      The Chelsea star and his fiancée Paige, 25, who has a degree in property development, snapped up an entire road of houses in 2019 for £1million after setting up their own property firm.

      Paige, who is mum to Thiago, five, and Thai-Cruz, three, with 27-year-old Raheem, announced on Instagram that the couple had bought the homes.
      She wrote: “After months of studying property development, I achieved my qualification to become a property developer in 2018.
      “We then started a search of properties to add to our portfolio and was then successful in purchasing six brand new houses.”
      She added: “We plan to add more projects to our portfolio in the future.”
      Paige, who has 103k followers, has also endorsed posts from high-end fashion designers including Jacquemus and Fendi, which could also bring in a nice bit of extra income.

      Ivan Toney ‘was NOT left out of England World Cup 2022 squad due to betting rule breaches, according to FA chief’

      GARETH SOUTHGATE was reportedly not told to leave Ivan Toney out of his England World Cup squad by FA chiefs.The Brentford striker could face a huge ban after it was alleged he broke FA betting regulations 232 times between February 2017 and January 2021.

      SunSport revealed earlier this month that Toney was at the centre of a match-betting probe.
      And the FA statement confirming the misconduct charge was announced on Wednesday – six days after the forward missed out on Southgate’s England World Cup squad.
      He was called-up for the last international break but failed to win his first cap in the Nations League clashes with Italy and Germany.
      Toney has 58 goals in 105 appearances for Brentford including ten in 14 this term, but it was not enough to earn a call-up for Qatar 2022.

      However, ITV are claiming that FA CEO Mark Bullingham did not tell Three Lions boss Southgate to snub Toney as a result of his gambling charges.
      And they go on to state that he actually insisted that it was solely Southgate’s decision.
      Despite his disappointment, Toney seemed in the mood to party as he attended Rolando Aarons’ birthday bash earlier this week.
      Aarons, who turned 27 on Wednesday, posted images from his bash on Instagram.

      The winger can be seen on Instagram enjoying his amazing new Lamborghini Aventador, which are valued at £337,000.
      Antony is pictured standing in front of the motor with the car salesman, with the car’s grey paint job glimmering under the garage lights.
      Pictures suggest the 22-year-old had the vehicle delivered to his house, with the lambo transported from inside a huge van.

      He can also be seen having his first drive in the car, briefly reversing on video.
      Antony signed for Man United for £85.5m at the end of August and has proven a hit with fans so far.

      Pop sensation Dua Lipa denies claims she is performing at World Cup 2022 and slams Qatar’s human rights record

      Dua told her 87million followers that she will not be heading to the tournament, and has never been involved in any negotiations to perform there.
      The Levitating singer also slammed Qatar for its human rights record.
      The World Cup hosts have been scrutinised for their treatment of foreign workers and restrictive social laws.
      Dua added she will only visit Qatar “when it has fulfilled all the human rights pledges it made” after being awarded the tournament in 2010.

      She wrote: “There is currently a lot of speculation that I will be performing at the opening ceremony of the World Cup in Qatar.
