BAYERN MUNICH star Robert Lewandowski is desperate to join Barcelona in the summer – so he can finally win the Ballon d’Or, according to reports.The striker won his eighth Bundesliga title at the weekend but is keen to move to another top European side.

And the Poland international has his eye on Barcelona as success with the Spanish giants could help his bid to become officially the world’s greatest player, report Sport.
Lewandowski missed out on the award in 2021 to Lionel Messi, who admitted the 33-year-old deserved to win in 2020 – when the Ballon d’Or was cancelled.
The striker is also said to be unhappy with Bayern’s offer of a new contract as he believes it does not fit his value.
Given his deal expires in 2023 Bayern may have to cash in this summer, with Barca lurking.

Lewandowski’s agent Pini Zahavi is believed to be in Munich now for contract discussions, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.

De Bruyne’s early header in the enthralling 4-3 win at the Etihad sent Richards into pandemonium in the CBS Sports studio.
Cameras picked up the former Citizens right-back calmly eating his food, before wildly celebrating – resulting in him almost having pasta fly out of his mouth.
But he managed to catch it with his mouth before coolly styling it out and swallowing it, with colleague Carragher jokingly analysing the incident live on air.

BARCELONA have been accused of CENSORING footage of a youth team player copying Cristiano Ronaldo’s iconic ‘Siu’ celebration. The LaLiga giants posted a video of 18-year-old Fermin Lopez scoring a wondergoal – but didn’t show his celebration.

ANTONIO RUDIGER is set to bank almost £60million with his mega move to Real Madrid.The defender is on his way from Chelsea to the Spanish giants and the transfer could be announced as early as this week.

German Rudiger, 29, has agreed a four-year deal that, when wages and signing-on fee are combined, averages out at nearly £300,000 a week.
It eclipses what Chelsea were willing to offer to keep their star centre-half and boss Thomas Tuchel will now turn his attention to plotting to sign a replacement.
And that is likely to mean a fresh attempt to sign Sevilla’s Jules Kounde once his club’s ownership issue is resolved.
Tuchel came close to landing the France centre-back last summer only for Sevilla to raise the price from £42million to £68m overnight.

Kounde still wants to leave in the summer by which time Chelsea should have new owners in place and finance restrictions lifted again.
The club is currently operating under a special licence granted by the Government in light of sanctions being imposed on Russian owner Roman Abramovich.
They are banned from buying and selling players and negotiating new deals with existing ones and that has hampered attempts to hold on to stars like Rudiger.
Chelsea were prepared to make him the highest-paid defender in their history with more than £200k- a-week wages but it was not enough.

Amid Antonio Rudiger’s impending departure, European Champions Chelsea are set to go back in for the highly-rated ace – with Kounde keen to make the switch.
According to the Mail, the Frenchman has “paved the way” for a move to Stamford Bridge by outlining his desire to leave Sevila.
They claim that he has told Sevilla chiefs that he is “determined” to depart this summer – with West London his most likely destination.
