“In Arabia we have a state project and it will not be limited to four great teams, but to all of them. Because the passion for football of the Saudis has no limits.
“Let’s hope that Bernardo Silva, from Manchester City, arrives. We must also start working on the signing of Mohamed Salah since he is overwhelmingly popular in the Arab world and in Europe.
“I think Salah still has records to break with Liverpool, so I hope that if he doesn’t come now he will in the future.”

I was a physio under Jurgen Klopp.. he threatened to demote star to reserves when he wouldn’t play after brutal injury

LIVERPOOL manager Jurgen Klopp threatened to drop one of his Borussia Dortmund goalkeepers to the second team after he went down with a bloody nose during training. That is according to Klopp’s former physio Thomas Zetzmann, who was part of his medical team during his successful seven-year spell at Dortmund.

Zetzmann remembered what a perfectionist the German tactician was at the Signal Iduna Park with his ruthless and no-nonsense style on the training pitch.
So much so, that during a training camp in Marbella the Liverpool boss had a furious altercation with his third-choice goalkeeper Zlatan Alomerovic.
Alomerovic clashed with a team-mate so hard his nose started running with blood.
But Klopp ordered him to get back up to his feet or he would send him back to the reserves.

The physio tried to get in and treat the Serbian, who currently plays for Jagiellonia Bialystok, and the 55-year-old directed his fury at him as he hated interruptions during training.
Zetzmann told GOAL: “Once in training camp in Marbella, everyone was not really awake yet and the training match did not go very well.
“The third goalkeeper, Zlatan Alomerovic, collided with a player. I was standing a good distance away with the ice box, but immediately saw blood running from his nose.
“You have to know that with Jurgen, you should only run onto the field when it’s really critical.

“He didn’t want to interrupt the game unnecessarily. That was something like an educational measure for the players, he always demanded a healthy toughness.
“As a physio, you sometimes got a good run-in if you ran into something he thought was unnecessary. Zlatan was bleeding a lot.
“Jurgen, however, got upset about the interruption and just shouted: ‘Get up!’ And Zlatan shouted back: ‘What do you mean, get up? Don’t you see?’
“No one has ever dared to do that in all these years. He said coldly: ‘What did you just say? You get up right now and go into your goal. Or do you want to go back to the second team?’
“I tried to calm him down, but Jurgen was probably fired up due to the lax play and then also attacked me.
“Afterwards he apologised as he often does and said that he had exaggerated and that he could have managed the situation quite differently.” More

Tuchel replaced Julian Nagelsmann as Bayern boss in March and was dropped into a season full of upheaval.
Despite the club securing the league title on the final day of the season, CEO Oliver Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić were both sacked.
It is understood the new regime will give Tuchel free reign to swing the axe and bring in players he wants.
According to German outlet Bild, Sadio Mane is a top priority to be sold – despite only arriving last summer.

The winger has not lived up to expectations since joining from Liverpool to replace Robert Lewandowski – scoring just seven times and returning five assists in 25 Bundesliga games.
His frustration boiled over following Bayern’s 3-0 defeat to Manchester City in the first leg of their Champions League quarter final in April.
The winger was suspended by the club after he punched team-mate Leroy Sane and despite having his suspension overturned, was not able to nail down a place in the XI.
The club have lost patience with the Senegalese star and deem him surplus to requirements.

Sane could also follow Mane out of the exit door, with Thomas Tuchel willing to listen to offers for him and fellow German international Serge Gnabry.
Gnabry fuelled rumours of a return to Arsenal when he said “once a Gunner always a Gunner” when asked if he still follows his former club at the Spanish Grand Prix.
The club are also keen to cash in on World Cup winning right-back Benjamin Pavard amid reported interest from Barcelona, Manchester United and Liverpool.
Bayern are understood to be holding out for a £25million fee for the French international.
Rounding out the seven-strong list are former Manchester United loanee Marcel Sabitzer, right-back Bouna Sarr and goalkeeper Alexander Nubel.
Bayern hope the cash raised from the sales will help fund a move for top summer target Declan Rice – who is also attracting interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.
West Ham are reportedly holding out for a £100m fee. More
