    EFL star Sam Finley slapped with 13-GAME ban and fined for ‘discriminatory abuse regarding sexual orientation’

The midfielder, 32, admitted using “abusive and or insulting” language, with a homophobic comment to Walsall striker Jamille Matt during a League Two clash on January 11.     Reading release major statement after agreement reached with EFL as crisis club face going bust if they aren’t sold

    CRISIS club Reading have been granted a takeover extension by the EFL. But the unnamed investor will be footing the bill for “day-to-day running of the club” until the takeover is signed off.
