His girlfriend has remained at their home in Valencia while her man is in the holiday hotspot preparing for the game.

Kluivert’s partner came across hooded men carrying out the robbery, which reportedly lasted no more than five minutes, after returning from walking their dog.

RTL have since provided an update on the story by claiming that it was three suspects, with the trio all still on the run.
The son of Dutch legend Patrick Kluivert, who had a move to Premier League side Fulham collapse last summer due to work permit issues, came through the ranks as a teenager at Ajax.
A big move to Roma transpired in 2018 but he has struggled to make much of an impact in Italy.
After just five goals in 55 appearances, he was first shipped out to RB Leipzig on loan for the 2020/21 campaign before spending the following season with Nice in France.
He joined Valencia on loan in September and he has scored six times in 23 appearances so far this term.

He’s not the first old boy to call it a day, with Gerard Pique retiring from football midway through the season.
Sergio Busquets is also moving on this summer.
And after losing Lionel Messi several seasons ago, it truly spells the end of a golden period at the Nou Camp.
Reflecting on his future earlier this term, Alba said: “I think I’m at a good level. It is true that I am not playing everything, but when I go out I try to do my best.

“This year not so much, but I also have my minutes and I’m happy with this role.
“It is important to help my colleagues, to be with them, to advise them, and this is also positive and motivates me.”
When asked whether he would lower his salary, he replied: “Yes. It’s a club decision and I’ve always helped when asked.
“My intention is to help the club and that both parties are happy.”

They thought that French World Cup-winning forward Mbappe, 24, was heading to the Bernabeu last summer until he famously snubbed them to pen a new mega-contract at Paris Saint-Germain.
However, L’Equipe claims that his deal with PSG will end in June 2024 and he is unlikely to trigger the option of a 12-month extension.
And the possibility of signing him on a free transfer as a replacement for veteran Karim Benzema should entice them to make a renewed effort to land him.
But the French outlet also claims that Madrid are keeping tabs on Manchester City goal machine Haaland too.

The Norwegian international left Dortmund for the Etihad last summer and he has scored 52 goals in an incredible debut campaign in England.
The 22-year-old has already celebrated winning the Premier League title and now hopes to fire City to FA Cup and Champions League glory to seal an historic treble.
Benzema, 35, is expected to pen a new one-year contract with Madrid over the coming weeks.

The Catalans have already wrapped up the LaLiga title after a barnstorming domestic campaign.
Yet they managed to crash to a 3-1 defeat at lowly Valladolid – with legendary Brazil striker Ronaldo holding an 82 per cent stake in the club.
However, the biggest surprise came when Barca boss Xavi decided to take off Ter Stegen, 31, at half-time.
Valladolid were up 2-0 when the sub was made, with academy product Inaki Pena, 24, coming on for the second 45.

But Xavi confirmed after the final whistle there was a reason why he made the call.
The current LaLiga record for least goals conceded is 18.
Deportivo did it in the 1993/94 campaign with Francisco Liao between the sticks for each game.
And Atletico Madrid repeated the feat in the 2015/16 season thanks to Jan Oblak’s heroics in all 38 matches.

Before last night’s game, Barca had conceded just 15 goals with Ter Stegen in goal for the whole season.
The two goals shipped before the break took that number to 17.
And Xavi revealed he hooked the German to help him maintain that personal record figure, with Barcelona going on to concede a third goal with Pena on the pitch – ending their own hopes of setting a new record as a team.
Xavi said: “We changed Ter Stegen at half-time because we want him to be the goalkeeper with the fewest goals in history, and to win the Zamora (Golden Glove).
“Also Inaki deserved to come on. We did want to win today. We have two games left to recover our best form.”
Ter Stegen joined Barcelona from Gladbach in 2014 for £10million and has gone on to play 375 times.
He’s won five titles, five Spanish cups and a Champions League while also playing 32 times for Germany. More

Police arrest seven after Vinicius Jr is racially abused vs Valencia and effigy of Real Madrid star is hung from bridge

SEVEN people have been arrested in Spain on suspicion of racially abusing Vinicius Jr and hanging an effigy of the Real Madrid winger from a bridge near the club’s training ground.Vinicius, 22, appeared to be close to tears after being subjected to vile racist abuse in Sunday’s 1-0 defeat at Valencia.

It was the latest in a line of disgusting racist incidents the Brazilian has been exposed to in recent seasons.
In September, he was subjected to disgusting monkey chants by Atletico Madrid fans in another LaLiga clash.
Then, in January, Atleti supporters hung a mannequin wearing Vinicius’ shirt with a noose around its neck ahead of the next Madrid derby.
Four men were arrested on Tuesday morning in relation to the shocking mannequin incident – followed by a further three for events at the Mestalla.

The three men detained for Sunday’s behaviour were arrested in Valencia for hate crimes and were aged between 18 and 21.
More arrests could still take place as police continue to review the footage from the ill-tempered LaLiga match.
The Spanish national police said: “Three of the detainees [for the effigy] are active members of a radical Madrid club fan group.
“The mannequin appeared next to a 16-metre banner on the bridge which said ‘Madrid hates Real’ near Real Madrid’s Valdebebas training ground hours before a derby match.

“The inquiries carried out up to now by investigators through DNA evidence, evidence from witnesses and other intelligence material led to the identification of four males as the alleged authors.
“Officers discovered three belonged to an ultras organisation and had already been identified during previous high-risk matches by police operatives seeking to prevent sporting violence.
“They were arrested in an operation carried out today which was coordinated with Madrid’s Court of Instruction Number 38 and a prosecution cyber-crimes section.”
It was not immediately clear if the four men, whose ages and names have not been made public, would appear in court today or tomorrow.
Vinicius was on the verge of tears during Sunday’s defeat as he pointed out members of the crowd who were targeting him to the referee.
The match was stopped for nine minutes as the player and referee also spoke with Carlo Ancelotti.
Vinicius was later sent off after a controversial VAR review for striking Hugo Duro, who escaped without punishment despite grabbing the Brazil star around the neck.
The Real winger – who responded to racist abuse in March 2022 by dancing in front of Mallorca fans – sarcastically applauded and gave a peace sign to the home crowd as he left the field.
    ‘A COUNTRY OF RACISTS’
The Champions League winner and two-time LaLiga champ launched a furious response on Twitter – labelling Spain “a country of racists”.
Vinicius said: “It wasn’t the first time, nor the second, nor the third.
“Racism is normal in LaLiga. The competition thinks it’s normal, the Federation does too and the opponents encourage it.
“I’m so sorry. The championship that once belonged to Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Cristiano and Messi today belongs to racists.
“A beautiful nation, which welcomed me and which I love, but which agreed to export the image of a racist country to the world.
“I’m sorry for the Spaniards who don’t agree, but today, in Brazil, Spain is known as a country of racists.
“And unfortunately, for everything that happens each week, I have no defence. I agree. But I am strong and I will go to the end against racists. Even if far from here.”
Real Madrid later published an angry statement condemning the lack of “decisiveness” among referees in Spain and the “inaction” of the Spanish FA.
Ancelotti added: “You can’t play football like this.

“This is too serious, they throw a ball on the field, they insult Vinicius all the time, and they take the red card from him.
“What are we talking about? We are in 2023, there can be no racism We have to go home.” More
