      Izabel, 38, who was one of the Victoria’s Secret Angels from 2005-2008, also says regular sex keeps her healthy.
      And she looked radiant as she went through her poolside stretch.
      Posting the video to her 4.5million Instagram followers, she wrote: “It’s a beautiful day. Focus! Dedication! Motivation!! Let’s !!!”
      She’s not long back from spending Christmas and the New Year on the Caribbean island of St Barts, where she and Trapp were snapped looking joyously happy.

      The Germany and Eintracht Frankfurt keeper, 32, is on an extended break after the World Cup.
      That’s because the Bundesliga will not resume until January 20.
      Meanwhile, for her latest social media, which has drawn nearly 70,000 likes, Izabel turned the other cheek(s) – upside down.
      Followers responded to the slow-motion headstand with comments like “The most beautiful body” … “You are the body”… and “Keep it up in 2023”.

      Out of the pairs the fashion model wore, she gave top marks to the LV X Nike airforce 1 trainers and blue Adidas football boots.
      The football boots were also captioned along with a “shh” emoji as their rumoured relationship has not been announced.
      Mills also rated some of Benrahma’s shoes poorly, as some Dior explorer loafers were only given a four out of ten as well as being suggested as having “Funeral vibes”.
      Benrahma’s Dior B23s were scored with a five out of ten as Mills said they were part of a “f*** boy uniform”.

      The lowest-rated shoes in the collection were the 27-year-old’s Gucci sliders which Mills hailed as “Jesus slippers” as she gave them a two out of ten.
      She shared the video on TikTok with her 320.9k followers, with many saying how they liked the West Ham star’s shoes.
      One commented: “Big Drippa Benrahma”.
      A second wrote: “Benrahma got the dripppppp”.

      The Algerian attacker has been one of the bright sparks for West Ham this season, despite the team struggling to find their best form.

      She wore a bright red bikini with a Santa hat on the beach in the Caribbean where they are on holiday with friends.
      As well as being lifted up by Kevin, Izabel did headstands and push ups on the beach.
      Trapp, 32, did not feature in any of the WC matches as No1 Manuel Neuer kept his position throughout the group stage.
