Gareth Bale trolls Zinedine Zidane again with hilarious antics as he is left on bench in Real Madrid’s win over Granada

GARETH BALE was spotted trolling Zinedine Zidane again after he was left on their win over Granada.
The hard-fought 2-1 victory made it NINE in a row for Los Blancos who moved to within a win of the La Liga title.

Ferland Mendy and Karim Benzema bagged the goals before Machis pulled one back for the hosts.
Meanwhile, Welsh wonder Bale failed to get a kick for the second-straight game – but at least he’s seeing the funny side.
He had fans roaring with delight on Friday as he used his face mask to jokingly pretend he was having a quick nap as he watched on as his team-mates beat Alaves.
Now the 30-year-old is continuing to produce new ideas to entertain himself, this time busting out some imaginary binoculars.

He was spotted holding a roll of tape up to his face as he cupped his hands in a circular motion after just quarter of an hour.
And Spanish fans we quick to joke Bale was trying to spot the nearest golf course for a quick nine holes after again going unused.

The Spanish media have been quick to parody Bale’s “golfer” persona and continued to use the quip as an opportunity to apparently mock him.
The £350,000-a-week star does not seem to care what they think though, with potentially only a handful of games left in his seven-year stay in the Spanish capital.

Zidane only used two or his five permitted substitutions as Madrid held on in southern Spain to go four points clear of Barcelona with two games to play.
Real also have the head-to-head edge over their Catalan rivals as they near a first LaLiga title since 2017.

Mendy channelled club legend Roberto Carlos with his early opener as he beat a couple of men before thundering the ball into the roof of Rui Silva’s net.
Benzema made it 2-0 after just sixteen minutes as he ran onto Modric’s ball and fired home.
Machis became the first player in 506 minutes of football to beat Thibaut Courtois after the break but Madrid hung on to edge closer to glory.  More

Man City cult hero Alvaro Negredo, 34, signs for new La Liga side Cadiz on free transfer after leaving UAE

And Football Espana claims club president Manuel Vizcaino let slip that Negredo, 34, had recently agreed to join should Cadiz win promotion from the second division.
The veteran striker is best known by English fans for his sole season with Man City between July 2013 and September 2014.
Negredo scored an impressive 23 goals in 49 appearances as Manuel Pellegrini’s men secured a Premier League title and League Cup double.
Before his City stint, Negredo had spent two years in La Liga with Almeria and a further four at Sevilla, bagging a stunning 117 goals on his way to Copa del Rey glory in 2010.

After City, Negredo returned to Spain with Valencia where he managed just 18 goals in 74 matches.
The 21-time senior international, part of Spain’s victorious Euro 2012 squad, then made a shock return to the Premier League with Middlesbrough in 2016.
But Negredo could only muster nine goals as his loan team suffered relegation to the Championship.

Negredo then scored 18 goals in a year at Turkish giants Besiktas before moving to Dubai-based Al-Nasr in 2018.

He scored 28 goals there, including a strike in the victorious UAE League Cup final against Shabab Ah-Ahli in January.
And after leaving Al-Nasr on a free transfer, Negredo is now back in La Liga as Cadiz look to the beat the drop and become a top-flight regular.

Eden Hazard adds £500,000 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ to his stunning car collection as he shows off new motor in training

EDEN HAZARD has revved up his Real Madrid career by buying a £500,000 Lamborghini.
The former Chelsea idol has helped the Bernabeu club hit the fast lane towards the LaLiga title following a slow start.

The Belgian drove the Aventador SVJ to training

    12

The ex-Chelsea man’s car collection is now worth more than £1MILLION
And 29-year-old Hazard has now splashed out over half a million euros on a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ.
The supercar can do over 217 mph, and go from 0-60 in an incredible 2.8 seconds.
Belgium international Hazard turned heads when rolling up for training in the Lambo on Sunday.
And he found favour with Real’s fans by choosing a simple white paint job for the car – matching the club’s colours – rather than opting for a more adventurous shade.

Hazard has made 20 appearances for Los Blancos, scoring once, in an injury-hit debut season in Spain.

Questions were raised early on whether the playmaker was good value for his record £90million transfer.
However he has since helped Zinedine Zidane’s men to the brink of the title.
They lead arch-rivals Barcelona by a point, with a game in hand, before Monday night’s trip to mid-table Granada.

Hazard is a well know petrol head and the Lambo is just the latest in an impressive motor collection.
The midfielder has been spotted in various rides over the years, including a Mercedes-Benz AMG GTR, Audi R8 V10, BMW X6, Audi RS4 Avant, Range Rover, Aston Martin Vanquish and Mercedes C Class.

A regular standard among footballers, including Real Madrid and Barcelona’s elite – who have deals with the car giants – Hazard loves the Audi brand.
    Price: From £60,290
    Range Rover Sport

    12

The Range Rover Sport is Hazard’s preference when leaving training
A Range Rover… every footballer should own one and more or less most of them do.
Hazard’s preference is the sport model because it’s comfortable and the ideal ride for when he finishes training and can stretch his legs.
Should be more than enough room for his 5’8″ frame.
    Price: From £60,760

The luxury C-Class has been part of the German brand’s make-up since 1993, when it was first introduced.
It was also one of the first cars Hazard rocked up in when he signed for Chelsea from Lille back in 2012. Needless to say, he’s moved on since.
    Price: From £32,260
    And finally, Mercedes-Benz AMG GTR

Aston Villa and Man City legend Gareth Barry once had one once upon a time too.
    Price: From £99,245

Barcelona president ‘doubts PSG will put Neymar on market’ but confirms transfer talks with Inter for Lautaro Martinez

BARCELONA president Josep Bartomeu has thrown cold water over speculation of Neymar moving to the Nou Camp but confirmed transfer talks with Lautaro Matinez.
PSG broke the bank by splashing out £198m to land Neymar in 2017 but the Brazilian ace has rejected attempts to extend his deal, which expires in 2022.

    1

It is unlikely that PSG will put Neymar on the market this summer, according to reports
Neymar has long been linked with a return to the Catalan giants and their latest attempt to prize the marksman away from the  French capital includes Antoine Griezmann and Ousmane Dembele going the other way.
But as reported by Mundo Deportivo, Nou Camp chief Bartomeu reckons it is unlikely that Les Parisiens will put the Brazilian golden boy on the market given the financial uncertainty in the wake of the coronavirus crisis.
He said: “it is a very difficult market for all clubs, especially.”
Transfer fees are predicted to plummet and lavish £90m-plus moves are likely to be a distant memory.

Nobody can guarantee contracts after a pandemic and wages, investment and expenses are set to take a big hit, so PSG may wait at least a year until they can cash in for the best possible price.
It would also be a major blow for the club to lose Neymar given that he has scored 69 goals in just 80 appearances for the French giants.
In that time, they have also won all three Ligue 1 titles as well as the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue in 2018.
Bartomeu admitted that the club have approached Inter Milan regarding their star man Martinez.

The Argentine striker has been a target for the Catalan giants for much of the season, having scored 17 goals in 38 games so far this term.
Inter’s sporting director recently confirmed that Martinez can join Barcelona this summer but only if his £100million release clause is met.
And this has proved a stumbling block for the La Liga giants who will reportedly not fork out the eye-watering release clause, having been forced to tighten the pursestrings after the coronavirus pandemic.

Barcelona need to balance the books before landing big-money targets with up to seven players up for grabs.
Dembele, Coutinho, Nelson Semedo, Arturo Vidal and Ivan Rakitic have been told they are free to leave.
The Catalan Giants believe that Martinez’s value could drop especially if the player tells Inter chiefs that he wants out.

That will come as a blow to the likes of Juventus and Manchester City, who have been linked with a sensational move for one of football’s greatest ever players.
The 33-year-old, who signed his last contract in 2017, has become more outspoken against the club’s hierarchy in the last year.
But Bartomeu is relaxed about the situation and believes Barca’s star man will stay at the Nou Camp.
He said: “With Messi we talk, we have talked and we will talk.

“He is the best player in football history, he has years of football ahead and he is in top form.
“I do not have any doubt that he will continue at Barça, his future is here in football and after football.”
Spanish radio station Cadena Ser recently reported Messi is unhappy with how the club is being run and wants to leave in 2021.
There have also been rumours of a fall-out with manager Quique Setien and team-mate Antoine Griezmann.

Despite rumours of a Barca exit, fans of the Catalan giants will hope club legend Xavi’s recent comments prove to be true.
Xavi said: “Leo can play, if he wants, until he is 39.”
Pep Guardiola also pleaded with Messi to settle his Barca feud and sign a new deal.

Arsenal’s top scorer Thierry Henry achieved the record of scoring 20 times and providing 20 assists in the Premier League in 2002-03 Credit: Reuters
And the Nou Camp skipper, who’s 33, managed to pull off his impressive effort despite missing the first two months of this season with injuries.
The Argentina playmaker, delivered a glorious pass to Arturo Vidal who thumped home the winning goal in Barcelona’s match against Valladoid on Saturday.
Messi’s assist means he’s become the first player in La Liga history to score 20 times and provide 20 assists in the same season.
The only other time this record has been achieved was in the Premier League during the term preceding Arsenal’s invincible season.

Thierry Henry was on target 24 times for the Gunners in 2002-03 when they finished second in the table behind champions Manchester United.
And the World Cup winning Frenchman, who remains Arsenal’s record goalscorer, racked up 20 assists for his team mates.
By comparison, the closest Cristiano Ronaldo came to the feat was when he scored 48 goals and had 17 assists in a single La Liga season in 2014-15.

Barcelona’s win on Saturday means they’re now only a point behind Real Madrid in La Liga.
However Zinedine Zidane’s side, who play Granada away tomorrow evening, have a game in hand.
And wins for Madrid in their three remaining fixtures should the see the league title return to the Bernabeu for the first time since the 2016-17 season.
