Tuchel replaced Julian Nagelsmann as Bayern boss in March and was dropped into a season full of upheaval.
Despite the club securing the league title on the final day of the season, CEO Oliver Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić were both sacked.
It is understood the new regime will give Tuchel free reign to swing the axe and bring in players he wants.
According to German outlet Bild, Sadio Mane is a top priority to be sold – despite only arriving last summer.

The winger has not lived up to expectations since joining from Liverpool to replace Robert Lewandowski – scoring just seven times and returning five assists in 25 Bundesliga games.
His frustration boiled over following Bayern’s 3-0 defeat to Manchester City in the first leg of their Champions League quarter final in April.
The winger was suspended by the club after he punched team-mate Leroy Sane and despite having his suspension overturned, was not able to nail down a place in the XI.
The club have lost patience with the Senegalese star and deem him surplus to requirements.

Sane could also follow Mane out of the exit door, with Thomas Tuchel willing to listen to offers for him and fellow German international Serge Gnabry.
Gnabry fuelled rumours of a return to Arsenal when he said “once a Gunner always a Gunner” when asked if he still follows his former club at the Spanish Grand Prix.
The club are also keen to cash in on World Cup winning right-back Benjamin Pavard amid reported interest from Barcelona, Manchester United and Liverpool.
Bayern are understood to be holding out for a £25million fee for the French international.
Rounding out the seven-strong list are former Manchester United loanee Marcel Sabitzer, right-back Bouna Sarr and goalkeeper Alexander Nubel.
Bayern hope the cash raised from the sales will help fund a move for top summer target Declan Rice – who is also attracting interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.
West Ham are reportedly holding out for a £100m fee. More

Frustrated Liverpool outcast Fabio Carvalho drops huge hint he wants to quit club in cryptic post to Man Utd star

FABIO CARVALHO has hinted he will soon be leaving Liverpool after a cryptic Instagram post. The 20-year-old arrived on a free transfer from Fulham last summer on the back of an impressive Championship season but has struggled for minutes this term.
Fabio Carvalho has hinted he may leave Liverpool after venting his frustration on InstagramCredit: Getty

Indeed, after playing just 340 Premier League minutes under Jurgen Klopp, Carvalho seems to feel he needs more game time.
And after posting a series of photos following a photoshoot on the beach, the England and Portugal Youth International seemed to hint at his future lying away from Anfield.
In response to his collection of photos, former Fulham team-mate Ryan de Havilland, 21, wrote: “Next top model 😍,” to which Carvalho responded: “All I do now,” as he vented his frustration.
However, it was his response to Manchester United star Anthony Elanga which set alarm bells ringing.

The United winger, 21, commented: “Fresh home…” Carvalho then simply replied: “Soon.”
It comes amid speculation regarding his future after reports suggested there were a number of suitors for him both at home and abroad.
Indeed, the Liverpool Echo have reported the Reds have already turned down one offer from an unnamed club.
But the nature of any transfer for the winger is more likely to be a loan, with Klopp admitting there was a chance he could go on to find a new club in the summer.

Anthony Elanga is in a similar boat to CarvalhoCredit: Getty
The German then insisted no player had done more to impress him this season.
He told reporters on Friday: “I think there is a maybe a possibility Fabio goes on loan but the thing is this was not Fabio’s best year in his career, clear, but it might have been his most important.
“No player has impressed me more than Fabio, it is the truth.
“This talented boy came here with big dreams and big expectations and it didn’t work out – it was okay in the beginning but it didn’t work out in the end.
“But his work ethic will give him a fantastic career because he trained with getting nothing.”
Despite his struggles for game time, Carvalho still managed to yield two league goals from his debut season at Anfield, with both coming in August.
Meanwhile, Elanga is in a similar predicament at United.
The Swede has played just 418 minutes of Prem football, chipping in with a single assist, though he remains in high demand.
As many as ten clubs went in with offers for him in the January transfer window, and a loan move looks likely for the summer. More

The midfielder has shone on the South Coast during his 33 appearances despite Southampton being relegated from the Premier League.
Those displays also brought international recognition with Lavia winning his first Belgian cap earlier this year.
With Euro 2024 on the horizon, Lavia is unlikely to want to drop down into the Championship with Saints and seems one of the players certain to leave St Mary’s once the transfer window re-opens.
The Times claim that Southampton see him as “their most valuable asset” as they plot a rebuild and are likely to demand at least £40m for him.

Jurgen Klopp is planning his own overhaul at Liverpool over the coming months with long-serving stars such as James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain due to depart Anfield with replacements needed.
Meanwhile, Chelsea’s director of recruitment Joe Shields signed Lavia for Southampton before he made the switch to Stamford Bridge.
