Man Utd transfer target Ryan Gravenberch says he will only leave Ajax if club can cash in on him

MANCHESTER UNITED transfer target Ryan Gravenberch has claimed he will not leave Ajax unless they get good cash for him.The 19-year-old wonderkid has burst onto the scene in Holland and has already won 10 caps for his country.

The Red Devils are one of a host of clubs interested in signing him, along with Premier League rivals Man City.
Fellow European heavyweights Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund are also keen on the teen.
Gravenberch is under contract with Ajax until June 2023 and neither he nor his agent Mino Raiola – who has a tricky relationship with United – have agreed to an extension.
Now the star has provided a hint on his future by claiming he will not see out his deal and leave for nothing.
He told Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad: “It is up to my agent and father, I don’t know whether I will leave Ajax next summer.
“What I know for sure is that I will not leave if Ajax are not earning anything from me.

MANCHESTER UNITED boss Ralf Rangnick has revealed he persuaded Anthony Elanga to stay at the club after he demanded a loan move.The 19-year-old has been one of United’s best players recently, and scored just five minutes after coming on in the Champions League draw with Atletico Madrid.

But Elanga found chances in the first XI hard to come by under previous gaffer Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, which prompted him to push for a loan move – with the Championship believed to be the chosen destination.
But Rangnick, 63, blocked his exit after being impressed with what he saw of the teenager in training.
Speaking after the Atletico game, the 63-year-old said: “Apart from his name, of course, I had heard about his name before but not as a player because he didn’t play for Manchester United.
“The first training session the night before the Crystal Palace game, he was the player with the best training performance.
“I asked my staff members about him and found out he had almost already decided to leave the club on loan.
“So a week after the Palace game I said, listen, I want you stay and see how you are doing in the training games until the end of the closure of the transfer window.

MANCHESTER UNITED will have to offer Monaco at least £40m to regain pole position in the race to sign Benoit Badiashile.United had a £22m bid for the France Under-21 defender rejected in the summer of 2020.

Dalot, 22, has replaced Aaron Wan Bissaka as a regular starter.
And Rangnick wants to nail down his future, in a mass summer rebuild.
Now United will look to now protect their original investment in a man who cost £18 million back in 2018, and was described as the new Gary Neville by then boss Jose Mourinho.
Dalot has 16 months remaining on his present deal.
