Ginger Spice invited Baby Spice Emma Bunton along and the pair posed for an A-list photograph which included several well-known music stars.
Rock n’ Roll legends Ronnie Wood and Sir Rod Stewart featured along with wives Sally Wood and Penny Lancaster.
Take That frontman Gary Barlow and R&B singer Jade Jones were also included in the photo either side the man of the hour, Horner.
The five singers amongst the group serenaded the birthday boy with Barlow taking on piano duties.

Horner was treated to a huge three-tier birthday cake which he enjoyed along with a beverage.
There was also Formula One royalty in attendance with Bernie Ecclestone joined by his wife Fabiana Flosi at the event.
Horner uploaded the star-studded photo to Instagram alongside the caption: “Last night my lovely wife Geri completely surprised me with a totally unexpected dinner with some lovely friends.
“Looks like we’re forming a band 😂”

Horner has had plenty to celebrate this season with Red Bull winning 21 out of 22 races, including the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix last month.
Max Verstappen took the chequered flag in Sin City to pick up a remarkable 18th victory of the season – the Dutchman won his third consecutive F1 championship with 19 Grand Prix wins in total.
