Sancho, 23, is currently in Manchester United exile after falling out with manager Erik ten Hag.
Many figures at Dortmund would love to re-sign the England international, who left to join United in a £72million deal in 2021.
Some, however, have raised concerns about his timekeeping according to Bild.
They noted that the England ace was frequently late for training during his first spell at Dortmund.

Man United are said to be reluctant to loan Sancho out and would demand in excess of £50million for his permanent sale.
Dortmund would struggle to reach that figure, having already splashed out on Felix Nmecha, Niclas Fullkrug and Man United old boy Marcel Sabitzer this season.
Sancho was dropped from Man United’s matchday squad for the 3-1 defeat at Arsenal on September 3.
After the match Ten Hag said his player had not trained well enough during the week to be involved.

Sancho refuted this claim, claiming he was being made a “scapegoat” and effectively accusing his manager of lying.
He has since refused to say sorry to his manager, with Ten Hag insisting on an apology if he is to consider re-integrating the winger.
The former Dortmund star has reportedly been banned from all first team areas of United’s training ground, including the canteen.
In addition to Dortmund, Roma have taken interest in signing Sancho in the January transfer window.
While clubs in Saudi Arabia would also be keen, should the player show an interest in moving to the SPL.

Blunt Erik ten Hag issues awkward response to Jadon Sancho questions after Man Utd star banned from all first-team areas

BOSS Erik ten Hag fired a chilling dig towards Jadon Sancho – as an encouraging night for Manchester United turned awkward. The Dutchman responded icily after Tuesday’s 3-0 Carabao Cup win over Crystal Palace when asked if the saga over outcast Sancho was nearer a solution.
Erik ten Hag was in no mood to be asked about Jadon Sancho

The Red Devils’ winger is banned from all the club’s first-team facilities following a brutal exchange of words with Ten Hag.
And the manager told Sky Sports: “I don’t talk about players who are out of favour.”
Pushed on whether Sancho has an Old Trafford future now he has deleted his Instagram account Ten Hag added tersely: “I don’t know. It’s up to him.”
The ex-Ajax chief was far more comfortable bigging up youngsters like Facundo Pellestri and Alejandro Garnacho for “deserving” their chance in the comfotable third-round triumph.

But even those words could be taken as a jibe at Sancho.
Ten Hag said: “We had many young players on the pitch and you see they are progressing.
“With me you don’t get the opportunity, you have to deserve it!”
Sancho has been in trouble since hitting back after Ten Hag claimed he was omitted against Arsenal on September 3 due to his poor training.

The Englishman responded with a now-deleted post that contradicted his manager’s verdict.
The 23-cap star wrote: “I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue, I have conducted myself in training very well this week.
“I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won’t go into, I’ve been a scapegoat for a long time which isn’t fair!”
It’s understood United officials met soon after to discuss Sancho’s future and how to resolve the situation.
But it’s believed the only way the problem could be soothed, at least in the short term, is Sancho apologising to Ten Hag. More

Got the better of Crystal Palace’s attack who left him relatively untroubled.

Henderson, 26, would’ve no doubt hoped to have turned in a stellar performance to show Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag what he’s missing out on.
But the England keeper – who was booed by some of the Old Trafford faithful – ended up hobbling off the pitch in the 19th minute through injury.
The stopper appeared to tweak his right leg when he thumped the ball up the field.
Henderson tried his best to play through the pain but ultimately succumbed to the injury and was subbed off.

“Hope he’s ok, but could be a repeat of his bad injury.”
Another chimed in: “You’ve got to feel for Dean Henderson.
“To make your debut and then get injured within 19 minutes is a very rough start.
“Given the likelihood that Palace will get dumped out of the EFL Cup, it doesn’t look like he’ll be getting much minutes this season.”
Henderson was replaced by Palace’s No.1 keeper Sam Johnstone – who also used to play for United.
Johnstone’s return to the Theatre of Dreams quickly went downhill as Alejandro Garnacho broke the deadlock less than a minute after he came on.
And things went from bad to worse a mere six minutes later as Casemiro punished some lax marking to head home his side’s second. More

Meet Dan Gore, Man Utd kid who had bust-up with Anthony Martial and was sent off v Wrexham for sick tackle while captain

FEW hot prospects at Manchester United have ever had such a colourful teenage career BEFORE breaking through as Dan Gore. The playmaker had a training-ground bust-up with senior striker Anthony Martial and saw red for a contentious tackle when SKIPPERING the Red Devils in a friendly.

The academy product, who only turned 19 in September 2023, can be considered one of United’s ‘super six’ starlets.
Along with Gore, Kobbie Mainoo, Marc Jurado, Shea Lacey, Noam Emeran and Charlie McNeill are trying to hussle their way up to more first-team action.
Currently, Marcus Rashford and Scott McTominay have gone from the ranks to riches, progressing from the academy while others were squeezed out by big-money buys like Rasmus Hojlund and Bruno Fernandes.
Gore joined United from Burnley in 2018 and tasted FA Youth Cup glory four years later alongside equally-exciting Old Trafford talents like Argentina winger Alejandro Garnacho.

And Erik ten Hag clearly has an eye on the Englishman – especially after the responsibility he gave the versatile ace during the 2022-23 pre-season tour of the USA.
But that’s not the first imprint the stylist has left on United’s senior players… almost literally.
Martial reacted angrily to a crunching challenge from Gore during training in November 2022.
Perhaps the Frenchman was frustrated at missing out on a World Cup squad place.

Or maybe it showed Gore’s combative reputation was well deserved.
Whatever the case, manager ten Hag reportedly pulled the pair apart and told the kid to ease off from such stern tackling in practice.
It’s understood Martial later apologised to Gore – and there have been no problems since
However, the young Englishman leapt back into the headline 11 months later on tour in the USA.
Despite playing alongside veteran centre-back Jonny Evans, Gore was at first on a high after being chosen to captain a virtual Red Devils’ reserve side against Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham in a warm-up game.
But he was sent off just two minutes into the second half for a sliding challenge on Andy Cannon.
The moment split the internet – with many fans “baffled” by the dismissal as they reckon the Dragons’ midfielder initially caught Gore.
Since then, though, the teenager has impressed United coaches with his continuing development.
And Under-21s manager  Mark Dempsey is among those backing Gore’s natural ability – especially his leadership skills – to shine through.
Dempsey has told the Manchester Evening News: “He was really good.

The Red Devils had the opportunity to sign him for just £3million four years ago, but club chiefs were reluctant to match NK Domzale’s asking price.
Instead, Sesko chose to join RB Salzburg, where he scored 29 goals and provided 11 assists in 79 appearances.
The striker struck a deal with RB Leipzig last summer, despite receiving further interest from Man Utd.
And he has since revealed the reason why he snubbed the Red Devils with comments fans may view as a swipe at the club.

Speaking to Transfermarkt, Sesko said: “The thing is, I wasn’t really involved in these kinds of conversations. But I think it was better to come here.
“It was very important for me to go to a place that plays a similar style of football.
“I already knew what I had to do and didn’t have to go through a whole learning process again.”

Jonny Evans’ Man Utd return didn’t break internet like Cristiano Ronaldo’s but this free transfer may be a masterstroke
