Man Utd hand Arsenal and Tottenham transfer boost after pulling out of Jules Kounde race to focus on Raphael Varane

ARSENAL and Tottenham’s hopes of signing Sevilla star Jules Kounde have been boosted after Manchester United turned their attention elsewhere, reports suggest.Kounde enjoyed a stunning campaign with the Andalusians as he made 49 appearances across all competitions and earned immense interest from the Premier League.

United, Arsenal and Tottenham are said to be keeping tabs on the star centre-back, whose impressive performances in LaLiga earned him an international call-up by France for Euro 2020.
But Dean Jones recently told The Done Deal Show that the Red Devils are prioritising other defensive targets, mainly Real Madrid star Raphael Varane.
The Manchester giants are initially looking to officially seal Jadon Sancho’s move from Borussia Dortmund.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is then determined to sign a top centre-back that will partner up with Harry Maguire.
But the Manchester giants are focused on Varane and Villarreal ace Pau Torres, who could move to Old Trafford in a swap deal that would see Eric Bailly going back the other way.
That works as a major boost for Arsenal and Tottenham, who are highly likely to move for the 22-year-old defender.
The Gunners appear to be prioritising Brighton ace Ben White but Manchester City have also joined the bidding war for the England international.

Spurs new boss Nuno Espirito Santo is said to be keen on making Kounde his first signing in North London.
However, both London rivals will have to splash some serious cash to convince Sevilla to sell their best defender.
City tried their luck last summer but a bid of around £50million was not enough to do business with the Spanish giants.

Sergio Ramos ‘rejects £10m Man Utd offer after talks over free transfer as Arsenal and PSG eye Real Madrid legend’

REAL MADRID legend Sergio Ramos has attracted interest from the Premier League after his exit from the Santiago Bernabeu, reports suggest.Ramos’ 16-year stint at Real came to an end last month after the player and club president Florentino Perez failed to reach an agreement over a new contract.

Los Blancos were willing to offer a one-year deal on reduced terms but the 35-year-old defender held out for a two-year contract and that standstill led to the former team captain’s departure.
According to the Daily Star, Manchester United approached the Spain international and proposed a £10million deal, with the option of a second season.
But Ramos rejected that offer and reports suggest he is close to joining Paris Saint-Germain, where he has been handed a straight two-year deal with his annual salary slightly minimised.

According to Goal, however, there has been no agreement between the player and PSG.
The same source, though, confirms that the Ligue 1 giants and Ramos have indeed come in contact without a formal offer being tabled.
Arsenal have also asked to be kept in the loop regarding the star centre-back’s future.

United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is determined to sign a top defender to partner up with Harry Maguire at the back.
However, the Red Devils appear to be prioritising the likes of Real star Raphael Varane and Villarreal ace Pau Torres.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, on the other hand, would also like someone to lead his backline but seems to be prioritising the signing of a midfielder.
If Ramos ultimately joins PSG then he will reunite with former Real team-mates Keylor Navas and Angel Di Maria as well as fellow Spain players Ander Herrera and Pablo Sarabia.

Inside Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho’s bromance with new Man Utd star asking England pal to get transfer over line

MANCHESTER UNITED look to have FINALLY got the transfer of Jadon Sancho over the line. And Old Trafford favourite Marcus Rashford may just have proved instrumental in making it happen.

The two players, both on international duty with England at the Euros, appear to have a bromance in full blossom.
According to The Athletic, Sancho text his mate to try and get his dream move to United done.
The 21-year-old wrote: “Can you ask Ed to pay the money please?”
But it took almost a year later for it to look like it’s finally happening as United held on to get their man for cheaper.
The Premier League giants will pay £73million for the former Manchester City youth player.
SunSport revealed last month that the England star had already agreed personal terms with the Red Devils, worth £350,000-a-week.
And Rashford will be delighted he will get to share the changing room with his great friend.
Last month Rashford appeared to reply to a tweet that read ‘Announce Sancho Marcus’ with ‘yes’ – sending United fans delirious.

I stand by you all the way! Growing up in London a lot of the kids their parents struggled financially so having free school meals was a saviour! This one is close to my heart ❤️— Jadon Sancho (@Sanchooo10) June 16, 2020

But the morning after the United star said it wasn’t him and that his account had ‘a little hack’.
Rashford also shared a photo of the pair in England training, captioning it ‘little bro’ and tagging in Sancho.
He has also described Sancho, 21, as his ‘favourite player in the Bundesliga’ when asked by a fan on social media.
The pair have wished each other ‘happy birthday’ over social media, and Sancho was in awe of Rashford’s fight with the government for free school meals for kids.
The incoming United forward replied on one of Rashford’s statements with: “I stand by you all the way!

Hilariously, Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham jokingly tried to break their budding friendship.
Last year United marksman Rashford took to Instagram to wish his compatriot a happy birthday.
Posting a picture of the duo on international duty, the 23-year-old said: “Happy birthday bro!! @sanchooo10 Enjoy your day, indoors!”
The ex-Manchester City youth star was quick to reply, as he messaged back: “Thank you Rashhyy, appreciate it bro.”
In a now deleted comment, Abraham then chipped in where he warned Rashford, “Stay away from my Jadon,” followed by a laughing emoji.

Man Utd ‘give up on £43m Ousmane Dembele transfer after Barcelona star ruled out for four months following surgery’

MANCHESTER UNITED have reportedly ended their long drawn-out pursuit of Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele.Spanish publication Sport claim that the Red Devils were prepared to pay £43million prior to the Frenchman’s injury setback at Euro 2020.
Manchester United have ended their ended their interest in Ousmane DembeleCredit: Splash
The 24-year-old was forced to leave France’s squad prior to their exit to Switzerland after he suffered a knee problem against Hungary.
Les Bleus had only brought on the winger as a substitute earlier in the second-half before he was struck down with his latest injury.

SunSport previously reported that Dembele is set to go under the knife to repair the damaged bicep femoris muscle in his right leg.
And the former Borussia Dortmund ace could be kept out for as much as four months which would see him return to action in October.
As a result, United will now have to reconsider their options having been linked with a move for Dembele for the last few transfer windows.
The Old Trafford were close to signing the France international last summer only for a deal to collapse at the last stage.
But any revived more for Dembele was made less of a priority after the club agreed a £73million deal for Jadon Sancho.
The Red Devils have finally concluded successful negotiations with Dortmund, after over a year of haggling with the German side.

But with boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer plotting a title charge, United are still after a number of star acquisitions.
Spain defender Pau Torres, currently starring at Euro 2020, impressed the club first hand during their Europa League final defeat.
United may have to pay his £56m release clause, however, should they fail to agree on a lower price with Villarreal.

    DOUBEL TROUBLE
David De Gea and Dean Henderson’s futures are in doubt now Manchester United have secured the services of four goalkeepers.
The club have signed Tom Heaton on a three-year deal and extended Lee Grant’s stay by a year meaning the club are now overloaded in that department.
It is clearly a move in preparation for the departure of one of their first-team keepers who shared goalkeeping duties between them last season. Neither De Gea, 30, or Henderson, 24, want to play second fiddle to the other next season.
Now the Red Devils will wait to see if there are offers for either. De Gea lost his Premier League first team place for a time towards the end of last season.
Henderson did not fully grasp his opportunity with De Gea returning at the end and taking his place in the Europa League Final.
But he was poor as United drew 1-1 with Villarreal and lost on penalties with De Gea not getting nearing one of the 11 spot-kicks he faced and then crucially missed his own.

    WHAT A BAUM-MER
Manchester United look set to miss out on target Christoph Baumgartner after he pledged his future to Hoffenheim.
The Red Devils have been keeping tabs on the Austrian since January as they look to bolster their midfield ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
But their pursuit of the 21-year-old will have to put on hold until at least next season, according to Buli News. The youngster’s contract expires in 2025 and he has no plans of changing that in the coming years.
Baumgartner reckons staying put at the Rhian-Neckar Arena is the best thing for his career right now. When asked about his future, he said: “My clear plan is to play for Hoffenheim next season.
“I definitely extended my contract in March with the intention to play here next season.
“I believe I have the biggest opportunity to develop further here. For me, that means playing consistently at a high level with more room for improvement.”

    BEFRIEND IT LIKE BECKHAM
Victoria Beckham has been crowned England’s ultimate Wag ahead of the Three Lions’ Euro 2020 quarter-final clash with Ukraine.
Manchester United legend David’s wife has topped the list of the most popular partner just ahead of Coleen Rooney and Abbey Clancey.
England’s current Wags were allowed to roar on Gareth Southgate’s men during their 2-0 win over Germany at Wembley.
They included Harry Kane’s missus Katie Goodland, Jordan Pickford’s wife Megan Davison and Harry Maguire’s fiancee Fern Hawkins.
Yet according to a survey by bettingexpert.com of over 1000 Brits ahead of the game, the partners of former players were more popular.

    SPECIAL ARRIVAL
Former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho touched down in Rome today and was greeted by hoards of supporters at the airport.
The Portuguese coach was taken from Lisbon to the Italian capital in a private plane piloted by Roma’s owner Dan Friedkin.
His arrival comes just hours before England land there for their Euro 2020 last eight clash with Ukraine.
But the former Tottenham manager will not be watching the Three Lions in action – instead he will begin his new job at Roma. The 58-year-old was sacked by Spurs in April just days before the Carabao Cup Final.
He soon agreed to take charge of the Serie A outfit at the end of the campaign and in the meantime has been working as SunSport’s exclusive Euro 2020 expert.
Now the ex-Chelsea and Manchester United boss is in Italy and shared a snap of himself arriving at Fiumicino ahead of pre-season training.

    HE THINKS IT’S AL OVER
Former Manchester United target Toby Alderweireld has reportedly told Tottenham he wants to quit the club this summer.
The Belgian centre-half joined Spurs in 2015 from Atletico Madrid after impressing before that on loan at Southampton. He has played nearly 200 appearances for the North London side and helped them reach the Champions League final in 2019.
Now The Athletic claims his time with Spurs may soon be over and that he is searching for a new side. Harry Kane’s future still remains unclear and this latest development will not help new boss Nuno Espirito Santo with his pre-season plans.
Tottenham have been in the market for a new centre-half and reportedly had a £15.5million offer for Takehiro Tomiyasu rejected by Bologna.
SunSport exclusively revealed last week that Spurs are confident they will land the Japanese defender this summer.
The North London club felt their initial bid of £12.9m plus an extra £2.6m in add-ons would be enough to clinch the 22-year-old. But Bologna are holding out for an extra £1.5m for Tomiyasu, taking the price to £17.2m.

    VARANE BOOST
Raphael Varane’s agent has been given the green light by Real Madrid to discuss a potential transfer to Manchester United.
Varane is entering the final year of his contract with Real and doesn’t seem very likely to extend.
Therefore, according to Marca, Los Blancos have allowed the defender’s representative to hold talks with United.
Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is determined to sign a top centre-back to partner up with Harry Maguire in defence
    MATA PRAISE
Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has praised team-mate Juan Mata after signing his contract extension.
Mata put pen to paper on a new one-year deal with United and Fernandes seems to be completely on board with that.
Even though he now has to wait for the No8 shirt for another year.

    NEXT PRIORITY
Manchester United are very close to making Jadon Sancho’s move to Old Trafford official.
Now the next order of business will be a new contract for star midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
That is according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who expects new updates this month.
    More below:

    CAVANI LINK
Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho wouldn’t be on his way to Manchester United if it wasn’t for Edinson Cavani.
That’s according to the Athletic, who claim United would have prioritised the signing of a centre-forward had Cavani not signed an extension.
But the Uruguay international put pen on paper on a new one-year deal.
And thus, the Red Devils focused on Sancho, who will link up with the rest of the squad after England’s Euro 2020 campaign
    RAMOS SNUB
Sergio Ramos snubbed a move to Manchester United after leaving Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.
Ramos is set to join Paris Saint-Germain on a two-year deal as a free agent.
According to the Daily Star, however, the 36-year-old held talks with United about a possible switch to Old Trafford before sealing his move to PSG.
The Red Devils were willing to hand over a £200,000-a-week deal, with the option of a second season, whereas PSG offered a straight two-year deal but with reduced wages.
    HEATON REACTS
Tom Heaton is very happy to have returned to Manchester United, the same club where he spent his youth days.
Heaton told United’s official website: “For me to have the opportunity to come back after spending 13 great years here as a kid, it’s an incredible feeling and I’m really, really excited to get started.
“I’m just seeing it as a fantastic opportunity as I still feel I’ve got an awful lot to give and I’ve got the bit between my teeth.
“I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running. I feel in great shape and I’m looking forward to coming in to compete with the other goalkeepers”
    HEAT-ING UP
Manchester United have announced the signing of ex-Burnley and Aston Villa goalkeeper Tom Heaton.
Heaton has put pen to paper on a deal until June 2023, with the option for a further year.
The 35-year-old shot-stopper spent 13 years at United as a youngster without ever making a senior appearance.
The England international is set to become manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s third-choice goalkeeper behind David de Gea and Dean Henderson

    FANS NOT ALLOWED
England supporters who travel to Rome for the Euro 2020 quarter-final match against Ukraine, which will feature plenty of Manchester United stars, will not be allowed into the stadium even if they have a ticket.
The Italian embassy in London have warned that “anybody who has been in the UK in the previous 14 days, irrespective of their nationality or residency will not be admitted to the stadium, even if they have a ticket.”
They added: “Anyone who is found to be failing to observe quarantine will be punished as laid down by the law.
“Fans based in the UK should therefore not travel to Italy to attend the match on Saturday at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.”
The embassy also said that those “who can prove that they have arrived in Italy at least six days previously, have observed five days of quarantine, and have taken a post-quarantine Covid-19 test with a negative result will be allowed into the Stadio Olimpico”.
But they added: “Being exempt from quarantine in Italy for any legal reason, will not translate into permission to enter the stadium.”
    HAALAND LINK
Chelsea are reportedly preparing an offer for Borussia Dortmund superstar Erling Haaland, who has also been linked with Manchester United.
That is according to the Daily Mail, who claim the Blues are close to landing star striker Haaland.
The report suggests the Norway international expects a move to the west Londoners this summer after another successful season in Germany.
However, Chelsea are still facing a fierce bidding war with Manchester United, Manchester City and Real Madrid.
    MATA STAYS
Juan Mata has agreed to stay at Manchester United for one more year.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Mata put pen to paper on a one-year extension after his previous contract expired at midnight on Wednesday.
The winger has played a major part in the club ever since 2014 when he moved to Old Trafford from Chelsea.
The Spain international was part of the teams that won the FA Cup and Community Shield in 2016 as well as the EFL Cup and Europa League a year later
    VAR REVIEW
Manchester United are reportedly closing in on a deal for Real Madrid ace Raphael Varane.
That is according to ESPN, who claim United have received encouragement over a transfer for Varane following a deal for Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho.
The report adds that the centre-back is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s top defensive target and Real are prepared to negotiate a realistic fee for the 28-year-old.
The Red Devils are already said to have held ‘some discussions’ for the France international – whose contract at Los Blancos is due to expire in June 2022.
The Manchester giants’ efforts to sign Varane have stepped up following France’s surprise round-of-16 exit at Euro 2020 against Switzerland.
United are allegedly confident that a deal can be done for around £43million – a sharp decrease from Madrid’s initial £60m valuation

    POGBA FUTURE
Manchester United star Paul Pogba is set to enter the final 12 months of his Old Trafford deal.
According to the Daily Express, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could try and sign a midfielder if Pogba’s contract saga continues.
That is why the Red Devils have been linked with the likes of West Ham star Declan Rice and Bayern Munich ace Leon Goretzka.
The Manchester giants will start focusing on other targets once Jadon Sancho’s move from Borussia Dortmund is completed
    GORETZKA LINK
Manchester United have been linked with a shock swoop for Bayern Munich star Leon Goretzka.
That is according to Bild, who claim that Goretzka has emerged as a potential target due to contract problems between the midfielder and Bayern.
The Germany international’s deal expires next year and talks have opened over an extension.
But the 26-year-old’s demands are reportedly giving the German champions a ‘headache.’
United are reportedly in the market for a central midfielder with West Ham star Declan Rice also posing as a top target
    SANCHO SITUATION
As you probably already know, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund announced yesterday that a deal has been struck between them regarding Jadon Sancho.
Sancho will join United after Euro 2020 with the Manchester giants paying Dortmund £73million for the star winger.
And the England international is set to become United’s second-highest earner.
The 21-year-old will pen a five-year deal at Old Trafford worth £91million – or £350,000 per week.
That will see Sancho’s wages more than treble from the £100,000-per-week deal he is on at Dortmund
    MORNING MAN UTD FANS
Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund announced yesterday a deal has been agreed to take Jadon Sancho to Old Trafford after Euro 2020.
United will pay the Germans £73million for the England winger who will join when he is released from Three Lions duty.
Sancho is to become United’s second-highest earner.
He will pen a five-year deal at Old Trafford worth £91million – or £350,000 per week.
That will see his wages more than treble from the £100,000-per-week deal he is on at Dortmund.
And it will also see him among the very best-paid players in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad.
Elsewhere, United want to sign Dominic Calvert-Lewin this summer.
The Red Devils are on the hunt for a new striker as a long-term No9 replacement for Romelu Lukaku.
And they have identified the Everton front man as the ideal candidate.
Calvert-Lewin, 24, enjoyed the best season of his career in 2020-21 with 21 goals in 39 appearances to be the Toffees’ crowned player of the year.
And finally, United are reportedly closing in on a deal for Real Madrid star Raphael Varane.
ESPN claim the Red Devils have received encouragement over a transfer for the France World Cup winner following a deal for Jadon Sancho.
The report adds that Varane is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s top defensive target and Madrid are prepared to negotiate a realistic fee for the 28-year-old.

The Chelsea star, 22, was ruled out of the win over Czech Republic after being told to self-isolate before watching the Germany game from the bench.
Gareth Southgate also took a midfielder out of the Wembley triumph to set up with a back five, a decision he may reverse in Rome.
Former defender Neville picked his expected team for Saturday on Twitter and called on the Three Lions boss to use a 4-2-3-1 formation.
There has been a clamour for Jack Grealish to feature more heavily all tournament but the Manchester United legend opted for Mount instead.
Neville, 46, added that the Aston Villa playmaker ‘could’ feature having also preferred Phil Foden on the right wing.

David De Gea and Dean Henderson’s Man Utd futures in doubt as club sign up FOUR keepers with pair battling for No1 spot

DAVID DE GEA and Dean Henderson’s futures are in doubt now Manchester United have secured the services of four goalkeepers. The club have signed Tom Heaton on a three-year deal and extended Lee Grant’s stay by a year meaning the club are now overloaded in that department.
David De Gea lost his starting place to Dean Henderson towards the end of last season
One of Henderson or De Gea could leave in search of first-team football
The only problem of course in trying to offload De Gea is that he has at least two years left of a £375,000 a year contract left to run.
No club in the world is going to match that with the Spaniard past his best and United may have to negotiate a pay-off to get rid.
Henderson returned to United after a successful loan spell at Sheffield United last season and signed a new five-year deal with the option for the club to extend it by a further year.
He would command a fee of around £40million.

Tom Heaton has joined United on a free transfer
Meanwhile Heaton has returned to United after his contract ran out at Aston Villa, signing a two-year deal with the option for a further year, insisting he has unfinished business to complete.
Heaton, 35, said: “For me, I’m just seeing it as a fantastic opportunity as I still feel I’ve got an awful lot to give and I’ve got the bit between my teeth. It can’t come quickly enough.
“I’m looking forward to come in to compete. My ambition is to get into the side. That’s never been any different. I left the football club to go in search of first-team football, to go and get that experience. I’m coming back here now with a lot more experience.
“It’s been 11 years, I think, since I left. It feels like a long time but I’ve gathered different things since I’ve gone and have come back here now looking to get into the side. I can’t put it any other way.”
Heaton grew up at United but could never break into the first team as he was constantly farmed out on loan before leaving permanently for Cardiff.
He really made his name during a successful spell at Burnley which saw him make 200 appearances, earning England recognition along the way.

He moved to Aston Villa but injury shattered his two seasons there reducing him to just 20 appearances before his contract ran out this summer.
He said: “I had a really good spell at Villa, a fantastic football club, in the first 20 games but unfortunately had a relatively serious injury, then finding Emilio Martinez coming in and playing fantastically well so opportunities were limited at the back-end of last season.
“That’s part of football. My contract runs out and I have a decision to make and weigh different things up. As soon as I heard of the interest from what feels like my club really, having spent so much time here, their results are the first I looked for, it was a no-brainer for me.
“I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running. I feel great at the moment. I feel in great shape and I’m looking forward to coming in to compete with the other goalkeepers. I’ve got my eyes firmly set on trying to get into the team and I’m looking forward to getting started on that journey.”

The 21-year-old will become the joint third-highest earner in the Premier League
SunSport have previously revealed Sancho will sign a five-year contract worth £91MILLION when he arrives at Old Trafford after Euro 2020.
The departing Borussia Dortmund star will become the joint third-highest paid player in England, receiving the same salary as Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The highest earner in the Prem is Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, believed to be taking home £385k every week.
Second on the list is Sancho’s soon-to-be team-mate David de Gea, earning a reported £375,000-a-week at Old Trafford.
Just below Sancho on the list is Chelsea forward Havertz, who is believed to earn £310k every seven days.
City star Sterling, who is enjoying a brilliant tournament with England at the Euros, is said to be receiving £300,000-a-week at the Etihad.

That’s slightly more – relatively speaking – than Paul Pogba’s reported £290,000-a-week salary at United.
The eighth-highest earner in the Prem is Chelsea striker Timo Werner, who is believed to be getting £270k every week.
And finishing the top ten is Red Devils pair Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani in joint ninth, with reports suggesting they both earn £250,000-a-week at Old Trafford.

Sancho’s £73m move to United, which has now been confirmed, makes him the club’s fourth-most expensive signing of all time behind Paul Pogba, Harry Maguire and Romelu Lukaku.
The winger has played just six minutes at the Euros so far and will be hoping to get his chance in England’s quarter final clash against Ukraine on Saturday, July 3.

Man Utd re-sign Tom Heaton on free transfer as keeper, 35, returns to club 11 years after leaving

MANCHESTER UNITED have confirmed goalkeeper Tom Heaton has rejoined the club. The 35-year-old has joined on a free transfer after his contract at Aston Villa expired last month.
Tom Heaton has re-joined Man Utd on a two-year contract
The veteran will play back-up to David de Gea and Dean Henderson this season
The England international stopper has agreed a contract until June 2023 at Old Trafford with an option for a further year.
Heaton came through the ranks at United and was part of the squad between 2002 to 2010 but failed to make a first-team appearance.
Heaton said: “For me to have the opportunity to come back after spending 13 great years here as a kid, it’s an incredible feeling and I’m really, really excited to get started.
“I’m just seeing it as a fantastic opportunity as I still feel I’ve got an awful lot to give and I’ve got the bit between my teeth.
“I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running. I feel in great shape and I’m looking forward to coming in to compete with the other goalkeepers.”
Heaton spent six years at Burnley and won three caps for the Three Lions before making the switch to Villa two years ago.
He suffered a serious knee injury last year and Emi Martinez has been the first choice since his move from Arsenal.
Heaton will now provide back-up at Old Trafford next season for Dean Henderson and David de Gea.

It marks a remarkable United comeback for the ace after he graduated through their academy before departing in 2010 for Cardiff City – a decision that left Sir Alex Ferguson fuming with him.
Speaking to Star Sport in 2019, Heaton revealed the legendary former manager’s reaction.
He said: “It was, how do you say, an interesting moment. I understood his point of view. I’d been there since I was a kid. He was offering me a new contract and I was turning it down.
“He wasn’t best pleased! So, I was on the end of it a bit. I totally understood it because they had invested a lot of time in me.
“But I knew what was right for me. It was a risk, but it was one I wanted to take.
“I walked out of his office with my tail between my legs. It needed to be done. It was the right decision. I knew that and I never wavered from it.”
