       Who is Emma Rhys-Jones?
      Emma Rhys-Jones, 29, has been with Gareth Bale, 29, for over a decade.
      She grew up in Llanishen, a district in north Cardiff a couple of miles from Bale’s family home.
      The couple began dating in the early 2000s while attending Whitchurch High School.
      They got engaged in July 2016 and Gareth announced the news on social media posting: “She said yes!! This is a birthday weekend I won’t forget for a long time…”
      The pair got married in 2019 – a year after Gareth scored a stunning goal in the Champions League final.

      Who is Emma’s fiance Gareth Bale?
      Gareth is a professional footballer who plays for Real Madrid and Wales.
      He was born on July 16, 1989, in Cardiff.
      He started his football career at Southampton before moving to Tottenham.
      He signed a six year deal with Spanish club Real Madrid in 2013.
      He’s won the Champions League with the club four times.

      When is Emma Rhys-Jones’ and Gareth Bale’s wedding?
      Emma and Gareth were set to get married in summer 2018 but the wedding has been postponed until 2019. 
      They decided to put their plans on hold due to an ongoing feud with Emma’s family.
      Her father Martin, 54, was released from prison in June after being imprisoned for fraud for six months in the US.
      But she banned him from the wedding after he moved in with a florist half his age, Alina Baranova. 
      Other members of her family including her aunt Jane Burns, 55, have been embroiled in a violent drugs feud.
      The couple were set to tie the knot at the  historic Vincigliata castle in Tuscany, where Theo Walcott – Gareth’s former Southampton team-mate – wed in 2014.
      But they are now reportedly getting married on private island Tagomago, near Ibiza, as exclusively revealed by The Sun.
      Bale will also splash out on ex-SAS soldiers to ensure his party are kept safe with any uninvited guests having no chance of getting ashore.

      The LaLiga giants are hoping to get their talisman’s future as soon as possible so that they can budget for the summer transfer window ahead and assure both fans and sponsors that they remain among football’s elite clubs.
      Messi, 34, was recently reportedly ‘undecided’ over whether to stay at the Nou Camp.
      That was according to Marca, who claimed the Catalans were putting together a two-year deal worth £850,000-a-week.
      That mega contract would still be a sizeable pay cut on the astronomical deal that Messi was handed in 2017.
      But the club’s financial woe amid the pandemic crisis has led to a realignment of wages with several team-mates accepting reductions.
      However, president Joan Laporta has now confirmed that Messi’s countryman and Barcelona new boy from Man City Aguero is attempting to persuade the legend to stay.
      He told La Vanguardia: “I would like Messi to tell us ‘yes’ as soon as possible. He would help us in every way.
      “Aguero is helping. He is telling him every day to stay.”

      The chief also says he is encouraged by his own talks with Messi, adding: “He is excited and I am grateful to him for the desire he is showing to stay.”
      Barcelona also reportedly want to make the legend a club ambassador on a ten-year, £8.5m agreement that would run even if he signs for an MLS club.
      SunSport revealed earlier this month that David Beckham’s Inter Miami are confident of one day landing the striker, with Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City also linked.
      Messi is currently in Brazil for Argentina’s Copa America bid, which sees him face Bolivia on Tuesday to round off the group stage.

      TOTTENHAM have joined Chelsea and Manchester United in the race for Sevilla’s Jules Kounde, reports say. The Frenchman is one of the most sought after defenders in the world currently following a breakthrough season in Spain.

      Managerless Spurs, still yet to confirm a replacement for Jose Mourinho, are the latest club interested in Kounde, according to The Guardian.
      It is claimed he currently has a £69million release clause, but can be expected to move for much less than that in the summer window.
      Real Madrid and Arsenal are also long-term admirers of Kounde – who has just helped France reach the knockout stages of the Euros.
      The Gunners have since closed in on a move for Brighton and England’s Ben White, 23.
      And while Madrid said goodbye to club legend Sergio Ramos, 35, they already have David Alaba, 29, signed as a replacement.
      Kounde, 22, made 49 appearances for Sevilla last season, qualifying for the Champions League just two points behind Barcelona. 
      Only champions Atletico Madrid and Real conceded fewer league goals than Sevilla last term.
      But Kounde put Europe’s elite on red alert last month when he revealed his future could be destined for a move away.

      Yet it has now been claimed that an official contract offer has still not landed on Messi’s desk.
      And the player himself is even described as ‘undecided’ over whether to stay with Barcelona next season.
      That is according to Marca, who detail a two-year deal worth £850,000-a-week being put together by the Catalans.

      It had also been claimed that his stay would be announced on his 34th birthday – which is Thursday, June 24.

      A continued stay in Bavaria is reportedly Goretzka’s preferred option but negotiations over his salary have not yet produced an agreement.
      The 26-year-old’s agent, Jorg Neubauer, was recently forced to retire and Neubauer’s wife has taken charge in his stead along with Bundesliga heavyweight agent Thomas Kroth.
      According to German outlet Sport1, a deal is very much in sight with Bayern determined not to lose the player.
      But interest is high with Premier League clubs as well as Real Madrid and Barcelona reportedly contacting his new representatives.
      In three seasons with Munich, Goretzka has won a trio of Bundesliga titles plus two DfB-Pokals and a Champions League.

      Tottenham rejected by Julen Lopetegui despite making ‘dizzying’ offer for Spanish manager, reveals Sevilla president

      Sevilla boss Lopetegui, 54, is the latest failure after the LaLiga club’s president, Jose Castro, revealed an approach from North London.
      Castro told Cadena Ser in an interview published on the Sevilla club website: “Julen rang me and told me.
      “He said he’d received offers he’d not listened to in addition to a dizzying one from Tottenham.
      “But he said he doesn’t forget things and that he is very motivated here.
      “We believed and believe in him, giving him a two-year contract extension, and I’m sure he will bring much more to the club. You see his ability and leadership every day.
      “Some coaches are more driven by economic factors but Julen is very clear that he is happy here and he even said it would be very difficult to find a better place to work than here.”

      What is also dizzying is the list of candidates who have turned down Tottenham ahead of the new campaign.

      And Gennaro Gattuso’s potential appointment was considered so unpopular that Tottenham were finally able to be the ones pulling out of a deal.

      Add Lopetegui’s name to the mix and NINE coaches have now come and gone from the club’s wish list.
      The Spaniard, famously sacked by his country’s national team for agreeing a move to Real Madrid on the eve of the 2018 World Cup, led Sevilla to fourth place in LaLiga last season as well as the Champions League last-16.
      Spurs’ new sporting director Fabio Paratici is reportedly keen on bringing in ex-Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo, who is also linked with Everton.
      The odds on Brighton manager Graham Potter being the man to finally take charge of the club have recently been slashed.
