Despite a tough group, fans will hope that their side can go further than they’ve ever been, and reach the round of 16.
Head coach Hervé Renard discussed his team’s mentality, stating: “Even though we are in a tough group, you have to be ambitious.
“Going to the World Cup without ambition is pointless. We have to believe we have a chance and push ourselves to the limit.”
It looks to be a tough test against a Mexico side who have reached the knockout stages in the last six consecutive World Cups.
