    MANCHESTER UNITED have sent scouts to watch Rangers wonderkid Leon King, reports suggest.King, 18, has been turning heads with some impressive performances in the Scottish Premiership and Champions League.

    According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, United are among many clubs keeping tabs on the centre-back ahead of the January transfer window.
    The Red Devils are facing competition from Newcastle as well as Leeds for the Scotland Under-17 international.
    King has already amassed 10 appearances across all competitions this season with the Gers.
    The 18-year-old made a good impression last week when he started against Liverpool at Anfield.

    King’s contract runs out in 2024 and his suitors are looking to take advantage of that major opportunity.
    The defender joined Rangers’ academy as a child where he developed into a highly-rated centre-back.
    United have been dealing with some issues in defence in the last few years.

    And social media ignited with talk of a link-up of legends after claims the French champions are willing to sell “fed-up” strike star Mbappe.
    Many fans believe Ronaldo replacing him at PSG in January would be the perfect solution.
    It’s claimed the big-spending Parisiens won’t let Mbappe go to Real Madrid and would prefer he went to Liverpool.
    The speculation left supporters posting comments like: “Ronaldo to link up with Messi at PSG in January. Let’s go.”

    Another tweeted: “Mbappe wants to leave PSG, Ronaldo wants champions league football, swap Mbappe and Ronaldo let the GOATS be on the same team -we get a Haaland and Mbappe rivalry.”
    One fan noted the clamour for seven-time Ballon d’Or winner Messi and five-time king Ron to pair up by saying: “It has to happen. It’s what the internet needs.”
    Some Old Trafford supporters reckon the perfect solution would be a swap deal with PSG.
    But Mbappe could cost £150million, whereas Ronaldo’s transfer value is now around £10m.

    The Brazil international joined United following an £86million deal on deadline day during the summer and became the club’s second most expensive signing after Pogba.
    And the 22-year-old has now moved into the France international’s old £3million mansion in Hale Barns.
    Pogba left United – and the huge home – over the summer to re-join Juventus on a free transfer.
    The five-bedroom home comes with a raft of luxuries that will help Antony relax amid his intense schedule this season.

    The house features a diamond-encrusted staircase and a mini football pitch with synthetic grass, electronic scoreboard and LED lighting.
    There is also a gym, a heated swimming pool and as a sauna to help the Brazilian rehabilitate.
    However, Antony has already revealed he is planning to change one thing in the house following Pogba’s departure.
    That is the pool table which was customised by the World Cup winning midfielder, who emblazoned his initials on it.

    The Brazilian plans to remove the “PP” and replace it with an “AS” for “Antony Santos”.
    Antony told ESPN recently: “Yeah, there was an old owner, but I’m going to need to change this [pool table cover], this ‘PP’. It was Paul Pogba’s house. There is a ‘P’ from Pogba still here.
    “This is one of the things he made, so I’m going to start to change, right? I need to put the ‘AS’ for Antony Santos.
    “He isn’t staying here anymore. Yeah, he [Pogba] has a high standard, but I’m happy to be in the house that belonged to a star player.”

    The 26-year-old signed a contract until 2025 when he joined from Peterborough two years ago.
    Since then he has established himself as a feared Prem forward and was the Bees’ top scorer last season with 14 goals.
    He has also started this campaign strongly with six goals and three assists.
    That return includes a devastating hat-trick against Leeds at the start of September which came ahead of his first England call-up.

    The Mirror say Brentford chiefs are now keen to tie Toney down to a longer contract with improved terms in a bid to “keep him happy in west London.”

    Marcus Rashford, Christian Eriksen, Casemiro, David De Gea, and Lisandro Martinez all made appearances among the first team squad.
    The heart-warming session was for fans who suffer from serious and life-limiting illnesses.
    The supporters traveled from across the country to meet the Old Trafford icons and watch them train at the Carrington HQ.
    It gave the children a chance to meet their heroes and have photos taken and autographs signed.

    It was the first Dream Day to take place since 2019 due to Covid.
    Club captain Maguire was chuffed to have been part of the festivities and explained why it is so crucial.

    “Putting smiles on fans’ faces and making them happy is what it’s all about.

    The United squad were in fine spirits after defeating Everton 2-1 to pick up a huge Prem win at Goodison Park.
