The brother to heavyweight champion Tyson, 33, pulled out of the fight in December with a broken rib and chest infection.
Fury, 22, has pleaded with his promotional team to agree a rescheduled date but Paul, 25, has been unwilling to oblige.
He instead told the 2019 Love Islander to earn it, by either fighting Woodley, 39, or featuring on Tyson’s next undercard.
And ex-UFC champion Woodley is ready to go, as he responded to the challenge: “I’m wit (sic) it.”
Paul first beat the American on points in August then won the rematch with a brutal knockout four months later after Fury pulled out.
And he wants to see Woodley now get in the ring with his celebrity boxing rival.

Paul said on The MMA Hour: “He’s delusional and he sort of missed his chance and his opportunity.
“I sort of want him to fight Tyron Woodley and see what happens there.
“Because I think Tyron would knock Tommy out, so, I almost want to have them fight.
“Tommy, people only know him because of me, and so I want him to go get some of your own fans, or clout, or go do some other thing.
“Then, maybe we could run it back after that.”

McGregor, 33, had initially paid little attention to the prospect of a bout with Paul, although he’s seemingly now intrigued by a potential boxing match the former Disney star.
When asked if he’d be open to locking horns with The Problem Child, he told the Mirror: “Who knows? Never say never.”
YouTube sensation Paul put McGregor back in his crosshairs before his viral knockout of former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley last December.
And The Notorious was also one of Paul’s targets in his Dana White diss track.
McGregor added: “I didn’t see the Woodley fight. It only did a couple thousand buys. I saw it online.
“I didn’t hear the diss track on Dana. I don’t pay attention to all of that.”

McGregor’s sights are currently set on a summer return to the octagon, which he hasn’t set foot in since breaking his leg last July.
The Irishman told SecondsOut: “I would like [to return at] International Fight Week.
“But we’ll see, though. I’ve got to take it day by day.
“April they said I’d be back sparring, back twisting and turning.
“I was told I could box a couple of months back and then all of sudden, I couldn’t box.
“So I’m just taking it day by day, there’s no rush. I’m in a great place mentally.
“Physically, I feel strong, I feel energetic. I’m always eager to get in a fight, so [I’ll] just take it day by day and it’ll happen.
“It will happen when the Lord wants it to happen.”
Conor McGregor is eyeing a return to the octagon at International Fight Week in JulyCredit: GETTY
Paul, meanwhile, is eyeing a September return to the boxing ring, saying: “There’s a lot going on in other aspects of my life.
“I’m going to do these press conferences over the next two weeks here to help with the promotion around Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano and I’m very busy on the business side of things with my venture capital fund.
“So I haven’t even got back into the gym or been training at all.
“I need to have a discussion with my coaches but probably I would say August-September maybe. Maybe later. I’m trying to figure it out.
“Obviously if the stars align in some sort of way or I have a change of heart, then things can obviously move around but right now I don’t feel like that motivated to just go right back into another training camp.”

Watch shocking moment boxer picks up opponent and performs TWO MMA move leaving commentator and referee stunned

A BOXER stunned fight fans last weekend by landing TWO double-leg takedowns at Global Legion FC 20.Alberto Blas – who also competes in mixed martial arts – appeared to forget he was taking part in a boxing match as he shot in for a takedown less than a minute into his clash with Timmy Mason last weekend.

The Cuban executed a picture-perfect power double, beautifully dropping to his knees and slamming Mason to the canvas.
The referee and announcers were left absolutely stunned by Blas’ takedown – which Mason was powerless to stop.
Blas, 27, was quickly pushed off Mason so he couldn’t rain down any ground and pound.
Stunningly, the ref didn’t disqualify Blas for his blatant violation of the rules.
But just moments later, it soon became apparent Blas’ takedown wasn’t muscle memory kicking in as he took Mason down a second time.
The ref struggled to pull El Indio off his opponent the second time but promptly disqualified him from the match after separating the pair.

Shocked viewers of the fight were quick to comment, with one tweeting: “Beautiful double leg takedown, but why the f*** did he even do that for? Lol.”

Aaron Chalmers reveals talks with Tommy Fury but still eyes life-changing fight with Jake Paul and Love Islanders

AARON CHALMERS is now in position to set himself up with life-changing fights with stars from the YouTube and reality TV world. Chalmers, 34, has now confirmed his switch from MMA to professional boxing, signing for promotional company Boxxer and Sky Sports.
Former reality TV star Aaron Chalmers, 34, has confirmed his move from MMA to boxing
It is the latest chapter in his prizefighting career, which started in 2017 with an MMA debut and will now carry on into the ring.
But Chalmers almost began his boxing career with a mega-fight against fellow influencer Tommy Fury.
He verbally agreed to face Fury, 22, while out of shape weighing 14st and having never boxed before.
But after meeting with trainer Adam Booth in the following days and revealing his plan, the esteemed boxing brain put a stop to that.
Chalmers told SunSport: “I met Adam a week later, and he said, ‘No chance’. It was not in my favour whatsoever.”
What followed for Chalmers was 17 months under the watchful eye of Booth, who famously led David Haye to a heavyweight world title.

He is set to make his pro boxing debut this April in the middleweight division as the latest high-profile name to sign with Sky Sports.
Chalmers helped headline MMA shows in his home of Newcastle – as well as London and Dublin – with the backing of his Geordie Shore fanbase.
And re-igniting talks with Fury, brother to heavyweight champion Tyson, could be another way of introducing boxing to a new set of eyeballs.
Chalmers said: “I don’t know Tommy, but I know he probably gets as much stick as I do.
“So maybe that’s something we can look at down the line. He’s a big lad, stuff like that, it interests us.
“Because it’s a challenge, it’s a big fight, maybe not for so-called ‘boxing fans’.
“But I’ll bring Geordie Shore fans to the boxing, which is not a bad thing.”

Chalmers is surrounded by elite boxing talent like Michael Conlan, Liam Williams and Josh Kelly at Booth’s Surrey-based gym.
He lives nearby, but that comes at the cost of spending only one weekend every fortnight back home with his partner Talia and their three kids.
But with the likes of YouTuber Jake Paul, 25, bringing millions of pounds to any opponent he faces, it offers Chalmers the ultimate reward.
Chalmers, who has 2million Instagram followers, said: “The sacrifices were made because I knew what could come, I’m looking at how boxing is going.
“Obviously, you’ve got your Jake Pauls and all that, going down that route. If one of them fights come up, that’s my family sorted for life.
“Not that I’m chasing that from the off, but I know with the right noise made, something like that could happen.
“Then the sacrifices would be worth it, as I’d never have to work a day in my life again.”

Paul’s coach BJ Flores is an old friend of Chalmers’ manager Booth, potentially making the fight easier to negotiate.
Love Island winner Jack Fincham, 30, is another celeb with a boxing background, looking to get in the ring again.
But despite the list of big-money bouts on offer to Chalmers, winning a prestigious domestic belt, like the famed English or British titles, could be just as rewarding.
Chalmers said: “By all means, if Adam and I thought in two or three years time, I was ready, then 100 per cent I would never shy away from trying to earn a belt.
“For someone who started boxing at 33 years old I would f***ing love to retire with a British or English title.
“For me that is a big, big step, but we’ll see. Along with those fights, you’ve also got Jack Fincham, and other fighters in boxing we can look at.
“I’m just excited, I’m so glad it’s been announced.”

KHABIB NURMAGOMEDOV’S manager has claimed Jake Paul would ‘beat the s***’ out of Conor McGregor and all his team-mates. YouTuber Paul has been relentlessly pursuing a boxing match with McGregor and even claimed he sent the UFC star a $50million (£37m) deal.

It came after he called The Notorious an ‘Irish c***’ and insulted his fiancee Dee Devlin last year.
The viral callout earned the respect of Nurmagomedov’s manager Ali Abdelaziz – who himself has a bitter rivalry with McGregor.
Abdelaziz told TMZ Sports: “Jake Paul, I like this kid. You know why? Because he is real.
“When he talked about Conor’s wife, [Paul] said [McGregor] talked about Khabib’s wife. I like Jake Paul.
“I think he’ll beat the s**t out of Conor, Conor’s team-mates, all these guys.
“I like his brother too. Logan Paul, I like these kids, they make something from nothing. Even Mike Tyson likes these kids. Mike is my friend.”

Paul even went after UFC president Dana White in a desperate bid to entice McGregor back into the ring.
But the Dublin southpaw – who lost his boxing debut against Floyd Mayweather in 2017 – is more interested in his cage career.
McGregor, 33, lost his trilogy fight to Dustin Poirier, 32, after breaking his leg in the Octagon but is now nearing a comeback after bulking up massively during his time off. More

And after being goaded by Lane for the umpteenth time, he pulled a bat out of nowhere and said: “What’s up, little b***h?”
Ultimate Fighter season 16 contestant Lane immediately mocked Perry, saying: “You’ve got a bat, b****?
“He needs a bat. What are you going to do with that?
“My peoples already waiting outside to get your a** but I’ve got to make them wait so I can let you get in the ring and get really f****d up.
“So with that bat, you might want to watch yourself when you’re walking out of here, you’re going to play like that.”
Perry, however, lightened the mood by dismantling the bat and showing it was just a prop.

Jake Paul reignites war of words with UFC legend Conor McGregor by pointing out how much Tyson Fury earns for fighting

JAKE PAUL has reignited his war of words with Conor McGregor – and this time he’s taken aim at the UFC star’s wages. The YouTuber began targeting McGregor with a series of expletive-filled videos 14 months ago before stopping his digs after seeing him break his leg last July.

Paul, however, put McGregor back in his crosshairs last month by mentioning him in his Dana White ‘diss track’.
And now, he’s mocked the former two-division champion’s earnings by claiming they pale in comparison to those of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
After seeing McGregor congratulate UFC middleweight champ Israel Adesanya for his new bumper deal, Paul tweeted: “Indeed well deserved [sic] for Izzy but unfortunately Tyson Fury still makes more than both of you combined for fighting.”
The Problem Child then called for McGregor to step up and speak out about fighter pay in the UFC.
He asked: “Conor, when you gonna [sic] start playing your part to get ALL fighters better pay and healthcare?”
McGregor, who has yet to respond to Paul, hailed Adesanya’s bumper new deal by saying: “Congrats Paradigm Sports Management Agency.

Future UFC Hall of Famer McGregor, 33, is currently gearing up for a potential summer return to the octagon.

Paul, meanwhile, is currently playing the role of promoter ahead of Amanda Serrano’s clash with Katie Taylor but is eyeing a September return to the ring.
During an appearance on The MMA Hour, he said: “There’s a lot going on in other aspects of my life.

Aaron Chalmers, 34, admits he will never be world champ but Geordie Shore star dreaming of big fights and massive events

AARON CHALMERS has given himself three years to achieve his boxing dreams of winning massive fights and even titles. The ex-Geordie Shore star has confirmed his switch from MMA to professional boxing, signing for promotional company Boxxer and Sky Sports.
Aaron Chalmers has signed as a professional boxer
He left the cage with a 5-2 record, last fighting in February 2020, and was almost ready to hang up his gloves afterwards.
Chalmers, 34, told SunSport: “Not long after that we went into lockdown, then I had a baby and my life kind of spiralled a little bit.
“I was drinking and then it got to like August or September and I thought, ‘I’m going to give it one more chance in boxing’.”
Chalmers then spoke to close friend, 10–1–1 welterweight Josh Kelly – who suggested he try out their Surrey gym headed up by Adam Booth.
Soon enough, the former Bellator welterweight was training in front of esteemed British coach Booth, where his boxing journey began.
Chalmers revealed: “The first day, Adam was like, ‘Right, shadow box’. I shadow boxed and obviously I’d never boxed before, I’d only ever done MMA.

“From the level Adam has, he was like, ‘Right, we need to take everything back to scratch.’
“For the first six months, I was literally practising the perfect jab, for f***ing six months.
“There were many times I thought, is this going to work? But I thought stick in there and it will pay off.
“People think I’ve just joined to Adam’s a couple of weeks ago and just signed to Boxxer.
“That’s not the case. It’s been 17 months, living away, I’ve had two babies, and I’m living away from my missus and family as I knew eventually it would pay off, and it has.”
Chalmers is living close to his gym and is surrounded by the likes of Michael Conlan, 30, Liam Williams, 29, and Kelly, 27.
That does come at the cost of only spending one weekend every fortnight back home with his partner Talia and their three kids.
But with only limited time to give it his all in the ring, the boxing debutant is ready to do whatever it takes.

He said: “I’ve got three years, so it has to be done properly. If I wasn’t doing it properly, then I wouldn’t be at Adam’s gym.
“I’m not going to be a world champion, that’s a fact. I haven’t got time on my side.
“But my main goals are to fight on big, big shows, be on the undercards of massive events in England, Sky Sports events.
“Maybe finish off, at 37 and try a fight for an Area title. Who knows? My MMA career was a whirlwind, I look back and think, ‘Jesus Christ’.
“I’m hoping my boxing career will be the same, I’m hoping once we get the first fight in, I feel like everything is going to open up.”
Big celebrity fights, with the likes of YouTuber Jake Paul, 25, and Love Islander Tommy Fury, 22, in the sport could be inevitable.
But walking away with a prestigious domestic belt, like the famed English or British titles, could be just as rewarding for Chalmers.

He agreed: “You can never say never, three years is a long time, you can learn a lot.
“By all means, if Adam and I thought in two or three years time, I was ready, then 100 per cent I would never shy away from trying to earn a belt.
“For someone who started boxing at 33-years-old, I would f***ing love to retire with a British or English title.
“For me that is a big, big step, but we’ll see. Along with those fights, you’ve also got other fighters in boxing we can look at.
“I’m just excited, I’m so glad it’s been announced.”
Chalmers is set to make his pro boxing debut in April at the middleweight limit.
