      She is on holiday in Barbados with her dad Alan and sister Hollie, 27, and looked to be in very high spirits as she posed in a khaki bikini.
      Chloe had a big smile on her face in a photo she shared on Instagram, alongside the caption: “Life begins at 30.”
      She also posted a short video wiggling her bum, which was filmed in slow-motion from close range.
      The close up showed a ’30’ on her bikini bottoms to commemorate her birthday, courtesy of clothing brand True Blue.

      Schmidt, known as the ‘world’s sexiest athlete’, shared a stunning photo on Instagram wearing a black crop top and matching skirt.
      She captioned the post: “Not how long, but how well you have lived is the main thing.”
      The 400m runner has shared several photos from her trip to Thailand and set pulses racing with sizzling seaside snaps.
      But now Schmidt is back in Germany and on the track as her season gets underway.

      “Off season is almost over. I am now slowly starting again let’s see how my first running session in weeks will be.”

      2008 League Cup winner O’Hara posted a video of his friends holding up cards that mockingly spelt out “Jamie 40” as they danced at a club with a huge bottle of what appeared to be vodka.
      Coppell meanwhile looked incredible decked out in a gold bra and skirt that matched her tan while tagging herself at Ibiza’s popular O Beach – which is run by Wayne Lineker.
      In another picture taken at the popular Bambuddha restaurant Coppell went for an outfit change and looked stunning.

      And it appears that the happy duo had stayed at the luxurious Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel in Playa d’en Bossa with several photos of them together tagged there.
      The “I’m on Top of the World Suite” at the hotel costs £5,037-a-night, while you can currently stay at the more modest “Superior Double Room” accommodation priced at £450-a-night.
      Mum-of-one lingerie model Elizabeth Tierney, 29, was engaged to O’Hara for seven years, but their relationship broke down in May.
      The ex-Prem midfielder, who has three sons with former Miss England model wife Danielle Lloyd, confirmed on Instagram: “We’ve had an amazing 7 years but things haven’t worked out.
      “She’s given me a lifetime of memories and helped me through the most distressing part of my life.
      “Time to work on myself and get back to the drawing board.”
      Now he looks very much in love with new partner Coppell as he posted on Insta: “What a weekend, non stop laughs and memories made, it doesn’t get better than that. Don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much.”

      FORMULA ONE star Valtteri Bottas has found a unique way to prepare for the Singapore Grand Prix.Bottas, 33, has been gearing up for Sunday’s race by sitting in a sauna naked with nothing but a reindeer hat on.

      The Alfa Romeo driver shared a clip on Instagram showing him setting the temperature to 100 degrees Celsius and watering the coal.
      Bottas said: “Singapore prep for some. Finnish daily ritual for us.”
      The Finnish star also issued the following caption: “Some call it heat training but for others it’s just a daily ritual.”
      This is not the first time Bottas has found an extreme way to prepare for a big race.

      The star driver did the same thing in May when he swum in the ice-cold waters of Aspen.
      Bottas has been enjoying a new lease of life ever since he left Mercedes for Alfa Romeo earlier this year.
      The 33-year-old revealed he almost quit F1 in 2018 while team-mates with Sir Lewis Hamilton.
      Bottas said: “At the end of 2018, I almost stopped, it was so close.

      “All of this would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my family, managers, clubs, coaches, teammates and most importantly my ever-loyal fans.
      “You supported me through my highs and lows, even on days that I did not live up to your expectations. I say a big thank you.
