      Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers is reluctant to lose Tielemans, who has been a key player at the King Power since becoming the club’s record signing when he joined from Monaco for £40million three years ago.
      But with only one year left on his contract the club have reluctantly accepted they will have to cash in now rather than risk losing him as a free agent next summer.

      And Tielemans has made it clear that he is keen to become a major player in Arsenal’s rebuilding process despite the club missing out on Champions League qualification for a sixth consecutive season.

      Tielemans, who arrived at the King Power Stadium in 2019, refused to commit his future to Leicester earlier this month.

      Arsenal and Liverpool have been joined by United in the chase for Tielemans – but former Red Devils midfielder Kleberson has told the Foxes ace that a switch to the Theatre of Dreams would be ‘a really big risk’.
      The Brazilian told Paddy Power: “Youri Tielemans is not at a big club. Leicester City don’t have the pulling power that some of the other Premier League teams possess.
      “I could see Tielemans going to Chelsea because their style would suit him.
      “When you watch Chelsea play, they are more comfortable with the ball.

      Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers discussed Tielemans’ contractual situation on Sunday, saying: “He hasn’t declined. For me his position is exactly the same as what it was.

      The forwards – both 18 – have joined the Foxes until the end of this season with the club battling to avoid relegation and build on their first win in the league in a 2-0 defeat of Birmingham.
      Each has represented England at youth level with forward Goodwin featuring for the Under-19s and Gregory playing for the Under-17s.
      Bedford, 34, said: “The team are still riding the wave of what they felt from that Birmingham game and they’re confident.
      “The addition of these players will raise the competitiveness in the squad and help us maintain momentum going into the next few games.
      “Missy is a really technically talented forward who secures the ball, holds off players and creates space extremely well.
      “She has also got a great delivery when she gets the opportunity to do so.
      “Freya is naturally left-footed, which adds another dimension to us.

      Leicester star Wesley Fofana ‘priority transfer target’ for Man Utd with Red Devils ‘very hot’ on trail of defender

      MANCHESTER UNITED reportedly have set their sights on signing Leicester centre-back Wesley Fofana.The Red Devils finally found a high-level partner for captain Harry Maguire in the summer when they brought Raphael Varane to Old Trafford.

      But after their two starting centre halves there remains concern about United’s back-up options.
      Victor Lindelof came in for the injured Varane last weekend as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men were thumped 4-2 by Leicester.
      Eric Bailly continues to pick up injuries and has struggled to find any sort of consistent form in recent years.
