And as the fight draws closer, the YouTuber-turned boxer starts to dial in even more – but it comes at the cost of seeing his partner.
Paul, 25, said on his podcast: “Julia is not here, she got kicked out of training camp because we’re not allowed to have girls around.
“Just to like build up that dog mentality and to lock in and really train like a caged animal.
“Because, when you’re around a girl there’s a neurochemical called oxytocin that’s released and it makes you relaxed, it makes you more comfortable.

“And for fights you need to be on edge. So Julia is not here today, I love you Julia, if you’re watching. We’re going to miss you.”
Paul last fought in December, knocking out Tyron Woodley, 40, four months after beating the ex-UFC champion on points.
That added to KOs over online rival “AnEsonGib, ex-NBA star Nate Robinson, 38, and retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, also 38.
Woodley only filled on under two weeks’ notice after Tommy Fury, 23, pulled out of his grudge match against Paul with a rib injury.

The celeb mega-fight was rescheduled for August in New York – but that was soon KOd when Fury suffered US visa issues.
Heavyweight Hasim Rahman Jr, 31, signed as a substitute, only for lightening to strike twice, this time due to a weight disagreement.
So Paul has had an agonising ten month wait to get back in the ring but claimed it has been a blessing it disguise.
He told Showtime: “I believe there is a higher power guiding my boxing career.
“I feel like I’ve had a really rough run; last-minute opponent changes, all types of stuff, people not wanting to make weight.
“These moments with fighters pulling out, maybe it’s all happening for a reason.
“If anything, I’ve just had so many more months training in secrecy, getting better and better and better.”

But the YouTuber-turned boxer, who is training in Puerto Rico, expects it will be worth the wait, believing a career-high purse is coming his way.
Paul, 25, told SunSport: “Hopefully it does well.
“I think it will, the numbers are all showing that. So yeah, this could definitely be my highest payday.
“I haven’t really focussed on that, even saying that is one of the first times I’ve even thought about it.

“Just because of how much the fight means and how focussed I am and how big the challenge is at hand.
“The payday is just the cherry on top for the opportunity at hand.”
It was revealed last year Paul made £30MILLION from boxing alone, averaging £10m a fight.
And he predicts 700,000 pay-per-view buys for the toughest fight of his career against Silva, 47, which makes around £45m in box office receipts alone.

Rahman has since gained almost 500,000 Instagram followers and headlines on November 19 against MMA veteran Vitor Belfort, 45.
That comes after just being associated with a fight against Paul, leaving the American sick and tired of rivals profiting from his name.
He said: “We’re done with the back-up thing. Last event proved that is a nightmare, Tommy pulled out and the back-up was Hasim.

Shields secured the unanimous decision win in front of a packed-out O2 while remaining undefeated and becoming a three-time undisputed champion.
Two-time Olympic champion Shields won with two scores of 97-93 and one of 96-94, getting revenge over Marshall, who she lost to as an amateur back in 2012.

“Claressa has an MMA commitment, and I’d like to see the rematch in the summer of next year.
“This iconic rivalry has broken boundaries for the sport and it needs to be cherished.
“The numbers it’s done are remarkable; it’s broken all records.”
Shalom also revealed a rematch could be held over 12 rounds instead of 10.

He continued: “A lot of people are saying it was wide, but I don’t think it was that wide.
“Marshall doesn’t think it was that wide. She feels she stuck to a game plan, and maybe she’ll look back and work out what she could have done differently.
“But she wants the rematch; she’ll want it over 12 rounds.
“She’s going to take the rest of the year off, it’s October now already and it’s been an extremely grueling camp and intense 12 months.

But the Irishman has seemingly had a change of heartCredit: TWITTER
Boxing legend Mayweather confirmed the negotiations but UFC superstar McGregor publicly shut down the prospect of fighting the former five-weight world champion again.
But The Notorious has seemingly had a change of heart – insisting he’d “end” Money if they were to share the ring a second time.
In response to a tweet from newly-crowned undisputed middleweight champion Claressa Shields, McGregor said: “You’ve [Shields] way more venom than Floyd.
“I beat Floyd if we rematch. Untold truth it was me who carried him the early rounds playing pitty patty.

“Every single shot I threw early landed. From body to head I was playing ping pong.
“I come out full force, and today, I end Floyd.”
McGregor and Mayweather, 34 and 45 respectively, locked horns with one another in a multi-million-pound Las Vegas showdown five years ago.
MMA great McGregor made a good start to the Sin City showdown but ultimately succumbed to fatigue.

Mayweather took full advantage of the Irishman’s tiredness and went on to register a tenth-round TKO victory – which stretched his record to a perfect 50-0.
McGregor is currently in the final stages of recovering from the horrific broken leg he suffered in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier last July.
An autumn return was seemingly on the cards but was nixed as the former two-division champion’s kicking is currently not 100 per cent.
When asked about McGregor’s role in the upcoming Road House remake, manager Tim Simpson said: “Acting wasn’t something I think Conor had at the very front of his mind, right now he’s still a world-class athlete and his focus is being the best fighter in the world.
“But as the injury continues to heal and he continues to prepare for a comeback, the timing worked well.
“It’s a great opportunity to do a big Hollywood blockbuster in meantime and he’s going to kill it.
“He’s still on track for a big return next year, but this fits in perfectly in the meantime.

“The leg is still healing, I think there’s a little bit more to go on that but he’s been training like a madman. Twice a day, every day.
“He’s been training super hard, he’s in amazing shape it’s just the final adjustments to get that leg where it’s supposed to be.” More

Ex-WWE star Gangrel told K&S Wrestlefest: “Yes, I did (train VanZant) for a little while there.
“She did well; she didn’t train as much as I would have liked for her to train, but I haven’t seen her since that match.

“And I said, ‘Sure,’ and that’s the last I heard from her. She’s an athlete. She could have been really, really good at it actually.”

But despite around £500MILLION made, a rematch failed to materialise with both fight legends now retired from the sport.
And Pacquaio attempted to goad Mayweather into a sequel after insisting the unbeaten American was afraid of a rematch.
He said: “I don’t think that will happen because he’s scared to death to face me in the ring again.
“He’s scared. From the beginning he’s felt intimidated [by] me and scared to face me.

It came after he most recently knocked out MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura, 30, in two rounds in September
That came after facing featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, 24, Logan Paul, 27, and ex-sparring partner Don Moore.
Pacquiao was ringside to watch Mayweather KO Asakura and the pair came face to face at a press conference beforehand.
After the fight, the self-proclaimed “Best Ever” ruled out a rematch with PacMan, or any other boxer for that matter.

Mayweather said: “I’m not going to go in there with no former fighters, former world champions, putting more abuse on my body. I retired for a reason.
“I’m here to have fun and enjoy myself, sometimes three rounds, sometimes eight rounds, with guys that are going to help me entertain people.
“I’m not going to take punishment to the point to where I can barely walk or barely talk.
“Manny had a great career, but boxing retired Manny, Manny didn’t retire from boxing. There’s a difference.
“Of course, if I were Manny Pacquiao, would I be chasing an exhibition with Floyd Mayweather to get a payday? Absolutely I would.

Meanwhile, Diaz, younger brother to Nick, is now a free agent after leaving the UFC following the final bout on his UFC deal.
Mayweather has confirmed he will fight in Japan again and RIZIN CEO Noboyuki Sakakibara is ready to branch out for his next opponent.
Sakakibara told MMA Mania: “We had Nick fight in PRIDE before and we’ve known them from way back.
“So, if we were to do something with Floyd again, we always have to talk about an opponent.

“It’s just one possibility thinking about the future. Not only Floyd’s opponent, but Nate Diaz as an individual has a great amount of character, fight style, and a great following internationally.
