In a video posted to their social media accounts, star men including James Maddison, Yves Bissouma and Destiny Udogie could be seen entering their training base.
The clip concluded with Dier arriving for work.
Dier, 29, has played 360 times for Spurs but is yet to feature at all this season – having only made the bench in three of their nine matches in all competitions.
As he fist-bumped the cameraman, Dier smiled as he said: “You don’t need to film, I know you’re not gonna use it.”

The cameraman responded: “Come on man, we’ll get you in.”
Fans were left upset after seeing Dier’s self-deprecating response.
One tweeted: ” Eric Dier saying “You don’t need to film, I know you’re not gunna use it” has completely ruined my day.
“A great servant to the club and someone has given so much for the badge completely disrespected. Very sad.”

And a second wrote: “Genuinely feel for Dier here. Likely be on his way in 10 weeks, but to see the guy so dejected after his service to us, you can’t help but have some empathy for what he’s going through.”
A third commented: “Feel for Eric here.. great servent and a brilliant professional. Shame it has become like this.”
Another simply added: “@ericdier you’ve been a superb servant to this club.”
Dier was not on international duty, having earned his 49th and most recent England cap at the World Cup in Qatar.
He has entered the final year of his Tottenham contract and is expected to leave after nearly a decade of service.
Earlier this month he was linked with a return to previous club Sporting Lisbon.
Dier could move back to Portugal on a free transfer in the summer, although discussions have recently been held over a cut-price January move.
He played 32 times for Sporting after coming through their academy before joining Tottenham in a £4million deal in 2014.

FA call for ROBOT REFEREES to be introduced after series of Premier League blunders

THE Football Association have called on Robot Referees to be part of English football.Semi-automated offside technology was used at the Qatar 2022 World Cup finals and is deployed by the top officials in the Champions League.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was furious at refereeing and VAR decisions when his nine-man Liverpool side lost 2-1 at Spurs on September 30Credit: Rex

Premier League referees’ chief Howard Webb has come under fire after several cock-ups involving the use of VAR in high-profile matches.
Mark Bullingham – the chief executive of the FA – has now waded into the debate and asked for more technology to be considered by officiating teams.
Bullingham told a Leaders Week conference in London: “You should never have a scenario where you take away from the experience in the stadium or at home.
“We’ve got to be really, really careful for that.
    READ MORE FOOTBALL NEWS
“Of course people used to complain about decisions being made wrong and it’s important to get decisions right, so that’s the starting point.
“In terms of technology, the question is: Are there ways you can make the decisions quicker?
“Because I think everyone hates that long pause in the stadium or at home.
“You’re seeing technological innovations in terms of, for example, semi-autonomous offsides. Can it eventually go autonomous?

“And is that going to be a step where you get completely accurate decisions but made very, very quickly?
“So if you could do that, well that would be better for the fans. That’s an area absolutely to keep exploring.
“Of course, we’d look at any idea that comes through but really you’ve got to be quite careful not to interrupt the flow of the game any further than that.”
One the biggest screw-ups this season involved Luis Diaz having a goal incorrectly ruled out for offside for Liverpool in their 2-1 defeat at Tottenham on September 30.
The audio of the bungling VAR discussion which led to that by error was eventually released by the PGMOL.
Usually punters are kept in the dark about conversations that happen with the on-field referee.
Speaking in general terms, Bullingham is in favour of more transparency for those in the stadiums and watching on TV.
Bullingham said: “My personal point of view is that I’d love to get to the point where the fans have more access to the conversation that takes place between the VAR and the referee.
“I also understand the referees’ perspective on that, they’ve got an incredibly hard job already.

“Sometimes there are language issues and so particularly in international tournaments, they don’t want anything taken out of context.
“So I understand the pressure they’re under. I think what we’ve done already is make a step forwards by having decisions that are made now explained.
“That’s the trial going on at Fifa tournaments and I’m confident that that will then be rolled out more broadly.

“I think that’s a step in the direction of giving more transparency to fans on decisions. It’s a complicated area but I do think that’s the direction of travel.”

The FA are considering ways of changing the format of the women’s FA Cup, which is a traditional knockout competition like the men’s event. Chelsea are the current holders after beating Manchester United in the final in front of 77,000 fans in May. More

The Express claims the striker will never play for the Red Devils again after a loan move to Getafe.

    Evans above for Jonny
Jonny Evans could be in line for another Man Utd appearance this weekend.
The veteran defender has passed a fitness test after appearing to take a knock while playing for Northern Ireland.
Evans already seems to be ahead of Harry Maguire in Erik ten Hag’s pecking order.
And he could get the nod when United visit Sheffield United on Saturday.
    Sancho still an exile
Jadon Sancho looks like he’s out of the Man Utd frame for good.
That’s after being ditched from their squad photo for the current season.
Sancho continues to train by himself after a spat with Erik ten Hag.
And it seems he will leave United in January, with a loan move the most likely option.

    Origins of Sancho row revealed
Jadon Sancho’s feud with Erik ten Hag began when the Manchester United boss reportedly decided three academy products had outshone the England winger in training.
Sancho was promptly dropped against Arsenal – with the resulting infamous row leaving him training and eating alone at the club.
The Times say Ten Hag was far more impressed by starlets Dan Gore, 19, 21-year-old Facundo Pellistri and Hannibal Mejbri, 20, than with Sancho as United practiced ahead of a trip to the Emirates on September 3.
Cue the 23-year-old being totally axed from the squad – leading to dramatic claims, counter-claims and costly repercussions for Sancho.
    Supercomputer predicts awful United finish
Man Utd are being tipped for their worst finish in Premier League history.
A boffin supercomputer has calculated that the Red Devils will finish 10th this season.
Incredibly, Spurs are tipped to win the title ahead of Arsenal, Man City and Liverpool.
But United’s season still won’t be as bad as Chelsea’s, who are predicted to come a place behind in 11th.

    No way back for Sergio
Sergio Reguilon appears to have cut ties with parent club Spurs.
That’s by claiming every footballer wants to play for Man United.
Reguilon joined the Red Devils on loan and has impressed in several appearances.
He said: “This question is too easy. Tell me one player that doesn’t want to play for Manchester United. It was an easy decision for me.”

    Ratcliffe waits for takeover approval
Man Utd fans may have to wait until next month at LEAST before finding out if Sir Jim Ratcliffe will be taking a stake in the club.
The 70-year-old’s bid was initially expected to be given the green light in a Red Devils board meeting this week.
But while a scheduled board meeting did take place as planned on Thursday, and the potential share sale is almost certain to be discussed, there will be no decision from the Glazers and other directors.
Although a late change of heart is possible, it is understood that the final details on any agreement are still being thrashed out by lawyers and are unlikely to be completed in time.
    Martial law for striker
Anthony Martial has been warned to shape up or ship out.
Reports claim the Frenchman has been told he must show signs of improvement to earn a new Man Utd contract.
Martial’s current deal expires at the end of the season and the Red Devils are prepared to lose him on a free.
But if he gets back to goalscoring ways after some injury-blighted seasons, Martial could yet end up penning a United extension.

    Back in business
Man Utd have been handed a big injury boost ahead of their trip to Sheffield United.
Sergio Reguilon was pictured training on Thursday, having missed the last four games.
And Sofyan Amrabat also took part after sitting out Morocco’s recent matches.
However, Casemiro is not expected to be fit after staying in Brazil to nurse a knock from the international break.

Three reasons Man Utd are struggling
Man Utd sit 10th in the Premier League after a disappointing start to the season.
There was a real sense of optimism around the club as the season began, with United back in the Champions League and the squad receiving significant investment.
However, poor league form and back-to-back defeats to Bayern Munich and Galatasaray in Europe have left some questioning manager Erik ten Hag.

Premier League keen to introduce big new rule which could be bad news for Man Utd, chairman reveals

STEVE PARISH has revealed that the Premier League are looking at a hard cap on a club’s overall wage bill to keep the top flight competitive. The best 20 teams in the country have discussed a variety of ways to maintain competitive balance over the coming seasons.
A new Premier League wage bill cap could have a big impact on Manchester UnitedCredit: PA
This would include possibly capping the richest club’s wage bill as a multiple of the television money earned by its bottom club, which could curb big spenders such as Manchester United and Cheslea.
The Premier League is expected to adopt Uefa’s new system, in which clubs will be restricted to 70 per cent of their turnover on wages and transfers, but having the figure set at 85 per cent.
Parish – the co-owner and chairman of Crystal Palace – said: “As far as competitive balance (is concerned) that does fall back on us and people need to be bold.
“You need to get a super majority of 14 clubs in the Premier League and that isn’t always easy. But I think there are things we can change. There’s change afoot.
    READ MORE MAN UTD NEWS
“Uefa’s squad-cost caps are one idea. Maybe something that is a bit more rigid than that, with a hard cap at the top, that doesn’t take turnover into account, where there are vagaries of how that turnover comes about.
“There are a number of things and there are really positive conversations going on about it.
“We also have to be very careful because there are also unintended consequences.
“Hopefully we will get somewhere that will be beneficial.

“Not just to the clubs in the Premier League but to the whole pyramid and their ability to compete.
“We are voting for our competitors to be able to do better and challenge us.”
Parish, who has been in charge at Selhurst Park since 2010, backed the league’s decision to maintain the Saturday 3pm blackout in its next cycle of domestic television rights.
The league issued an Invitation To Tender (ITT) on Wednesday, featuring an increase from 200 to around 270 matches, but the Saturday afternoon status quo will remain for the 2025-29 rights.
The Prem also confirmed that all matches displaced to the Sunday 2pm slot due to clubs participating in European football on a Thursday night would now be televised.
Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish has revealed details of the Premier League’s planCredit: PA
Speaking at a Leaders Week conference at Twickenham, Parish, 58, said: “It’s good. I think it’s exciting, particularly for fans.
“I think they made a good decision on keeping the 3pm matches off television.
“It’s very important for participation and very important for attendances in the lower league. Culturally, it’s very important.
“It’s very frustrating for supporters when a game gets displaced, it’s a big game, and there’s maybe a lesser game on television. And that big game isn’t on.

“The packages have been constructed in a way that they should create good and healthy competition, which is what the consumers want. So, it’s an exciting moment.
“I’m very enthusiastic. The Premier League are excellent at selling rights, they have got excellent partners in the market place.” More

Sancho’s team-mates lined up for their 2023/24 squad photo
It now appears he may never play for the club again as he continues to train on his own.
Sancho has now been excluded from United’s 2023/24 squad photo in a sign there could be no way back at Old Trafford.
Members of the first-team lined up for the picture at their Carrington training base.
However, Sancho was absent from the shoot as he remains exiled from the first-team.

The 23-year-old is banished from first-team areas at Carrington as part of his feud with Ten Hag.
Sancho accused his manager of lying after he was left out of the matchday squad to face Arsenal in September.
Ten Hag had claimed his omission was a result of his poor performances in training, which Sancho denied in a now deleted social media post.
His future at the club remains in doubt following their spat, with Sancho even coming close to leaving before the Saudi Pro League transfer window closed.

How Jadon Sancho’s Man Utd row started with Ten Hag ‘deciding three academy players deserved place more than £73m star’

Team-mates have urged the £73milion outcast to rescue himself from his extreme isolation by apologising to Ten Hag.
But with Sancho – who has now been left out of the annual team photo – appearing reluctant to back down, one major spark for the dispute has now been revealed.
The Times say Ten Hag was far more impressed by starlets Dan Gore, 19, 21-year-old Facundo Pellistri and Hannibal Mejbri, 20, than with Sancho as United practised ahead of a trip to the Emirates on September 3.
Cue the 23-year-old being totally axed from the squad – leading to dramatic claims, counter-claims and costly repercussions for Sancho.

Ten Hag insisted the former Borussia Dortmund hero had been omitted due to his “training performance”.
But Sancho completely rejected this explanation in an extraordinary post on social media that he later deleted.
He started with “Please don’t believe everything you read!” before arguing he was being used as a “scapegoat” and would “not allow people to say things that are completely untrue”.
However, The Times now suggest Ten Hag believed it would have been unfair to leave out Gore, Pellistri and Mejbri last month following their own efforts in training.

Since then Sancho has disappeared from the first-team picture – with a January transfer mooted.
Dortmund remain probably his biggest admirers and likeliest destination.
It’s thought the 23-cap Londoner has never come close to resolving his sad saga at United.

That’s despite senior Red Devils like Three Lions’ colleagues Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford trying to persuade Sancho to approach Ten Hag.
Instead, Pellistri and Mejbri were on the bench as United went into the international break with a last-gasp 2-1 comeback win over Brentford on October 7.
And Sancho will again be nowhere to be seen when the Red Devils resume their Premier League campaign at Sheffield United on Saturday.

Basham has been tipped to come back soon by Blades boss Heckingbottom
Given the severity of the injury and the midfielder’s age, there had been questions raised over whether he could come back, but Heckingbottom was confident.
“One thing to say about Bash, everyone knows how naturally fit he is,” the boss said ahead of Saturday night’s Premier League visit of Manchester United.
“He is blessed with really good endurance. He will come back fit as a fiddle, that won’t take long. The surgeons are really happy with the work they have done, so there is no reason whatsoever.
“When you are looking at these injuries, when people are having operations, it is just the length of time they are out for.

“No one at all is thinking that way, especially not Bash.
“Everything has gone as well as it can. With an injury of that nature, everyone thinks of it because of how freakish it was and how horrible it looks. But you still get surgery and treated the same way.
“He is still in hospital. He is going crazy inside those four walls. He has had a couple of operations that were needed. Hopefully he will be getting home to his family in the next few days.
