Logan Paul says he made Tommy Furyโ€™s last opponent quit in sparring and Love Island star will get โ€˜murderedโ€™ vs Jake

LOGAN PAUL said he made Tommy Fury’s last opponent quit in sparring and the Love Island star will get ‘murdered’ against his brother. Fury was taken the four round distance in late August against MMA fighter Anthony Taylor.

Later in the night, Logan’s brother Jake beat ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley on points over eight rounds.
It has perfectly paved the way for Jake, 24, and Fury, 22, to fight with the pair already in talks.
But Logan, 26, fancies Jake’s chances having sparred Taylor, 32, and claiming it only lasted one round despite coming off a bender.
He told True Geordie: “The dude Tommy Fury beat . I’d been drinking 45 days straight after the Floyd Mayweather fight.
“I come back, I sparred the kid Tommy fought, he didn’t make it out of the first roundโ€ฆ He’s gonna get f***ing murdered [against Jake].
“It isn’t a fight between me and Tommy Fury at all, I can say what I want now I really don’t give a f***, Tommy couldn’t even finish Taylor in the four round period.

“Do people think he is going to win? I was watching his fight and it is very clear that he is still an amateur, he is clearly built for it but there is something he lacks.
“From what I saw from that fight, there is levels to this s*** and I am way above him.”
Paul moved to 4-0 after beating Woodley, adding to his knockout wins online rival ‘AnEsonGib, ex-NBA star Nate Robinson and retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, both 37.

Meanwhile, Fury went 7-0 and his promoter Frank Warren later confirmed talks are ongoing with Paul’s camp.
Logan was ringside in his hometown of Cleveland to watch Jake and Fury win, but is no closer to making a return of his own.
It comes after he took boxing legend Floyd Mayweather, 44, the eight round distance, technically avoiding defeat, in their exhibition in June.

Jake Paul offered $30m Thanksgiving winner-take-all fight with Vitor Belfort after ex-UFC champ beats Evander Holyfield

JAKE PAUL has been offered a $30million Thanksgiving winner-take-all fight with Vitor Belfort. The announcement was made after ex-UFC champion Belfort beat the returning and ageing Evander Holyfield in one round.

Head of Triller’s Fight Club banner, movie mogul Ryan Kavanaugh, is ready to front the mega-money payday for Paul and even added an extra $5m.
He said: “We at Triller, are agreeing a full pro fight, Vitor versus Jake Paul; 25 million winner-takes-all.
“And we want it on Thanksgiving day at the one-year anniversary, Thanksgiving Saturday.
“Thirty million, winner-takes-all, if Jake says no, we know why.”
Paul, 24, made his debut in January 2020 and stopped online rival ‘AnEsonGib’ in one round.
His next two knockouts wins were then both with Triller, firstly against ex-NBA star Nate Robinson and later Ben Askren, formerly of the UFC.

In late August, Paul improved to 4-0 with the biggest win of his career, a points verdict over eight rounds against ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley.
But it was the first fight in his new deal with US network Showtime, making a return to Triller’s pay-per-view platform difficult.
Belfort, 44, called out the YouTuber after beating Holyfield, 58, in one round of farcical action.
He said: “Hey, Jake Paul, stop running from me, man. I’m going to teach you a lesson.
“You can be my kid, you’re going to meet daddy over here at Triller. Stop running.”

Holyfield was making his return after ten years out and dangerously over the hill.
He announced plans to return last year after old rival Mike Tyson, 55, did so in an exhibition against Roy Jones Jr, 52, which ended in a draw on Triller.
But after talks for a trilogy with Tyson broke down, he agreed to replace Oscar De La Hoya, 48, who pulled out of fighting Belfort with coronavirus.
The California State Athletic Commission refused to license Holyfield, forcing Triller to move to Florida, who had no such issues.
After the loss, the American boxing legend contested the stoppage, as he said: โ€œI think it was a bad call.
โ€œI donโ€™t think the referee should have stopped the fight that quick.” More

Jake Paulโ€™s coach gives green light for Tommy Fury fight and admits he โ€˜didnโ€™t expect too muchโ€™ from Anthony Taylor bout

JAKE PAUL has been given the green light to fight Tommy Fury next by his coach BJ Flores. And former cruiserweight contender Flores admitted he ‘didn’t expect too much’ from Fury’s recent win over Paul’s sparring partner Anthony Taylor.

The 2019 Love Island star beat Taylor over four rounds in late August, the night Paul claimed victory over ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley.
It set Fury, 22, and the YouTuber, 24, up for a potential fight next and Flores revealed he has already given his approval.
He told The Mirror: “I didn’t expect much out of Tommy to be honest.
“Anthony can make people look bad, and look he didn’t do enough to win rounds but he made it competitive and I didn’t really expect much from Tommy anyway.
“Everybody’s on Tommy’s nuts but I didn’t expect too much from him, he didn’t have the amateur career and it’s tough to go out there and perform.
“It’s not easy and people don’t realise how tough it is. He could still be a potential opponent, he’s somebody we could definitely fight, we’ll see.

BETTING SPECIAL GET RONALDO TO SCORE AGAINST NEWCASTLE ANYTIME AT 30/1 OR FIRST AT 50/1
“We’ll see what happens, I’ll let Nakisa [Bidarian, Paul’s manager] work on that, I let him handle that side of things.
“We talk about it, but he comes up with better ideas than I do.”
Fury moved to 7-0 with his win over Taylor while Paul went to 4-0 with the biggest victory of his career.
It added to KO wins over online rival ‘AnEsonGib’, ex-NBA player Nate Robinson, 37, and retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, also 37, previously.
Talks between Fury and Paul are believed to be underway and Flores revealed training could start as early as next week.
He said: “He’s already ready to come back. This guy is a serious kid, trust me, he’s very, very serious.
“He won’t take that much time off. The guy is obsessed, he loves boxing.
“He won’t take much time off at all, he’ll want to be back sooner than [next year], and we really need to.

“We’ve got a lot of momentum right now, a lot of things we can improve on and work on, we just need to get back to the drawing board.
“It’s obviously a work in progress, so we need to keep working and stay focused, that’s kind of our mentality in our camp.
“We’re always getting better, we’re always improving, and we don’t feel like we can afford to take months off and sit around.”

Tyron Woodley refusing to get โ€˜I love Jake Paulโ€™ tattoo until ex-UFC star has โ€˜paperworkโ€™ for a rematch with YouTuber

TYRON WOODLEY is refusing to get an ‘I love Jake Paul’ tattoo until he has ‘paperwork’ for a rematch with the YouTuber. Before Woodley faced Paul over eight rounds, they agreed the loser would have the winner’s name inked on them.

After the ex-UFC champion was beaten on points, he immediately called for a rematch in the ring which was accepted, so long as the tattoo wager was fulfilled.
As a result, Woodley is now awaiting a contract for a second fight with Paul before going ahead with the tattoo.
He said on Instagram Live:โ€œThat tattoo situation, the original bet was the loser gets the tattoo.
โ€œIn the ring, a new bet was presented that, in my opinion, superseded the previous bet.
“That bet said if you get the tattoo then we can run it back. We both said โ€˜Betโ€™ and we shook hands.
“So thatโ€™s a bet Iโ€™m trying to facilitate and the rematch has to happen. If we get the paperwork, of course.

โ€œYou motherf***ers have some dumbass tattoos on your bodies. Hella-dumb.
“For a nice bag, thereโ€™s nobody on this live that would tell me they would never do that.โ€
Paul, 24, moved to 4-0 in his poloarising boxing career after what proved to be his biggest win to date.
Britain’s Tommy Fury, 22, brother to world champion Tyson and star of Love Island in 2019, is the social media star’s preferred next opponent.
Fury beat Paul’s sparring partner on his undercard to build towards a fight of their own.

But Woodley, 39, is still holding out for a rematch and remains confident there can be up to three fights.
He said: โ€œItโ€™s all part of the story. This wouldnโ€™t have been a trilogy.
“Iโ€™m gonna f*** him up and then his prideโ€™s gonna kick in and weโ€™re gonna do it again and itโ€™s gonna literally be a whole movie that people talk about for a very long time.โ€

Jake Paul says he wants to fight โ€˜real boxerโ€™ Tommy Fury NEXT and praises โ€˜skilledโ€™ Love Island star with talks underway

JAKE PAUL has confirmed he wants to fight ‘real boxer’ Tommy Fury NEXT, with talks already underway. The YouTuber moved to 4-0 in his polarising boxing career after beating former UFC champion Tyron Woodley over eight rounds in late August.

On the undercard, Fury also scored a win over Paul’s sparring partner Anthony Taylor.
The night ended with the celebrity pair clashing backstage before their teams were forced to be pulled apart.
Paul, yet to face an opponent with professional boxing experience, has now named Fury, a star of Love Island in 2019, as his preferred next fight.
He said on the ‘Full Send’ย podcast: โ€œI think Tommy Fury is at the top of that list. Heโ€™s skilled, heโ€™s undefeated, and heโ€™s a real boxer.
โ€œHe has like four million followers on Instagram which is good engagement. He has the fans from his relationship show.”
Paul has beaten online rival ‘AnEsonGib’, ex-NBA player Nate Robinson, 37, and retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, also 37, previously.

But his points win over Woodley, 39, was a career best and leaves him confident of fighting Fury, 7-0 himself.
And he seemingly ruled out a grudge match against Dillon Danis – Conor McGregor’s jiujitsu training partner – due to a lack of demand.
Paul said: โ€œIt all starts with the numbers, like would the fight sell a lot? Would people actually care?
“I could go and fight the infamous jiujitsu guy who doesnโ€™t shut the f*** up on social media, but itโ€™s a hard sell.
I think Tommy Fury is at the top of that list. Heโ€™s skilled, heโ€™s undefeated, and heโ€™s a real boxer.Jake Paul on his next fight
“This guy just beat a UFC hall of fame legendary striker, weโ€™re not going to put him up against a jiujitsu guy in a boxing match.
โ€œSo after each fight, we go back to the drawing board and weโ€™re like โ€˜who makes the most senseโ€™ โ โ€” can they actually sell pay-per-views?
“Can we sell this fight as like, โ€˜This is a tough fight for Jake’.”
Paul’s head coach BJ Flores confirmed negotiations between Paul, 24, and Fury, 22, have taken place and gave his approval for the fight.

Flores told theย Don’t Blink podcast: “They have been talking about Tommy Fury for quite some time.
“He’s a good looking kid, very charismatic, the younger brother of world heavyweight champion Tyson, he comes from that Gypsy background and he’s very tough.
“He’s one of those guys that doesn’t have all of the amateur credentials like Tyson or grow up the same way as he did, but he’s still a Fury so he’s going to be tough.”
