    West Ham 0-0 Chelsea
    3. Paqueta is down with an injury early on here.
He seems to be in some pain on the ground.
The physio is on with that magic sponge to treat him.
    West Ham 0-0 Chelsea
    1. Chelsea come forward from the kick-off.
Chukwuemeka gets to the byline and clips a ball into the box but there is nobody in the box to challenge for it.
West Ham will absorb the visitors’ attacks and look to hit them on the break.
    Kick-off: West Ham vs Chelsea
We are underway at the London Stadium.
It is a fantastic atmosphere for the first home game of the season.
    Chelsea get the game started.
    Different game, different captain
Chelsea have Ben Chilwell as skipper for today’s game.
Following the injury to Reece James, the former Leicester defender turned winger steps into the breach.
He will be hoping to lead his side to their first league win of the season.
    Bend it like Beckham
James Ward-Prowse is only one set-piece goal away from equalling David Beckham’s Premier League record.
The new West Ham signing has scored 17 goals from free kicks.
What a way to mark his debut if he were to score one today to win a London derby.
Summer sun shines on London Stadium
Hammers fans will be hoping their performances, with new signing James Ward-Prowse playing, will be as bright as today’s weather.
London derbies are always a big affair, David Moyes will be wanting his side to show more of a ruthless edge in them this season.
They do not want to be dragged into the relegation dogfight they almost were last season, that starts with three points against Chelsea today.

Referee Anthony Taylor wasted no time in pointing to the penalty spot.
Douglas Luiz calmly converted from 12 yards, with Leon Bailey and Jhon Duran going on to complete the 4-0 rout.
While few people disputed Villa’s penalty award, many raged at perceived inconsistencies following the decision not to award Wolves a spot kick against Manchester United last week.
Gary O’Neil’s side felt extremely hard done by when nothing was given, despite Sasa Kalajdzic being taken out by Andre Onana.

The Wolves boss fumed after the match: “I’ve spoken to Jon Moss and fair play to him, he apologised, said it was a blatant penalty and that it should have been given.
“It probably made me feel worse.
“When you know you were right about something it makes you feel worse about leaving a game with nothing.”
Fans pointed back to the Onana-Kalajdzic incident after Villa’s penalty award.

And a third claimed: “It’s been given because of last week.”

It also emerged that the company turns over just £12m-a-year which has led to concerns over how the company could actually afford the £40m-a-year deal.
Infinite Athlete was rebranded as such after the recent merger of two other firms, Tempus Ex Machina and Biocore.

The club pulled out of a deal with online casino Stake after a massive backlash from fans online.

And Guardiola worked his magic without making a single change throughout the match, compared to Howe’s five substitutions.
Some City fans got nervous in the Etihad stands while watching the Toon pushing for an equaliser in the second half with the Spanish tactician refusing to bring in some fresh legs.
One supporter, who was close to Guardiola’s dugout, issued some unwanted advice ordering him to ring in the changes with the likes of Rico Lewis, Kalvin Phillips, Nathan Ake and Cole Palmer on the bench.
But the Treble-winning manager, who also won the UEFA Super Cup, would have none of it and silenced him by sarcastically suggesting he should get on the hotseat and show him how it’s done.

Guardiola revealed during his post-match interview with TNT Sports: “He said to me, ‘Make a substitution!’
“So I said… ‘Come sit here, you do it!’

City have won both of their two opening Premier League matches as they scored four goals and have conceded none. More
