Her life in the lap of luxury is the subject of new Netflix documentary I Am Georgina, debuting on Thursday to mark her 28th birthday.
Yet don’t expect a warts-and-all account of her rise from humble beginnings.
Despite her hints at a tough upbringing, the show presents an airbrushed look at the life of the woman in the life of Manchester United’s Ronaldo.
There is no mention of the rape allegations made against him in 2005 and 2009, which were later withdrawn; nor of tensions in her family amid claims from relatives the model has shut them out.
Though she insists, “Nothing in life has come easy”, I Am Georgina is the telly equivalent of her Instagram account — showcasing a serene marriage, beautiful children and lavish spending.
Recalling the early days of their romance, when Ronaldo picked her up from her job as a sales assistant at a Gucci store in Madrid, Georgina says: “I’d get there on the bus and leave in a Bugatti.
“I went from selling luxury items to wearing them on the red carpet. I have millions of followers and I’m the woman of the most-followed man in the world.”

She is mum to their four-year-old daughter Alana and is pregnant with twins.
The footballer has three other children, whose mothers are not publicly known: 11-year-old Cristiano Jr and twins Mateo and Eva, four.
Georgina teases a rags-to-riches story but the show’s first two episodes barely scratch the glossy surface.
Georgina teases a rags-to-riches story but the show’s first two episodes barely scratch the glossy surface.
Ronaldo was first accused of raping Kathryn Mayorga — who waived her right to anonymity — in a Las Vegas hotel 12 years ago.
He settled out of court, paying her $375,000 in 2009, although the former model and schoolteacher later claimed she had signed a deal under duress.
Last year a judge dismissed her attempt to sue Ronaldo for £56million over leaked documents.
The striker has consistently denied the claims, saying in 2018: “Rape is an abominable crime that goes against everything that I am and believe in.”
Similarly overlooked in the Netflix documentary is Georgina’s uncle Jesus Hernandez, who branded her “evil” for not telling him where his late brother Jorge, her dad, is buried.
    Jorge died in 2019.
He said: “I’ve written on Cristiano’s Facebook, ‘You’ve got the most evil woman at your side’ and, ‘If you want to know, contact me, I will tell you’.”
Streering well clear of those difficult topics, the doc instead revels in displays of dizzying extravagance.
Georgina opens the doors to their homes in Turin — where Ronaldo played for three seasons from 2018 with Italian giants Juventus — and Madrid, plus their private jet and £5.5million yacht.
The first time I went to Cristiano’s house, I’d get lost every time I went to the kitchen. It would take me half an hour to get back because I didn’t know the way.Georgina Rodriquez
She says it took a while to get used to his opulent lifestyle, including the £4.8million pad in Madrid he bought when he signed for Real in a then-world record £80million transfer in 2009.
The mansion, in the super-expensive La Finca residential estate, has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym and a football pitch where Cristiano Jr is seen honing his footie skills.
A glimpse at the showroom-style garage reveals a fleet of supercars including two Rolls-Royces, Ferraris and a Bugatti.
Georgina says wistfully: “The first time I went to Cristiano’s house I’d get lost every time I went to the kitchen for water.
“Sometimes it would take me half an hour to get back from the living room because I didn’t know the way. It was so big. Since I was a kid, I’d been used to living in small apartments.
“After half a year, I got to know where everything was.”
“After half a year, I got to know where everything was.”
Now settled in as the lady of the house, Georgina is seen instructing an interior designer on a makeover to make the decor “more homogeneous”, saying: “Don’t mix patterns with marble, with lights. Don’t get plastic flowers. Don’t get new books.”
Their £40million property empire also includes a mountainside mansion in Turin, with two adjoining villas, which became home when Ronaldo agreed his £100million switch to Juventus.
Filmed before Ronaldo’s return to Manchester United last year, which saw the family relocate to this country, Georgina reveals she dreads the prospect of another move.
She says: “I love living in Turin. Everything is close. If we want snow, we go to the snow.
“If we want a more cosmopolitan day, we go to Milan. If we want sea we go to Monaco.
“Staying in Turin depends on many things but mostly on Cris. I don’t ask for much in that sense because at the end of the day, I’m happy at home.
I went from selling luxury items to wearing them on the red carpet. I have millions of followers and I’m the woman of the most-followed man in the world.Georgina Rodriquez
“I work from home, I take care of my children and they are super-happy wherever we go because we have the resources to get them into the best schools and the best extra-curricular activities. But I would like to stay a little longer.”
Georgina is seen flying to Paris on the couple’s jet, the interior of which features leather sofas and monogrammed pillows, to visit the studio of designer Jean Paul Gaultier.
There, she delights in trying on dresses for a trip to Cannes.
Proving she has become more than accustomed to the lifestyle, she says: “The jet makes travel easier. If I had to be in an airport for two hours with Cristiano, I’d go insane. I’d rather not travel.”
She hosts a Grand Prix weekend in Monaco on board their 90ft yacht, named CG Mare, inviting her “darlings” — a tight-knit group that includes pals from her Gucci days and big sister Ivana.
The gang were summoned, we learn, with a last-minute text,
“You always have to have your bags ready with my sister,” says Ivana.
“You never know what the next surprise will be. If you blink, you miss out on the adventure.”
Other jaw-dropping moments include Georgina’s chat with a travel agent about their forthcoming summer holiday, when she reels off a list of requirements for their private villa.
These include “many rooms and a private pool, easy access to the dock for a smaller boat and a piece of land to walk with the kids and not have to leave the villa to take them out for a stroll”.
She adds that a gym is not necessary because if there’s a spare room, “we’ll bring the machines”.
Georgina is perhaps most passionate discussing her wardrobe of designer clothes, shoes and bags.
I don’t consider myself a phenomenon but I do consider myself a fortunate woman because I know what it is to have nothing and I know what it is to have everything.Georgina Rodriquez
She enthuses: “I love Hermes, I love Gucci, I love Prada. It’s so feminine. I love Louis Vuitton. I love Decathlon! I love Nike. I love all brands. I have a very unique style.
“They’ve tried to change my style many times but if I don’t feel like myself, I don’t wear it. I don’t want to go out there insecure.”
Georgina seems to have resisted hiring a nanny and does the school run herself . . . albeit with a security guard driving the car.
She says: “I’m thankful I have the freedom that I don’t have to get up at 7am and get home at 9pm like many mums. I have the economic means that I can stay home.
“I’m aware I have the opportunity to look after the kids myself. They mean everything to me.”
Originally from Argentina, Georgina grew up in the Spanish region of Murcia and always had a “strong maternal instinct”.
Remembering her childhood, she says: “Before going to school, I would play with my little kitchen and the cribs.
“I would leave them ready so when I came back I would take them for a stroll around my minute house. They were well looked-after.”
Ronaldo says the children are his “whole life”, adding: “They are something I always dreamed of — having a big family.
“I’m really, really happy, knowing (Georgina) is the ideal person to give our kids a good upbringing and educate them, love them and care for them.
“With four kids, three of them are basically toddlers and if you don’t have a mother to support you in that way, even if you’re the best dad in the world, I think you end up falling short.”
When it comes to the kids, Georgina is keen to depict their daily life as normal.
I love Hermes, I love Gucci, I love Prada. It’s so feminine. I love Louis Vuitton. I love Decathlon! I love Nike. I love all brands.Georgina Rodriquez
She says: “We’re like any other family. We have breakfast together, Cris goes to training, I get ready whatever needs to get ready.
“If I have to take care of the house, I’ll do that, or a vacation, a trip, a future career project, my children.
To me, my home is my temple, a place to wind down, I have the peace I need there.
“I feel a sense of family, I’m valued, spoiled and loved. Sometimes I think ‘Man, I’m so happy’.”
She adds: “I don’t consider myself a phenomenon but I do consider myself a fortunate woman because I know what it is to have nothing and I know what it is to have everything.
“When I was little, I used to dream of having a wonderful family, building a home.
“I used to dream of a Prince Charming by my side. And now I have one, with wonderful kids who give me so much love.
“And yes, I can say, ‘Dreams do come true’.”

Soy Georgina (I Am Georgina) is on Netflix from Thursday Jan 27.

I brought up Georgina Rodriguez when her dad was in jail but she forgot us after she met Cristiano Ronaldo, says uncle

WHEN her Netflix reality series premieres this week, Georgina Rodriguez will tell the world about her “dream life” with fiancé Cristiano Ronaldo.Holidaying on yachts with the Manchester United star, flying by private jet, and splashing £27,000 on two bottles of fine wine and £146,000 on handbags.
Georgina Rodriguez will tell the world about her ‘dream life’ with fiancé Cristiano Ronaldo
She insists she will never forget the family she came from
In a promo clip for I Am Georgina, the Spanish model, who turns 28 when the show starts streaming on Thursday, declares she knows what it is like “not to have anything — and what it is like to have it all”.
She insists she will never forget the family she came from before Portuguese hero Cristiano, 36 — said to be worth £790million — side-stepped into her life.
But today we can reveal how some of that family accuse the influencer of ignoring them after she got with Cristiano and became mum to their four-year-old daughter Alana Martina.
    £100,000 of cocaine
Georgina’s uncle, Jesus Hernandez, who says he helped raise her after her dad was jailed over a drug-smuggling plot, has branded her “evil” for shutting out the family.
He said: “She may feel ashamed of us and consider she’s better than us because we don’t live with her luxury.
“I’ve never asked her for anything. She has only rung once or twice since I found out she was dating Ronaldo.”
    Others are upset too.
Her half-sister Patricia Rodriguez, 33, said: “When it was my son’s birthday, I asked if she could ask Cristiano to sign a shirt for my boy and she said ‘No’ — she wasn’t going to bother him as he was on holiday.”
Meanwhile, Georgina’s gran died three years ago, age 80, without having been intro-duced to Alana Martina.
Georgina had it tough as a child. She grew up in Jaca, a city in north-east Spain.

Her Spanish mum Ana Maria Hernandez met her Argentinian dad, Jorge after he moved to the country.
But he was arrested a day before her fifth birthday over a failed bid to smuggle more than £100,000 of cocaine from Spain.
Georgina became a ballet dancer, studied English in London and worked as an au pair in Bristol.
She then became a model, returned to Spain and worked in a Gucci store where ex-Real Madrid star Cristiano shopped — and her life changed for ever.
Georgina, now pregnant with twins, travels on the football king’s £20million Gulf-stream G20 jet.
She took it to Lapland before Christmas with Alana Martina and Cristiano’s three other children from before he met her — Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, 11, and four-year-old twins Eva and Mateo.
They all enjoyed a £1,500-a-night cabin holiday to see Santa.
At the Venice Film Festival last September, she dazzled in diamonds worth £78,000.
Her jewellery collection is worth an estimated £2.6million and Cristiano recently got her a £103,000 Louis Vuitton trunk for it all.
In 2018 the couple bought a hairless sphynx cat for £2,600.
‘She may feel ashamed of us and consider she’s better than us because we don’t live with her luxury. I’ve never asked her for anything.Georgina’s uncle Jesus
He earns £480,000 a week at the Red Devils after a £12.85million move from Juventus last year, and the couple’s £3million, seven-bedroom Cheshire mansion has a cinema room and a four-berth garage for part of his £17million fleet of supercars.
This is all light years from Georgina’s roots, where uncle Jesus helped bring her up.
He said: “I was in charge of providing for Georgina and her sister, buying them clothes, paying for their electricity and water.
“I did everything. Georgina was living with me during her teenage years until the day they sent my brother-in-law back to Argentina.”
Jesus lives in a two-bed home in south-east Spain with his wife and child, on just over £650 a month.
He is furious Georgina has never told him where Jorge is buried after he died aged 70 following a stroke three years ago in Argentina.
Speaking on Spanish TV, he added: “No one told us Jorge had died. I don’t know why Georgina didn’t tell us. I’ve tried to contact her.”
He added: “I’ve written on Cristiano’s Facebook, ‘You’ve got the most evil woman at your side’ and ‘if you want to know, contact me, I will tell you’.”

“Why couldn’t she have told us her dad had died? You don’t hide things like that.”
In her Netflix promo video Georgina says “life changed for ever” five years ago when she met Cristiano, adding: “Thanks to love, my life is a dream.”
He coos: “She’s the woman I’m completely in love with.”
She is undoubtedly a loyal partner and devoted mum and Cristiano has previously praised her for bringing joy into his life.
He said: “Geo has helped me so much. She’s the mum of my kids and I’m so passionate for her.
“I open my heart for her, she opens her heart for me. I am so happy with her.”
Georgina said of their home life: “The children are our joy.
    ‘Dad’s criminal past’
“We wake up and the first thing we do is hug and kiss them, put them in their little chairs and watch them while they have their breakfast — make sure they have everything they need, and so on all day long.
“This is a very special time for us all.”
Her 30million Instagram followers will be sure to watch her Netflix show, airing in 190 countries.
But a source close to her family said this week: “I’d be amazed if she went into detail about her dad’s criminal past or tension between her and part of her mum’s side of the family.
“She’s been public about her love for big sister Ivana but most of her fans know next to nothing about the rest of her family.

“We’ll see Georgina as she wants fans to see her — not the real Georgina, warts and all.”
Before her gran Juana Escarabajal died of heart failure, she told Spanish TV she was devastated Georgina had not introduced her to her daughter.
In an interview unearthed by The Sun on Sunday, Juana said: “I only saw my great granddaughter in a photo when she was very small, that Georgina sent.”
Georgina’s mum, Ana Maria, and Cristiano’s, Dolores Aveiro, are not in the show.
Georgina said this week: “It’s my show and they’re not in it because circumstances didn’t give rise to it.”
But she insisted: “My sister, mum and I have always been a family and very united.
My mum comes to Manchester, just like she also used to come to Turin and Madrid when we lived there.”
Another family member not on the show is Georgina’s half-sister Patricia — daughter of Jorge and his previous partner.

“It hurts me that Georgina has only been to see our dad once in all this time. My dad is always saying he misses us.”

“Now everyone is going to find out the shameless person she is.

Speaking before her dad’s death, while he needed a full-time nurse after his stroke, she said: “I would like to be with him but haven’t been able to see him for seven years because of the cost of getting to Argentina.
“It hurts me that Georgina has only been to see our dad once in all this time. My dad is always saying he misses us.”
Since their interviews neither the family nor Georgina have commented further.

Lewis Hamilton’s arch rival Max Verstappen slams Netflix’s ‘fake’ Drive to Survive series as he refuses to star in show

RED BULL star Max Verstappen has declared he will not be taking part in season four of Netflix’s Drive to Survive docuseries. The 24-year-old has hit out at the hit TV show as he branded it as ‘fake’, claiming it is edited to portray rivalries that do not exist.

Dutch driver Verstappen previously criticised the fly-on-the-wall documentary in March 2020 where he where he stated he wasn’t happy with how he was viewed.
And the championship leader has now announced he is refusing to be involved in the upcoming season, which will be released after the 2021 World Championship.
The Netflix show gives fans a behind-the-scenes look from the F1 season, showing exclusive interviews from drivers as well as action from each Grand Prix.
But don’t expect to see Verstappen, who could win his first World title this year, in season four.
Speaking ahead of Sunday’s United States Grand Prix, he told the Associated Press: “I understand that it needs to be done to boost the popularity in America.
“But from my side as a driver, I don’t like being part of it.”

He continued: “They faked a few rivalries which they don’t really exist.
“So I decided to not be a part of it and did not give any more interviews after that because then there is nothing you can show.
“I am not really a dramatic show kind of person, I just want facts and real things to happen.”
Verstappen – who leads Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton by six points in the standings – then went on to state how Netflix will oversell his rivalry with the 26-year-old.
He remarked: “Probably in the Netflix show we will be.

“We one time bumped into each other walking, so probably that will be in there.”
Fans will be disappointed not to see Verstappen in the show with supporters voting him as their current favourite F1 driver.
A whopping 167,302 fans from 187 countries took part in F1’s biggest-ever survey, which saw Verstappen come out in first place, followed by McLaren’s Lando Norris and Hamilton.

Georgina Rodriguez admits she’s desperate for Man Utd star Cristiano Ronaldo to pop the question in new Netflix show

GEORGINA RODRIGUEZ has admitted she is desperate for Cristiano Ronaldo to pop the question. The model confessed she wants to tie the knot with her Manchester United star boyfriend and will say ‘yes’ when he asks for her hand in marriage.

The Argentina-born 27-year-old, who has a three-year-old daughter with the striker and plays mum to his other three children, makes the revelation during a new Netflix documentary about her life.
She included the admission in a clip for the show which she posted on Instagram on Sunday.
Asked over dinner while on a boat with friends when she was going to marry the 36-year-old, Georgina rebuffed the suggestion as she grinned, before appearing to nod her head towards Cristiano.
She then added: “It doesn’t depend on me… I wish.”
Rodriguez used the word ‘Ojala’ in Spanish which is of Arabic origin, deriving from the expression ‘Mashallah’ or ‘Masha’Allah’ which literally means ‘Should God will it’ and roughly translates into English as ‘Let’s Hope So’.
The clip she posted on social media also included footage of Cristiano playing football with his family and her enjoying herself at red carpet events around Europe, plus a funfair with friends.

In other footage she joked with a paparazzi as she filmed for the documentary in the Pyrenees city of Jaca, where she grew up.
She remarked: “Are you going to be following us around all day with that little camera?”
The former shop girl, now an influencer and model, said in a message alongside the clip she posted on Instagram to her 27.4 million followers: “I can finally share with this exclusive preview of the documentary ‘Soy Georgina’ coming out soon on Netflix.”
It emerged earlier this month Cristiano will tell the world how he fell in love with Georgina in the documentary.
The newly-signed Old Trafford striker will admit he fell for the pretty brunette in a “split-second moment” and never thought he would end up feeling the way he did about her.
The first details about the reality-style documentary focused on Georgina were revealed at a TV festival in the Basque capital Vitoria-Gasteiz, when journalists were given a glimpse of the show’s first images.

The premiere date for the documentary has yet to be revealed.
Confirming Cristiano would appear in the TV programme, Netflix Spain’s Director of Entertainment, Alvaro Diaz, said: “Cristiano’s incorporation is total but complements a vision of who Georgina is and her relationship with the father of her children.
“It conditions all her life but the focus is on her and knowing her also through her own eyes.”
Georgina, in a preview of the first series in the documentary, confesses: “I am 27 and five years ago my life changed.

“The day I met Cristiano was a Thursday in the summer, as I was leaving the shop when a handsome man almost two metres tall…”
Cristiano and his long-term girlfriend have had to deny several reports they have tied the knot, with one saying they married during a secret trip to Morocco.
Georgina’s admission about wanting to marry the football star appear to suggest the previous marriage reports have been wide of the mark.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s mum put paid last week to claims she has a rocky relationship with Georgina Rodriguez by describing her as a “good girl” and a “great support” to the United ace.
