, summed up by a miserable failed rainbow flick.
Was locked in place by Lloyd Kelly and needs to improve quickly if he is to become a key long-term player.
Antony had a game to forget at the VitalityCredit: Reuters
    BRUNO FERNANDES – 6
Deployed further forward than usual but struggled to get any of his long shots on target.
However, he was full of tenacity and fought hard for the win.
    JADON SANCHO – 6
Still yet to live up to the hype but produced some decent passes and off-the-ball runs.
Winger lacked the dynamism of Marcus Rashford but did a decent job in his stead.
    ANTHONY MARTIAL – 7
Called upon to lead the line as United hunt a new striker and didn’t disgrace himself.
Movement was good but was unable to get the goal he and his team craved.
    SUBS
    Wout Weghorst (for Martial, 57′) – 6
Big man did a competent job as he chased down the opposition and fought admirably in aerial duels.

Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal LIVE: Arteta tweaks formation to THREE at the back for Forest trip – stream, TV

WHILE Arsenal’s title charge is all but over, the Gunners can still make Manchester City work for it when they travel to the City Ground this evening. But a defeat at Nottingham Forest would confirm Pep Guardiola’s side as Premier League champions.
And Mikel Arteta can be sure that the home side will be more than up for the occasion.
Victory for Forest would secure Premier League safety for Steve Cooper and Co if Leeds or Everton fail to win this weekend.

    Kick-off: 5.30pm
TV channel/ live stream: Sky Sports Main Event and Premier League
Nottingham Forest XI: Navas; Worrall, Felipe, Niakhate; Aurier, Mangala, Yates, Lodi; Gibbs-White, Danilo; Awoniyi
Arsenal XI: Ramsdale; White, Kiwior, Gabriel, Xhaka; Jorginho, Partey, Odegaard; Saka, Trossard, Jesus

BETTING SPECIAL – TIPS AND OFFERS FOR FOREST vs ARSENAL
Follow all of the latest updates below…
It’s the hope that kills you
Arsenal fans will tell you that the title race is over, but in private they will be hoping for a miracle.
The Gunners have spent 248 days at the top of the Premier League this season, but now have less than a 1% chance of winning it according to the Opta predictor model.
If Mikel Arteta’s team fail to win today, then it will be confirmed as the most days spent top of the table without finishing first in a single season in English top-flight history.
    One hundred up for Aurier
Serge Aurier is proving to be a popular player down at the City Ground, and the right wing-back is set to make his 100th Premier League appearance this afternoon.
The former Tottenham man would love to seal the occasion with a crucial win over Arsenal.

Trossard and Partey in for Arsenal
    Arsenal (4-3-3): 1 Ramsdale; 4 White, 15 Kiwior, 6 Gabriel, 34 Xhaka; 8 Odegaard, 20 Jorginho, 5 Partey; 7 Saka, 9 Jesus, 19 Trossard
    Subs: 30 Turner, 3 Tierney, 10 Smith Rowe, 14 Nketiah, 16 Holding, 21 Vieira, 41 Bandeira, 85 Cozier-Duberry, 97 Walters

    Forest unchanged for Arsenal visit
Steve Cooper keeps faith with the same starting XI that claimed a point from their trip to Stamford Bridge last weekend.
That means Danilo and Morgan Gibbs-White continue behind the in-form Taiwo Awoniyi, keeping Brennan Johnson on the bench.

    Nott’m Forest (3-4-2-1): 12 Navas; 4 Worrall, 38 Felipe, 19 Niakhate; 24 Aurier, 5 Mangala, 22 Yates; 32 Renan Lodi; 10 Gibbs-White, 28 Danilo; 9 Awoniyi
    Subs: 13 Hennessey, 15 Toffolo, 16 Surridge, 20 Johnson, 21 Kouyate, 23 Freuler, 25 Dennis, 30 Boly, 34 Ayew

    Gunners eyeing another fantastic five
Arsenal swatted Nottingham Forest aside at the Emirates earlier this season with a five-star show, and now are aiming to rewrite the record books.
The Gunners have won their last four league matches against the Tricky Trees, but have never claimed five successive league wins against them in their history.
Forest 4/1 to shoot down Gunners
Nottingham Forest’s bid for survival has been built on their home form this season, and the bookies have priced them at an attractive 4/1 to add Arsenal to the list of sides they have seen off.

    Nott’m Forest win 4/1
    Draw 16/5
    Arsenal win 6/10

Odds from Betfair correct at the time of post publication.
    Greetings from the City Ground
Welcome to live SunSport coverage of the Premier League clash between Nottingham Forest and Arsenal.
The Gunners’ title hopes may have all but vanished after last weekend’s humbling by Brighton yet Mikel Arteta’s charges will want to sign off on a fabulous season in style.
At the very least, the Londoners will want to make Manchester City work to seal a third successive league win.
An away win on the banks of the Trent tonight will mean that the Citizens will have to beat Chelsea tomorrow to confirm themselves as champions this weekend.
If it’s a mere formality at the top, there is still plenty of work for Forest to do at the bottom.
Steve Cooper’s side have worked hard to get themselves on to 34 points, but even the most optimistic of Trent Enders believes that more is required from the final two games.
